We ordered steak fingers and chicken straps. Nothing was greasy. The girls know what they are doing. We LOVE Dairy Queen. This is one of the best.

Great ice cream and smiling staff! The food is a little to pricey for being fast food and I don't enjoy having to park in the parking lot to wait on my food for 15 minutes when I go through the drive-thru.

Once ordered it took a little while to get food brought out to us, but food was ok, and the workers were friendly.

We like DQ for an occasional soft-serve treat, not so much for their entrees. We like the Blizzards and dipped cones.

Place was great. Staff was friendly and there wasn't a horribly long wait. Only problem was there were no changing stations for my baby.

Clean and fast. Employees stayed working in a professional manner. Nice quiet environment so you can enjoy your meal. The food was the best that I've had from a fast food restaurant in a while and even though i made quit a few changes while ordering i didn't get an annoyed feeling from the young man who took my order and that should say it all.

Homey and packed with locals. DQ menu is the same and reliable.

idk if it was bc of a new employee but they took forever for small fries and a single cone. Plus, "new" employee was talking to me like i was his homeboy from class.

Poor place had phone line connection issues and was not manning their drive thru...without any sign out front. Perhaps they were kidding themselves that they could keep the drive-thru open. Wouldn't stop here again unless they get their staff hired and trained up. Pay them and they will come...

Friendly service. Ice cream was good. Restroom was gross. It is in the back of the dining room in a dark alcove. Needs better lighting. There was fluids on the floor in front of the toliet. The toliet was so wobbly I thought I would fall off.

Worst DQ I've visited late night. Cook talking on cell phone while making my order with a beard, never did wash his hands. Fries was cold but burger was hot and messy both sides of bun was greasy. How can you serve cold fries and a greasy burger. Take pride in your job.

The Guy who took my order...a large steakfinger basket..looked at me with disgust and said it has 8 steakfingers... And i said so whats the problem...he said its alot of food. In return i looked at him and said taking it to work..if thats ok with you...

Don’t get the point of the drive thru. They have a menu board but no speaker to order. You wait in line to finally order at the window with no menu board so write it down🤦‍♀️. Then you make a u turn and drive to front of the building and wait for them to bring you your food. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️A extra wait for nothing. Going inside would have been much quicker. Won’t return here.

I asked for the small $2 cone. Was $2.70. 35% tax? Oh wait the “regular cone” is $2.59. Then they gave me the jr cone that I asked for after making me pay for a larger one. SMH.

The lady working the front was a real joy ( heavy sarcasm in my voice ). Maybe she was having a bad day , she was just plain rude . Then as I’m eating my dinner , she is just standing there picking her ear , knuckle deep in wax I’m sure . Never saw her wash hands , she just kept filling orders , taking peoples money, handing out cups …..gross . I will avoid this location in future .

The food is decent however they’ve messed up on our to go orders 3x. Forgetting whole meals and trying to charge us for what they didn’t even give us. The customer service isn’t great. Mediocre at best. This place could definitely use some management training. 🥴

I got the chicken strips and they were burned so badly and were so dry that I couldn't finish eating them. The fries tasted stale and old. But the worst part of it all is that we waited for our food for almost an hour. The night we went was a holiday and it was late so nothing else was opened, so we were at their mercy. But not worth the wait would be an understatement.

We went to the drive thru and no one asked for our order we pulled up to the window placed our order and when we left we checked our order and it was wrong it was suppose to be a 4 piece chicken strip and a 6 piece chicken strip and we got a 4 piece chicken strip and and 4 piece steak fingers. we were too far down the road to turn around and go back. Our total for both was $25.00.

I'm a truck driver there is parking next door to the restaurant... 9:42 pm they are closed... if the hours are for 10am to 10pm it shouldn't be closed I understand that there is clean up time... but that is after the store closes.. store owners take note THIS IS how you lose loyal customers and the bottom line your money ..

Speaker doesn't work so we had to pull up to the window. Sat there for 8 minutes with 3 employees switching from staring at us to staring at their phones. They never came to the window to take our order. Finally just drove off and went to Sonic that's a block away.

They can NEVER EVER GET AN ORDER CORRECT. They take your order, screw it up, then argue about it. Your business needs better employees and a better manager. Nasty attitudes. Shameful!

Messed up on my burger, wanted a normal sized one and they gave me a kids burger, and they charged me twice, like why?

Came in with friends after enjoying the lights at the mill pond park, cashier was rude & made us feel unwelcome. after we ordered we overheard a girl in the back complaining that we ordered a blizzard & when we got the food it was cold but theyre was absolutely nobody else in the store. i wouldn't recommend this dairy queen to my friends or family.

Absolutely horrible. Tried stopping while coming through town from Fredericksburg and sat at the speaker for several minutes. Drove to the window and saw no one at the window either but a lady who worked there was in the lobby just staring at us. Never got up to help or take our order. We ended up driving away and went elsewhere. That service 100% does not deserve $15 an hour..

Waited over 20 minutes for steak fingers. I was told to pull around to the front door and the order would be delivered to my vehicle. Never happened. Watched several other cars go through the drive through and get their food while I waited in my vehicle with 2 young children. I finally had to go in and ask for my food.

Wretched service. No cars in the lot, no customers inside, only me in the drive you think maybe the employee there could pick up a bit cause the place looks unsanitary.

Food was good, they took to long to make 2 ice cream cones, 1 blizzard and a Sunday. The employees weren't using gloves when touching ready to eat food, one of the employees grab her phone sent a text, put it back in her pocket and continued to make our food with out washing her hands. This is a very big health hazzard.

Not sure how this is possible, but it took 45 minutes to make a burger and a chicken sandwich. The drive though speaker does not work. You just pull up to the window then they tell you to park out front and wait for them to bring you your food. So, I’m not sure what the point of the drive through is. The food was not worth the wait.

Really, REALLY bad service paid $7 for a TINY thing of cheese bites (we get a huge box for the same price in our hometown). Raw bacon on a burnt burger. Not a good experience at all.

Wow!!! That was a sad visit. Waited almost 45 mins for 2 small meals. Kids meal was cold when we finally got it. A lot of folks were waiting for food on a Sunday afternoon. We are DQ people, but will not be going back to San Saba DQ again. Do better!
