The Wonton tacos were crisp and tangy. The big cluck chicken sandwich was crispy and moist. Thr fires were just right. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was fast.They are open late for dessert or a snack!

We just had a delicious dinner at the Schenectady Applebees. We tried one of the new Skillet Sizzler choices on the "2 for $25" menu - grilled chicken served over sautéed mushrooms and onions and topped with honey and bacon. Our server was great and the entre was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We also had the choice of sharing an appetizer or 2 side salads. The salads were good and all included in the 2 for $25 price. Thank you for a great dining experience that didn't "break the bank"!

Mike and I love the food at Applebee's. Every dish we have ordered through the years was delicious. Always served hot. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The desserts are to die for. The frozen cocktails are really great too. It' has a welcoming feeling when we are there. It is our favorite local restaurant. Highly recommend you will be pleased.

When my family and I pulled up, the restaurant had a lot of people. It was graduation week for my daughter's, nieces and nephew's and my father was in from out of town. So we were looking for a place to eat. So long story short, they helped us get tables and the service was great. Everything came out on time and we had a blast. Food n drink was good. Unfortunately ran into a problem with the server who billed us twice for $17 for our tip and the tip was only $7 and should have been billed just once. The manager fixed everything within 2 days which we appreciated, but it doesn't change the fact this happened. But we will go back to this establishment again in the future.

We had such a great experience at Applebee’s tonight. Our server, DeJay, was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail without us ever having to ask. Our drinks stayed full, food came out perfectly, and she made sure we felt taken care of the entire visit. It’s rare to receive service that genuinely elevates the whole meal, but DeJay did exactly that. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her again!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I came here twice within 2 days. The first day that I came the service was great. Our waitress was nice friendly and attentive. The second time that I came though was not great. The waitress for forgot to bring my friends salad but did not forget to put it on the bill. She forgot to put the breadstick order in oh, so that took a really long time. Just took away too long for a couple appetizers. I guess your experience depends on the waitress that you get. I will say that the French onion soup here is great!

I ordered ahead in the app which was very user friendly. Arrived on time and parked in one of the Carside to go spots. Waited about 10 minutes then called th restaurant to check on when they would be out. The guy who answered the phone did not have very good customer skills and rushed me off the phone saying we will be out soon. 10 minutes later and still waiting. Had to go into the place to ask what the hold up was. My food was just sitting there at the to-go area. Lord only knows how long it sat there. The food was decent but I probably will not do on-the-go service again unless they can communicate more efficiently with their carbide customers.

While Applebee's is affordable and delicious the food never disappoint the staff at this location made the experience home away from home pleasurable. Jewel our waitress was patient,kind and informing. We didnt have to wait long for our food. It was great seeing the manager on duty assisting with the flow of service. Definitely recommend for date night,family,friend gathering and co workers.

When it was time to go the to go bags were thrown on the table on top of the dirty dishes. She made a point of letting us know she'd been doing this work for 30 yrs and that she would not spill the hot soup that was practically in my friends face.

Went for lunch always get Fiesta Lime Chicken great choice. Was seated at a booth with no utensils. After placing my order I also ordered appetizer and soup. Waiting for the food three other adults were placed at a table close by us not 6 feet apart. So discreetly I asked the waiter to have a moved because I did not feel comfortable considering what’s going on today. I get seated at the other table with our main meal still no soup no appetizer and my raspberry lemonade tasted like water. I asked for the manager a female manager comes over to us and apologizes. She said she’ll take care of it still waiting no drink when I told her she could just bring me water I then had to call a manager again another manager comes out says he’ll take care of it I told him to take the soup off the list because I still haven’t gotten any soup and already ate my meal the meal was delicious as always. He says he’s taking care of it he did take care of it cut the bill probably in half and I had to have my drinks taken to go. Not the best experience. Was not very pleasant to have to call two managers to have the issue addressed really sad during these days and there wasn’t even enough people for them to have this issue going on. Very disappointed in Schenectady.

One part of ordered consisted of steak which was cooked as requested. The other part of the order steak with shrimp was missing mushroom as ordered per advertisement. Portion size of fries was very little not amount advertised. Food was good but these were a few things that could be better.

