I LOVE this location! One time I accidentally ordered from a different Starbucks on the app without knowing, and the employees were able to make my order for free. I was running late to work that day, and I will never forget their genuine customer service. Everyone here is doing a fabulous job. I hope you continue to do what you all do BEST! Thank you again 🫶🏽

The night crew here is exceptional. I pick up coffee here for my daughter almost daily at about 7:30pm ( she works graves). They are friendly, quick and efficient. Hands down the best service 🙌

The outside looks like a prison and the inside like a kitchen. Lots of tiles and not really a cozy atmosphere. However, lots of seating. Friendly staff

I usually love coming to this store the employees are always nice and helpful but what I got in my coffee today was not something I wanna experience again totally unexceptable a fly inside my drink is disgusting I will pass I was able to see it after I started drinking my coffee I'm disgusted will not be returning anytime soon.

Services It's pretty good. Drinks not the best. And the restroom's not very clean needs some good detail cleaning there's graffiti about the mirror in the man's Restaurant it's been there for a minute someone needs to clean it

Everything is okay except the matcha!! Most workers don’t know how to mix it well and leave many clumps. This is beyond disappointing and infuriating as a hardcore matcha enthusiast!! 💔💔

Not coming here anymore since they do not fill your $6 small cup all the way! I opened the lid to stir the coffee and shocked it was not full! Always always ALWAYS!! check and see if your cup is filled all the way before leaving!

Drive thru experience placed my order at 8:42 pm 04/14/25 the girl that took our order gave us bad service, the drink was nasty as well. They don’t make you feel welcome they make you feel like you’re bothering them , like if we’re taking away their time. Also I asked for a venti and gave me a grande. Smh

Barista lied about refunding me back to my original debit card for drinks. Instead put it on a gift card on the app. When I asked her again to clarify that the money would be returned to my DEBIT card because it looked like a gift card had been added in the app. She replied, yes it will be in the original payment. I just got home and sure enough, I have a gift card for my exact refund amount. REFUND ME MY MONEY.

Worst customer service at Starbucks in Palm Springs Walmart shopping center! The excuse was there were so busy!!! I asked for venti ice cold brew with almond milk and sugar free syrup. I get a grande no milk or syrup. I ask to fix it I get a venti no milk or syrup🫣😳🤬 second drink iced matcha with drizzle mocha on the side of the cup. What do I get venti ice matcha. Last time I go there

When I told the girl keep the change, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. I’m late instead of apologizing. She just started laughing at me. She has black hair and a braid. I don’t know. I didn’t catch your name, but it’s whatever I’m not going here anymore.

I placed an order at this Starbucks to pick up at the counter. I drive two hours into Los Angeles, few times a week and a cup of coffee is great. The app says the store is open and I placed an order and it told me it was ready for counter pick up, so I drove there and I could not pick up the counter. They told me to go through the drive-through 15 minutes of time and them and I asked the person at the drive-through they said there’s nothing we can do about it that I should know that it’s a drive-through only and you can’t come in the store till 6 AM. And then I ask her to tell her manager to change it so it says drive-through only and she says there’s nothing anyone can do this was 17 December 5: 27 AM.
