This place is AMAZING!!!!! huge servings for a great price. We usually come pick up some food before heading to the drive in. The employees are always so kind and helpful and always have such a positive attitude. I have no complaints. Keep up the amazing work guys😄

This place is great. The staff is always so friendly, crazy friendly and thankful. It makes me feel good to eat their food, just by how nice and easy the ordering experience is. They always get our order right, even when we make changes and alterations. The carne asada fries, carne asada burittors, cali burritos, carne asada flour bowl (they even accomadate making it without the bowl), the beans are great. The rolled tacos would be better with shredded beef in my opinion.

For fast food Mexican food, this place rocks. The food is good and the service is fantastic. These guys have treated me with such awesome kindness and service EVERY time I've gone. I'd give them the highest service score in the fast food category in my immediate locality.

Big portions, fresh, clean, friendly. Hot sauce is good. Their fries are put on top of a piece of wax paper that kept ripping in my fries. The fries were really good tho

This is hands down the best breakfast burrito place if you love hash browns in your burrito. I used to live in the area and would get their burritos often. Now I go back and get their burritos and still greatly enjoy them! They're always nice too! Update 3/10/24: We came here after a long hike hoping for our favorite burritos. Unfortunately the quality of the food went downhill. Our burritos weren't seasoned and we're just bland. We were starving from our home so any food would be delicious but we were disappointed with our food.

Large burritos for a good price. The young man at the register is polite and pleasant to talk to. The food taste great and they don't make mistakes with your order. The menu is concise, easy to read, easy to understand whereas some places can somehow manage to have a confusing menu. The seating is clean and in good condition and they are taking proper precautions for COVID.

These guys have seriously saved my mental health during quarantine. The food has always been delicious. Get a bag of chips. You will not be disappointed. They are always hot and fresh. The staff that works there are so incredibly friendly and upbeat. It truly feels like everyone is happy there and values their job. I adore this place. Truly is THE place to get Mexican food in Santee.

The service was great. The burritos are packed. Breakfast burrito is pictured. It is packed with cheese, sour cream, sausage, hash browns and eggs. The red salsa is not too spicy and mildly smoky. Great burrito.

This is my wife's gold standard for shrimp burritos, she loves how their's is simple and consistent each and every time. The shrimp burrito is always filled with lots of plump juicy shrimp, in my wife's words the burrito is "wet and juicy." It's not covered in any type of sauce it's just juicy on the inside but, in a good way. I orded a pollo asada torta, three chicken rolled tacos, and a side order of fries. Yes that is a side order of fries and there were a lot of them! The torta- which you can see in my included picture- was filled with juicy, flavorful marinated and grilled chicken and topped with guacamole, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese. The rolled tacos tasted fresh and were extra crunchy and super flavorful. The fries were hot, yoh could tell they were a freshly fried. They were kind of soggy but not too bad. I like my fries that way though. They do have a drive through and they are open "for take-out" right now. Either way you can't go wrong. Yes I will go back again and again. Take your kids as they do have a kid's menu and the quesadilla is huge.

I tried their potato tacos 🌮 Their portion is huge! I wasn't expecting that for only $5! Anyhow it is conveniently located, plenty of parking, and good atmosphere

They make the best chorizo buritto and the resturaunt is very clean. A little pricey but worth it to me.

The customer service is five stars salsa and guacamole bar five stars it is so delicious they have jalapenos onions limes four different sauces and an avocado sauce very very delicious! Shredded beef taco very tasty very meaty there is more meat and one of their shredded beef taco than 7 Taco Bell tacos! Their enchiladas sauce is nice deep red sauce I think it has a hint of cinnamon which I did not like but it's still overall very good

Okay, the only reason I am giving the food a 3 is because..we hut this place after a ballgame. It hit the spot. It was what I wanted at the time, you know. Service was GREAT. They took our order with 10-20 mins to close. Come on, it doesn't get better than that. Carne asada Chips were great, from what I recall. So were the roll tacos. Next time, we'll have to stop by before the game for an update. Thank you Cazadores.