So I had placed a to-go order was scheduled to be PICKED UP at 7:59pm. I didn't even get any one to ask the name the order was under until 8:20-8:25. When I finally received my order it was after 8:30. By this time I was so aggravated that I didn't even check the food to make sure it was right until I got home. ( My bad on my end) Once I got home ( which is 7 minutes away from store) and got the food out it was just a mess! Everything was just like in one pile. My husband got the bourbon chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes smothered with mushrooms and onions, it was as if when they made the plate they put the mashed potatoes on the bottom then the onions and mushrooms THEN the chicken and shrimp. I had ordered the 8oz steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. First off my steak was supposed to be smothered in only onions, which it was not. (My favorite thing with a steak too) The broccoli and mashed potatoes were VERY close together so much so the mashed potatoes looked like a portion, turned out to be made mainly of broccoli. We had ordered these through the 2 for 26, so instead of getting an appetizer we did the house salads. Well who in the world puts the salads under the food? Normally they have the salads separately. Well the salad was just gross as it was warm. Just not the best experience at all!

Second time we tried it. First experience, the food was awful. We decided to try again. Well, we won't go for a third. The apron the waitress was wearing was disgustingly soiled. She gave me fries instead of broccoli with my burger, and instead of her just bringing the broccoli, she took the entire plate, which caused my company to feel obligated to wait to eat. The food itself was terrible. Would not recommend.

I went to Applebee's on May, 28th 2024, and ordered Steak with Mushrooms and onions on top of steak with potatoes and broccoli. The food came out in 20 minutes with no complimentary bread to chew on. The waitress said they stopped the bread baskets. Bread is not expensive at all for the price of the meals. The potatoes were cold like they came out of the fridge. I asked the waitress why the menu looked like more mashed potatoes. She said they portioned them out. I doubt the potatoes were fresh. Cooked that day and put them in the fridge ok. Grappa's you get complimentary bread basket and the food is cooked fresh when the order is placed. Not a good experience and on my birthday at that.

I swore I would never go back to this place but I was tired and didn't feel like cooking. They first sat us at a table that was dirty and I looked over at the table next to us and that was also dirty so we moved two tables down. My kid ordered the chicken and shrimp and the chicken was ridiculously small and I ordered the three cheese chicken penne and the chicken had fat in it. A few of the people working there had negative attitude and were making comments to themselves outloud that they shouldn't have. Our waitress was good considering not many people were working there. The guy cleaning up the tables looked like he just didn't want to work and was wasn't doing a good job. Maybe we'll go back in another six months and see what it's like.

Upon arrival, the waiter at the bar had his head down on the bar -- he was sleeping!! Our waitress was nice but unfortunately he took over when he woke up. He seemed like he was "on" something. At one point, he started yelling and smashing things which made everyone very uncomfortable. The food was mediocre and my dining companion had a stomach ache later in the evening. We were never asked if everything was OK or if we would like more beverages. We will never go back.

This used to be our favorite date night spot. Haven't been there in a few months and wow has this place declined. Waitress seemed annoyed by the fact there we were even sitting in her section. There was supposed to be 7 of us and last minute 2 people cancelled. Nothing we could have done about that but we were willing to move to a smaller table if needed. My food was served on a dirty plate. My 2 year old couldn't fit the soup spoon in her mouth, when I asked if they had any regular size or smaller spoons, the woman looked at my baby and said, "what, she doesn't wanna eat with her fingers?!" Which is exactly what she had to do because they apparently only have soup spoons. My other child lost her watch in the bathroom, when I asked her to check if anyone had handed it in, she said " no, I would've heard about a watch." And never went to check. Another waitress walked by and I asked her if she could find out and boom, there it was, with the manager, being held until claimed. She also had a nasty cough and still hovered over our table while talking and coughing. I don't care if she uses a mask but at least cover your mouth while coughing. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I honestly don't think we'll be going back to this location.

