Drive past this place last night as I was going to my hotel and this place was packed, so I decided today to give it a try. It did not disappoint, ordered a double doughburger, nothing extra added. The burger was delicious abd the sauce just made everything come together. Order was quick before I could pour my soda, my order was ready. Looking for a good burger and in the area, give them a try.

Straight up, best burger I’ve had in the bay. This is high praise. Open extremely late, with service that goes above and beyond for any accommodations - I will legit drive over an hour to accompany all my friends in SF and Oakland to show them this spot. The meat is perfectly crispy and seasoned for a smash burger. Pictures don’t do it justice. Super fairly priced. I’ll be back.

I’ve been getting grilled cheese sandwiches from In-N-Out for years. I’m a fan of their fries, even though they can be controversial. Recently, my older daughter told me she went to Dough Burger with a friend. She compared them to In-N-Out, so I immediately looked them up. I’ve been wishing In-N-Out would start using halal meat for years. We finally went to Dough Burger a few days ago, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were also great, and I indulged in a lot of tasty sugar via their Root Beer Float. As we left, I mentioned to the guy behind the counter how much I enjoyed the food, and he gave me a fist bump through his black gloves.

We wanted to try something different so we came here.The front entrance to the order counter is kind of small but once you order feel free to line up against the wall and wait. I liked they had 2 kiosks on the left to order from because the staff in hand were pretty busy and I didn’t want to pull them away from completing customers orders. They were pretty busy, it is Friday night 8pm. I really appreciated the menu options including the lettuce wrap ( no bread) and they offer 1-2 or 3 patties. Looking at the menu it’s like looking at In -n- Out menu but I promise the burger taste so good! It’s kind of messy so if you’re ordering and eating in the car, have extra napkins 😂 The prices are PHENOMENAL! Old school prices and delicious burgers! Very happy we came here

Fresh, made fast, fries are bomb! Comes with additional sauce per burger! Tastes similar to In n Out but better and a step above Shake Shack. Reasonably priced to! So I’ll be back! Also love the beef bacon option!

The food here was delicious — the burger was super tasty, though a bit on the smaller side. That said, for the flavor and overall quality, the price felt fair. The fries were excellent — crispy, hot, and seasoned just right. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which is great depending on the weather. There’s only one restroom, but it was spotless and honestly one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a while. Also, tons of parking, so no stress trying to find a spot.

The location couldn’t be better — right across from the light rail station and just a short walk from the local casino. It’s convenient and feels like a natural hangout spot for locals and visitors alike. While the overall experience was great, there’s a small sense that something’s missing — maybe a signature twist or a standout element to set it apart completely. Still, the vibe, the flavor, and the potential are all there. I wouldn’t be surprised to see another Dough Burger location pop up in the near future.

We walked past this place many times just never had a chance to try it…and it was pretty good! We ordered double burger with lettuce and tomato and fries. The patty was really juicy, sauce was also delicious and just the right amount. Chill vibes, totally recommended for a quick bite!

The menu is considered simple, 3 choices of burger which the different is number of beef patty. You can also add bacon, lettuce, tomato, banana chili. By default it comes with cheese. You can also 3 types of fries. One has beef patty. It is like animal fries from on of the famous burger join. For drink , it has the fountain drink and root beer with float. The burger is yummy. It is interesting about the restroom. It is clean and has air-conditioned. It is just may be because of no much air circulation, we can smell the body odor. Also they need to check the restroom regularly as when I use it, the soap dispenser and paper tower dispenser were not working.

I commute from Hayward to Santa Cruz and I have stopped at this spot now for the 3rd time because of the IG hype. The first two experiences my food was cold but it was good. Owner or manager was there very polite and nice to everyone, but as soon as he went to the back the young dudes at the counter were rude to not only myself but other customers. The wait was like 25 minutes and zero “sorry about the waits” or “thanks for waiting.” Not even a smile or look my way… and I was the only one with my food ready at the counter. Then they forgot my root beer float and when I came back to get it the taller dude of the 3 rolled his eyes. Regulate your boys boss or hire folks that care about your business thriving and your customers coming back. 3 strikes I’m out. :(

Great spot for a quick bite! The burgers are delicious but heavy, so you might regret it afterward. Ordering was fast, but the food took a bit and arrived cold. Still, if you're craving something tasty, this place hits the spot.

The burgers themselves were smaller than we were expecting. We paid extra to add lettuce, tomatoes, and chilies, otherwise it would only come with pickles, cheese, and sauce. The bun was a sad potato bun which doesn’t add much to the burger. The sauce was pretty good though all things considered. The fries were okay. The additional toppings were nice but something still felt missing. The shake was made with real ice cream which is nice, but was a lot looser than I was expecting. The store has a cool vibe to it with a good amount of customers for a Saturday night. The parking lot can be difficult to find a spot so you may have to park a bit further down. Overall, the place was okay. The food was a bit on the pricier end (we did add things to it though). Compared to other options like Campus Burger or even In-and-Out, I think I might go for the other options for a similar burger. Although it’s nice that it’s a halal option which the other two I don’t think are.
