One of the busiest Chick Fil A sites. It’s the only one along the 680 corridor. Excellent and organized drive thru service. Wish they open on Sunday. The Mac and Cheese is out of this world.

This place can pack a crowd! The drive thru lines always seem to extend into the street, but I don't think I've ever waiting more than 8-10minutes. I usually order online and I'm able to walk right inside and grab my order. I came on here to rave about Jay! He was so helpful and so kind when I was in there last. He really made me feel at home and even though it was busy, I felt he made me feel like it was just him and I! He made sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy before I left. I picked up a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a Vanilla Milk Shake through drive-through. It was lunch time and there was a really long line of cars. The service was fast and efficient. The sandwich and the shake tasted real good.

Easy 5/5! Their drive thru lines move quickly and of course a hospitable staff. The interior is kept clean and nice which I’ve learned isn’t always the case with chick fil a. I did try the cherry berry lemonade and didn’t love it but still a good choice. They don’t do pup cups anymore but suggested I get a grilled nugget for my dog which is a nice alternative.

Breaded chicken nuggets, fries and a deluxe chicken sandwich paired with the polinesian, Chick-fil-A and Sriracha sauces. It was my first time eating at Chick-fil-A. Wife and I both loved it. It's some of the better fast food we have had. The drive through line was 30 minutes long but it was worth the wait. The fries are nothing to brag about and I think I'll skip them next time. Sandwich, chicken nuggets and sauces are great. The quality of the chicken meat is also very good. Would recommend!

We came here because we had an hour to kill. It was clean when we walked in. I am always impressed with the courtesy displayed at Chick-Fil-A employees but Gabriel was extremely friendly and patient while we ordered. There was a misunderstanding with our nuggets order which we didn’t catch. The team remedied the situation expeditiously and did not display any frustration. I have a happy kid now with a full belly - thank you! And the sunset display tonight was just the icing on the cake - gorgeous sky at this location!

Organized entrance into Chick Fila drive thru, through a crowded lot with multiple businesses. There are two staff with handheld menus and payment devices which keep the line moving pretty steady. The food is always fresh, especially the salads. Grilled or fried chicken tenders are cooked to perfection with four different dip sauces to choose from. When I've been directed to a number to wait for my order, it was there within minutes. What's impressive is; I see teamwork throughout the business at every level. Management are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Kudos!!!

Went there for dinner of fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a drink. It was very juicy and crisp, fries were great. Should have gotten the shake. A lot of people in line so oppted to do drdrive-thru. They have someone outside taking orders so the line goes very fast. The staff was helpful, people were nice and not rushed. Tables were kept clean and so was the children's play area.

Line was fairly long as expected. Took about 30min to order and get food- not too bad all things considered. The (not-so-spicy) spicy deluxe was better than most fast food chicken sandwiches. Fries are good, a little soft, but flavor is nice. Good fast food if you're not in a hurry.

Always such a long wait in the drive through. Very congested area. But of you want Chick FIL A, you wait the 15 minutes or so in the line. I do enjoy their salads so I wait in line if I have the time available.

As always the food is good and tasty! The customer service from one location to another is unusually consistent, great customer service!!! The friendliness and good service of thr Chick-fil-A chain is exemplified at this location. In the years I have been frequenting this location I have never run into a customer service or food quality problem. The one complaint I have about this place is due to its popularity is during lunch rush the parking lot is full and the drive-thru line is long. It is best to come to this store by 11:30am for lunch. Did the drive-thru the other night in the evening with an advance order on the app. The line was fast and the order was correct. Good job!

Does not matter what time of day, this location will be packed. I recommend using the mobile app to order ahead for in -store pick up for the quickest turn around. A few occasions I spent 25 minutes in line for the drive through which is not unheard of. Besides the wait, great food and service as expected. They just need a better system to help get customers in and out of the drive through faster.