Usually take out in the drive thru Nice people and delicious food. Love the chilaquiles and enchiladas. Decent location and easy enough to get in and out. Busy, cramped parking lot, so bring your patience

This was my second time coming here. The guys that work the drive thru are really nice and cheery. The food is not bad for a quick takeout, far exceeding a lot of other options. The rolled tacos and basic fare is garnished as expected and their hot sauces are good. Definitely worth a shot.

This is my favorite Mexican food spot in Santee. Used to be a 5, now a 4 but lowering to a 3 and may need to shop around....they would not take my order for several burritos tonight over the phone. I called 40 min before closing to put in a big order for pick it up before closing time. Was left on hold on and off for almost 30min while I heard walk up and drive thru orders being taken and passed to the customers. In between a gentleman would say can I help you and I would start my order then i hear "hold on" and more customers were helped....someone comes on the line again 15 min before closing time and and says ok what would you like? I started my order and then I hear...oh sorry kitchen is closed....wth?

My shrimp soft taco was mediocre. A little more spice in the mix would have been better. Thought about adding some of their salsas, but a bit too juicy for my liking already. Some cabbage or other greens would have helped. Service was good and friendly.

Been coming here since they were the old building an I've never had this happen . We eat here about 3 times a week the last few times tho the tortilla has been over cooked an the Carne burned. Please fix this issue

So apparently the menu items listed for this location on Google are not for this location. I went to order a california burrito without fries cuz I wanted the beans meat cheese and Pico but when I got to the window I was told that's not how they make their cali burrito. So some of them items listed on Google are not what they serve or how they serve them at this location. But the service was good and the food was still good.

Ordered beef taco & cheese enchilada combo... Bottom of taco fell out upon first bite... Cheese enchilada had enchilada sauce with a red nuclear color... It actually glowed in the dark! Ordered cinnamon treats that was just a stale crunchy tortilla with a little cinnamon served on a paper plate with tinfoil on top! Also ordered a cheese quesadilla for the wife that she said had the cheapest tasting cheese they could possibly find! The guy at the drive up was nice but the food was below average! I had eaten here before and remember it being fairly good but not this time!

I've usually been very happy with their food. But not this time. I ordered 5 rolled tacos w/ guacamole, cheese, etc. The rolled tacos had been deep fried many minutes before and were left out anticipating a 6:00 rush. Also, the so called guacamole was a cheap sour cream, mixed with avocado flavoring and color. Disgusting! Used to like this place. No longer. Nice people though. Usually a clean place too. This time 2 out of 4 tables along the wall were not cleaned.

SOOOO, Ordered the chile relleno/cheese enchilada combo (changed it to beef) added sour cream, did not expect to get a pint of sour cream on my food. Also maybe it was the juices from the beef but my entire plate was soggy with juices and sour cream piled on top. Literally had to deconstruct my food since the tortilla was completely soggy as was my chile relleno. Can I have some food with my sour cream! Also ordered the BEEF ROLLED TACOS WITH GUACAMOLE. Thought and assumed these were real/ traditional shredded beef NOT hamburger meat with rice as a filler, rolled tacos with SOUR CREAM GUACAMOLE, not REAL actual avacado guacamole. If you want real/ traditional mexican food DON’T GO HERE!

Rolled tacos not very good when you go through the drive-through. They seem to be pre-made and they just throw guacamole and cheese on them. Very cold! This happens every time. Whenever I go in and eat then they are really good and hot. I’ll never order them through the drive-through again.

I ordered a California burrito. It was wrapped in a raw flour tortilla and I tried to get myself to eat it because it was $13+ dollars. The cheese also wasn't melted very well and threw off the entire taste of the burrito. I would never recommend here.

They gave me rolled tacos with ground beef instead of shredded beef and it tasted weird. I'll go elsewhere in Santee.

Nothing worse than requesting NO pico on your burrito, they repeat the request, then you get home and there is pico on your burrito!

Horrible food! This has been our favorite Mexican food place for years. No more!! Today the rolled tacos were soggy and cold, the "guacamole" seemed like nothing more than green sour cream with too much lime, the beef taco was cold and the shell was so soggy it fell apart and the carne asada burrito was totally cold. It was all ready way faster than usual so maybe it was cooked earlier or something. In any event we wont be back
