The burgers very good, tasty and juicy! Fries are good also with some kind of pepper seasoning, it also came with a side of sauce. The place was clean but also kinda small, somwhat limited seating inside and they have some outside seating. I had a double and it was good and not overly priced like majority of these burger places now, this is a good place.
I ended up being the designated driver for the night because my friend didn't want to wake his entire neighborhood with his red BMW’s exhaust (it’s a beast, but definitely not "stealth mode" and also burns a lot of oil so it smells burnt at all times). He’d been here a few times and told me it was just "okay," but honestly, it totally exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of seating as most people ordered take-out and the restaurant was pretty clean. There wasn't a lot of people when we first arrived but our order still took a bit long. We both go a triple patty smash burger with a side of fries. The smash burger patties were perfectly seared and packed with flavor. For the price, it’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The fries were thin and super crispy but they were a bit heavy on the salt, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to it. Their sauce was also pretty good.
Discovered this gem as I was heading to another place for lunch. Glad I made the call to take a chance. Great food. Simple menu. Welcoming atmosphere. Smadj burgers!
That burger is STRONG! That burger is THICK! That’s a damn fine burger at a damn fine price. Easy to order on the kiosk and the fellas handing out the burgers are handling that duty with style, efficiency and courtesy. Make sure you tip y’all cause they working hard and that’s really a cheap burger for California.
AWESOME BURGERS!!! Every time I'm in San Jose this is a must stop for me! Great staff! Great prices! Great food!
Best halal smash burger in the bay area. Meat is premium as you don’t smell the fat. Keep up the good work and keep making the real dough.
The service here is above and beyond—they truly make sure you’re taken care of, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food itself exceeds expectations every time: fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I’ve tried everything on the menu and not once have I been disappointed. Huge thank you to everyone at DoughBurger for consistently delivering such an amazing burger experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 - As Much Burger is a Hidden Gem! If you’re looking for a halal spot that doesn’t break the bank, As Much Burger is the place to be! The food is fresh, delicious, and made right in front of you — no shortcuts, no reheating, just real ingredients cooked to perfection. The service is beyond friendly. You walk in and feel like you’ve known the team for years. They truly care about their customers, and it shows in the way they greet you and how carefully they prepare each order. And the best part? It’s super affordable for the quality and portion size you get. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding the whole family, this spot hits the mark. Halal ✅ Fresh ✅ Affordable ✅ Great vibes ✅ Highly recommend — this place is doing everything right.
Straight up, best burger I’ve had in the bay. This is high praise. Open extremely late, with service that goes above and beyond for any accommodations - I will legit drive over an hour to accompany all my friends in SF and Oakland to show them this spot. The meat is perfectly crispy and seasoned for a smash burger. Pictures don’t do it justice. Super fairly priced. I’ll be back.

Drive past this place last night as I was going to my hotel and this place was packed, so I decided today to give it a try. It did not disappoint, ordered a double doughburger, nothing extra added. The burger was delicious abd the sauce just made everything come together. Order was quick before I could pour my soda, my order was ready. Looking for a good burger and in the area, give them a try.
Affordable halal burgers. My family and i get takeout from here often. Old pic, but the Halloween decorations were awesome.

Best burgers in the bay. Better than In-n-out for sure. You can’t beat doughs prices.
I’ve been getting grilled cheese sandwiches from In-N-Out for years. I’m a fan of their fries, even though they can be controversial. Recently, my older daughter told me she went to Dough Burger with a friend. She compared them to In-N-Out, so I immediately looked them up. I’ve been wishing In-N-Out would start using halal meat for years. We finally went to Dough Burger a few days ago, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were also great, and I indulged in a lot of tasty sugar via their Root Beer Float. As we left, I mentioned to the guy behind the counter how much I enjoyed the food, and he gave me a fist bump through his black gloves.

