Their bread is always fresh, their sandwiches actually have more meat than most of the other sandwich restaurants. Their staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is always clean and after the recent remodel very inviting and quiet atmosphere to set and eat and have conversations.

Togos went under new ownership awhile ago and now it has recently had a remodel! It’s welcoming and beautiful! It’s absolutely clean! Also it’s constantly being straightened up and cleaned should it be necessary The chicken salad I had was delicious , fresh and more than enough! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious!! The employees work fast and are very polite. On a scale from one to five I give it a 10. Good job to the new owners. Keep up the good work!!!

Just moved back into the area and had Togos today for the first time in a while. Staff was friendly and attentive. Store was clean and well maintained. My Pastrami sandwich was as good as I remembered it. Excellent experience! I will definitely be returning.

Love the sandwiches here. Bread is delicious, they always give a good amount of meat and the veggies are fresh. Got the #24 Turkey and Avocado. The avocado was very good. Too bad there isn't a Togo's anywhere near where I live. I have to hope I happen to come across one while doing other things.

As always, the sandwiches were very good. One sandwich had cucumber, and the slices were a bit too thick for a sandwich. Not the end of the world. One sandwich was supposed to be a 6inch, but we got a 3inch, we didn't notice until we got home. Tried many times to call, but finally had to go back to the store. Gave me a full credit for the sandwich, so all is good. When I picked up the order, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the lunch rush, but when I went back to complain about the sandwich being the wrong size, the guy at the counter (Johnny, I think) couldn't have been nicer. Over all, a great store, can't wait to go back.

This is not the Togo's I grew up with. Is obvious that their food is portioned out I remember the hot roast beef sandwich used to put Chicago Italian beef sandwiches to shame. Not anymore they might as well be Burger King or Taco Bell at this point.

I went to this Togo's today, this is the only one left that is close to me. I've been there a few times and I always order a number 9 hot pastrami. Today I purchased one and brought it home, it was about a 15-minute trip. When I took the sandwich out of the wrapper it was cold, and then when I took my first bite, I actually had to spit it out . The pastrami in the sandwich was the most driest disgusting foul-tasting pastrami it ever had in my life.... to top it off it was cold. I purchased three sandwiches there are today, tipped the guy $7.... I will not be going back to this Togo's, Sonoma sourdough makes a far better sandwich, and they have friendly people working there.

I ordered hot pastrami very bad sandwich the meat was brown the sandwich maker said it looked good to him and he made it new look same old place it's 😔 sad to see sandwich look like this NEVER GO THERE new look $$$ they just pay for new look 😢 😞

Walking in with four employees behind the sandwich bar. None of them said hello. None of them had a smile on their face. None of them were even looking at each other or even seemed alive. Then I was told you no longer carry the Italian dressing for the Italian sandwich and was very rude about it. They told me I could have extra mayonnaise and extra this and that but I couldn't have the Italian dressing for the Italian sandwich that I've been eating for many many years. Apparently you guys stopped doing it a couple months back. It's funny I get emails from you all the time. You never email me about how you were changing my only and favorite sandwich that you offer. No more togos for me. And it was such a miserable experience walking into that place with everyone seeming so miserable. No music playing and it just seems so dreary and then to walk out even more upset than I was when I walked in. So sad. There used to be a group of people in there that are always talking and laughing and there was music playing but I guess they don't do that anymore.

I had been looking forward to going to TOGO'S since COVID. It was my first time here in Santa Rosa's shop. A little after noon and the shop was totally empty of customers, first bad sign. I ordered a hot pastrami with extra meat and a roast beef French Dip. The total order was over $40.00 with nothing extra which is extremely high but I really wanted a good pastrami sandwich. At home I eat 1/4 of it and I had to put it down because it was so salty. Later I ate another 1/4 and saved the rest. A few hours later I had terrible stomach issues that lasted from a Friday night until Sunday. My wife had the same issue with her French Dip. We both were extremely ill from less than a 1/2 a sandwich each for two full days. We will never eat at this TOGO'S again. My advice to all is "Beware of sandwich shops that are empty at noon rush time". I got a response from the owner, apparently, and he could not find a receipt for this order. I was at TOGO's at 1:38 pm on November 8, 2024. I can attached a copy of my card paying over $40.00 for two sandwiches that my wife and I got food poisoning from as well as a time stamp of my Google maps of me arriving at the Santa Rosa location if you provide an email for verification...

The salad-yuck!! Don't order santa fe salad,,,,,, it's watering! Only 1/4 avocado - brown!!! Really disappointed! Had upset stomach and Tossed it in trash!

I love Togos (40 years +), but this last time was just nasty! The woman that made our sandwiches was not friendly (at all) and was rude when asked abt how to sign in to the Togos Rewards app. I swear... she GROWLED without sound! This person needs a different job! My sandwich (#24) was not great and she left off the lettuce. :-( I didn't want to approach her again, so I let it go. The restroom was the clencher! Omg! It was nasty! Smelled like vomit! It was sooo filthy and to think the workers wash their hands in there.....yuk! I am grateful that they wear gloves! I guess I'm off to Sour Dough and Co in the future 'cause that was a horrible lunch! Ewwwww!

This place changed hands and has totally tanked. We have been coming for years but lately it has been close to terrible. The latest owner is penny pinching and 3 out of 4 last trips white or sourdough bread has been unavailable, turkey unavailable and not enough pastrami to make a large sandwich another trip. He is running a skeleton crew leaving them shorthanded. Last time I asked an employee if he had help he said the owner was sitting in his office. Well geez. Sandwiches have become tiny and not worth it. Hopefully thinks can improve soon.

Never had a messed up sandwich before, now I've had my sandwich made with incorrect ingredients on multiple occasions and the bread seems drier and less fresh. Better off going to Ulia's deli for better sandwiches, just wish they were open Sunday's. Response to owner: Am I supposed to get back in my car and drive 15 minutes and waste a bunch of gas to have my sandwich remade??? Don't be daft come on. I shouldn't have to inspect my take out sandwich when picking it up. I guess if I ever come back I'll have to just stand there and watch it get made to make sure it's not made wrong. Highly recommend you return to the old order system.

Pastrami was dry and half of it was hard like it was sitting out over night. I sure wish the other Togos would not have closed, this one is just plain bad now.
