I love their chicken burritos reminds me a lot of Baja Bud's chicken burritos and it up there fresh salsa this is our first time eating here so very nice place to eat at on a Wednesday night

I had the chicken burrito at Baja Fresh, and it was outstanding. The chicken was juicy, packed with great flavor, and paired with fresh veggies and a nice, zesty salsa. The tortilla was soft and wrapped it all up perfectly. The service was friendly, and the place was clean. A five star meal all the way.

The very first time I experience the wonderful taste of the caritas burrito I was in love! The favor of the meat mixed with guacamole and veggies was sooo!!! Good! I have bought it 3 times already. And I will be buying the burrito again!😃

I've been enjoying Baja Fresh for over 25 years. I was very glad when I found this one in Santa Clarita. They're always friendly when ordering. I enjoy their food much better than their major competitor.

Baja Fresh on Valencia Blvd. in Santa Clarita is great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I stop there monthly, and am amazed that the person waiting on me knows my order before I say anything! To me it is great customer service!

My experience at this Baja Fresh was exceptional! The costumer service was impeccable. We show up just as they were getting ready to close the doors for the night. Even though they had mostly cleaned up and were getting ready to lock doors they took us in and treated us kindly. I know most restaurants don’t like having people show up at closing but these guys went above and beyond to serve us. The kind attitude and quality of food moved me with gratified making our evening out a memorable positive experience. Thank you Baja Fresh of Valencia ❤️🙏🏻

Good food, and the shrimp chili lime salad is delicious. The only downside is that the cashier and general manager didn't bother to ask if I needed utensils or napkins until I came back into the place several minutes later. If this minor thing wasn't overlooked I would have given it 5 stars but it's getting 3.

Food is good. Their fountain drinks, like most other restaurants in the area, have such a nasty after taste. Like how I could imagine toilet water tasting. Likely due to improper cleaning or dirty tap source. Don't drink the fountain soda.

Our most recent visit to Baja Fresh made me long for that night, unfortunately it was a far cry from that tasty meal. Instead, my Americano taco had very dry flavorless chicken. The woman at the counter rubbed me the wrong way with her tone, not just toward me but also toward a couple people who came in to pick up their orders. The restaurant itself was dead other than me and a couple people in the corner. The drink area was a bit dirty. No napkin dispenser to speak of from without asking the woman at the counter. The taco itself was fine. Tasty but nothing special. The price was a bit steeper than I’d like for a single street taco. I can see now why I just never come here.

Food was great. Customer service was terrible. The older guy who hands out the food was completely rude. I was telling the guy what sauces I wanted when I ordered and he was nice telling me u just ask for it at pick up. Well the rude guy who works the hand out today was telling me it's only 2 sauces per burrito. I said well do I have to pay or how can I get other sauces? He just said I'm just telling u the rules sorry. I was to hungry to argue with the old bald guy so I just left. Great food but man one employee made me never want to go back!

On 9/29/24 I placed an order inside the restaurant and waited around 12-15 minutes for my food. One of the workers stocking up the refrigerator was also bagging up the orders. He called me number and I he said everything was in the bag. I guess I should have checked everything then, it would have saved me some time and gas. Anyways, I drove home 20 minutes away to realize they gave me half my order wrong. Super upset since it was a busy time of the day and no one likes to waste their gas. So, I called and the same cashier answered the phone and I explained they gave me the wrong order and she said I can go back for the new order but to bring back the “wrong order” so they can keep it. I get there and the cashier already has my correct order with her on the counter. I asked if this was freshly made since it was 30 minutes since it was placed, I’m still not sure when it was made, but I guess I had to believe her. Then, she asked me if I wanted to keep the wrong order? After making me bring it back and it’s been cold for 30 minutes she has the nerve to offer me to keep it? No way. Additionally, the shrimp in the salad was burnt and dry. The chips were hard and stale. Never going here again! This place obviously doesn’t care about their food quality or customer service! Spent $40 for bad service and stale food.
