I just want to say kudos to everyone working tonight. It is 850 on February 15, 2024 and the drive-through is down but when I say this entire stuff handled it with such is I am exceptionally proud of them as a restaurant worker myself. I work in a fast-paced restaurant and I have also worked in fast food industries. Most of my life people don’t understand how hard it is to run a restaurant and fast food is just as bad as fine dining. Sometimes these individuals that work tonight should definitely get some extra credit for their hard work tonight and how fast they got everyone’s orders out even with the drive-through being down, they were smiling very courteous and I will definitely be going there again just because I know I will get exceptional service. Thank you to the tall young woman with the cornrows. She was definitely a shining star tonight.

I want to say that the manager Natasha is phenomenal. I received a wrong order two weeks ago she made it right by giving me the whole order no charge. I recommend them highly!!!

This is the best KFC I've ever been to and glad I live nearby. It's not the workers fault it's old with limited parking. The orders are always right and food cooked perfect. And they deliver your order to your window with a smile. Keep up the good work Schenectady KFC! 6 stars!

Love their pot pie the most. A close second is the fried chicken. Under staffed, I reckon that is the new norm. I tried the spicy wings, almost no spicy to me.

Drive thru order. Employee was very friendly, polite took order quickly but asked that I drive around to parking lot to wait for someone to bring it out. 6 minutes later, I went in to pick it up as it was just being bagged up..not good. Food was not hot but was good.

Average chain restaurant. The food was mediocre. And several options were unavailable. How ever the service appliances was phenomenal!

Place is falling apart. Watched 2 employees slip in water that was coming down from the ceiling. When you pay for 16 pieces of chicken, you should get 16...not 10. The cashier started to help us then said wait a minute...10 minutes later she still ignored us thebt a nice woman with blond braids helped us. She was very pleasant.

I was in the mood for KFC, so I asked gps to take me to the closest one. 7 minutes away, looked like an OK neighborhood. Friendly but not professional counter help, once at counter could see standing water on kitchen floor, but since there was a steady line for take out. It was worth the risk, the young lady making the food and packaging was efficient and professional. The food was great as usual. Dining area kinda unkempt and dingy. I had to use the bathroom, I got buzzed in, no toilet paper, water and waste on floor. Glad to use, but cleaning needs to be done. This is not the shinning example of KFC. But, the food was great snd I did not get sick. A win!

Tonight I was impressed. Being sick i craved chicken. It was moist and tasty. Sides small but sufficient. Hot biscuits from the oven. Little bit of a wait but very busy. $20 for 2 people a good deal .

We ordered the Tuesday Deal which was 8 pieces of drumsticks and thighs, no sides came with it, but we wanted a couple of sides, 5 biscuits and a sm Cole slaw. The biscuits were so hard they had to be thrown out and we never got the Cole slaw, needless to say we won’t be ordering that deal again. The chicken was the only thing that was good.

Parking is the biggest issue. I use the drive through more because I usually get through the experience quicker.

Great food, as to be expected. The atmosphere can feel crowded and tight. The service is awful. When I went through drive through (as it was too loud and crowded inside), they made me wait outside the line for what they said would be 10 minutes. I went in after 20 minutes to ask about my order and they said it would be 5 minutes. I did not believe that. But I stayed because I did pay for it, and they were not willing to refund me. A wholw 2 hours went by before I got my food. Its good food, but I will not be ordering from there again.

Always cluttered with their stuff, tables, and soda machine area are almost never clean, and they don't have napkins available for you, you have to ask to get some. The food is sometimes really good. Hit or miss though.

I just wrote KFC corp about this too. Using Doordash, I paid 30 bucks for a 4 piece meal, one side and a drink. I was shocked when I opened the box and founds these tiny little overcooked things that resembled Pidgeon. How dare you charge this for such a skimpy portion. Buyer beware. Next time it's going to be Popeyes or any other chicken joint. I hate getting ripped off

Food decent, dosent quite live up to brands history. The place is durty and run down. Wouldnt get drink from the fountan seeing as it looks like they never clean it. Id go to guess leadership is not the best here as the emplyees are short. The building is falling apart.

This restaurant is always missing what I order. Asked for chicken the other day original, and they only had extra crispy. I asked for white meat, and they only had dark meat. I asked for fries on a Friday night a hour before they close and They said they didn’t have any.I Asked for KFC sauce and they had none of that. How does KFC run out of KFC sauce? Disappointed!

The service wasn't so bad,considering the place had one manager and one crew member,hard to get exemplary service when there's no staff.The manager kept a professional attitude,despite the shortage of employees,the quality of food...another story,things could've been much better,but at the risk of being redundant,quality product happens when you have an organized business!...get it together KFC!

On multiple occasions I have come to this location, and was told "the drive through is closed, you have to come inside". I don't see how this is possible, we can hear each other on the speaker. It is so frustrating when they are the only one around and I have to drive over to Popeyes across town.

