I ordered a pizza, pasta, and chocolate lava cakes today. I wanted to deliver to my friend who lives 4 hours away from me because I rarely see them and since Valentine’s Day is coming up I wanted to give my friend a special month starting today so I decided to start with their favorite pizza place. I placed my online order and it all went smoothly, I wanted to be extra and I called and asked if they could shape the pizza into a heart since Valentine’s Day is coming up and they did !! The man who answered the phone was super nice and didn’t hesitate to do this for me. They definitely deserve 5 starts and more business because they were so kind to me and my friend absolutely loved everything. Thank you to the man who picked up the phone, the little things matter the most.

I was passing by San Marcos and decided to order a pizza and hot wings … both of them were great and ready for pickup with the time I reached .. they also have extra empty plates … most of other stores does not even carry them …..

Always on time and the drivers are very polite. Never been disappointed with their delivery service and my kids are always happy to greet them at the door. Thank you for making dinner nights easy and carefree for us hard working parents that need a break from cooking once in awhile.

Driver was late, but she more than made up for it with her polite helpful attitude. The woman who took my order over the phone sounded a little rushed but made sure to repeat it (my order) and ensured it was what I wanted. Over all a good experience. Food was also awesome, the thin crust is the best by a land slide! Will continue to frequent this business

Clean, Orderly, and Friendly, hands down the best dominos I have ever had the pleasure of eating at, Food was delicious, place was clean, service was fast and friendly, felt very safe to eat at, and everything came at a great price, very happy with this location, if they ever moved I think I would drive to the next town just for the service alone. 🙏😎

I usually order about 9 pizzas for a meeting we have after church on a regular basis & Domino's comes through every time! They deliver on time (usually early) & the order is perfect every time! They are super dependable & I never have to worry about them being a no-show.

the pizza's good I'm going to be so happy when the Corona situation is done. I don't like the way I show up at their shop and have to call in to get them to bring me my order. I realize it's for "social distancing" requirements, I'm just complaining about it not making sense to have me make a 5 minute phone call to complete my online order. But the important part... that's some good pizza!

Quality food and quality service. Used to be what I thought... quality is going down hill. Ordered a thin crust and a original, asked for original to be "well done" and the thin "regular" The thin crust is burnt black on crust. The original crust is still white not even golden, and should have been well done. I'm the guy across the street from your store who tips $3-$5 for your drivers to go across the street. Please do better.

Usually a hit or miss. I've had many ordered that had to be credited or re delivered due to an incorrect order, or missing items. I did receive a pizza once that had a hair baked into it and upon speaking with the manager I recieved bad attitude for something I had no control over. Nonetheless I received a credit for my order thankfully. Some days the pizza just isn't up to par, but other days it's actually pretty decent.

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza from this place a few months ago. The service was pretty solid and it showed up to my door in a reasonable time. I would have rated this five stars but dude who designed that pizza must have been from a different dimension of taste. Mustard as a pizza sauce base? That's downright disrespectful to the concept of taste. I must have been in a fugue state to have ever thought mustard on a pizza sounded like a good idea. I'm glad to see it's not on the menu anymore.

I mean, its dominos. Not like AMAZING pizza, but it ain't half bad for the prices. I did get stiffed on some ranch for my loaded tots, but otherwise its decent enough. Dont eat the cinnamon bites tho. The icing is like chemically tasting, mega gross, and the cinnamon bites r just meh. Brownies are better.

Little bit disappointed in this store. Bought 4 pizzas of varying sizes, and garlic knots and asked for parmeseon and red pepper flakes on the way out and was told they were $2 each??? That's ridiculous. At every pizza place EVER they are given without a second thought. The dominos I frequent doesn't charge either so I'm not sure what's up with this one.

This is the third time I've ordered delivery and the order was screwed up. The last time it was delivered I had to take it back to the store and get a refund, which took 30 minutes. This time the wrong order was sent. Driver had to go back and get the correct order. But I know why that happens. They are completely unorganized at this store.. 3rd time is a charm. I will not order here again. I'll put up with Little Ceasars cheap pizza and products before I do.

They usually have decent service but it looks like someone took a pice of our pizza we tried to fix it but it was definitely a small piece removed and the stuffed bread we got only had 2 (not even full) cuts leaving the two end pieces and the big center which we had to rip apart (when it normally has at least 3-4 cuts)

The manager Hayley was very rude. Hung up the phone while I was still on the line, and she was very hostile when picking up the order. John was fantastic very friendly and kind.

