😭 It was for my daughter's birthday. She wanted pizza. I even tipped very well. I was on the Pizza Hut app and I ordered for delivery but since there was no delivery drivers at this location they outsourced it to DoorDash. I guess the delivery driver needed it more than us because it said delivered @ 6 pm and 45 minutes later, after searching the neighborhood doorsteps and asking anyone If they had gotten the pizza, I went to Pizza Hut where they said it sounded like it had been stolen.😭God please bless the high school age or college age guy at Pizza Hut! He was super sympathetic and remade our order for us! He truly saved the day & my girl was happy she got her pizza for her birthday dinner 😁 I don't think it's fair that the DoorDash driver gets to keep the tip. I wish it could be taken from them and given to the young man at the front desk at Pizza Hut. Either way I am truly thankful for him. I hope the DoorDash driver gets held accountable through whatever actions are taken

This place is awesome! So I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was going to be 30 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, Jesse the manager called and said the delivery guy’s car broke down but that he was going to personally deliver it on foot. He carried the pizza and ran on foot two miles to my house and delivered it within the 30 minutes allotted. Coincidentally, my wife went into labor right when he got there! He not only delivered my pizza, he then delivered my quintuple babies!!! Bless this man and thank you Pizza Hut!

I always buy pizza from this location in Sanger, Texas and been pleased. This time the pizza was made incorrect;y. The employee caught it right away and started another pizza for me. She was apologetic and acted in a professional way when there was a problem. She gave me both pizzas with a smile on her face. Great experience when a problem arose. And I love their pizza! Better than any other!

The person in front of me was talking with her before I came in and they were even laughing and having great conversation. Her whole mood shift when I came in though, I just ordered a Hut Box and that’s it. I honestly regret even tipping her from how rude she was to me but hey the food is fantastic. I normally don’t leave Reviews but this woman was rude to me intentionally and I would say I’m very lenient when it comes to food service since I work 2 jobs in food service and have been for the past 5 years and have an understanding for when people are busy and yes it’s irritating but that’s not how you should act to a customer ever. I have never experienced this at all or anywhere even with all my experience, don’t know what I did besides come in and order for a quick bite and did not deserve that at all.

The lady who came to cash me out had to ask for assistance because I assume she was new, but that wasn't a problem for me because I remember what it was like to start a new job. A few days ago, I went into Pizza Hut to pick up my pizza and pay for it. The older man, who I assume to be the manager, who came to assist her concerned me because of how nasty he was to her. She responded that she had only ever gone on the register once, to his comment that something along the lines of "wow you already forgot, you've done this a billion times" was mentioned. She seemed uneasy, and I felt the same way, so I just thought it was disrespectful. There was a lot of tension in the air. I adore Pizza Hut, but after seeing how the staff is treated here, I won't be going back. Not to mention, the last time I came here to pick up food, I overheard a worker discussing a court date or something. It comes across unprofessional. Both the environment at work and the pizza are important. Thank God there isn't a dine-in option here!

I order food from here all the time. It's extremely hit or miss. One day I might get great hot food, the next time I don't even get my food or I receive it over an hour later. Only because they don't inform me ahead of time I have to wait on doordash. Maybe give me a call if you can't deliver it yourself. After all of that. Over half the times the food is pretty stale, dry, over cooked from being in the heating cabinet way to long.

Hate to even give them 1 star. The gm is completely incompetent. Fails to deliver part of my order after more than hour wait and gives me a delivery time for the remainder of over a hour. She states she is not able to contact delivery driver. I ask question why she cant call delivery driver to go back to store and pick up and her immediate response is I’m “abusing her” Won’t give me number to anyone higher up the chain and has attitude Is like she doesn’t care.

I wish that I could give less than one star but unfortunately I have to choose at least one. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They can't ever get your order right and majority of the time they claim that they can't even find your residence and the other time they bring only part of your order. It's Sanger for Pete's sakes and it's not that big so there's no excuse for not being able to locate a residence especially when they've delivered there before. The so-called managers are argumentative rude and unprofessional. Save your money and order from Domino's they are just a little bit better!

The pizza we ordered last night was not cooked all the way through, it felt like it was rushed. The wings tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. The lady that dropped off the pizza was really rude as well.

I'm at the hotel right across from this pizza hut and the pizza was cold hard and tasted bad the bread sticks were burnt and nothing was cut to slices you can just pick it up and eat it omg give me my money bad so bad .Trash is where this will go ..

