The times I've gone the same baristas are there so I usually see the same 2. They always have masks. They're always friendly. No line usually and they're quick. Recommend. I personally wouldn't wait in a Starbucks drive thru line :) they look really long!

Above average coffee, while most of their blended drinks tend to be a bit too sweet. The employees here are always very friendly and are good at remembering your go-to orders.

Nathan always makes us laugh and always advises us towards the right drink. We love this place. Their cold brew and Biscotti's are always delicious, none of that watery Americano BS, excellent flavors in their lattes without that cheap overly sweet taste. The personality is wonderful and the atmosphere disarming. We always say we will try to go inside more but the drive-thru is so convenient when en route to work. I come from Phil'z so I like to think have a pretty high standard for both flavor and atmosphere and I love this place.

I can't get enough of their frescos and other cold drinks! It's my life goal to try everything on their menu. A few days ago I tried their pumpkin pie frescro with a shot of espresso and the taste was mouth wateringly addicting.

The fellow who served me was super friendly and informative. I tried a mocha coffee and it was so delicious. I will be back again. Yum Oh, and great price 👍

I love this place. White chocolate fresco for me.... mmmmmmm. 2 locations. 1 in Santa Clara and 1 in Milpitas. Heads up the one in Milpitas (only) has a punch card system after 10 punches you get one free.

Not only did this drink taste like Oreos but you can also taste the espresso, it was also evenly balanced in sweetness it never was overly sweet. This place is a must try if you like coffee. Price also wasn't bad it was about 15 dollars for 3 drinks. They also have alternate milks for anyone who is lactose intolerant.

I’d absolutely take this over a fast food option like a “McCafe” or even a lot of Starbucks drinks. The staff was really friendly, the drink had amazing flavor (I got the blended mint mocha), and the wait wasn’t too long either. Also, if they make you a blended drink, they might even give you whatever extra there was in the blender in a tiny cup! That was a really nice plus. I’m glad they didn’t just choose to throw the extra out.

You cannot go inside, it’s more like a booth with drive-thru or walk-up windows. Both will have lines in a crammed parking lot, but it’s well worth the wait. If it’s not busy then you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Accessibility: there may be lots of cars pulling in and out of surrounding parking spots, it can be chaotic. If you’re coming by car, I’d recommend staying in it and using the drive-thru. Large menu on signs as you approach and at the window. Helpful staff. If you approach by foot or wheelchair, use caution expecting traffic. No stairs, walk-up window is high, but you can order at the side door instead.

Where I go to get uplifted. Employees are so nice. I get my favorite drink, Cafe Fresco 24 oz, little conversation, dog biscuits, they let me vent if I've had a bad day. It is so close to home and I feel so calm and happy when I'm there. The chocolate muffins are so good, though the blueberry are better for you and pretty tasty.

I've been coming here for the past 10 years on and off and then during the pandemic i started coming 1 drive thru and the staff is so amazing! Chris and brian absolutely love them but haven't seen ether of them in a while but the new staff seems pretty friendly, i do find myself having to go back and having them remake my drinks for wrong milk or charged for a larger size and get the wrong size BUT some of the best most consistent coffee there is. I've never tried something on the menu and been disappointed! The owner is such a sweet heart and extremely nice! not only to myself but to my kids as well and always waves to us in the morning from her car!

I am welcomed like I am a friend. My dog receives a treat every time. The coffee is delicious with a distinctive taste that I haven’t found anywhere else. This is my favorite coffee destination and I highly recommend you make this your next coffee stop.

This was my first time there. The lady working there was super nice and friendly. I asked if she would pick out a hot drink and pastry, I ended up having a fantastic mocha and a cherry pastry- which was also great! I definitely will be recommending Caffino Drive-Thru to friends, especially in these dark raining winter nights!

It is good to find a drive through coffee other than Starbucks. Their iced mocha was delicious. However their blueberry muffin was okay.

Great products, poor service. One person at 9 am to serve everyone...and you have to wait so much because the turtle making your coffee really takes her sweet time to attend the few costumes that are willing to wait.

Great place to stop for a decent coffee drink without getting out of your car. Minus one star for saying they have “fresh-baked pastries,” since they are very clearly from Costco.

For the owner if you care: We ordered 2 hot chocolates for myself and the kid in the car on 01/21 5pm. It was a little chilly outside and our hope was to get a warm drink. However, we got a very light lukewarm 'hot' chocolate. This is not hot chocolate and not expected for a decently rated place. Waste of my 7$.

Inconsistent, do not waste your time. Some days they are open on time, some days not. Sometimes they just ignore you. While the product may be acceptable, the business is run like a lemonade stand.

Watered down garbage. Tasted awful. We threw our drinks away after a few sips. Got a cold brew and hot coffee. Maybe if you want sugar water, I wanted coffee.

When you give them feedback all you get is attitude, so I wouldn't bother coming unless you're desparate for low grade coffee.

I went in about 5PM today (10/30/24) Was met with extremely rude customer service. Ordered an Au lait. The guy who was taking the order threw a lot of attitude while talking to me. Coffee didn’t taste good as well. Been herr multiple times. I know few of the others who work here. They were nicer comparatively.
