Real good quality coffee! Perfect for Aussies. They serve the traditional coffees, they do pour overs - and they sell the weird stuff Americans like to drink! 🤦🏼‍♂️ Coffee was great. You can tell then know their stuff. My double espresso was served with a glass of sparkling water - which is a always a good sign. I ordered a croissant which was tasty, buttery and tasted fresh. The place is really cool, it’s clean. The staff is very nice and polite.

Such a friendly staff! I always get hot matcha with moscovado sugar and it’s amazing!

The food is terrible. The sweets are mediocre, no better than grocery store bakery goods. But I come here weekly for my coffee beans which I prefer to any I’ve tried in the neighborhood! Nice coffee drinks, too. Good espresso.

I’m usually an espresso drinker, so I hadn’t ever understood the Blue Bottle hype until today, when for the first time ever I tried there Black Cardamom coffee… WOW. This might be the most delicious cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Their espresso is not horrible, but not exactly life-changing. However, their Black Cardamom coffee is so incredibly delicious it doesn’t even matter. I had mine hot with skim and it was absolutely divine.

This is the best blue bottle on the west side I’ve known Noya the manager for over 2 years and her customer service is the best in the game - I hope corporate sees this and acknowledges how positively she reflects the brand -

So good! Any time I am in Santa Monica for work, I make sure to stop here at least once as we don't have Blue Bottle in Las Vegas. The menu is pretty simple and not too extensive. I love lattes, and they have 2 different kinds, I go for the iced sweet latte. It's really simple and very tasty. I'm not a fan of strong tasting coffees, and this one is perfect. They also have some good food options if you are hungry. It can get pretty busy in here as it gets later in the morning. I ended up here both times around 8:45 or so with a line up to the door. The staff is very nice and tries to get through the line as quickly as they can while also making drinks and food. They handle it very well! Great coffee and very nice service. I love it here and wish I could get this all the time back home!

Great coffee and nice service. I was also surprised by how fast they made the coffee (without compromising quality) compared to the usual slow service in other blue bottle branches. The best of their stores so far!

I love Blue Bottle and I've been to so many other locations. I love the almost office lobby vibe and feel it has to it. This location is great, right next to the beach and close to the promenade, however, parking is an issue and will cost you more than getting 2 large coffees at the location hahaha.

One of the best coffee and matcha latte, the Gibraltar had an intense but exquisitely rounded finish, an applause for the barista. Only cards are accepted, no cash. The food is also great, not so packed on a Sunday morning.

Perfect cap and ambiance as always, but for the price the wifi should be top notch, too. Or else put up a sign that says workers not welcome. $7 and can't load a page properly - I'm sorry but for a lot of customers this is also what we pay for.

Blue Bottle Coffee is expensive but high quality coffee so it’s worth it. Only complaint is that they’re almost always out of pastry, especially croissants in all locations! They need to figure out their pastry inventory to take their buisness to the next level.

Expensive coffee which was good but in my opinion not worth the price. Cold stark interior with a not so inviting atmosphere. Service was good.

Tasty drinks I like to have, but no way to charge any of my devices . So I can't work for more than an hour here. If you're looking to have a coffee and get a few hours of work done, look elsewhere.

Basic spot with average customer service and coffee. They were also sold out of one of the items I wanted.

My americano was too hot, at quite literally boiling temperature, I almost burned my hands through two layers of disposable cups. My partner's cappuccino on the other hand was room temperature, barely warm. We ordered ahead on mobile, arrived 10 minutes later, and still the order took another 15~ minutes to complete even though the store was half-empty and there were maybe 4 other customers during than whole time and no other mobile orders. We also ordered food which, it turned out later, wasn't in stock, so they refunded us but I wish it conveyed at least politely. The ambiance was comparable to that of any other Blue Bottle location; the upholstered seating was dirty and the decor minimal, but plenty of natural light.

Amazing coffee, unacceptably and painfully slow. We walked into the store and there was one person in line ahead of us and a few people waiting for their coffee. It took approximately 7 minutes to get to the front to order and then another 18 minutes to get our coffee after that. We had ordered a waffle, which they make from scratch and that's cool, but they didn't actually start making it until after serving us our coffee so we were there for another 5 minutes waiting on that. I love the coffee at blue bottle but wow that was slow.

There are 2 employees doing everything any given time of day, it gets quite busy so I think they would work better if they had more staff. You can wait 5-30 minutes from the time you order to get your coffee. Hit or miss, but the service is always amazing and kind.

Tastes good but the workers are just too slow making a latte. Go here if you have 30 minutes to get a coffee, otherwise, order online or go somewhere else. Staff does try to keep the place neat despite homeless people using the facilities. Not their fault but also not ideal.

I am a big fan of your coffee shops! However, one of your locations is among the worst. How is the work at this coffee shop organized? Why doesn't the management control the employees' schedules and workload? For the past three months, there has been a constant shortage of staff, and most employees are very slow. You need to increase your staff as the wait time for an order is around 15-25 minutes.

Great coffee but the 2001 speed wifi made me want to pull my hair out. How much would it cost per month for better wifi? Surely blue bottle can afford it at $7 for an ice coffee. As much as I love the coffee and vibe here, it’s just not friendly for remote workers.

Long await for a generic walmart croissant. Macha is tasteless Coffee is very ok but if you have to wait 15 for a pleasure of 10 seconds better have breakfast elsewhere Disappointed by staff too- not friendly Too long wait Too average quality

Drink: blue bottle has always been a good experience for me. I love the quality of the matcha and the chai latte! Service: the service at this location is awful… the guy in the beanie and nose ring asked me how my day was going and I didn’t want to talk about it and he PERSISTED to ask again with an attitude… Read the room, I didn’t want to talk about my day… So I guess, if you go here be prepared to talk about your day I guess Seating: uncomfortable chairs made for you not to stay long, if you’re looking for a coffee shop to do work at this is not it

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The drink was handed to me with coffee spilled all over the cup, which felt careless and unprofessional. When I politely asked about it, the staff’s attitude was very rude and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service. I would not recommend this place.

There are no outlets at all, and I was in rather dire situation needing a quick charge of my phone. There were outlets behind the register clearly not in use and staff would not let me use it briefly because of “policy”. Thanks a lot
