Easily the best Mexican food in America. Baja blast and grilled cheese burrito with a Doritos locos cheesy Gordita crunch (Gordita crunch but a Doritos shell inside) in the drive through, or with a beer at a Taco Bell cantina. Hell yeah.

Very clean, efficient, smiling workers. My green, bean burrito with extra onions was perfect. Proper temp., decent amount of beans, green sauce and onions. Now, if only the tortillas wouldn't stick to your teeth.....

Love the options to turn the menu all vegetarian! Also like the easy customization so I can make it vegan. Also the value for money is insane

Had a mobile order today and my experience was perfect. Ordered the toasted cheddar chalupa deluxe box. Really enjoyed the new Brisk Dragon Paradise Sparkling Iced Tea, which was a really not-too-sweet grape drink(?) Not too sure, inhaled it though, refreshing on a hot Santa Clara day. The toasted cheddar chalupa was great but the cheddar didn't really stand out to me. The 5-layer burrito and crunchy taco that came with the combo were made just right. Everything tasted great 👍 simply good customer service, friendly, and really fast with the mobile order! All the times I've visited the lobby I just noticed the environment was nice and clean. My new go-to Taco Bell (did they add the drive thru recently? I must be tripping as I just noticed and used it) Perfect location near the City Library and park. Tacos are certainly welcome at picnics there.

I don't know what to say about this Taco Bell, nice enough building and they have a drive thru so you can be lazy and just get your poor quality food without even having to go in the store.

This location is a good vibe and a chill place. Everyone there is super cool and they always understand my orders. I'm a picky eater so that's important to me that my order is correct. If your in the area and hungry you should stop there.

Even though I live closer and walking distance to the one on 3690 Steven creek blvd, I rather get in my car and drive here! Haven’t had a bad experience yet and this location always comes through! The people working the drive is always laughing and having a good time. Super quick and easy to deal with. Favorite location so far….they can close down 3690 Stevens Creek Blvd, they always seem unhappy and they look sad honestly.

Always prompt and quick. Very standard for Taco Bell, but this one is generally well kept and clean. I saw staff actively cleaning the area, something not seen at other Taco Bells I've been to.

It taco bell come on. The lobby ìs Clean. Staff is fast and efficient.

Not very helpful when the combo burrito I wanted to order is no longer on the menu. A simple suggestion of why not a bean burrito with beef added would have been nice, rather than a blank stare

The crunchy tacos, sub meat with beans was good. However, I ordered cheesy gordita crunch as well, and I requested to sub meat for beans, only after arriving home I realized they did not. I checked the bill and see that sub meat for beans wasn't there. I don't know if it's my mistake not check right away or the lady who took my order :( The place was pretty cool, there were lot of people who ordered over phone and came for pick up.

Exactly what you expect from Taco Bell, no more, no less. Almost never crowded, except just after nearby schools let out.

Well I have been to many taco bells throughout my life & this one is different they don't have as much of a variety of beverages like Dr. Pepper for example! Its a shame.

I'd give them more stars but they gave my order to someone else who returned it later. No one may ask if your order was fulfilled or something like that. They're mostly friendly though.

This place has become worse. Feels like eating in a bus stand. It was so much better earlier with more windows and relaxing decor.

There is a small veggie burrito on the menu and Supreme Burrito which is large in size and has meat in it . So through the drive through I asked for a Supreme Burrito without meat. The lady said it's possible to do that. When I came home I saw it was the same small veggie burrito but she had charged me the price of a Supreme Burrito.

I told him to order me an iced coffee (since I'd already eaten lunch) and that I'd prefer to pay cash at the counter. After spending $21.00 he told me I needed to use a card, which I did. Unfortunately there was no option for a printed receipt and to get a text or email receipt I would have had to give my phone number or email which doesn't work for me. To add insult to injury the completed order DID NOT include the drinks we ordered. We had to ask them for the drinks... then ask them for straws. Jeeze.... Things have changed at Taco Bell! I never thought I'd see the day one person could spend over $20 for lunch at a fast food place.

Bathroom doesn't have paper towels or a proper dryer so I had to use napkins instead :(

This is the worst place to go. They will ripped you off. The $5. box they will charge you $5.99 and it says $5.00 and they will argue with you and then when you get your food the tacos were all smashed up. Your going to need a spoon of fork to eat a taco. Never going back

Tried to order items through Taco Bell app. But it was not working so went to the store and showed them the order through app. They said they are not trained on how to use the app. Finally ordered items at the counter.

Every time I come to this place I order something they don't forget to give me my order they forget to give me my sauce they forget something. I ordered a combo and a drink and they forgot to put me my condiments. How am I supposed to eat without my condiments this place is worth nothing I wish I could give you the 0 Stars not one. I’m am very disappointed!!! We went through the drive thru and ordered our usual favorites and noticed that there is a 2-3 dollar increase in not only our items but others as well. I asked the drive through team member when they had raised the prices and he answered,over the past few weeks!! I understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic... but come on?! Really.

Specifically asked for my items with no sauce because I can't eat spicy things. My order was repeated and noted on the receipt but everything had hot sauce on it. Even items that usually aren't spicy had hot sauce on it. It almost feels like it was out of spite. I just pray the items weren't spit on for those few bites I took. Ended up just throwing everything away since I couldn't eat it. There goes 10+ dollars down the drain.

Husband took me cuz he was craving tacos....I quickly remembered why I don't like Taco Bell anymore; it's gross, blah food and it is very over priced for the quality. Staff were nice but it was freezing inside!

I come to this Taco Bell a lot. Came tonight and literally ordered 1 thing, took them over 15mins to actually make the 1 taco I ordered (when I was the only person in here).