ZERO STARS!! Sanger Pizza Hut has the absolute customer service. Prior to today's order, we placed our order at 9pm one day and never received it. We called the store numerous times and got no answer. Today's experience, the delivery driver called stating her car broke down and couldn't deliver our order and it would be another 1 1/2 hr before we received it or we could pick it up at the store. I opted to pick it up; walked into the store, got no acknowledgement or greeting or apology. I had to ask for them to hand me my order then I asked for the delivery charge to be taken off. The employees had really bad attitudes and said I had to wait for the manager. The manager comes out and just says, it's already been taken off to which I reply, then why is it on my receipt? She proceeds to take it off and gives me the new total hands me a receipt to sign and doesn't say anything all while making bad faces as if she had a problem with me. We will never order from here again. Employees need to get an education on common courtesy, professionalism, and customer service. WE WILL BUY FROM ROMA'S ITALIAN FROM NOW ON.

Get organized. I showed up to pick up my order at 5:44, signed the receipt and was told it was in the oven (I had placed the order an hour before for a 5:45 schedule pick up). I waited and waited and even asked the manager if the two pizzas in the warming oven were mine (turns out they were) and she said no! When "my" order was done and the manager tried to hand them to me I stated that was not my order. Finally they checked and the pizzas that had been ready for 30 minutes (that I had asked them to check if they were mine), were finally given to me. It takes 10 seconds to correct a mistake and keep the customer happy and even when asked to do so they refused. Now you have a very unhappy customer for being stubborn for no reason.

Friday May 31st. I placed my order through doordash about 2 and 2:30. We live up towards valley View they gave a time and I know that it would take a little longer than the time posted. Hour and a half later the bottom is soggy and it's cold. The store should have called and told me it was going to be that long. Not happy.

I don’t understand how hard it is to read an online order, prepare the food correctly (crust, toppings, etc. as it clearly states), make sure all of the order including the side items and everything is with the driver before they actually leave the store. The only reason I order from here is because my niece only eats Pizza Hut. Drivers take off before we’re able to even check the order and when you call the store number you’re on hold until you decide to hang up. Ridiculous! They don’t even deserve a star. I don’t see what kind of management that is especially if this continuously happens. Sad to have so many boxes of wasted pizza because it isn’t the correct order. Couldn’t even get a call about being short on certain sides and so my order is incomplete. I wouldn’t have know if I didn’t call myself to wait on hold for someone to tell me the manager said the order was correct and argue with me. Seriously?? It sucks when your vehicle is in the shop and the only places in Sanger that deliver are Pizza Hut and 2 other places. I would stay away from Pizza Hut unless you don’t have a problem with your order. being screwed up. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

How is this place even still open..I don't think I've had a single positive experience here. So far they are 0-3. This trip I ordered a stuffed crust, and 3 orders of wings. The wings are amazing, which is why it gets the one star (that and it's the lowest Google allows). But I got a hand tossed pizza instead of stuffed crust. Tried to call a dozen times over the span of a half hour and no answer. Tried to call the last two times I had issues and had the same thing happen. Idk who owns this place..but they should be ashamed. Worst pizza Hut I've been to across the nation.

Ordered food last night and waited 45 minutes AFTER my food was supposed to be ready to receive it. According to the staff (only 2 on a Friday night) were abandoned by their manager for the rest of the shift and had no other manager with them. They also explained that this is far from the first occasion. Will never order here again. Fire that manager.

General Manager is on meth. Mulitple times he was no where to be found when i recieved the wrong order 3 times in a row even though his employees said he was supposed to be working the shift. Probably the most horrible Pizza Hut in Texas. Haley the “manager” said they were too busy to answer their phone so when my order was delivered incorrectly I had to drive up there. She started the entire thing off with an attitude on her face and refused to give me a refund, replace my order, or give me my order back that was incorrect. The wings were delivered burning hot when they were ordered buffalo mild, the pizza was cold, and it took two hours to get here. She should not be employed, should not be a manager, and is not educated enough to make food! By keeping my food, refusing to replace the incorrect order, or give me a refund she has stolen from me and will be reported to my credit card company as the person who stole from me along with the company!

I have been avoiding Denton pizza huts for quite awhile, decided to try Sanger's hut. After a 12 minute drive we arrived and it was still not opened. There wasn't a sign on the door so we waited outside. The crew inside saw us try to open the door and only waved their finger no. We decided to wait until 11am right out front, the people inside could see us. A little before 11 the manager came outside to leave. I asked him if they were going to open, he said his oven wasn't working. Thanks for being courteous and coming out to tell us they were not opening anytime soon. Im sorry we gave them a chance.

I seriously doubt there will be a next time. I have always placed my orders with Pizza Hut but the last three months have been either out of product, no delivery drivers, two hours when the site says 30-40 minutes or some other excuse. Yesterday the girl when I called after 45 minutes (and on the tracker it said my pizza was on its way) when it was supposed to be a 30 minute delivery, I was told no drivers. She said she called me twice. But my phone shows no missed calls at that time. I have lots of calls, none from Pizza Hut or an employee of Pizza Hut. Then when I said I would pick it up, she told me it would be 15 minutes before it was ready. How is that possible if it was on its way 30 minutes earlier.

