One of the best employee service from subway. The guy who made sandwiches for us was very friendly and provided us an extremely excellent and fast service. Moreover the place was clean and modernise.
Elvia is amazing! She provided the utmost best customer service and gave a great recommendation! I walked out the door without realizing I had filled my drink cup and she yelled out to remind me! I hope she helps me again!

Haven't had SW in years but was next door and felt like trying it again. Sammies came out good but was still a bit pricey. Portion size was ok. Place clean ans friendly service.

Haven't gotten food here myself but my coworkers do frequently. I have been inside once and it looked like a regular subway. Clean and no indication of problems. My coworkers have never said anything negative about the food.

About what you'd expect from Subway in terms of food. However, I did a mobile order and walked in and I told them my name and the employee looked at the order sitting on the shelf for pickup and just walked away, while she was serving other people. After a while, she started my brothers order (which was separate, but still ordered online within a minute of me ordering), and then I asked again if that was my order, which she then stared at it, and I looked at the receipt closely, and saw my name on it. I then told her it was mine and then she just gave it like I didn't just wait 10 minutes for food that had been ready. Food was very cold.
This establishment is horrible. I ordered a bunch of sandwiches for my son’s birthday. I sent my other son to pick up the sandwiches with my phone and order info and the man refused to give him the sandwiches also and made him sign all the receipts. I had to go back over there to get the food with my son and the guy stated he needed my sonar id but didn’t ask for mine or anything about the order. My food sat for lime 40 minutes and just ridiculous…
The restaurant is new and clean. However, the customer service is lacking. Workers don’t pay attention to what they are doing and to customers request. The past two visits they have gotten my order wrong. Today, she put turkey instead of ham on my sons sandwich. She did switched the meats out when I told her it was wrong. Then I repeated three times that I wanted a turkey salad. I told her the veggies I wanted which she got right. I wasn’t able to watch her the entire time because I was trying to manage my young son. When I got home I realized that she didn’t put turkey in the salad. I mentioned i wanted a turkey salad three times! Also my previous visit, the employee poured the wrong dressing on my salad because she wasn’t paying attention to what I said and/or what she was doing. Bottom line, management should put enthusiastic employees in the front of the house who listen and are friendly with guest.

I have ordered through uber eats 3 times in the last week. Once they gave me a 6inch instead of a foot long. They substitute guac for regular avacado. They soaked the sandwhich in oil each time. I didn't even order oil. Do people order just straight up oil? Never ordering again.
This place has one of the worse customer services that I have ever come across. They dont listen to you clearly, add the vegetables with assumption then later say sorry. DO NOT VISIT THIS SUBWAY IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN ! They need to learn to change their handgloves after they serve a meat sandwich. and when the customer point it out, they better not argue.

Bad customer service first of all. Just plain and simple. We ordered a broccoli soup and they served it out of a bag, the bag was with another one which looked almost frozen. My wife has worked at subway before so she knows why it wasn't made correctly. Point is, the soup was extremely thick and the texture was like it was overheated because it had absolutely no flavor and the broccoli was in small small pieces, like when you overcook potatoes and they get dry. But the interior new design was nice.
Don’t go to this place. They will cheat you. I ordered 1 footlong and they made two 6 inch subs and i paid 19 dollars and i have a 5.99 footlong coupon. I didn’t asked them to make 2 6 inch but they did themselves and the guy is so lazy and he didn’t know how to add the sauces or make anything. I think it’s his first day. There is fly coming on the food and some how luckily she got it. Be careful if you with a coupon.

Than walks over doesn't even acknowledge us and just says " What do you want"?. I replied "how are you I'm great". Her name was not on the receipt and she didn't have a name tag, she was of Indian descent. This place has the worst customer service I will not be returning.
For the price of a cookie, this place just lost a customer for the indefinite future. I used to come here every so often to get a quick bite for lunch. I would also get those SUBprise surveys to fill out. Afterwards, they give you 2 free cookies or a 20-ounce drink. I claimed the free cookies a handful of times. I never noticed that this place only honored ONE of the TWO free cookies. Actually, they were passing fast ones over me, and I just never caught it. Last time I went, which was about two weeks ago, the lady behind the counter mumbled something incoherently about how the cookie SUBprise is only good for online orders. I thought that was a load of rubbish, being that the SUBprise details say to claim in store. Well, I finally realized I was being lied to. (I also complained to Corporate but they do not care and have ignored my complaints.) First, they gave me one of two cookies whenever I went to to claim my SUBprise. Now, they are saying the offer is only good for online orders? Well, you guys just lost a customer for a very long time. If you nutjobs who work at that Subway think I'm angry over not getting my free cookie (not even cookies but cookie) then you shouldn't be running a business at all. This is about your lousy attitude and you lying to a customer, all just to save a few bucks.
On August 25, 2020 at approximately 12:52pm, my young son and I went to Subway at 5805 Silver Creek Valley in San Jose. Subway employee, Isabel, was the one that helped us out. While asking my son what else he wanted on his sandwich, Isabel was tapping her finger on the counter indicating for us to hurry up. She did that a few times. When done paying, I looked at my receipt and noticed Isabel over charged me. I asked and I think it was her manager that corrected my payment. Can't say she was in a busy because we were the only costumer there.
I'd give a 0 star if I could. Took over 30 minutes to get my sandwich with only 3 other people in the shop. I asked for a footlong oven roasted chicken and was given one chicken breast. I told them that there's usually two on the footlong. She said that it would be considered double meat and would have to charge me more. I told her to forget about it and just give me a 6" since I'm only getting 1 chicken breast anyways. I then asked for cheese and she gave me literally a single shred of cheddar cheese. Not a slice. Literally one shred of shredded cheese on my sandwich. I told her I wanted more cheese but she complained that she would have to open a new bag. Let me emphasize, that it's literally 1 single piece of shredded cheese for my whole sandwich. Once my sandwich was done, they had me sit at the register for 10 minutes while she made someone else's sandwich. The guy kept looking at me awkwardly and then back at her, wondering when she was going to ring me up. She then rang me up for a full footlong when I only got a 6". I had to convince her that a 6" by itself is not $12, as she charged me for a footlong with double meat. Worst subway ever.
Went in to get a salad and witnessed the supervisor/manager put her un-gloved & unwashed hand on bread to make, I am guessing herself a sandwich, then pick up cheese from the cheese bin where all the other cheese was kept I could not believe it!! After she had touched all of this then the sandwich maker comes over with gloves on and takes over contaimnating everything that the manager has touch with her gloves!!! I walked out without ordering anything, because I am sure this was not the first time she has done this....It looks clean when you walk in but it the workers that makes it scary...
Super convenient location, WRONG STAFF. The other reviewers are correct, the staff (specifically the woman who opens) during breakfast time is usually angry, snippy, and acts as if she’s having a mild temper tantrum while slapping spinach on a sourdough sandwich. Maybe it’s just the repercussion of “first customer in the door syndrome” but I’ve always lived by the motto...”if you hate your job that much, QUIT” Nobody is making you stay. Food quality is what to expect from subway. I love the location: gas, coffee, sammich, hit the road to sit in traffic.
I just went there at 3:50 pm on March 8th & the lady was very rude , & told us before she can make our order, it was going to take 10 minutes! Bad customer service ! I do not recommend going to this location, even though it might be convenient! Bad business! Lost a customer ! And the one on blossom hill is no better! Same bad service ! It’s frustrating !!
