Nestled right on the waterfront, it offers not only picturesque views but also a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps regulars coming back. The owner and staff treat you like family, remembering your name and favorite dish, creating an experience that feels both special and familiar. On my most recent visit, I had the grilled chicken sandwich — and it was absolutely divine. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, paired with fresh, quality ingredients that elevated a simple sandwich into something memorable. Whether you’re a local or visiting for the first time, Le Garage is a place that quietly impresses every time. It’s the kind of spot you almost want to keep to yourself, but it’s just too good not to share.

The food was really amazing. Loved bouillabaisse, it was delicious and the portion size was good as well. The salmon was beautifully cooked and the parsnip puree was delicious. We went for brunch only to realize that brunch is only served in weekends. Definitely a good visit.

Sitting at the corner of the restaurant with the view of sale boats, it really feels like sitting at the European harbor. Super relaxing. Sunset is amazing here. Because this is the only restaurant here, it is super quiet. Food is excellent and deserts are delicious! It’s a great place to spend some slow time to dine.

Beautiful little breakfast place in Sausalito. It might be a pretty long time to be seated, but the food is really creative. My salmon Benedict was delicious, the egg was perfectly cooked. Enjoyed every bite. The place itself is really small, but when you have such a beautiful view.

Great food. Onion soup was spot on. Everything is delicious.. Chickpea fries were unique.. loved it. They also have all coffee options.. French toast only available in weekend. Not much vegetarian options but salad is delicious.. mix and match… They do have parking, end of the parking lot is dedicated for restaurant customers.. reserve early.. we got luck as we found a table even without reservation. They have inside and outside seating.. harbor view.. keep some space for dessert menu.. 💜💜

I'd made reservations two weeks in advance so we were able to be seated immediately upon arrival. The SO loved the mussels while I got the Eggs Benedict, which was pretty good too. It was the weekend so they only offered a more limited brunch menu, which excluded some French dishes. Also, note that the restaurant parking is through the gated marina lot, in an inside fenced area, that is valet-only. Overall, it was a delicious lunch. Lots of people were there but service was quite speedy!

Super nice and beautiful restaurant by the water. We came for Saturday brunch and it was so popular that we waited about 20 minutes for our table. I highly recommend the classic dish - croque madame. It’s just so perfect. We also ordered the steamed mussels, the white sauce probably is the best one I’ve ever had. I also loved their two wine drinks - kir, they are strong and tasty.

Good food. Eat there and don't order take-out. On Sunday lunch time, they offer take-out without a system for it. They don't check that your entire order is in the bag (our egg dish was missing eggs!), the one front person doesn't know when the order is ready for you, and they don't check in with you when there are delays so you're waiting and definitely in the way of people checking in for their tables.

This is a great spot in Sausalito. Servers were very attentive, and food was well made and fresh. Great ambiance and views. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict and mussels.

Great bistro by the water! We arrived shortly after opening on Saturday and were seated immediately. We chose the covered outdoor seating. It can get chilly so bring your jacket. There's also plenty of indoor seating. The burger was delicious and the shoestring fries were great with the aioli. The pain perdu was so soft and yummy; fantastic french toast with berry compote. The croque madame was great as well with a nice side salad. I love bread and all the bread from these dishes were stuff my face good. There's a dedicated valet parking lot for $5. The surrounding parking spots are all permit parking until you get to the bridgeway.

We came here because of a blog we found online where it said the view was amazing, and it was good. I liked that it was not a crowded restaurant like the ones nearest to the ferry and the service was really nice. There are not that many options in the menu but what we ordered we liked. The escargot were really tasty and the pasta was a little over cooked but the sauce was really good. It’s a nice choice for a good weather day.

A nice experience overall! The restaurant setting is very lovely, being right on the water, and they've created a great outdoor patio seating area. The food was very tasty, nothing out-of-this-world but good quality and flavors. The Bouillabaisse was my favorite dish we tried. The seafood was cooked well and the sauce was just amazing. The service was great - we were seated right away (we did make a reservation) and had very friendly servers assisting us throughout our evening.