"Delivery fees" were supposed to be temporary when gas went up about 10 years ago to compensate drivers for no tip deliveries. They never went away. You got accustomed to paying them and now drivers don't get any of that. If you can't afford to pay your employees a livable wage, you don't deserve to be in business. I'll take mine elsewhere. Higher fees and prices but less food every time. No thank you.

Ok.. so I tried their stuffed crust twice now. First time not impressed. Like almost no cheese in the crust. But i gave it a second try. Nope. Same thing. Don't bother with stuffed crust from dominoes. For about the same price or less you can get digiorno frozen pizza and it's 10xs better.

I had the order remade specifically for that reason, and somehow it was still ignored again. I know this might sound small to some people, but when you pay for food and clearly communicate a request (especially twice), it shouldn’t be that hard to get it right. The issue here isn’t just the sauce it’s the lack of attention to detail and follow through. I’m not trying to attack anyone personally, but I really hope this location improves on listening to customers and actually fixing mistakes when given the chance to redo an order.

Update 02/27/26: Quit going/ordering. Even let a free item expire. Free doesn't make it taste better! Original post: The pizza quality is just not good. The last pizza, I don't think the crust dough had risen properly and the Alfredo sauce seemed non-existent. Cheesed up. Where? This last one I got will probably be my last except for the free one I have coming.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm extremely disappointed in Domino's off of Wonder World. We've been long time customers, using the app, or ordering online and never had a bad experience. Except for today. We've used their delivery options multiple times in the past. Never had a problem with our address until today. Apparently all our deliveries in the past were "mistakes" and they don't deliver out to our address anymore. I also "didn't answer the phone" when the driver called. I already spoke to her the first time she called for clarification on directions. Isn't that odd that she was already out with our order, needing directions and when she called a second time, I missed the call, tried to call her back. No answer. Only to have someone at the store call me to tell me I didn't answer so they were canceling our order and they didn't deliver to our address. Explain to me how it's allowed on the website/app? When I asked what other solution could be made, he simply said he could cancel the order and that was it. I admit I sarcastically said "Great, thanks." and he hung up. I usually don't leave bad reviews even when service is terrible, but the driver sounded like she couldn't be bother to do her job, she described our street which meant she was on it, and sounded annoyed the entire time. The man who called from the store was unhelpful and unwilling to solve an issue, telling me I must have ordered from the wrong location. I knew exactly which location I ordered from because the other location doesn't service our area. I work in retail, I know how to solve customer issues. This was just laziness Don't order from this location.

I’ve used this domino twice now the first time they messed up our pizza and the general manager redid it but he had a total attitude about it though he did get a correct on the second try. Today is the second time, I’ve came to the store they messed up the pizza again. Had a total attitude about redoing it and then when they gave me the redo pizza, it looked horrible, and when I watched them make it, the guy threw sauce all over the place like he really didn’t care and had a complete attitude. When I asked for a refund, they told me that they would do the refund later that night then I would have to wait 8 to 10 days to get my money back! This came from the general manager. I will never use this Domino’s again they’re very rude. They all have an attitude, attitude. Why would you expect your employees at acting any different, general manager has the worst attitude. They don’t make a good pizza and this is sad because we order dominoes twice a week was the WORST Domino’s I’ve ever been too!!and I travel the country often.

After 2 hours had past since I ordered I called the Guadalupe location my order was coming from. I was told that my order was still there, I told the guy that my tracker said the same thing. He told me they are short handed but if I wanted to get it sooner I could come pick it up. I ordered online so was already charged the delivery and tip. I said something about that and the guy on the phone said I’m sorry it’s an online order there’s nothing I can do about the charges but you can come pick it up if you want. Before I could get a sentence out I was hung up on. Pizza arrived 3 hours after I ordered it cold and dry... pretty irritated about it all but mostly the customer service I received when I called. I can understand with everything going on but at that point 2 hours after order time knowing it’s been sitting there for over an hour just to be told to come pick it up and pay the delivery and tip still to be hung up on.... I guess it’s time to find another pizza place to order from.

Awful! I ordered 2 different pizzas w extra toppings - could not tell the difference. Did not know which was which. Neither one had spinach or feta. Neither one had pepperoni or pineapple. I got NONE, ZERO of the paid for extra toppings.

Well where do we start. Ordered lunch on a Tuesday for pickup at 1130. Arrived at 1136 and did not get curbside until 1150. When greeted by “lovely” employee he just handed my boxes at a full arm extension. Never making eye contact or saying any words at all, had his apple EarPods in and boy oh boy was he pleasant. Was very unprofessional and down right disrespect. Would give 0/5 stars if possible.

