I ordered 2 crispy tacos, the attendant had a very bad attitude. When took 15 minutes to get ready my order, first l was hungry so l ate the tacos and noticed that the same girl that waited on me made the tacos and she put very little ground meat. So l asked to talk to the manager and she make it up by get me better tacos!

The most rude drive thru service ever experienced. 3am on Sunday morning. I can understand being tired in the middle of the night I myself getting off work but so rude with everything said from this lady was with attitude. Very disappointed with service just keep quiet if you can’t have customer service no need for snotty comments and an attitude when I ask for sauce. Do better or don’t be in the service industry 🤷‍♀️

I AM NEVER COMEING BACK HERE CUZ I ASKED FOR THE SUPREME BACK NOT THE SUPREME BOX AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I DIDNT ASK FOR THIS THE LADY says "i dont know we dont sell backs of 6 tacos only 3 or 2!" I wasn't happy so I had to RE BUY THE THING I ORDERED AND SO I PLAYED 6-7$ ON FOOD I DIDN'T WANT AND SHE HAD A VERY BAD VOICE IN SAYING THAT SO IM EVER COMEING BACK HERE 1 STAR!!!

First time Taco Bell has taken 30 minutes to give me an order. Restaurant was empty inside. They were clearly making drive through orders before my dinein order.

I was in there today to pick up my kids food that I ordered on the app. I go there alot and now I'm not. There is a girl by the name of Lidia Ruiz( that's what she told us when my wife asked for her name) she has sideburn tattoos on her face. She asked me what I needed not a can I help you . Her customer service sucks. I told her I'm her to pick up for someone and gave her the name. She ignored me all this time and she also let's the kids smoke in there. They don't care at all. My app said that my food would be ready at 3:59pm so I waited and waited till it was 4:10pm and no one asked me have I been helped after. So I spoke up to the young girl that was doing the drive thru and said excuse me im here to pick up and it's been 10 mins and no one has helpped me. You guys only look at me and ignored me . She found my bag of food put aside in the driver thru when we put on the app that we will pick it up inside. So the young girl apologized for it but as I walked out Lidia with the sideburns said just cancel it next time bye. I turned around and said excuse me and she said it again with no hesitation. So I spoke up to her thinking I would stay quiet. And told her that she needs to learn how to work with customers and that I want her managers number she said good bye. This place is very ghetto and I'm embarrassed that I was treated this way. She shouldn't be working there . I called and spoke to an Amy after calling multiple times and got hung up multiple times as well and they did not want to give me any managers or supervisor or regional managers number. I'm sure I'll get a response from corporate. She also had a little attitude on her and advised her not to back her up cause I'm gonna let corporate know the time that I called and spoke with her. I'm sure they have cams there. I honestly never gonna go there anymore. If there is an Elmer that works there I need to talk to him or if there is a Lupe there that is supposedly the manager i need to talk to her , these are the names they gave me!. I'm a customer and need some one to call me ASAP!

The person working the driver thru April 1st-2nd. Is the rudest person I’ve ever made contact with in a customer service role. This is the second time they messed up my order that I’ve had to go back for. 1st time they were nice and gave me cinnamon twists for the inconvenience of driving back 2nd time the person working the window was rude. I don’t understand why she was angry with me, her anger should be with the management that failed to train the staff properly on how to make the items. She should not be working in customer service. Period. Get her out of there put her as a line cook. Or just get rid of her all together.

I had two different transactions since I was coming from work. The guy at the drive through said since there was a car behind me I couldn't place two orders. What's the issue. It's gonna take you the same amount of time to make $55 worth of food, or a $20 and $35 order? So I had to go back through the drive through on my 30 minute lunch break to order twice. 2nd time the line is packed. Absolutely ridiculous dude. His response to me was "whatever". I'll drive to the 1st St taco bell next time.

Absolutely NO meat in any of my tacos. Easily got two to three bites of just shell before I got to any meat. Barely even had lettuce and cheese. Not sure how you can mess this up but I was very disappointed.