Over 20 minutes to get greeted at the table, a different server took over after noticing twice the assigned just never attended to us. We saw other tables order drinks receive them and order meals all after we were sat being ignored. A couple times we saw literally no one but the hostess on the restaurant floor. Not even a bartender. Restaurant was at about 25% capacity, the seven tables around us were all empty, 1 other table in our side of rest was sat. Looked like maybe 3 possibly 4 servers total. 1 guy in plaid shirt running orders for the servers, if u can call it running. More like lazily sauntering orders to the table. A non- hussle to the point it looked passive aggressive. Steak was ordered medium rare but came out beet red, truly just seared a minute on outside and served cool. Their mac n cheese entree is gross. It's really just pasta alfredo - ziti and watery alfredo sauce. I was offered w or w/o bacon which i didnt realize it had so i asked for without. It tasted very weird. I found pieces of bacon down in it. Server had set it down and said "with no bacon" so she knew what it was meant to be. Seems they maybe boil the sauce w bacon in it so it tastes like, and had consistency of split pea w ham soup. Cooks not about to make a fresh one i guess. No gooey sticky cheese at all like you would expect of something called mac n cheese. Ham n cheese soup? Blech. The server who picked up our table took it away. At end of meal took it manager 20 mins to remove it from the receipt. They were not busy at all so whats up with that? The hostess was very nice and energetic and our server was very apologetic and helpful throughout and really seemed to hussle the whole time. Not sure what the heck everyone else was doing. Maybe smoking out back? Idk. But bad experience. And other tables were also complaining. Too bad with so few places to go in Schenectady.

Food was good but unfortunately as we were getting ready to eat there was a mouse who crept out from behind the booth to the side of us, I told the waiter I wasn’t going to make a big deal of it but someone else might. I usually don’t leave reviews but the level of concern from our waiter was telling that this may be a normal occurrence here. Didn’t even box the rest of the food and couldn’t stomach finishing my wings. I paid and left a generous tip because that’s just me but beware!

Initially, they just forgot the drink, which I went in & got. Then, when I got home, they hadn't given me any dipping sauce (one I paid extra for), no utensils were included, which I requested; they put extra ingredients on 2 of the items I specifically asked NOT to add to, I got about 1/4th of the fries that would fit in the container, the burger was pink when I asked for no pink, and to top it off, the food was lukewarm. We all have our bad days, but damn! However, the manager my bf spoke to was very friendly, patient and offered to send a $20 voucher for the next time we go back. They somewhat redeemed themselves by doing that, otherwise, I would have given them 1 star.

I had dinner with my wife tonight at 2400 Cambridge Road, Schenectady, NY 12304 We had a good server, the food was good and then as we were leaving, they told me I could not use 3-$10 gift certificates (cards) that I left as part of the payment for the bill. They told me they can only accept one gift card per transaction. That is not on the card, not written on the menu, not shown on your web site and not disclosed upon purchase. The manager "Pete" asked me not to return to the restaurant. I told him I will be good with that, and I will share this story on all social media platforms for his ignorant response. Good luck, I will share this far and wide to assist you in diminishing your client base.

Food was great. Service the worst I have ever had. The servers were friendly but wow we had to ask 3 times for our silverware. Literally are food was on the table for 10 minutes before we had silverware to eat with. Asked for butter three times before it actually arrived we ask for a container for left overs after 15 minutes we get it the top is 2 sizes to small for the bottom. Another wait for the correct top then after 3 times being told are check was coming we finally had to go get our server and walk to the register to get it and pay so we could finally. The food is awesome reasonably priced but I believe our last trip there. Because waiting forever for the simple things you ask for and by the way there was about 7 tables with people and still had to wait for everything.

This applebees is complete Trash and I will no longer be ordering from them. Everytime I order my salad from there they always forget the dressing or overcharge me. The chicken tender salad automatically comes with honey mustard if I add an extra dressing like ranch that u are charging me for make sure my order as honey mustard and ranch and not just ranch. Waited over an hour to be served a dirty glass, not be to be honored the free drink after the waitress didn’t tell me about the specials. Said her name was something else then on the receipt says deja? Which I over heard another employee say, regardless I waited an hour was served one appetizer then comes up and says is everything good? Walked in and was told to wait when half of the tables were open and the door person was rude and said there was a 20 wait . 15 minutes later we were told we could sit in one of the 15 spots that were open when we came in. Not 1 person left!!

This location is horrible starting from the packing lot with full of broken glasses, to the awful food. No varieties of drinks, the ginger ale is asked for was absolutely NOT ginger ale, salty food, bunt steak, I can go on and on. Please if you want Applebee’s food, stay away from this location. I had sworn off this restaurant in the past because of crappy food and crappy service. In a moment of forgetfulness, I decided to come back because it was later in the evening, and there weren't many other dining options available to pick from. Instant regret from the moment we sat down. We were seated and asked what we wanted. We ordered drinks with our meal. The waiter never bought them. Our food took forever to arrive even though hardly anyone was there. But the kicker is towards the end of our meal. I saw the most startling thing I ever saw in any restaurant. I looked down the aisle, and there was a mouse darting in and out from under one of the booths near me. Once my eyes spotted this, I saw another and another. There were mice running around everywhere that I fixed my gaze for more than thirty seconds. This place is infested with mice, yall! I told my wife to look. She saw them and started freaking out and just left for the car. I told my waiter, who seemed disinterested. Apperantly, he must have known about this. How could you not if you work there? He offered some sort of weak excuse about cleaning and not wanting to freak out the girls. Smh. Never again. Applebees needs a fumigation. If they're in the dining room like that, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Sorry I didn't take pictures. I was too stunned.

