The employees working tonight were amazing Zachery and adriana I want to say there makes were were very nice, there was another young man there but wasn't able to catch his name. They were all very tentive to their customers, I didn't feel rushed deciding, as a first timer. The place was very clean. Thank you

Staff were amazing and the take and bake helps because they have gluten free crust s and I don't have to worry about cross contamination as a Celiac patient.

My favorite pizza place! The employees are always friendly, the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The artichoke chicken is my grandson's favorite. My wife loves the bbq chicken on thin crust. What do I like? Is there such a thing as bad pizza? I don't think so. Be sure to buy the family size. Who doesn't love leftover pizza for breakfast?

I like this place. The people are friendly and the pizzas are good too. I got the Cowboy pizza this time. It's one of my favorites now! Just remember it's a take-and-bake. Follow the directions and you're all set. There is one tip I learned at their place. After baking for 10 minutes, pull off the tray they put the pizza on and cook it the last 5 to 8 minutes just on the oven shelf. Or if you have a pizza pan, or stone, just cook it on them for a nicely cooked pizza, with that good crunch on the bottom... Now I'm HUNGRY!!

My favorite pizza place. You get a fresh, made-to-order pizza of all kinds and varieties. No skimping on the toppings. The people are pleasant and quick. The manager seems like a very nice woman and has things worked out efficiently. It is always clean and welcoming. They make it, you bake it. Just bought a couple last week: BBQ chicken and another one that had chicken and vegetables and Feta cheese, I believe. Both were fantastic.

To the people who were working today, super bowl Sunday between 3pm and 4pm, ya'll are amazing! You guys had such a great attitude, great customer service! It was almost like you liked your job. The pizza was awesome and loaded with toppings! Thank you all for being awesome!

I arrived right at the time the app said my pizza would be ready and it was ready. The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. An employee promptly went over and got me my pizza and I was out of there. I cooked it as soon as I got home and it is excellent!

Good "Take and Bake" place. Don't recommend the stuffed pizzas, they take a long time to put together, and the crust never really gets all the c way cooked. The other pizzas are brilliant. They do take EBT as well.

Ordered pizzas online, one was missing all the meat and half the veggies, I think they were just rushing, they were able to add in the missing toppings, took 2 tries but I left with what I ordered !

Great tasting pizza for the price. Easy to follow instructions and always made quick. Staff is very friendly and even doing online ordering to have ready ahead of time. Only 10 bucks for a jack-o-lantern pizza and its very tasty

Used the app to order and pickup on the way home. My pie was ready when I got there! (~10 minutes)

Good taste. Just wish there was a good way to crisp up the crust. I tried their instructions but still soggy in the middle. I think there may have been too much sauce.

Had not been here for quite a few years, but was intrigued by their new crustless pizza. Pizza was better than I remembered but the prices are certainly much higher than I remember. The staff were friendly and helpful and even offered a discount I was not aware of. Is the product worth $15 dollars when you cook it yourself, hmmm, for me, the jury is still out on that.. ;-)))!

The crust did not meet expectations. I've had Papa Murphy's many times, but the crust was not good the last time I was there. Salad was good though.

There was an additional order of bread sticks and ranch dressing on that same receipt. When I told her that, she acted like I was speaking a different language. I explained to her once again that I had two pizzas to pick up, ranch dressing, and bread sticks. Instead of looking at the receipt, she goes to the back and starts looking for the other pizza which was in the pickup rack right above the pizza she had just given me. There were no bread sticks in the refrigerator section where the girl told me to get them from. I tell her that there aren't any and she goes in the back for several minutes looking for them. She finally brings out the bread sticks and then goes to get the ranch dressing. Once she finally came back, I was already over it and left without looking at the pizzas. To my disappointment, I ordered a family size 1/2 Cowboy and 1/2 Gourmet Chicken Garlic and as you can see by the picture, that's not what I received. I used to love going to Papa Murphy's but their service and quality has really gone downhill. Hopefully it gets better or we won't be going back.

Too difficult to place an order for EBT, if you call them they WILL NOT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to order online so if you have any kind of difficulties ordering on your tiny phone screen, just forget it you can't get help and you cannot call on an order like normal people. If you make it to the checkout it doesn't accept your card so that's that, disappointed children is all you get.

Someone needs to check this place. They close 10 min early every day, lock the doors won't let you or answer phones. Even if you call in your pizza or you simply wanna buy a soda. They won't let you. Very freaking disappointing for being a chain.

It wouldn't accept the coupon they sent for completing a survey. Then it said 30 minutes but after I placed the order it said 1 hour and four minutes. Then to top it all off the order was lost. I'll go somewhere ese in the future. So, I returned giving them one more chance. I ordered extra sausage and extra mozzarella. No sausage and a sparse amount of mozzarella. I returned the pizza and that's the last time I order from Pappa Murphys. This is not a good place.

They changed the italian sausage to little tiny ground sprinkles of sausage. Not only is it too small but doesn't even taste like italian sausage and very little on there. It is not good now. I like italian sausage on my pizza, not pepper sized sprinkles. I've bought there since they opened but I won't be going back, sadly.