Atmosphere:The restaurant tables and seating were not cleaned after customers. Service: I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where I had to dump my own tray. Not much friendliness was shown. The cashier did not ask if I had a Chick-fil-A scan code to redeem rewards. She did not ask what condiments I wanted. She had a bit of an attitude. Food: I ordered the chicken deluxe. I asked for 2 of each condiment that I ordered. I only received one. My fries looked fresh. However, the top fries were served big and together. Once I ate those, the remainder of the box was bits and pieces that were scooped in. That was the majority of my fries.

Like most Chick-fil-A this one is pretty clean and the workers are polite. I've had good experiences at this location for the food and service. It does get busy, especially the drive thru at times and the line peaks out to the street. Plus it's next to a gym that gets really busy too. So it can be a little difficult to park. UPDATE - I came here for breakfast today. I like the burrito with nuggets and hash browns. It wasn't that busy this morning. Not sure if that is normal or not. But my experience with the staff an restaurant were excellent.

Always mega crowded but so, so tasty. It’s like a religious version of Wendy’s with all the fixings. I usually cluck up on chicken sammies, waffle fries, chicken bites and loads of Polynesian sauce. How they get their chicken so flavorful and juicy is beyond me; but I do enjoy a taste of gluttonous bird consumption.

Great Chick Fil A except the parking was few and far between. They were packed with lines of cars deep in the drive thru not moving very fast. Most of the parking spots belong to 24hr Fitness so be careful when parking. Food was good though, as was the service I received. All good here just know it’s a busy location!

Had never tried this before. Ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. The Chick Fila Sauce was good. But compared to Wendy's Asiago Spicy Chicken club, this was just okay. The fries were cold so dumped them. Jack in the box spicy chicken is comparable to Wendy's. Chic Fila sandwich is not something I will miss or crave for, but it's not bad. Once in a while I might have it.

4/22/23 I haven't had Chick fil-A in a really long time. I remember the fries being the best thing. Placed an order and got home to be disappointed. Their drive thru is as good as In-n-Out because they have people taking orders (two when I went), which makes it very efficient. The verdict is in going to skip it unless I'm desperate. I'm not sure what I'm trying next, but maybe a shake?

The fries are tasteless and limp. My expectations were not SO high because it is fast food, but I'd rather eat a McChicken if I had to choose.

They had a very long drive through line but nobody inside. The store seemed very busy and it’s hard to find parking in the lot when the gym (next door) is full.Bathrooms are clean and condiment section is stocked up. Everything came out delicious. I recommend double checking receipt and to go bag to make sure they included everything that you want. They usually don’t repeat the order back and have forgot to include sauces on more the one occasion. Gluten free bun is pretty good, although it is a little dry.

I had one of my college roommates at ST Mary’s get some Chick-fila tonight, but despite ordering the Cherry Berry Sunjoy, they forgot to give me my drink and his drink and only gave one drink for one other person we knew. We also got the confirmation order on the receipt. I swear to god, these service people actually don’t have much care for the customers anymore.

It’s very frustrating when you're waiting in line for almost 10 mins, you get up to the speaker and it’s 10:27am we asked if we could do lunch and we would park if needed. They said no and that we needed to go back around by the time we were able to get out of drive thru it was 10:30 and the line back in drive thru was super long… I understand the switch over in the morning from breakfast to lunch is crazy believe me but for a company who is so invested in their customer service, the situation should’ve been handled way different. The chicken strips were good and the fries were OK. Shake was quite good. Spicy chicken sandwich was….MEH….Wendy’s Spicy Chicken sandwich is head and shoulder above. Also, this spicy chicken sandwich had a hard know in the center so the quality of the chicken wasn’t great. Not worth a second visit.

This location doesn't have adequate parking, and the employees have people waiting in the line for food if it's not ready which causes a big hold up for those who've received their orders. I waited nearly 10 additional mins for them to get the order prepared for the car in front of me, and I already received my order. They need a separate waiting area for orders they're still fulfilling instead of having everyone suffer and wait. Horrible customer service experience

I still believe that the food and the service are great. Other than one bad experience. According to the signs both at the door and inside the room. It is supposed for younger kids to play. I had no problem having older kids play there because I’m a parent and I also understand parents can have a break and a good meal experience towards the end of winter vacation. However, until most of the older kids start to play tag and it imposed danger to the younger kids (we are the only 2 kids under 3 years old in the room) because they are running and chasing around aggressively. My 2 2yo cannot handle that. I talked to the director and the director could not do anything about it and says “the rule doesn’t apply?” and he cannot ask them to stop or leave. While I was talking to the director, one of the older kids parents yelled to me“…….. get out of here!!”. I’m an immigrant and I donot know how to protect my rights here in this situation. However I did believe the service people are friendly including the housekeeping lady. I appreciate that!

