This taco Bell happens to be one of the best around in my opinion. Food tastes fresh and looks good. Very timely and responsible with how they handle their orders.

Taco bell had some of the best fast food breakfasts you can get. It always hits the spot. The Cinnabon delights are sooo good, they're dangerous.

My wife love this place and the drive thru staff was great they made a great experience to keep I hope I will return here to have the same.I give a full five star because they gave her a great memory.and I as well.

I got the Mexican pizza with black beans instead of the smashed beans. It was really good. It also comes as a combo with two taco supremes & a lrg drink. Yummo ! 🌮

Pretty efficient service for a fast food.. the staff is kind from speaker to pay window and inside is kept very clean! They don't give you a hard time about using the bathroom.. gets no bad comments from me! Food was hot but not scorching and they don't skimp on sauce either🙏🏼

Been to a lot of Taco Bell's and this one made my food fresh and packed with ingredients. Some locations throw the food together with the smallest amount of the items and no attention to detail. I was impressed by everything I got and the service was very friendly. This visit was on a Wednesday around 2:20. I will come back!

Updated review: the food is still good but the service has gone downhill in a hurry. The employees ignore you unless they're directly handing you an order. I'm disappointed because this had been better than the other stores in the area. Now it's about the same.

Perhaps the corn taco shells needed to be heated up a little. They sort of broke apart more then usual.

Tried the new Nacho Fries. A little spicy for my taste but delicious none the less.

Taco Bell is something most people know of. It's a quick way to get AMERICANIZED "Mexican food." It's not real Mexican food so please don't be fooled. It is easy to grab and cheap though, and it tastes alright, especially if you're just needing something to eat. But make sure you have a toilet nearby because in an hour or two it'll be back.

I've never had a problem at the drive through, but the one time I went inside the guy didn't recognize the thing I always get here. Five stars on the drive thru, but 3 inside, so I split the difference.

I have nothing great to say to a taco bell. I mean they are your average cast food restaurant. Of you ever been there you know that the employee's provide customer service some more than others. Also depending on your local taco bell some have a different menu. For ex. I can find an enchiritk in San pablo but not in concord. Just an example. Place was clean and good.

For a Taco Bell it's not bad. Don't get the order wrong very often, nice staff, clean lobby.

Ive eaten here a lot and its just out of nostalgia that I come here. Ik not many people love fast food, but I love coming here and many more should enjoy it to.

Fast food, enough said about that. Location: ~ Traffic can really suck sometimes (holiday season). But you already know that if you're there.

After their remodel they started cutting back on their portions, most of my tacos are 90% lettuce now

Restraint is clean but is due for a remodel. Staff are quick and polite. The parking lot is small and cramped but one exit leads to a traffic light so it's easy to get back on the road in the direction you are headed.

Prices at taco bell have gone up. A few tacos and dollar menu item was almost $10, and the tacos are basically just a snack. They also got so soggy before I made it home the kids wouldn't eat them. Meh. Still 6/10

Service is slow especially at register no matter what time. Food is always good as ordered. Loads of options. Fair amount of seating. Always clean.

Service has become unbearably slow at this location. Quality has not suffered and it is newly remodeled. Just don’t show up in a hurry.

Its taco bell but the new self order platform isnt the best as they dont have the specials available, customized ordering takes a while and id rather have the workers take my order than me doing that job. Not sure why there is a tip option since customers are helping them with the order. They also dont really call your order out when its done they just leave it on counter and go about their business.

Sometimes what makes a business great is not only their food (which was good) but the customer service. Which I'm sad to say needs improvement. The gentleman working the drive thru window wasnt at all enthusiastic while taking our order, didnt make any add on suggestions and when I had asked for my receipt to complete my order he gave me the biggest eye roll.

One of the worst bathrooms I had the pleasure of seeing after my meal…. Filthy, stinks, unflushed toilet, no mirror, water everywhere. I can go on, please clean.

Ordered the items I wanted and they gave me completely different items that were more expensive. Couldn't fix the issue because I was on my way to work, so be careful with the drive thru.

They got my order wrong plus I waited long for it when I thought it would be quicker to go inside. Not going back the person that took my order was not helpful or nice.

The cashier was too difficult. He talks in a mumbling way. He didn't even get my name right when he asked for my name.

the servers always make you wait to take an order. they want you to use the kios. they will walk away from the reg when you walk up to them and go hid in back for 5 mins before giving up and taking your order.

Ordered a nacho Bell grande, then proceeded to add four dollars worth of extras for a total almost $11 for nachos. What I got was sour cream with a half teaspoon, guacamole, 1/3 of a teaspoon, lettuce, which was a fair amount, extra meat sauce, which appeared to me to be what should’ve been the original amount of meat sauce. Two days later I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street and spent the same amount of money and I had three times as much weight and more than ample of items like sour cream, guacamole and real meat with an abundant amount. Never again will I order the nachos from Taco Bell.

Horrible service didn't get what we ordered then three people behind us there orders were all wrong ...food was way too spicy...I couldn't eat it...could not understand the person taking our order he barley spoke english...won't be going back there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Will never visit this restaurant ever. August 1st 1:40pm. I stood waiting at the counter over 15 minutes before the person in front of me ordered. Then the employee took his order and disappeared in the back. They gave priority to everyone in the drive through. I saw 8 cars get their meal before the guy in front got his meal. I was so dissatisfied that I just left. Worst taco bell in my opinion.

Make sure you have plenty of time when eating as it takes about 20 minutes longer than you think it would to make it. Then there’s the time it takes to go back and tell them they didn’t follow the instructions of removing certain ingredients from your order. Overall very disappointing. But the good thing about the negative experiences here is that they will help you stop eating this junk!

Decent place, except for the awful daytime manager... Hopefully their is some oversight on their (Taco Bell) part. She is not manager material. I personally will not be returning to that specific location because of the horrible character that I have seen displayed by that one person. Truly do hope they find someone to replace her for the sake of the customers and the staff that has to work along side of her. Otherwise the facility would receive between 3-4 stars.

Its hard to say. Cause i truly am a big Taco bell Fan. but lately all the taco bells in Pleasant hill ca/ Concord ca have been disappointing taco shells are Stale and Break the Meat is either not enough like half a teaspoon slapped on. Or too much tasting awful like a Chemical.

Never seem to acknowledge small orders (1-2 items). Have ordered single items before and they never receive the order.. have to tell them multiple times to make it. Completely unorganized operations.
