One of the most expensive Pizzas around and well worth it. I hadn't been here in over 20 years and the service and the Bear was just the same. Awesome keep up the good work guys

Good customer service! I have no complaints except the pizza was a little pricey for the size. A 14’ pizza costs $30, but I’m not blaming the restaurant for the pricing.

The sauce is a little heavy for my personal taste, but that's me. The pan pizza is delicious and thick crust, just the way I like it.

Took me back to my child hood though this time I actually tasted the food. Lol. Service was great. Food was prepared just as requested and was a great pizza.

Decided to get pizza late. They took my order even though it would be after closing. they have a very nice salad bar. Full selection of pizza types and builds. They have TVs and a mini arcade. It is a little too noisy and Chuck E Cheese for me. Manager was super nice. I would go again.

We ordered delivery and it came pretty quickly. Pizza was hot, fresh & delicious! Large size with free bread sticks for signing up. Enough for 4 people, even had 1 piece leftover, which didn't last. It was too yummy to save for later!

Even though it was busy on Thursday evening, Nick, Max, and Kelly (the staff), treated us like family and we're friendly, the service exceptional, and the food delicous!

Great pizza. Very clean. Staff was super fast, friendly and accommodating. We had a large group (2 Teams) from a soccer tournament arrive and even though they were understaffed, they got our food out as fast as they could (and more importantly) they kept everyone updated. They quite well for a tough situation.

I used to come to this Round Table Pizza restaurant many years ago with my family. Today I had a craving for Round Table Pizza and decided to come here. The pizza was awesome! I had a single lunch size King Arthur supreme and I asked them to put a little extra sauce on it. Just what I was looking for 🥰. Awesome pizza and awesome service, lots of smiles and very friendly. My whole family loves this pizza, which is nice when you have picky kids. Quality is alway consistant and their delivery drivers are super friendly. Loved this place as a kid and still loving it. Happy their still around and will continue to receive my business.

It was mostly uneventful and there was pretty much nothing noteworthy about it, except that the pizza was very tasty and the sauce was really nice and filling. I loved the cheese on it and the texture was really nice to eat. The atmosphere was amazing and everything I would expect of a pizza place. Wonderful pizza, great times. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were visiting a friend and found this location. We ordered the night before since we needed the pizza by 11:15 am. Order was done on time, customer service was excellent, and restrooms were clean, as was the restaurant. Our friend was pleased with the taste, and we all enjoyed the pizza, garlic twist, and Cesar salad. We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area!

We quit going to Round Table a few years ago, the food and the service wasn’t good. Recently I saw a sign under new management so we gave it a try, what a difference our pizza was amazing we got the veggie highly recommended it. The place was clean and the service outstanding!

It is located on the corner of Mast and Magnolia, and the restaurant is easy to spot from Mast Blvd. There is plenty of parking and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance. The inside looks to be recently renovated with modern features. There were quite a few workers present and the cashier that greeted us was very friendly. There were a lot of distractions in the area where the menu was. There were piles of cookies, multiple menus, special board, and a list of beer options. It was a lot to take in at once, so we had a hard time deciding what we wanted. We settled on a small pizza and two sodas and our total was $25. When we ordered the pizza, we didn't realize there were different crust options. We were disappointed when it came out a very thin crust. The King Arthur Supreme pizza was filled with toppings. There were so many toppings, it was hard to see the crust to separate the slices. We appreciated that the vegetables were fresh and the meat was plentiful. Our pizza came out quickly. They offer a pay by the ounce beer wall, with a great selection of beers. Sadly, the restaurant was very unkept and dirty. If we would have noticed the conditions before ordering, we would not have stayed. The salad bar containers were mostly empty and debris littered the counter. There were smudges all over the glass. The drink area was sticky and messy. The straws available were all unpackaged in an open container for people to grab in a very unsanitary way. The majority of tables in the dining room were dirty and unbussed. The entire time we sat there, none of the workers came into the dining room to clean up emptied tables or straighten up the drink and salad bar area. They were not very busy and the workers were standing around chatting with each other, so clearly had time to clean up. We will visit again in hopes it will be cleaner, but will walk around before we order.

Great food , always a decent salad bar! A little pricey for pizza but kids love it. They have a small game room that the kids love so bring dollars or quarters !

Best pizza. Customers orders carry out most of the time so there is never crowds, you could watch sport on tv with no crowd. Only bad thing is there small television.