This particular APPLEBEES IS HORRIBLE IT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE OPEN STILL!! That's why it has 3 Stars!! It was NOT Busy 3 waitresses and a Bartender kept looking at us and still payed No mind to us standing there waiting to be seated at 10:30pm. Then I went to the bartender & he started cleaning a booth for us although there were 20 others empty, then the dishwasher from the back comes out & the bartender tells him where to start & the dishwasher starts where he wants to anyway. So I asked politely if he could clear the booth & he ignores me!! So my wife gets even more pissed because we are at the 15 minute mark & we just walk out!! This is the Absolute Worst Service Experience I have ever experienced in my life!!! Close this locations Doors fire every single person that was working on the Thursday June 12th night shift!! Unbelievable!!

I am currently waiting almost 30 minutes got here at 7. Keep in mind it is Halloween and there is barely anyone in the building. The person who helped to bring over the high chair was more concerned with vaping at the entrance, keep in mind inside not outside. I would love to say I am having a great time sadly, I haven't even been offered a drink. Waiter literally just walked away from me, please keep in mind I am writing as I wait. There was two people asking for a boot and my waiter is totally lost. They are out of boneless wings for the starters, also are short staff and I see more workers standing around than assisting customers. I totally forgot the food all over the ground and no one have removed any of the food from the tables.As a update I left, never got any drinks or any appetizers. 1 star is more than what it really is. Better off at Clifton Park in Glenville.

Ordered take out. It was terrible! I got three cheese pasta and chicken. There was barely any cheese. I also got nachos and cheese. The nachos were burnt! Last time I order from them!

We were seated in the corner booth with two young kids and three adults, I noticed immediately black specks on the ledge then noticed the corned covered in mouse droppings! I reported this finding through voicemail to Schenectady board of health with no call back! We left with out ordering! Absolutely disgusting!

The server Casey failed to advertise their new drinks. So because she failed to mention the drinks . We let 30 mins go by and asked for a free drink as advertised. However she didn’t want to honor it. I asked to speak with her manager, who’s name was Michael . Michael backed his coworker Casey up and said they had until the end of the bill to offer the new drinks. This was an act of false advertising. Inwhich was not honored. Also the attitudes while telling us no was disgusting, and not reasonable. #because of principle we walked out of the store and decided not to give them out business. This was a poor act of customer service.

This place is horrible. After I was seated I Waited an entire hour ++ for my table of 2 to get our order taken. Waitress was going to the table next to us multiple times but never came to us. Finally I complained to the bar and told them the situation. The manager MADE me pay for 2 sodas. Terrible service don’t go there. The waitress said we should have got her attention (even though we tried) and she came to the table next to us many times.

If I can give this Schenectady apple bees negative 1 star I would ! First off there was literally 5 tables full and we had to wait atleast 20 mins to get our drink order In. After that another 30 mins to get the drink and another 30 mins for the food. The waitress never came back after the brought they food to follow up if we needed another drink or if we wanted desert. After I kept looking back about 20 times to see where she was she came I’ve ran see just paid and left! Not very good customer service.

Me and my family came in for dinner around 9:15 we waited for almost 10 to 15 minutes to be seated and and we were waiting, we saw not 1 but about 4 mouse running around in the place. We left we didn’t even get seated we just left. This is a food place🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.i will never set foot in that place ever again.

Food was okay at best. Service was SO SLOW at this location! We were there at least 2 hours. This is not typical at any other location that I've been to. It also seemed to need a good cleaning.

Dear management, please have some oversight on your restaurant operations. We, (a group of 6) waited approximately 15-20 and a waiter never came to our table. If you want eat in a clean restaurant, this one is not it. There was an Extreme smell of weed, so maybe bringing your kids is not a good idea. The service overall was not a of professional environment, I understand the establishment being understaffed but there were employees walking around on their phone. Don’t expect restaurant quality food when going here.

