Typical Macdonald’s it was clean and the food was good, well you know. At least they let me use the bathroom unlike the public buildings in Oakland. I work as a D2D salesman and it’s become extremely difficult to relieve myself while I’m working. Even the public buildings turn me away

I was really impressed with this McDonald’s — the service here is honestly top-notch. The staff was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh. The atmosphere inside is surprisingly chill too, super quiet, almost like having noise-cancelling on while you eat. I was especially happy to see my favorite burger, the Daily Double, back on the menu — that’s actually the reason I came to this location, and it didn’t disappoint. Great food, great vibe, definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to.

The guava creme pie is perfect. It is crispy and soft with the perfect flavor. The drive thru line is quick and mostly accurate.

The order taker was unexpectedly pleasant - asking the eight-year-old what he wanted directly, treating him as if he were an adult. The place was clean and recently updated, as well.

it's a McDonald's. They have bathrooms. the bathrooms are (usually) reasonably clean and easily accessible

Stopped in for a brief meal surprised that a fish sammy and fries are $10 but pleased with the aray of condiments (hot mustard, ranch, ketchup)

Stopped here for a quick bite on the road, and I couldn't even get my order taken properly at the speaker. I asked to order a milk and was practically forced to order a happy meal to get one. I repeated myself 4 or 5 times that I wanted *just* the milk, and then the woman started responding to me in a different language, so I let her know that would be all.. and was asked again what kind of happy meal. I just ended up ordering one to get the heck out of the drive thru. I had already been traveling all day and this experience left me pretty frustrated. Wouldn't return.

ice tea was sludgy and discolored and bitter probably gave me the sediment at the bottom of the tea dispenser maybe they need to clean the ice tea dispenser they messed up my order i ordered two chicken sandwiches gave me only one i had to ask them for the second chicken sandwich and pay for it never got a receipt for the second sandwich which i payed cash for they never posted my order on the menu board like they are supposed to they told me drive to second window but never posted the dollar amount as they are required to do or showed my order on menus board i ate two chicken sandwiches and had bowel distress the next day maybe they prepare chicken in advance and let it sit for too long

Their prices are substantially higher than other locations, a hot latte w an add shot cost $7.91 here and at a close by location (5 miles, higher rent area) was $3.64, more than double! Unacceptable

Horrible service, I waited ten minutes at the register for help. The lady (which I didn’t know was the manager) sees me but doesn’t give me eye contact. Walks back and forth giving order out and even has time to chit chat with a friend/food delivery person. Until I ask for service and she tells me to go to the self service, which I tell her I only have cash. Until I ask for the manager she states she’s the manager. She refused to give me her name. So I snap a photo of her. Even when I walked out a customer states, that was bad service of them as she seen me stand there for 10 minutes.

We ordered takeout, and the experience was extremely concerning. Three of the burgers contained completely raw meat, and the chicken strips were also served uncooked. This is a serious food safety risk, and customers should be aware of the potential danger. We urge the staff to take their responsibilities seriously and ensure that all food is properly cooked before being served. Thank you.