This place is located at the place that there's multiple other businesses with a very, very small parking lot and there is barely any parking space every time you go there, you're gonna have a very hard time finding parking and I had multiple occasions that I went there and even after 30 to 40 minutes. I couldn't even find a single parking. It's horrible. I recommend and I advise you to stay away from this location, go to a different locatio and don't waste your time here. Because this location, the parking situation is absolutely horrible and they gotta figure something out. I have been there many times and because it's just on my way, half of The Times I've been there. I've spent 30 to 40 plus minutes and I couldn't even find parking and I had to leave. It's just horrible.

Ordered on my mobile app and WAITED for 30 mins just for a spicy sandwich. Not the typical Chick Fil A experience, too many employees just standing around and wondering. Instead, help out and do not turn yourself away from customers, always be visible and ask if they need help, that was not case when I visited today. Overall not VERY friendly environment, hopefully those weren’t the managers I encountered, clearly they need proper training. Only one lady was responsible serving mobile, to go, dine in orders

So I had to try this place, seeing the long lines almost daily when I pass by. Basically overpriced kiddy fast food. Below average food, service.

Too. Much. Salt. This food has got to be killing people in the drive through. Dry fried chicken on a bun. Dry on dry. Potato disk fries are soggy and cold. No. Just no.

I ordered one medium and one large fries… there is no difference wow.. Why do you guys charge more even its same amount. Tip: never order large fries in Chick-fil-a

Went in today for a dinner, I ordered a spicy deluxe and some chicken nuggets. Ordered extra ingredients on my Deluxe. When Emily brought our food she was a bit not welcoming and the chicken on my burger was so soggy I saw Karen and brought it to her attention her reply was “go to the front and let them know” I told Emily she said she would bring a new one, well when she brought the new one it was worst! It was Like if it had been sitting for an hour. Not a good experience. I believe the chicken should be a bit crispy and not soggy.

I don’t know WHAT happened to this chick fil a. It used to be really well managed and they had great customer service and it was always clean. Now, the employees are incredibly rude, they get the food wrong, and the inside is filthy. The tables are sticky and dirty and they dragged wet bags of trash in the dining are and didn’t clean it up. The food was stale and nasty. Really disappointed

I was eating this morning at a chic fil a when u I noticed a huge roach on the floor right next to me.. manager gave me coupons for the next meal not sure if that's what I even wanted after having such a bad experience while I was really hungry and still am

My first time here, There was maybe 3 people inside at most 2 cars outside.It was around 11 am. I ordered just a regular chick fil a sandwich and a drink dragon fruit lemonade, I believe. The lady. Told me it would be ten minutes because they were switching from breakfast to lunch , which I was okay with. Almost 40 min later, I finally got my sandwich.They gave me a little card for next time to come back to get a sandwich. To be honest, I left it on the table. Bad experience will not be coming back. The food was okay. The dragon fruit drink was excellent. Will not be coming back.

I just returned home from this location, and one of my Spicy Deluxe meals was missing. I’m unable to reach anyone because I'm only directed to an automated recording, and the call ends abruptly. Everything is closed now, and I can’t get food anywhere else. I would like a refund.

They messed up my orders, and the front-end folks need more training. They themselves are unaware of what products they sell or what comes in a meal box.. They charged me more ....they have two and three pricing for the same sandwiches...its a ripoff store.....Not going back Yesterday, I was in Stockton and placed an order for more than $500, and the director / manager took a special interest and made my experience a pleasant one....but here in Walnut creek its horrible service