The food was good, however the customer service at the drive thru was terrible. At first the woman's tone on the microphone sounded like she was annoyed and she basically rushed us. At the drive through window my mom asked for 3 of the $5 boxes to have wedges and she wasn't paying attention. When we got the food my mom asked if she switched the sides for wedges and she rudely said "give me the bag back" making sounds of aggravation. When we got the bag of food back, my mom was checking to make sure everything was in the bag and the woman noticed saying that the wedges were in it. It turned out that they weren't. She quickly said sorry and handed us the bag of wedges and the sliding door slammed in our faces. I immediately took a picture of her to make a report on her attitude and my mom just drove away politely without causing a problem. I believe that this woman should be talked to about her behavior and if she's unwilling to change her attitude, shouldn't be working with customers. My experience would have been more pleasant if my mom and I weren't rushed and were spoken to in a nicer manner because customer service comes first. In addition, I would like to speak to the manager to report this persons behavior. Has anyone else received similar treatment to this before? Update: I've been looking through the reviews and as you can see, I haven't been the only customer that has been treated with poor customer service. Clearly something has to be done.

I placed a mobile pickup order 30 mins before I showed up to the restaurant. I got there to find 2 other people waiting for their orders and to be told my order would take awhile. The lobby hadn't been cleaned in I dont know how long and there ended up being 8 of us waiting for orders. All while some of the employees stood around, or hung out by the back door on their phone. It took me another 30+ mins passed my pickup time for my food.

I swear to God every time I come here I end up waiting like 25 minutes. I’m not ordering a filet mignon or a chicken Parmesan. What’s the deal here?

Does KFC opens at 10:00 a.m. I went in there at 10:45 and was told that there is no chicken cooked and if I wanted chicken it would be 12 to 15 minutes and 20 minutes or more for tenders. Was looking forward to some KFC on my lunch break but I don't have time to sit around and wait that is ridiculous how do you open at 10:00 and 45 minutes after still have no chicken when all you cook is chicken

Idk what happened to this KFC. Chicken was old or re-fried. Even the skin was tough. Last time it was too greasy. They used to have great chicken. Very disappointed since we love KFC. This is the third time the food wasn’t edible. On each visit,Some of the staff aren’t very personable. Not even a greeting or response to a smile or hello. I believe we have to find another KFC to go to when we want some. Sad really, since this is the only one in my area.

I've gone here on a few different occasions and today is the breaking point of I will never go again. Went to the establishment an hour after it is supposed to be open to be told "that any food will be a 30 minute wait." No problem I can wait, when I pull around to pay the cashier said she did not want the money and told me "it will probably be longer than 30 minutes you pay once you receive your food and we will get to it when we can. " Guess this KFC doesn't want your money or business. I recommend going almost anywhere else. Here are some other issues I have encountered previously as well. 1) they will pull you around to the parking lot to falsify wait times. 2) orders consistently wrong. 3) the employees clearly hate their jobs and do not want to be there and will be as rude as possible to make that point clear. 4) they will give you the wrong size stuff to make it more convenient for themselves compare to cooking the proper amount (i.e you order 8pc get 6pc instead, essentially stealing from you.) 5) location is literally falling apart with frequent fights at location.

As a delivery driver I am in and out of about 5 different KFC's in the area. The are all great, EXCEPT for this one. The are incredibly slow. The employees are rude. The location manager has a terrible attitude. I have never been in this location and not had a bad experience. The setup of the parking lot is horrendous. I only come here because I have to, but will never come here for myself. I love KFC food, but will drive 15 minutes to the next closest one instead.

The employees at this location is VERY rude! I asked for a extra side of sauce for my sandwiches and was told that they do not have it “Extra sauce” I then asked if they could put some in a cup or something on the side for me and was told “No, We do not have anything to put any in!”VERY RUDE! I proceeded to the window for my total and overheard the girl that took my order very rudely telling her co-workers what happened, I heard this in the drive-thru because she was very loud so I’m sure everyone inside the restaurant heard it also! I don’t understand the issue!Over some sauce the attitude was absolutely uncalled for! I wish I got her name but she was heavy set and had brown hair I was at this location on October 25th 2021 at approximately 12:30pm, I did not receive a receipt so I have no further information on the employee as I mentioned previously but very very RUDE! I do not have the patience to work in fast food which I why I DO NOT! If customers service isn’t your thing FIND ANOTHER JOB it’s simple! No need to be nasty to people!

This is the worst location Ive been to. I ordered online came to pick it up and they gave my order away to some random person apparently without even confirming it was me. Everytime I go to this location there's some kind of problem or they're rude. I will never go to this location again they are the worst. I suggest anyone who wants kfc drive to colonies location if you want good customer service and quality food.

The place was really dirty. There was debris all throughout the floors and they were also sticky. Most of the tables still had food particles from previous customers. The beverage counter was splattered with a rainbow of different sodas. But what was most sad was how the cooking areas looked. It was very bad...just not good. One word comes to mind: unsanitary!