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday evening, we were seated promptly, but it quickly went downhill from there. The service was terrible and slow from taking drink orders to food and waiting for our food. It seemed as if they forgot to place the order, but when the food came out, it was overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting. The waitress tried to help out by comping our drinks. Overall, between the bad service and worse food, we will not be back. There are many better options in the area that have good food and service. It's not cheap to go out to dinner, and it's disappointing to feel that you would have been better off going elsewhere.

Went there for the 1/2 off appetizers and the service was terrible. The host was sitting down on the other end of the restaurant on her phone. Didn’t seat us for about 5 minutes. As soon as I was about to leave, she rushed up to me and seats myself and guest. The waitress was no better. It took her 17 minutes to come and take our order. At this point, we just wanted to sit at the bar but it was filthy. There were left over plates of food everywhere. The crazy thing is, it wasn’t even busy. I can tell it was horrible management but it gets worse. The bartender starts removing plates and wipes down the area and complains about her customers to me and my guest. I thought this was unprofessional. I just nodded as she ranted about her day. Fast forward, she took our orders and the appetizers came out nice and hot, but the entree, it was cold and bland. I order the chicken sandwich special and it was horrible. While the chicken sandwich was fresh and hot, the fries were cold. I was flabbergasted because I’ve been to several Applebees and I’ve never had this bad of an experience. In addition to the cold fries, there was food in the bottom of the cup that the bartender served and a hair in the burger. When we told the manager, he did mention that he was having some problems in the kitchen but nonetheless, this was a horrible experience. I won’t be coming back. 0/0!

This is what I got for $30 for two for 20 and was told they didn’t have my order after confirming we arrived for curbside pick up, didn’t eat the food when getting home because it look like this (see photos)and missing sauce, appetizers. Employees were rude and no help when looking for our order, we’re rushing to go home smh absolutely disgusting

We like going to Applebee's however multiple issues exist One the food is GMO genetically modified organisms, two seen the weight and awfully long time for our food while others get theirs showing up after we did and third it appears that the employees have family members getting special treatment and eating and drinking not sure if they're even paying they should definitely be looked at by a district manager or someone equivalent.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I visited Applebee’s tonight at 9:07 PM, and what happened was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, we waited to be seated, but the waiter intentionally ignored us. I approached the bar to ask if we should seat ourselves, and the employee told me they “stop seating at 9.” I mentioned that this was strange because the last three visits have already been unpleasant, and suddenly he started speaking to me disrespectfully. When I asked for a manager, he said it didn’t matter because he refused to serve me anyway. When the manager finally came out, the situation somehow got even worse. Instead of listening, he was rude, dismissive, and immediately confrontational. He cursed at me, asked what I “expected out of this,” and told me he didn’t have the corporate number “memorized.” I asked if he intended to make the situation right, and he flat-out said “no.” He also defended the waiter, saying if the waiter didn’t want to serve us, he didn’t have to—claiming I had a nasty attitude, even though I was calm until the staff became disrespectful. As I was preparing to leave, the manager continued cursing at me, told me “good luck” because his “family are politicians,” and claimed that complaining wouldn’t get me anywhere. He then told me I was trespassing. To make things even worse, moments later he seated customers who walked in after us—even after telling us they don’t seat anyone past 9 PM. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I truly hope corporate reviews the behavior at this location because the staff and management clearly do not value customers or basic respect.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a truly horrendous experience at your Schenectady Applebee's location yesterday evening, 10/24 my friends and I went here to have some apps and drinks. Finally get the drinks ordered after being told multiple times of one minute one minute by our server. They arrive and the glasses are clearly filthy and my drink and my other friends drink had random things floating in them, I tell the woman who was serving us and she snatched the drink off the table, didn’t even get to finish talking to her before she rudely walked away. Overheard her talking to the woman bartender with black hair and bangs, don’t know her name. The bartender said what are they going to die because something is in their drink, swore as well. She continued to complain about having to remake the drinks, which honestly I didn’t even want another one after the poor disrespectful services have been provided. She said they looking at me like we can go outside real quick. Honestly not necessary at all to be disrespectful it’s your job to make drinks as a bartender if you don’t like it don’t work as one and get a better job. The behavior was unacceptable and I will never go back here. My friends and I had spoken to the manager shortly after and he didn’t really seem to care at all about her and the servers behaviors. He said well you guys can leave, like we did something wrong? Even if this is your last resort as somewhere to eat DONT! We ended up leaving didn’t get to have our food or anything.

