Love the pizza every time!! Counter people they are OK!! Could be a lot better on the personalities and the tables are usually dirty and this is at 11 in the morning. But I love the pizza. And they can work on the fruit fly problems in both Johnny’s and the hamburger place.

Chicken parm sandwich was edible, but a bit flavorless. The chicken was overcooked to the point it was almost burnt and very, very crispy. Expected higher quality for the price. Certainly a decent size serving though.

Oh man, came to Johnny's down at Rivers casino and ordered 2 chicken parm meals they called us up and said they only have enough parm for one meal , so we got 2 pieces of pizza ,a Caesar salad , and 1 parm meal now I wish I would of not have gotten the parm meal ewwwwwww dark like over cooked see for yourself, I really miss eating at Flipt yet that's another story, love the staff at Johnny's very kind and always have a smile(cashiers)

Excellent food, horrible service. Some of the best pizza around, but be prepared for a nasty attitude at the cash register, every time.

I’m just very surprised that Johnnys wants to put their name on this place. The real Johnnys restaurant is always spectacular. I know this is a to go version, so a quicker bite is to be expected but the chicken alfredo had watery/ milky sauce and tasted like frozen chicken. Very unappetizing and not the quality at all of what I was excited for. I wish I would have just driven over to the real restaurant.

Ordered a 8 cut pizza to go... Got it home had 6 pieces in the box + it was pizza that was already out.. UNACCEPTABLE

I’m just very surprised that Johnnys wants to put their name on this place. The real Johnnys restaurant is always spectacular. I am a regular customer at Johnny’s main location in the city, and it has consistently delivered excellent food and service. Sarah always takes great care of my wife and me, the steak and fries are reliably excellent, the penne vodka never disappoints, and the chocolate cake is exceptional. That consistency is exactly why I hold this brand to a high standard. Unfortunately, the Rivers Casino location fell shockingly short of that standard. I paid $25 for two slices of pizza that were, without exaggeration, some of the worst I’ve ever been served—burnt, excessively greasy, poorly assembled, and clearly rushed. The cheese was sliding off, the crust was overcooked, and there was no indication of care or quality control. This location does not reflect the level of food Johnny’s is known for. If this is meant to represent an upscale brand, it currently misses that mark entirely. A casino location should not mean lower standards. This location needs immediate attention, because it is actively damaging what is otherwise a very strong reputation.

Pizza was at a good price 21.00 for a large. The waiting period cost me about 3.00 a minute. Order and sit ,the walkabout in a casino I don't recommend.