Horrible service. I'm disgusted. One hour wait since the time we ordered. They never kept the order status with current information. As per the order status it took Jessica at least 20 minutes to check the pizza for perfection. It was so cold that I had to put it in the oven and it got dried. I called the store and the manager said it was impossible that it was cold because of the good for nothing insulated container. She also said I received the pizza 30 minutes ago when I had just received it. I gave a tip to the driver because he was apologetic and said he was the only driver. I wish I could post a photo of this patetic pizza. Worst Dominos experience ever by far!!! If I would have known, I would have grabbed a hot pizza from Little Caesars.

I am not one to put in a bad review but I’ve been to the dominos Wonder World drive in San Marcos about 5 times and every time there is consistently something wrong with the order. Ranch was slit open the first time, the second time they left toppings off of a two topping pizza, third time they tried to charge me $16 for a large two topping pizza when their online deal was for $7.99, fourth time they forgot the ranch all together, and now for the fifth order they gave a cold pizza with a 2x1 inch dent in the middle of the pizza that didn’t have any sauce or cheese. I give them chance after chance to get a simple order correct and it seems impossible to get an order as easy as a two topping pizza with ranch right.

This location has no customer service. I ordered a pizza online as a carryout. The cashier Jessica was rude. I requested double pepperoni and when I got home it was not double pepperoni. So I placed a call to complain. Jessica placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Upon returning back to the call, I asked to speak to the manager because I was on hold for 10 min. She stated, I am the manager. When asked why she took so long. She simply replied, we are so busy! Then, I asked what her name was and she stated my name is Jessica. Oh the rude cashier.... Jessica you do a very poor job at management. I do not want the free pizza. I want better customer service. The pizza taste really good though.... So irritated!!!

Nothing about this experience was good today. It's a shame I have to give a bad review on my first time ordering from here, but here goes. I do not usually order much food online but I am currently having trouble moving about, so no cooking and no walking. Ordering on their website was frustrating. It was very glitchy. I chose to get pizza with Car-side Delivery so I don't put any pressure on my knee. Well, that didn't work. I texted them twice upon my arrival. After 15 mins I went inside in pain and in a bad mood. They all looked lost and confused about not getting my texts. I tried calling but they had a recording saying they are "unable to answer the phone due to circumstances beyond their control". I got a quick apology from the girl who handed me my now cold pizza. When I asked why they didn't answer phone, she said they lost 4 employees, so.... It is sad and scary to see what's happening to restaurants. At this point they are paying more than they ever have and they all need help. I see constant posts on Facebook of people looking for work, yet these places are still short staffed. I don't get it. But, it seems cooking at home is the more attractive option and it's faster. My pizza was ok, but the whole experience just ruined my enthusiasm to eat it.

Unfortunately the only Dominos that delivers to my house is at 1290 Wonder World San Marco's, Tx. I received 2 sandwiches less than a month ago, that were not correct. I called and the manager said she would credit my account, and that the person who took the order was new...never offered to remake. I tried to redeem today but nothing was on my account. I asked the girl who answered that I would like to speak to a Manager and she put me on hold for a long time, so I called back. She was very rude, refused to give me the Manager's name and told me if I wanted to order it would be a 2hr wait. I told her forget it and she slammed the phone down. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow, luckily my daughter in law has worked for Domino's for 14yrs.

I should’ve actually read the reviews before going to this location. When in as a walk-in to order a large pizza. Talked to one of the guys. He talked about specials, but I told him I don’t really care about the price of adding toppings but I just need a large pizza. I also don’t want to use the app. I grabbed my receipt and I glanced at it, but didn’t really pay attention. They called my name and the guy hands me a medium pizza. I explained to him that I specifically told the other guy that I wanted a large, not a medium. He just stared at me and said “sorry”. I asked, What can you do to resolve the issue since this is not what I wanted. He replied and said “well, just ring you up for another pizza”. He didn’t even try to think of other ideas then just charging me again for something I didn’t want. I would’ve been happy to just pay the difference and give the pizza back and get what I wanted, but he didn’t offer that. It blows my mind that there is no manager that can resolve a simple issue. Clearly the team needs some training about customer service and problem-solving. Dominos HQ you need to do something. I just left very upset and purchased more Papa John pizza instead.