Getting run down. Food still good, service ok, cleanliness has room for improvement.

Not welcoming. Not inviting. Cashier acknowledged they do have rewards by phone number but failed to use it. Pizza was ok. Not close to my idea of Round Table. Pretty disappointed as first time at this location.

One of my favorite chain Pizza restaurants.....I go to Round Table because their quality is always spot on. You pay for what you get but its consistently good and fresh, with toppings, cheese and sauce right to the edge....makes the "crust" a bite of pizza not just bread....

The kids like to come here to play with the arcades. The pizza is good and they have a nice variety of craft beers. Since the remodel it is much nicer.

I went in for their lunch personal pan pizza. It was delicious and they were ver friendly. The toppings were fresh and well cooked. I love this location.

I've always enjoyed the pizza from this location and grew up playing the arcade games here, but I wish it wasn't so expensive. I'd definitely order from here more often if it didn't cost so much, even with a coupon.

I have not come here since 1997. I was in High School and my crush worked here. It was great pizza, my family said, they loved it. I had the salad bar and that was very sad looking.

The service was fine, the kids enjoyed themselves. The pizza isn't gourmet, but the place is fine. Not dirty, and the soda area was maintained. The folk behind the counter were nice.

My daughter and I decided to have lunch here as it was the last day of her winter break. We ordered a small half pepperoni half cheese pizza, drinks and one salad bar. Wait time was less than 15 minutes and the ladies were very courteous. They even helped when I got some quarters stuck in one of the games. Which was going above and beyond their call of duty. The food was delicious, the service was great and we had a good time.

Their Maui Zaui pizza is good. We tried the mango habanero chicken wings but it was okay. Didn't really taste the mango habanero. We also had ordered dips but when we opened the pizza & wings, there were no dips. I wish we had checked before we left. This was the first time this happened so we were a bit disappointed especially considering that we picked up the food around noon and they took a bit of time to give us our order.

This place has delicious pizza, a self-pour tap wall and fun games. Unfortunately the dining area is consistently gross, dirty with napkins and shakers empty while staff hang out and chat. Don't get me started on the restrooms. But I still go back because the pizza is delicious and I love hanging out in their cold dine in area and playing pinball while I drink my nitro cali creaming. Make sure you clean your glasses before pouring as they're spotted with soap residue (I hope that's all it is).

Round Table is the best pizza, the only thing is that the prices are different, they are not up to date. Prices on the menu on line says pizzas are $23 some $25, when you get to the store they are $30, little difference, but it's great food.

Customer service can be slow and always seems like they can’t keep their employees. Salad bar seems to always need to be cleaned and refreshed. Giant chunks of lettuce isn’t the best either. They also got rid of the hard boiled egg in the salad bar which used to be a great staple growing up. Love round tables pizza sauce. Will re-evaluate review after the next visit if I don’t have to ask about the salad bar 5 times. Edit: So I was very pleased going in this past weekend. Fully stocked salad bar WITH hard boiled eggs! I was amazed and so happy. Only downfall was the dishwasher took the salad bar utensils to wash so they only gave us 1 ladle for dressing and one tongs for toppings which can be an issue for some people who don’t want cross contamination (bacon mixed with the croutons or egg or veggies. Pizza came out fast and the customer service was good that night.

Good atmosphere. Pizza is ok. I'm a sauce guy and the sauce here is a little bitter. The cheese is great. The crust is perfect. The toppings are fresh and flavorful. My only real complaint is with the sauce. I've been three times now and that's all I can complain about. The service is always really friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience the only reason it didn't get the fifth star is the pizza sauce.

The food is average and pricey. The stars are for the really really nice staff and atmosphere. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice sit down family place with a little arcade room, but if you’re looking for the best pizza you probably won’t find it here.

Food is good but the app doesn't work half the time. For example I was trying to order a pizza and it would not allow me to customize any of the toppings. I'll change it to four star once the app gets fixed.

Slightly better than average, i usually go for the lunch special. Personal pizza & 1trip salad bar for an ok price. Other than that its a bit pricy, im from NJ so my standards for pizza are pretty high. Not a bad spot to grab a 6"pie and a fresh salad.