Ordered delivery, didn't know that they don't have their own drivers anymore & use doordash. It took over an hour for me to get my food & it was cold by then. Completely ridiculous, their website needs to make it clear that they use doordash. Won't be ordering from them again.

My husband and I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of cinnamon sticks with icing. We got NO icing. I called to just let them know what happened so they would check the orders more closely next time. I no sooner said my name and nothing else and the person HUNG UP ON ME. Needless to say we will never buy from them again. Hopefully the owner reads these. Don't know the person's name but it was a female, 3/13/21 @ 4:05pm.

Ordered two pizzas, both had no sauce. Very dry pizza, please train your employees to start adding sauce. Sauce is part of the pizza.

Ordered my pizza before 5pm and eta was 5:40. 5:50 rolls around and no pizza. 6pm... no pizza. I call at 6:09 and was told they had one delivery driver and it was on its way to me. 6:50 and still no pizza. I call back and the delivery driver said he came to my house and saw my door was open except the storm door and rang the doorbell 2x. I told him I didn't hear him and the dogs didn't hear it either and they bark at everything. I asked if they usually call being he thought i left my house unattended with the door wide open and my car in the driveway. He says sometimes we do. He told me my pizza was in the warmer and he'd bring it to me. No thanks. Cancel my order and refund my money. I've never had this situation. I took my 4yr old out to go eat last night instead.

This place is rarely open during the hours posted online. Delivery takes hours if you are lucky. But usually, they will call you after 1 - 1 1/2 hours to come pick up your cold pizza. The food itself is terrible, usually cold and missing toppings you requested. How this place keeps the lights on I’ll never understand. Stay away.

Worst worst worst service I have ever had. Staff full of excuses. The store phone was auto answered and we were put on hold.after 20 minutes we just drove to store and placed the order. Was overcharged by $17. We were refunded difference and was told the phone system was not working. We were told order would be ready in 20 minutes. We returned to pick up the order and was told they were out of regular crust so what was our next choice for crust. They staff had out phone number but no one called us So now we set waiting another 30 mins for pizza. Has then 2 hrs to get pizza. The really sad thing is that this is very common service for this store.

If you hate sauce or are allergic to it, this is the spot for you! Barely any sauce, toppings are sparse, and pizzas look sad in general. Wings were good though, and the employees were nice

On Saturday afternoons there is an older gentleman that works and every time the pizza is a 5 star! I ordered the same pizza on a Wednesday night and it was terrible! We could barely eat it. One star is generous.

Ordered 1 large pizza and 8 wings at 9:30pm for pickup, the order said it would be ready in 12 minutes. I get a call not even 5 minutes later saying the store is closed. I asked the lady what the store hours were and she said "10am-10pm" and said nothing else. That is absolutely ridiculous!! I guess the employees close the store whenever they're ready to go home.

They dont actually give you what you ordered. When there is an issue with your order you can't get through to the actual restaurant because they refuse to answer their phone. The last 4 times that I have ordered here either they charged me and didn't make my food, so when I showed up to get it they would say they didnt have my order. And I had the email to confirm the order went through. Or they wouldn't actually give me what I ordered. Ordered personal pan pizzas and they would send a medium pizza instead of 2 personal pizzas seems like they are being nice but really I just want what I ordered. You order a personal pizza because that's what you want.

I've ordered many times mostly good service. This time pizza guy called and said he was gonna be late. which I was cool with but when I got my order all pizzas were under cooked and doughy, had wrong pasta, the only thing that was right was the knotbread. Ordered my delivery a bit late so it’s slightly understandable that they cancelled my order, although I live three minutes away. It turns out they called me 3 minutes after I ordered, and I never saw it. They didn’t try to call again or even leave a voicemail. I’ve worked customer service and retail so I understand that late nights suck, especially when you have a late order. But I didn’t even get a refund? A bit of care can go a long way, someone could have simply left a voicemail or tried to call me again (SOMETHING), especially after I didn’t answer the first time. Oh and I wasn’t even refunded. I’ll mention that again. My app was never updated- and maybe someone at the store doesn’t know how to update it from the app, but that should definitely change. I sat watching my app tell me it was being prepared and still on the way for almost 40 minutes. I am frustrated, I even tipped 25 percent and had because I ordered almost 30 minutes before close. Furthermore, the website on here says we can order delivery until 10:30, so that needs to be changed if they can’t handle my order. I recognize that things are tough right now but all I want is my money back and some pizza. I’m not looking forward to dealing with this whole thing tomorrow.

I placed a delivery order at 10:40 AM for a pizza, drink, and breadsticks. It is now 1:00 PM — over 2.5 hours later — and I have not received my order or any communication about delays. I paid nearly $30 including tip, and there has been no update, no text, and no way to reach a real person because customer support is locked behind an AI system that doesn’t activate until 1 PM. This is extremely disappointing. I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but waiting hours without communication is unacceptable. If there are delays, customers should at least be informed. I hope management addresses this because this experience makes me hesitant to order again.
