Been here multiple times from the time they opened even during pandemic... always had good service here. Have tried salads, soups, sandwiches for lunch/dinner and breakfast . It's been a while since we tried ... Wanted to grab couple of chicken sandwiches quickly so thought of this specific location. It was little busy here by the time we reached but ordering was quickly taken care off at the drive through... We ordered Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich & spicy deluxe grilled chicken sandwich with medium fries & coke. It was pretty warm by the time we reached home. Sandwiches were good we both liked the quality & flavor given it's still fast food. We love their breakfast sandwiches with tater tots that's our favorite. Overall it was quite nice experience.

The drive through on Saturday morning took 40 min for breakfast at 9:30am. Wasn't just for me, everyone in the line, which was backed up severely. And then, the order was missing all condiments and silverware. This is not the right precedent.

This morning I came to the Chick-fil-A to pick up my pick up order upon arriving to the drive-through. I waited for someone to speak. No one spoke so I pulled around when I got to the window. Fernando told me if I forgot to stop at the drive-thru window. I let him know when I stopped at the window no one said anything so I pulled around. He had a nasty attitude with me. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one.

Went through the drive through this evening, ordered my meal and asked if the payment could be split and was told to check at the window. When I reached the window the manager was extremely rude and told me that was not possible and told me I was holding up the line. After being polite and telling him I would gladly wait on the side or even go inside to pay for the order to be split by items he said in Spanish that I had no money to his coworkers as if I didn’t understand him. I wanted to use my cooperate Amex for my meal stipend for work to make a partial payment they only cover a certain amount, I had the money. Edgar (the manager) was so disgustingly rude and should not be working in customer service I am not only offended but will never be returning to this location. He should be fired honestly chic fil a can do so much better. Edgar try to be a better human to paying customers or leave the industry.

DoorDash delivery driver here- terrible experience for my first time dashing in this city after I recently moved. One of the lady there, (apologies the one with severe hair loss)not sure if a manager or not had a terrible attitude towards the door dashers- who mostly don’t speak English. She shouted several times on a demeaning tone, and then approached one customer or dasher screaming to his face to “pay attention” I addressed her saying that there was no need to be rude. She was somewhat shocked that someone dares telling her something, she then proceeds to go back to the kitchen asking me if I’m also a DoorDash, and proceeds to tell in Spanish to her colleague that “La voy a cancelar”, that she will “cancel” me, to not receive orders from chick fil a anymore. I will be contacting chick fil a’s superiors to get that unfair ban removed. Lady, treat people with respect. You do not not people’s story.

They need someone better at the drive thru to take orders. I can't understand the order taker (ESL). I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage instead. During rush hour you don't have time to check the order or redo it. Also why can't the order screen show your orders like the McDonald's order screen. Seriously, I come to Chik fil a to get chicken not sausage.

Had a mobile order today, got in the drive thru line. There were no other cars. I waited a minute or two. Another car pulled into the second drive thru line. What's wrong with Chick Fil A. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and it was soggy and just lacked the taste. There was no crunch and the Fries were over cooked. They have also become stingy on sauce. There are better chicken sandwiches out there like the Dave's Hot chicken or the Shake shack. Not going back again.