I enjoy the food. My dissatisfaction with this location increased when they refused, on the spot, the current Google Offer (of 20% off order) which is their right according to the terms but being listed as a participating location is misleading. I would have come here anyway but the owners are keeping the location rooted in the 20th century by abstaining corporate online affiliation [including online ordering] and participation in corporate promotions designed to drive traffic to their location. Perhaps if I did not rely on the internet as much my expectations wouldn't be so high; it's true: ignorance is bliss.

This pizza lives up to its name! It’s about as round as you can get! Great toppings, good, thick crust. I found it odd that one of my pizzas had a sword driven right through it? I had a huge amount of trouble removing the sword. So instead I just ate around it. Didn’t hurt the experience too much. But what did hurt the experience was when I ate the sword. Let me tell you, it did not go down the pipe easy. It was like being shot in the esophagus with a high caliber rifle. If I were to put it on a tier list, it would have to be some kind of, S-caliber rifle. In fact, I actually decided to name the sword “tummy ouch” cuz of how bad it hurt. Anyway, great pizza, great customer service, but needs less swords!

this location is, unfortunately, somewhat disappointing... the food is really quite good, but the employees are all morose and grumpy. you get the feeling they hate their job and everyone who comes in. 👎 the other issue is the children. for some reason, the people that come in here just let their kids run rampant, screaming and running into chairs and tables, sticking their hands in the salad bar, making a huge mess everywhere. the parents and employees are either oblivious, or simply don't give a F. 🤦

Went in to try the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza is good...but not worth the price. I found out later there was a coupon that would have saved me money. The fact that I was not advised about it shows me that they value making a few extra dollars over their customers. Not a customer service value that I appreciate. I will not be back in the near future.

I agree with a previous review that Monday 1/2 off isn’t worth it. We just picked up our Xl Pepperoni Pizza and it was so dry, hardly any sauce or cheese on it. I had quit ordering from here until recently we decided to give it a try again. About 12 orders in, we’re noticing the skimpy product that turned us off the first time has returned. Disappointed, for sure.

Came in on a Saturday night, and there were a couple of other tables occupied; pretty dead. I counted 6 tables that were left dirty with dishes and trays. We were there for a good hour watching the Olympics on the TV (that was a plus), 3 guys working, and they weren't concerned about the tables. I ordered the salad bar, in which I had to ask to have it replenished. They did so, except the lettuce. Not sure about the dynamic here at this Round Table.

Round Table has always been one of favorites until now, I am disappointed in the super thin crust which they now serve as the original. Please go back to the normal crust.

I've eaten at many roundtables in the past the food was not up to the standard I'm used to and the person who brought our food out seemed a little put out when i asked for parmesan cheese. Maybe she was having a bad day but for what we spent i expected a little better. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

Salad bar was a mess, no straws, no silverware, salt shakers were empty, no ice in the soda machine and when an employee walked by I was ignored when I asked about it. I paid in cash and girl said my change was $3.76 then handed me the .76 and walked away. I stood there for a minute with my hand out with the change in it and the $3 never made an appearance. I had planned to put a tip in their jar but figured my $3 was enough.

The food was good, the place doesn't smell too clean, has stained carpeting. The gender neutral bathrooms were dirty and well as a woman it was pretty gross to have to stare at and smell the urinal while you use the bathroom then try and go out to enjoy pizza. Round table is usually good pizza and for that I don't mind paying their higher prices, but for the cost I'll pass on this particular place in the future.

This store regularly fails to deliver any extras I add to my order. Examples : extra ranch I pay for, Mike's Hot Honey that is supposed to come with the order. They need to do better about communicating who performs the final steps of the deliveries. I kept the rating at two stars because the food that is actually delivered is always good. Don't add extras that require them to check your ticket and you will be fine.

Pizza is good...when and if they deliver it. Had 2 experiences where it took nearly 2 hours (despite a 45 minute estimate). Today they took so long that they closed the store by the time I called to ask status and they said they had just canceled my order without telling me (and my credit card was still charged). Guess I'll stick with Domino's across the street who actually gets food delivered or ready to pick up within 15 minutes.

Lame. We dropped $64 in pizza and salads for the 5 of us(including our 14 month old). They wouldn't give me a kids cup with a lid for the 14 month old to have water unless I was willing to pay $1.47. Salad bar was pretty sorry. Pizza undercooked. It's no wonder most of these places have closed down. We came in looking for a pleasant dinner with the kids. Left disappointed.