There is an awful mouse problem at this location. We were sat in a section with only one other group. This other group, I noticed had been looking at something in a booth across from them and once their waitress came back with their drinks, they must have asked to move spots because the waitress got up and brought them to another section. My company and I were completely unaware to the “issue” at the time, while the waitress had known about it and had not said anything to us about it until we told her we noticed plenty of mice and we were leaving. She held no regard for the fact that there were mice but only to the fact that she would have to alert her manager that we were leaving after we ordered food. Absolutely disgusting environment and the responses to every negative review on this place are the exact same with no promises of making changes at all. Do not come here, this place is a walking health code violation and should be shut down.

Quietly and politely informed our waitress there was a mouse running around the dining room. Manager was notified and did not seem to care at all. A quick search and there are several reviews going back over a month stating the same thing. This is a known issue. Disturbing on so many levels. Our server was an absolute sweetheart. No one should be working or dining in these conditions. Disgusting this location does not have enough respect for its customers or employees to take care of an issue of this magnitude. All the “owner” does on google is ask to copy and paste a link to submit your feedback. The health department clearly needs to get involved. I will never be back.

Ok so I went in on a Tuesday after 10 I walked in no one greeted me. I should there 5 mins proceed to the bar to interrupted the waitress and bartender from having a conversation and said I would like to be seated and may I have a menu. Young lady gave me a menu and told me to sit anywhere in this young man section. All the tables was dirty. I sat down at the cleanest one and wipe the table down myself. Waited for the food to come. Broccoli was so salty. Seems like they did it on purpose. The whole vibe gave please leave we are closing in 2 hours we had enough. Once I taste meal and seen it was terrible ( mind you ive had the same meal plenty of times and it was good)the waiter came over and asked how was everything i said I would like the check please and left. I will not be returning to this location again. I will go to the one in Glenville instead way better service.

We have been to a lot of Applebees. This is the worst one we have ever been. First of all, there were potholes in the parking lot. And there were glass bottles and shattered glass all over the parking lot. On our table, there was splashed water. The steak was burnt and the Broccoli was full of salt. The drinks didn’t taste how it was supposed to taste. In my opinion, the cooking staff should not be in the kitchen. However, the waitress was very nice and good. All in all, we are never coming there ever again.

I can see why this place has terrible reviews. Waited in line for over 15 minutes, no one else was around and no one acknowledged me. Also no one discussed the new meal deal causing my order to be over $40. The price isn’t the issue but wouldn’t it make sense for staff to know their deals and try to get you to order more. Did not receive our two drinks for a $40 meal. Also food was poor quality seemed like there was zero seasoning on the burger just cooked beef. Will not be returning.

The issues we encountered were largely due to the inattentiveness of an employee named Joshua and the apparent carelessness of the manager on duty. Our visit began with a significant delay in being seated. We stood waiting for well over five minutes, completely unacknowledged by any staff members, including Joshua, the manager, and other servers, despite being clearly visible. Joshua eventually acknowledged my friend only after he continued his conversation with others at the bar, and even then, we were left waiting for another few minutes before anyone offered assistance. Joshua then disappeared again, further prolonging our wait. The second and more alarming issue was spotting a mouse running through the dining room. When I pointed this out, Joshua informed the manager, who simply looked at the situation and then walked away without any visible concern or action. While I understand that a pest could potentially enter a restaurant, the complete lack of response from management was a serious cause for concern and a significant "slap in the face." This indifference raises questions about your establishment's health and safety standards. The final and most frustrating incident occurred when I expressed my dislike for my meal. Joshua took my dish away, offering no apology, no alternative, and simply stating, "Oh, okay" before walking off. This complete lack of customer service and empathy was the final straw in what was already a very unpleasant dining experience. We chose to dine at your Applebee's location out of necessity, and the entire visit left us feeling disregarded and undervalued. No apologies were offered at any point throughout these incidents. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing and left a lasting negative impression.

I order spinach dip. It took 30 min to come and the chips tasted nasty so did the dip. We haven’t gotten check on. Customer service is bad. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t…. This restaurant location needs better job with hiring workers. I should not be hearing a server having a conversation on speaker phone and sitting down at a table while still on the clock. So sad.