Last week I ordered pizza for pickup. 2 large 2 topping pizzas and a pepperoni cheese bread. 2 of us, only ate a few slices and at that did not finish them. Brought the order home and it was subpar. The pizza was banal, and just not flavorful at all. Never had an issue with this place before. The cheese bread was over salty. I called to complain about the quality of the pizza, didn’t call to get a refund just to let them know, it was that bad. General manager had a very bad attitude and lacks complete profession. (Long read for a bad attitude) Here is where it takes a turn down to garbage town. A male employee answers the phone, very professional. I told him my issue and that I had an issue with my order he said ok, let me get a manager on the line. The manager answers the phone “hi” but nothing else …I question the answer with “um….hellloooo” unsure if there was someone on the line. The she says rudely and curtly “what’s the issue” I reply, well right now, your attitude is but I have an issue with my order. She rebuttals I don’t have an attitude and proceeds to focus on the issue that I called out her bad attitude, With no rectification of her behavior. Then I tell her with the same level of attitude, well your pizza sucked. I was hung up on. I proceeded inside the restaurant and asked who hung up on me. She refused (same voice, and attitude) to take responsibility for her actions attempting to pass the blame to another female employee who she said was also a manager, the voice was not the same. She was more worried about my attitude and not once asked what the issue was simple said - you want a refund or what. No I want a genuine apology from you for your lack of professionalism. This person identified herself as the general manager. I attempted to contact corporate representatives and have not heard back. So, I write this review in lieu of.

Two issues. First, wings are terrible. I’d recommend gas station wings over these. See pic. (Plus, they always forget to give the dip) Second, the staff is low work ethic. I ordered these from their app because it told me this was the location. They take my money, make the order and it sits on their shelf until I call to check status (been so long). They say I have to come get it. I go the store and the lady basically tells me tough and laughs. She loudly blurts out “have a nice night sir” as I walk out. Do better, Domino’s. You lost a customer today.

Last week I ordered pizza for pickup. 2 large 2 topping pizzas and a pepperoni cheese bread. 2 of us, only ate a few slices and at that did not finish them. Brought the order home and it was subpar. The pizza was banal, and just not flavorful at all. Never had an issue with this place before. The cheese bread was over salty. I called to complain about the quality of the pizza, didn’t call to get a refund just to let them know, it was that bad. General manager had a very bad attitude and lacks complete profession. (Long read for a bad attitude) Here is where it takes a turn down to garbage town. A male employee answers the phone, very professional. I told him my issue and that I had an issue with my order he said ok, let me get a manager on the line. The manager answers the phone “hi” but nothing else …I question the answer with “um….hellloooo” unsure if there was someone on the line. The she says rudely and curtly “what’s the issue” I reply, well right now, your attitude is but I have an issue with my order. She rebuttals I don’t have an attitude and proceeds to focus on the issue that I called out her bad attitude, With no rectification of her behavior. Then I tell her with the same level of attitude, well your pizza sucked. I was hung up on. I proceeded inside the restaurant and asked who hung up on me. We ordered 2 of the any pizza deals for $10. Both had several meat toppings, so I didn't count those, but 1 had mushrooms and jalapeños also and the other had jalapeños. On both pizzas, we got 1-2 slices of jalapeños per slice of pizza and the mushrooms were worse. There was a total of 4 whole slices on the pizza and 4 pieces of mushrooms. So again, only 1 mushroom or piece of mushroom per slice. Why even bother offering this as choices of toppings if you only get 1 per slice. It's a waste. Karleigh was the one that prepared our order. I don't know if she's just that stingy or if this is dominoes policy, but we will go back to Pizza Hut, where you actually get more than 1 slice of topping per piece of pizza.

I just drove 15 minutes to the store on Wonder World Drive to pick up a medium 1/2 pepperoni & pineapple 1/2 sausage & onion. They tried to give me the wrong pizza. When I finally got MY pizza and got home I noticed a strange smell. When I took a bite I realized something on the pizza was bad. It seemed that tje pineapples were sour. The person who identified herself as the manager said "our pineapple shouldn't be bad." NO KIDDING, NOTHING SHOULD BE BAD!

I should’ve actually read the reviews before going to this location. When in as a walk-in to order a large pizza. Talked to one of the guys. He talked about specials, but I told him I don’t really care about the price of adding toppings but I just need a large pizza. I also don’t want to use the app. I grabbed my receipt and I glanced at it, but didn’t really pay attention. They called my name and the guy hands me a medium pizza. I explained to him that I specifically told the other guy that I wanted a large, not a medium. He just stared at me and said “sorry”. I asked, What can you do to resolve the issue since this is not what I wanted. He replied and said “well, just ring you up for another pizza”. He didn’t even try to think of other ideas then just charging me again for something I didn’t want. I would’ve been happy to just pay the difference and give the pizza back and get what I wanted, but he didn’t offer that. It blows my mind that there is no manager that can resolve a simple issue. Clearly the team needs some training about customer service and problem-solving. Dominos HQ you need to do something. I just left very upset and purchased more Papa John pizza instead.