We wanted to try something different so we came here. The front entrance to the order counter is kind of small but once you order feel free to line up against the wall and wait. I liked they had 2 kiosks on the left to order from because the staff in hand were pretty busy and I didn’t want to pull them away from completing customers orders. They were pretty busy, it is Friday night 8pm. I really appreciated the menu options including the lettuce wrap ( no bread) and they offer 1-2 or 3 patties. Looking at the menu it’s like looking at In -n- Out menu but I promise the burger taste so good! It’s kind of messy so if you’re ordering and eating in the car, have extra napkins 😂 The prices are PHENOMENAL! Old school prices and delicious burgers! Very happy we came here
Fresh, made fast, fries are bomb! Comes with additional sauce per burger! Tastes similar to In n Out but better and a step above Shake Shack. Reasonably priced to! So I’ll be back! Also love the beef bacon option!
The food here was delicious — the burger was super tasty, though a bit on the smaller side. That said, for the flavor and overall quality, the price felt fair. The fries were excellent — crispy, hot, and seasoned just right. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which is great depending on the weather. There’s only one restroom, but it was spotless and honestly one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a while. Also, tons of parking, so no stress trying to find a spot.
Dough Burger brings a hip-hop vibe to the classic burger joint, and it’s clear they’re doing things their own way. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate — no gimmicks, just solid options. I went with the Double Dough Burger, and it didn’t disappoint. The patty was juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their secret sauce, which had a familiar but satisfying taste. The fries were crispy and golden, exactly how I like them — the kind you can snack on even after you’ve finished your burger. The location couldn’t be better — right across from the light rail station and just a short walk from the local casino. It’s convenient and feels like a natural hangout spot for locals and visitors alike. While the overall experience was great, there’s a small sense that something’s missing — maybe a signature twist or a standout element to set it apart completely. Still, the vibe, the flavor, and the potential are all there. I wouldn’t be surprised to see another Dough Burger location pop up in the near future.
We walked past this place many times just never had a chance to try it…and it was pretty good! We ordered double burger with lettuce and tomato and fries. The patty was really juicy, sauce was also delicious and just the right amount. Chill vibes, totally recommended for a quick bite!
Good halal smashed burger. They even have halal bacon which is a beef bacon. Seem like is just opened this year. It is nice inside where you can see they prep the food behind glass windows. The menu is considered simple, 3 choices of burger which the different is number of beef patty. You can also add bacon, lettuce, tomato, banana chili. By default it comes with cheese. You can also 3 types of fries. One has beef patty. It is like animal fries from on of the famous burger join. For drink , it has the fountain drink and root beer with float. The burger is yummy. It is interesting about the restroom. It is clean and has air-conditioned. It is just may be because of no much air circulation, we can smell the body odor. Also they need to check the restroom regularly as when I use it, the soap dispenser and paper tower dispenser were not working.
Solid, very affordable smash burger. Not the best though. $5 for a single smash burger is unheard of. Burger is on the smaller end but you can order multiple stacks. Quality seems pretty good. Small, simple menu; which is a good thing. Pre-ordered via their website which said it would be ready for pickup almost immediately. Arrived and waited an extra half hour. They need to fix their website eta. The place was really busy on a Sunday night. Lots of staff, but orders came out slow. Poor efficiency. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Shared parking lot was packed but large enough they you should have no issues eventually finding a spot. Worth a try, especially if you are looking for a tasty budget meal

I commute from Hayward to Santa Cruz and I have stopped at this spot now for the 3rd time because of the IG hype. The first two experiences my food was cold but it was good. The staff that takes your order and calls your number have all been rude each time. I was put off by them completely both times. They’re younger folks, mainly dudes who only care about trying to Mack to the younger girls waiting on their food. This last time did it for me. Food cold, long wait, rude staff. Owner or manager was there very polite and nice to everyone, but as soon as he went to the back the young dudes at the counter were rude to not only myself but other customers. The wait was like 25 minutes and zero “sorry about the waits” or “thanks for waiting.” Not even a smile or look my way… and I was the only one with my food ready at the counter. Then they forgot my root beer float and when I came back to get it the taller dude of the 3 rolled his eyes. Regulate your boys boss or hire folks that care about your business thriving and your customers coming back. 3 strikes I’m out. :(

Looking for the beef taste but it's not there. Burger is average. Place is busy in the evenings. Odering by tablet was fast. Service was fast, but i was the only there.
Great spot for a quick bite! The burgers are delicious but heavy, so you might regret it afterward. Ordering was fast, but the food took a bit and arrived cold. Still, if you're craving something tasty, this place hits the spot.
I’ve seen this place and have been wanting to try it for awhile now to find a good new burger spot. The food was a bit lack luster. We ordered two combos and a strawberry milkshake. The burgers themselves were smaller than we were expecting. We paid extra to add lettuce, tomatoes, and chilies, otherwise it would only come with pickles, cheese, and sauce. The bun was a sad potato bun which doesn’t add much to the burger. The sauce was pretty good though all things considered. The fries were okay. The additional toppings were nice but something still felt missing. The shake was made with real ice cream which is nice, but was a lot looser than I was expecting. The store has a cool vibe to it with a good amount of customers for a Saturday night. The parking lot can be difficult to find a spot so you may have to park a bit further down. Overall, the place was okay. The food was a bit on the pricier end (we did add things to it though). Compared to other options like Campus Burger or even In-and-Out, I think I might go for the other options for a similar burger. Although it’s nice that it’s a halal option which the other two I don’t think are.

TLDR: cheap prices but not really a smash burger, it’s more like a slider. I came in and ordered a regular smash burger. It took about 15-20 mins for it but the reprice is sensational. The burger came out and it looked ok initially but the patty was not crispy at all though, it was just a thin cooked patty. The sauce didn’t have much flavor and the bun was slightly colder than room temp, not even warm.
They used to be a food truck and finally they got themselves their own place. It’s quite packed and hot here since there’s no AC. It just recently opened and it’s no surprise that they don’t have much right now. There’s not much seatings here probably because I arrived during peak hours. Anyways, I am disappointed with the food here. The only thing good about it is the milkshake. The burger tastes bland. the fries are quite thin and probably better than the burger. Perhaps I could have gotten the double smash patty since it’s way smaller than the bun. They also do accept cash but keep in mind that you won’t be able to get the exact change because they don’t have much coins. If that’s no issue to you, then you can use cash. Otherwise, stick to non-cash payments.
