I love the Korean flavor the bonnets with my favorite food the soda machine is very clean when I enter the bathroom I notice that it is very clean ay paper the most important thing good atmosphere music and my food .jy heats up very good service

Well, I just love wing stop!!! The wings are always crispy yet moist. I've tried all their flavors and my most favorite is garlic parmesan. I am a little upset that they removed their baked beans, LOVED them. They now have that cajun corn, they have a nice kick to them. Fries I order extra crispy with extra seasoning, that brown sugar makes it to die for!! The rolls are light and airy. I have not tried any other sides so I can not comment on those. This store itself is usually pretty great. Workers are always polite and smiling. Time taking your order is quick but waiting for food is usually the minimum of 15 minutes. Which is okay, my food is fresh!! Today their coke station and restroom was pretty dirty, it might have been the large group that was dining there. The only downside here is the restaurant is way to small for how busy they are. Work on expanding so you don't have customers leaving due to no seating!

OPEN THE BAG! Wingstop seals their "to go" bags which seems great but hasn't been for us. The last three times we've picked up food there something was missing when we opened the bag at home. No fries twice and no veggies once. It's a small thing but irritating.
The food is almost always great at Wingstop. Flavors are awesome and value is WAY ahead of the other wing places. Biggest problem is the wait times and the lack of consistency with their online ordering. It goes down a lot and doesn't always submit the orders you put in at the Santa Maria location. This is the only location I've had issues with locally. Hours seem to change frequently or they close early which is frustrating. Always double check your bag here if you order extra dipping sauces as there have been several occasions where I paid for a large side order of dips and they were not put into the bag. Staff are not always the friendliest, but I would be the same way if I worked in food service so no worries there. They are definitely helpful Frustrations aside Wing stop does have great food at good prices, especially when they run promotions and deals. Overall I do recommend this place, just place your orders by phone, and give plenty of time between ordering and picking up.

"It's already an hour and some change until you get your order is ready".... And 58 to 63 mins is not a real time of waiting. So if you really like this place you might be lucky if your order is ready in 2 hours. I say they need a bigger kitchen with more staff.. Sadly had to review them like this.

My name is Jose M. I ordered a 30 piece bone in meal. I ordered 8 mild, 7 Parmesan, and 15 lemon pepper. I waited over an hour and half when the ticket time was an hour. The only seasoned the mild very lightly which was no biggy. The 7 Parmesan and 15 lemon pepper were not tossed or seasoned. I literally got 22 plain wings. Wing stop In Santa Maria usually always messes something up but never in my life have I got wings that were not season or tossed. When I called back I tried speaking to the manager but she was not there. They only refunded me the wings that they messed up on when it should have been the whole order. I posted the pics of the wings that were not seasoned or tossed for reference. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BE FOR YOU LEAVE!!!
Update: the food arrived shortly after this review was posted. The wings were overcooked, but tasted OK, however I got gastroenteritis and have been sick since last Sunday after eating here. Won't be returning to this location. Sitting in here a million years waiting for the wings, still have not arrived. Not busy at all, not short staffed, just moving like molasses. No excuse for how slow they're going. Also the table across from us has been just completely covered in garbage the whole time we have been here. We ordered a total of 15 wings, and have waited 45 minutes so far. Here I am still typing this review, ready to eat, hungry, expecting at any moment to hear my name called. Whack location with whack employees who are happy to leave the place looking like filth and shamelessly waste people's time. I'm going to wait a few more minutes only because I've already wasted this much time and I'm hungry, if the food isn't ready soon I guess I'll ask for a refund (which I hate doing).
Wings were burnt beyond repair, no sauce. Other picture looked like they bit the chicken. Wow terrible. For reference it was supposed to be spicy Korean, it was burnt Korean what a joke 9:25pm 8/12/23

Fine as long as you don’t notice them kicking food under the counters and equipment. Blech.
I’ve been coming to this specific Wing-stop cuz it’s close by to where I live and I never had a problem there before. But until the time I had to pay, I gave the cashier 6 dollars in cash and I would pay the rest of my total on card the girl who was at the register made the mistake to charge me the original price when I gave her 6 dollars in cash so that way I could’ve payed the other half on my card, but overall she got her manager for help and they gave me a refund so I can pay for my order again no problem, but it came to the point that I didn’t even get my order due to the refund not showing up on my bank account and I have to wait by tomorrow to get it back, but other than that it was my first time being in that kind of situation to the point that I wasted my time standing there in that confusing situation when the cashier made that mistake. I get that people there are doing their job n their best to get customers orders, but I was overly disappointed of how I wasted my time there.
I can say when I door dashed the other day, my food looked fantastic! Smelled delicious, tasted delicious… all of the above… unfortunately, it landed me in the ER the following day. I got severe salmonella poison. I was throwing up quite violently, which caused me to have several blackouts/seizures. (which I never in my life have had happen to me) It was absolutely terrible! Fortunately I’m recovering now. It’s been two days since but it was pretty bad. I used to love coming here for wings but unfortunately I won’t be eating here any more. It was to much of a traumatizing experience for me. All I think anyone can do going forward with ordering from here if they still choose to is ask for their wings to be well done.
All I wanted was 6 wings. All I got was a dirty table, rude staff and an hour wait. Eric is not made to be in a leadership position. The cooks are trying their best but they are constantly falling behind. The female packing the orders is rude, a distraction to her coworkers and ignores customers. The whole place from staff, to food quality, to the environment is subpar. I was told it was a 30 minute wait, an HOUR later I went to ask about my order. Was completely ignored by the female TWICE. Then they realized they lost my ticket, refused to admit their mistake, took no responsibility, apology? NONE. And then had the audacity to roll their eyes when I asked for a refund. Word to the wise: AVOID THIS PLACE word to corporate: CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER.

My order wasn't ready until about 7:45. Lol.... I guess I should be grateful it's usually an hour late. Went in last Friday for the first time. When I submitted the order, the pickup time was 58 minutes. "Cool". I get there at that time expecting up to 10 minutes tops to wait. 1 hour later, I finally receive my order. Many others ahead of me appeared to have cancelled after waiting for so long. I probably won't be ordering from here again.
The order taker didn't understand my order request even though she had the item displayed and advertised in front of her then proceeded to correct me. I didn't want to argue with her so I went along with what she corrected me on. We waited 40 minutes for the food she said would only take 25 minutes and when we finally got the food, the fries were warm and soggy. No apology given for the wait. Food wasn't that great for the amount of time it took for us to get it.

One of the employees that works with the food handed me the food and had a big yellow scab with clear discharge that wasn't covered on the top of her hand and one more near it , one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen , if wingstop doesn't adress this issue by today , I will proceed to post this on central coast chisme on Facebook which has 150k followers and is pretty much worse than being posted on news .

Unfortunately this location has gotten a bad reputation in town and for good reason. As someone who was a general manager of a restaurant, I can say 100% it's a bad store manager. Their job is developing their team in standards, culture, customer service, accuracy, fast service and have accountability for these key points. Without living and breathing these standards the team while fail and they are big time!! Hopefully they put in a new management team that can carry out the companies vision. Wouldn't recommend this location.