This location was disappointing. I usually go to the Round Table on La Mesa Blvd, which is always excellent and puts on TONS of toppings, plus the owner is super nice. I stopped at the Santee location because I was in the area and didn't want to make the drive to La Mesa, but I won't make that mistake again. My pizza was lightly sprinkled with toppings, and they got my order wrong and left one out. I paid the Round Table price but got Pizza Hut/Domino's quality. In their favor was that they used a good amount of cheese and the guys at the counter were nice. Still, I won't be back.

11:00 a.m. walk in to order salad bar looks like they're just putting the salad bar out perfect should get fresh salad and dressings order my pizza go to get my salad and the ranch looks like it's been sitting out for days yet Darren thinks it's okay the manager so he says he is pimple-faced Glasses kid ask for refund due to the salad bar alone throws my money back at me and walks away says there's nothing wrong with the ranch 🤣😂🤣 I wouldn't feed that to a starving dog

The pizza is not really very good. I walked in and ordered a pizza to go. They took my name and said they would call me when it was ready, they never called me. After waiting and waiting I went and asked about it. It was just sitting on the counter getting cold. The cashier blamed the cook, smh.

By far the worst customer service I've experienced from a pizza place. Pizza was delivered within the 45 minutes as promised but was the wrong pizza. After speaking to the "manager" I was instructed to wait an addition 45 minutes for another pizza to be delivered meanwhile my kids could not have a slice of the current pizza because it had to be returned.... Where is the logic in that and where is your customer service. We weren't even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Refund me my money round table. I'd rather spend it at Papa Murphy's. At least I get what I pay for with a smile!

Very bad customer service. I ordered and pre-paid for a pizza as a birthday present for a friend. I live in Georgia. When my friend arrived to pick up her pizza, the turned her away, said they canceled her order and refunded my money, with no explanation! REALLY?!

Today I ordered a pizza from round table on Magnolia Santee I ordered Wombo combo’s all the time it’s my favorite this time As I ordered a pizza it was the worst Wambo combo I’ve ever seen was very disappointing no sauce dry as a bone cold old looking and barely had any toppings on it! it was the worst!!!!! I never order from Santee again ever ever!!!! On top of that I spent $45 all with delivery and everything waste of money total waste never again

Use our favorite place. So gross, management should have a dress code for employees. Bathrooms and salad bar disgusting. Only good thing was the pizza the place and staff suck. Wont ever go back. Is totally inappropriate attire for a family restaurant restaurant .

Not the same round table. New ownership and it’s obvious too. Standards are not the same. Front counter staff completely rude. No communication when pizza is ready while waiting. If you’ve been going here for years be surprised for a new experience. It’s transactional.

Good pizza but come on, 35 min late every time, if it comes. Worst service out there for pizza delivery. If your going to eat here dine in or carryout unless you want to wait 2hrs to never for your pizza. The only reason they get 1 star is because they serve beer, dine in.

73 dollars for a large peperoni pizza 1 large hawillian pizza and 12 boneless wings. Absoluty the worse pizza ever. The box it came in tasted better than the pizza. Never again.

Monday half off pizzas aren’t so special,ordered an extra large pizza with extra chesse n extra pepperoni. The pizza only 6 pepperoni on it and half the pizza had chesse on it. There’s a reason it’s half price, go to dominos! Round table use to be the best

Just ordered pizza tonight at 5:24pm. At 6:37 I called the store to ask where our delivery was and was told, sorry we ran out of dough and we can’t fulfill your order. An hour and 10 minutes later? They should have called an hour ago! Also we have young kids who are starving and yet no sympathy or any customer service…….sad! We should get our order comped for the next time not just a refund in “days” (yes that’s what he said.

I ordered the all meat marvel because the picture on the website looked so delicious and when MY PIZZA came out of the oven it had 5 pieces of pepperoni, very little meat at all. TERRIBLE. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Round Table pizza! I don't normal post negative reviews but I felt as if I needed to on this one. The young man taking my order was absent asking me to repeat myself several times for starters. I order a salad bar which he proceeded to give me a dirty dish and I asked for a new one he then places the dirty one back on the pile of dishes and shrugged his shoulder and handed me a different from below the dirty one. I had to ask him for our drinks and salad plates as well. When he brought our food to us he just tossed it on the table and said here you go and walked away. I have never had this before most employees at round table always ask if you need anything else plates cheese peppers but nothing. The pizza and twist were very sloppy and hardly cut. He didn't being the sauces he asked if we wanted. And to top it all off we didn't realize this until we were already done and leaving he never washed his hands after taking the order and going back to making the pizza. The place was a mess plates and leftover at several tables and no one was here besides us at the time. Again I don't really leave bad reviews ever but I couldn't let this go. I hope the manager can make sure the employees are doing a better job as we will never come back to this location again. We ate at 230p 11/27/21.

