Pulled in the drive through to get something quick and the kid over the menu speaker said “We’re closed” even tho it was 6pm and Google says they close at 10pm, we figured oh well maybe it’s just cuz it’s New Years, that’s fine. But as we start to drive away, what I’m assuming was the manager, comes running out saying they’re not closed, to pull up to the window and is yelling at the kid who said that as she walks back into the building. So, confused, we pull up to the window and a different lady walks up to take our order but looks and acts like she’s annoyed by us being there. We got our food in a decent time and it was okay other than the fact that there was a large hair in one of the burgers, but staff might wanna work on their customer service attitudes, coming from someone who works in customer service🤷🏻‍♀️

Dirty establishment, needs to be cleaned. My crispy chicken salad was sitting on top of a bed of water. Never had such a soggy salad. I ate most of the chicken off the top but I couldn’t enjoy all of the salad. Also had a young man working in the back who was frustrating my husband with his mouth, then a grandma stepped in to ask him to please stop because she had a child with her.

Tried to place a call in order and no one answered the phone, I tried several times, so we drove up there. We went to the drive thru and no one asked for our order we pulled up to the window placed our order and when we left we checked our order and it was wrong it was suppose to be a 4 piece chicken strip and a 6 piece chicken strip and we got a 4 piece chicken strip and and 4 piece steak fingers. we were too far down the road to turn around and go back. Our total for both was $25.00.

My taco salad had so much water in the bottom.I had to take a napkin 3 of them to get the water out of it.There wasn't enough chicken in it the constitute a serving as much as you pay it was very disappointing. One in our party had a dipped cone and the ice cream was too soft.It was just a disappointment all around. Had to ask for napkins and no ice in machine? Usually I like DQ This one was not impressive

Service was great. The staff was super friendly, and the milkshake was really really good, but the food... I got the chicken strips and they were burned so badly and were so dry that I couldn't finish eating them. The fries tasted stale and old. But the worst part of it all is that we waited for our food for almost an hour. The night we went was a holiday and it was late so nothing else was opened, so we were at their mercy. But not worth the wait would be an understatement.

Really, REALLY bad service paid $7 for a TINY thing of cheese bites (we get a huge box for the same price in our hometown). Raw bacon on a burnt burger. Not a good experience at all.

Sat in the drive through at 7:55 pm for at least 5 minutes. Not a word was said. Gave up and drove through to see employees sitting inside doing nothing and one standing in the kitchen doing nothing. I guess good help is hard to find, took my money elsewhere.

Stopped in Sunday the 25th of August. Apparently only one person working and he was at the grill. Never acknowledged us. A simple “Be with you in a Minute” would have been appreciated. We left after 10 minute's. Enjoyed our DQ at Lano instead.

Food was ok. Stopped here thinking it would be quick in and out. Went through the drive through and nobody answered. Went to the window and took several minutes as the lady appeared to be busy with their friends and no joke a goat. After putting my order in they made me park up front and wait 15 min for my food. Did not end up being a quick stop. Should have just stopped in the next town

Worst dairy queen I’ve been to. Horrible I mean HORRIBLE service! Waited forever for my food and they were not busy at all! Food was cold when I got it. Workers in the lobby just sitting around playing on their phones when they should be working. Just a horrible experience and I will not be back. Just pathetic.! Do better

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. We sat at the drive through intercom for literally 15 minutes thinking no biggie maybe their just really busy till we pulled up to the window and asked the lady working if the intercom was broke and she said “no I just don’t feel like taking drive through orders

Ridiculous

Wow!!! That was a sad visit. Waited almost 45 mins for 2 small meals. Kids meal was cold when we finally got it. A lot of folks were waiting for food on a Sunday afternoon. We are DQ people, but will not be going back to San Saba DQ again. Do better!

Walked in and wasn't greeted or told a single word. In fact, the woman who was working seemed annoyed by my presence. One of the cooks walked by taking an order to a customer, and not even he smiled nor greeted me. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes. I walked out and loudly announced I was going to Sonic. Please take your money elsewhere. This establishment couldn't care less about you.
