Cinnabon Bakery's this outlet located inside the Westfield mall is one of the best Cinnabon locations. The place carries a trendy vibe with eye popping colors and soothing decorations. The Cinnabon rolls served here are truly at par with the spirit of Cinnabon's legacy and I really had a great time on my visit here.

Great big cinnamon rolls. Tried a cinnamon roll for the first time in a few years and it was good. Need a sweet tooth for this places. Would recommend sharing. Warm and ready to eat. Great dessert. I don’t understand why this place has a less than 4/5 rating. The cinnamon rolls are amazing and are constantly made fresh. I’ve always had amazing employees who are very sweet and worked with me to work out coupons and deals. If you go to other places and get cinnamon rolls they aren’t good because they make so many other things but here they focus on one thing and make it good. I even went to Rocklin’s donuts near Sacramento which has apparently one of the best cinnamon rolls in CA and it wasn’t as good as Cinnabon.
The service was great. Polite but not overly friendly. The man helping me was nice even when there was a vard reader error. To those leaving a bad review, this is a very loud and busy mall. Its hard to hear and sometimes new employees will have a harder time focusing and remembering all the rules to things. There is a high turn over due to how rude and impatient some of the customers can be. Be kind, be patient. You'll get the energy you put out in the world back to you.
Got there last minute but couldn’t find the location in the mall. Took my order over the phone, asking questions and making suggestions for me. Even though I was aware of the closing, it didn’t feel like they were anything but focused on customer service. Food was great as usual, and I’ll be going back for more.

Tastes too sweet to ignore
Cinnabons are delicious! Their employees are okay, not overly friendly but not rude either. They just do their job. There is some confusion as to where people should line up because there are two registers and I've seen people get upset over this. I don't mind much, just wait patiently.

Subject: Inconsistent Quality and Service at Cinnabon Locations I often purchase the Caramel Pecanbon and have noticed a big difference between locations. At the Great Mall, they usually add three to four full scoops of pecans, which I really appreciate. However, at other locations — including the one I recently visited — I usually get just one or two scoops, sometimes not even full ones. It’s strange. This is supposed to be the same brand, and the product should be consistent at every location. Why isn’t this being monitored? I’d really like to see a clear standard for toppings, so every customer receives the same quality for their money. Also, I felt that the staff at the Great Mall were a bit more friendly and attentive than here. Maybe it’s just my impression — just my personal opinion — but I do wish the level of service was equally welcoming at all locations. Thanks for your attention, and I hope this feedback is taken into account.

But here, at Westfield Valley Fair, it was the opposite. The roll looked messy, and there were barely any pecans at all — as you can see in the photo. It just felt off. Even the staff didn’t seem as nice or friendly as before. Overall, the difference between the two locations is huge. I expected the same quality everywhere, but this visit was a real letdown.

Had to call several times for somebody to pick up. The person who answered was crying because “Sarah was being mean to her” and I was abruptly hung up on. I called back once more to let them know how unprofessional of a service was being provided to a prospective customer, and when I asked to speak to a manager, nobody replied.
I was at the Cinnabon at Valley Fair and had a bad experience with one of the workers. It wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered something rude from this person. His name is Carlton, a man wearing glasses. I’ve bought here before and he seemed a little hot head headed, but not until now he yelled at me. I was talking very nicely to him and he just yelled at me that it was an hour wait! A lot of people in line heard and his co-workers as well. I thought of that as very rude and he doesn’t have good customer service. I expected more from this place. Not until we came back to order again, did we receive better treatment from his coworkers.
The employee is super rude and young it show that she doesn’t know anything and she is so slow it takes me 20 min in line of 4 people when I ask her to add Caramel she went to ask her coworker and they came back to tell me after 8:00 pm we don’t add anything. So I have to take the Cinnabon and the prices in that location are so high. I used to get a pack of 6 Cinnabon rolls it was $21. Nw I’m getting the tiny pack and it the same price and the 6 pack are $31 dollars, how come it getting $10 dollars more in a week or couples.
The employee is super rude and probably deaf.. i asked her for a hot cocoa she gave me a coke . When i told her this wasnt what i asked for … she said we are t serving hot cocoa … Is this something you tell people before they end up paying and not just handing them whatever they have …. The worst experience…
Bad service, horrorozo. NEVER GO BACK! I went to the mall specifically to go to cinnabon to buy sweets and churros for a birthday, for 30 children a man with glasses answers, in a bad mood, very rude, I said hello to him and he was looking at us in silence and soon after I said another hello and he shouted, shouted HELLO ! totally sick and unprepared. ops ... he would like to serve MUDO's customers! ?? cinabbon, improve your attendant's training. that person could NEVER be in charge of a trade participating! I just left the mall without the sweets and outraged! the company must do training with the employee! they are not doing us a favor! they are there to serve the customer well!
They sell unbaked buns, I bought few buns and one was raw inside. Poor quality of service, everything super slow, I waited 20min in the line and 5min with cashier just to pack few buns. I like Cinnamon buns, very tasty, but this restaurant is just terrible.