If you like hair in your food continue ordering from here. Find one I can deal. Find one again I'll let it pass. 3rd time, forget it. I finally called and talked to a manager. Explained that the last 3 times now that I've ordered from them I find hairs in my pizza. He offer to make a new one and bring it to us. I told him at this point I'm so disgusted with their pizza i just want a refund and I'll go about my day. He explained to me in order to give a refund I will need to come into the store. This makes a ton of sense since I ordered delivery in order to not have to go into the location. 0% satisfied. I will never order from round table again.

Ridiculously expensive, we got 2 large pizzas and 12 bread sticks for $81 , What the hell??? The bread sticks had ZERO cheese and garlic, dry as hell. Ranch was watery. We always go to the one in Rancho but my husband was in Santee so he picked up our usual order and I flipped out when I saw the receipt...here's the kicker that was with $10 discount for buying 2 pizzas. NEVER EVER WILL BE BACK. My husband was even shocked it was empty on a Saturday evening, well noone can afford that. Ridiculous!!!! I get everything is expensive but come on.

We ordered the pan pizza loaded, 32 bucks and we couldn't finish 1piece. Under cooked, stale toppings ,nothing deep dish about it! Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten besides a two day old reheated frozen pie. Besides that the restrooms were nasty, I should have walked out when I realized we were the only ones there. Please go to a real pizza place for this price, or go to little ceasars or 7/11 for the same exact quality, but with massive savings. This is heinous, and a large Pizza costs $34? A real pizza can cost much less and is much larger, with much better toppings, cheese, and a big enjoyable crust. This pizza has none of those attitrbutes. Save your soul, do not approach.

If you park near those establishment and you are shopping near any of the other places. It doesn't matter if you were gone for an hour, they will call the towing company and have your car towed. And lie about it being there for days. Shopping here is not worth getting your car towed. 0/0 recommendations.

Never had round table. My first time definitely made it my last. I ordered a small pan pizza with bacon and garlic, they forgot the garlic. I also ordered wings and they forgot the sauce. I waited so long I didn't want to drive back and get it fixed

I ordered 4 pizzas to the tune of 116.87 and it was not good!!!!I get Round Table Pizza for my shop in La Mesa and it is always great!!!!!The pizza from Santee was over cooked and did not have fresh meat,cheese or pinnaple.I also paid for extra cheese and did not get it!!!!!!WONT BE GOING TO ROUND TABLE IN SANTEE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup at 4:30, pizzas weren’t ready until 5:20, had to wait nearly an hour after my pickup time. Line out the door of people waiting for orders and about half the people getting their pizza had their orders messed up. This place is a disaster. Won’t be coming back.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Placed the order online was given a pickup time with 25 minutes. Arrived at the location at specified time and was told they were still working on it. Inquired 15 minutes later and was told another couple of minutes. 30 minutes go by and still no food. During all of this, of the 5 visible employees behind the counter, only 3 were actively working on orders (at a slower than snail pace). The other two were wonder around in the back area talking to each other and one was eating in plain view. Come to find out, the party in front of us had been waiting over an hour. When trying to get the attention of an employee a third time, I actually had to raise my voice in order to be even acknowledged. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order rather than be stonewalled any longer, they miraculously said the order was ready. When checking the order, I found that one of the pizzas was not what was ordered and the other was not made as specified. When I tried to contact the restaurant about this, they did not answer. Worst service ever!!!!! And the pizzas were just meh.

We used to love this round table! After tonight, that is not the case. Our order took 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to. The teenage workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They lacked social skills and did not know how to interact with customers. Something must’ve changed within the last few months and it’s not good.

I am or I guess I should say WAS a frequent customer. Food is good, however they do not honor the prices that are advertised on the website. Manager tried to make up some lie about this location not honoring coupons. Apparently this location is special, they don't have to honor coupons. I have gotten this same deal "pepperoni double play" the last couple of times I have eaten there, never had a problem. Rather than honor the deal, they gave me a refund and I was on my way. Apparently they are doing so well that they can turn away paying customers. Domino's is right across the street. Better pizza, and they don't false advertise.
