Great bagels and great service. The only bagel place that I have ever had to ask to put less spread on my bagel. They are super generous, so I actually have to ask them to lighten it up a bit. So wish they were expanding to Seattle area. Could really use them at the north end of the lake.

I was so excited to see Boichik in the South Bay! I've had the frozen bagels delivered via Locale before but, since Locale stopped doing it, I had been missing Boichik. And now, not only can I stock my freezer again, I can also try out the "local only" options like the Eggthing bagel (a cross between an egg and everything bagel). I also ordered it toasted and schmeered with a Hatch Chile cream cheese. It was everything I had hoped for! Can't wait to come back! Update: Decided to venture out of my goto of Hatch Chile Schmear on a toasted Everything Bagel that I split onto two Bialys (which then gives me 2 breakfasts)! I ordered a Mensh sando and Choco Malt Coffee. The Mensh comes with a whitefish schmear, tomato and cucumber on your choice of bagel and the Choco Malt Coffee is iced with chocolate and malt syrups. Both were good and a nice to try for a change but they will not replace my goto as my favorite.

Outstanding bagels!!! Such fast service, order online and my order is always ready a few minutes later, so don’t listen to the toast app timing it will give you longer time than it actually is. The employees are super nice and efficient! I am eating the daily special tuna fish as we speak and it is the freshest lightest tuna salad I’ve ever had!!! I had a cream cheese bagel the other day and they don’t skimp on the cream cheese one bit. When you walk in you can go to your left to order in store or right to pick up your order- my only gripe is no one is readily helping online orders so you kinda gotta flag someone down and tell them you ordered on line. Also an area of improvement is again for pick up orders, the bagel maker makes the order then puts it on a bottom shelf on the back area vs up front next to them, lots of walking back and forth. Online ordering is so fast, the person in front of me was taking their sweet time to order, I placed my order while waiting in line and it was ready a min later. There’s seating outside if you wanna stay and enjoy your bagel.

Boichik in the South Bay! A brand new store in an easy to access and not too busy part of Santa Clara. Their food is as good as their other stores, and they offer takeout options. No in-store seating but there is outdoor seating available

Great to have a bagel spot in the neighborhood. Got the classic with an everything bagel. It was loaded with cream cheese, an heirloom tomato, tons of lox, capers, and red onions. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient.

Sooooo good. We ordered ahead for pickup to save time. Food was great. Only issue that their were so many pickups we had to wait even just for pickup. They have vegan options which is good. The bagels are 5/5.

Berkeley and Palo Alto were the closest locations for the longest time. I am so glad that they somehow decided to open up shop five minutes away from my apartment. I’m a simple bagel with cream cheese kind of person. This is the grown up bagel that you eat after years of high school frozen bagels they serve at lunch for $1.50. The staff is always lovely. They also have bagel sandwiches. They are legit too.

Tasty bagels, it’s a new spot and the bagels are good. I heard the spreads are great so I’ll try those next time. I had an everything with egg salad and tomatoes. Also picked up some bagel chips.

The bagels are fantastic, with a crispy crust and a soft, chewy interior. The plain, everything, pumpernickel, and onion varieties are my favorites.

Their gluten free everything bagel is a staple for me- it’s the best gluten free bagel I’ve ever had. Chewy and so similar to a regular bagel! If you buy the 6 pack, keep them in the freezer. I defrost on the lowest setting on my microwave for 3 minutes before double toasting and they are delightful every time.

Their gluten free everything bagel is a staple for me- it’s the best gluten free bagel I’ve ever had. Chewy and so similar to a regular bagel! If you buy the 6 pack, keep them in the freezer. I ordered three different kinds of bagels to-go, without toasting, but had to wait for more than what we expected. Since we were waiting a long time, we expected to have a freshly baked, warm bagels due to the long wait, but unfortunately they were not. However, the taste of those bagels were good, and it inspired me to bake my own bagels at home.

For instance, in NY the bagel places usually have more breakfast bagel with eggs and cheese and stuff. Boichik has good spreads, lox, egg salad and tuna salad. So maybe my expectations were set too high. The toasting wasn’t very much. Barely warm and not crispy. And they put a LOT of spread if you like that. I do like they have outdoor seating. Pricey of you get the protein add-ons.

It's just a little Togo place. I thought the bagels would be amazing I ordered sesame my fave with chive cream cheese The bagels were sweet. It's weird to be that sweet. Not like donut sweet (but I've had donuts that were less sweet). It was ok. A bit disappointing. Texture and all else ok or as expected My daughter and husband LOVE LOVE LOVE the salmon bagel.

Went there on Sunday because they were the only ones open, nothing really special about their bagels. I got the tuna and lox spread it was ok, I asked for the cooked egg bagel but it looks like they only offer the eggs cold salad which was not interesting to me, just like any ordinary bagel place it's just overhyped and overpriced.

I stopped by this morning and spent 16$ for a bagel. It tastes good at the beginning but when I almost finished it， something wield came to my mouth. Small part of the bagel went bad already. Not sure how long did they store it. 🤢 The circled part is mold.

Terrible customer service The lady was speaking with me on the phone For like five minutes, telling me that she can’t take an order on the phone because they’re short staffed I don’t have time. Meanwhile, she’s speaking to me on the phone all I wanted to order. Is a classic bagel not something too difficult

Biting it was unpleasant. Dry. No chewy texture. I spit it out and threw the rest in the trash. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND EFFORT.

Ordered build your own bagel online with Nova lox and avocado. Got a bagel with only avocado +nov cream cheese. It’s befuddling and unacceptable mistake to swap $9.5 smoke salmon with cream cheese. Paying $18 for bagel with a few slices of avocado +two cream cheese on the side is rip off.