Every one star review on here is true and has happened to me at one time or another.. most recently I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged by an employee I ordered a sandwich and a drink took me 5 minutes to get my cup and another 20 for the food.. while standing there I saw multiple employees not wearing gloves and handling food. When I leave one start I legit mean one star I get there’s a labor shortage and have worked fast food before.. it seems like this has been an issue for a while.. that being said I love kfc just not this one.

I bought chicken for lunch around 11:35 today went back to work , about 1 later throwing up and diarrhea that is the only food I ate , now I have severe food poisoning , pls don’t go there everyone. toxic ,I got deathly ill within a hour throwing up 🤮 and diarrhea- no stars but u have to hit one to post

We went through the drive thru, the girl at the window said it would be 6 minutes and asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. The girl handed over one drink and asked that we wait by side entrance and someone would bring out our food. We waited over six minutes and no one came out. My husband went in and Noone acknowledged him...when he asked where was his food they looked as if he didn't order anything even though he used a credit card minutes earlier. This is not the first time we have had the worst service ever!!!! One time they closed the drive thru and when we questioned the manager she said because we felt like it...That store needs to set some customer service skill trainings or hire better dependable people!!!Horrible Service. We will not go back there since they did not even apologize😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Customer service was absolutely disappointing. They couldn't get my order correct. I order through the drive through my order was in correct so i went back for them to correct it. Which they did after multiple employees having an attitude. Then i went back into my car realized they forgot to give me dipping sauce for my tenders which i later received. I finally went back to my car and realized they never gave me a straw and napkins. It was the worst customer service ever. The entire management team need to rearranged and employees need a training course in customer appreciation and how to satisfy customer. Also the employees working there was not even dressed professionally, clothing was soiled and looked extremely old. Employees was not presentable period. How can you expect individuals to eat there when employees are not presenting themselves with absolute professionalism.

This location was the last decent KFC. Got a 12 piece meal and not a single moist piece of chicken in the bucket. Unfortunately it was a to go order and didn’t find out until we got home. That was the last $40 that I will spend at KFC. Thank goodness there are Popeyes and Dave’s Hot Chicken.

The last several times I have tried visiting, their drive-through isn’t open, and/or they’re all out of certain kinds of chicken, and/or there’s some other issue going on. I would like to point out that I have visited at different times each of those days, with none of the visits being before closing, or any unreasonable thing like that. In the winter, they don’t bother cleaning their sidewalks off either. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. I won’t be going back again. I’m tired of the excuses.

Their food is the only good thing. Went to the drive through only to be told it was close and to come inside only to find out it was working perfectly fine and that the worker’s just wanted solely food pick ups through the drive through. I have to wait 28 minutes for my food literally 2 orders of tenders and 2 chicken sandwiches. Not to mention I wanted a pot pie but they were “out” of them. Yeah right. I sat there and watched as multiple people who ordered tenders and chicken sandwiches got their meals and left while I still stood there. Absolutely ridiculous. They need new management it looks like they have a child running the place.

The worst to sum it up. The drive thru is always down. Drive twenty minutes to find out they have no chicken. I love the food but if it's not available why bother going, went to jumping Jack's and saved money.

This KFC is a mess. Parking is very limited and their drive through has been inaccessible for a long time. Tried going today and it looks like their drive through was open which is good but we decided to go inside to order. We stood there for quite a bit, made our decisions...eventually someone came to us and told us we had to go to the drive through as they were short staffed. They didn't seem to be moving quick at all and the cars in the drive through hadn't moved at all either. I can understand short staffing but to add insult to injury....we were locked inside!!!!! We even saw three cars leave the line while we were coming up with a backup plan. This location really has to get its stuff together...I hope they can find the staff to make it a functional location again.

Got some grub hub kfc tonight. It's just terrible. As it has been. The chicken skin is yummy. The meat...cold, dry. Like it was cooked yesterday and reheated.

Awful. No Pepsi. No root beer. I ordered 5 meals and no drink trays for take out. They left out 2 sides of coleslaw from my order. After having to wait an additional 5 minutes and having the extremely rude employee go over my receipt I still wasn't given the coleslaw I paid for. The only saving grace of the visit was the young lady at the register was very pleasant

Worse customer service EVER? Why? Didn't get any! Walked in, a manager and an employee sitting there having a conversation about who knows what, wasn't work related. After a minute figuring out what I would want I go stand at counter to order. The employees in this KFC always give you an attitude. I DoorDash often and each time I deliver for them? it’s always a hassle. The food is never ready, they don’t accurately tell you how long the order will take, AND I DONT EVEN EAT THE FOOD. It’s filthy, other priorities occupy the staff attention and it makes it easy to never dine here on my own. There has to be other options available to get chicken for those out there. I just want you to be happy.

Listen I get that it's downtown and it's terrible across from the old bus station at a kfc all day with the homeless but the place was DIRTY and I mean behind the counter. I spent 30 dollars on this food for me and my family so we ate it, the biscuits weren't terrible but kinda hard and the mashed potatoes and gravy were normal but NOT hot. Fries fine, but again not fresh they were on the verge of cold. I ate one piece of chicken and my stomach hurts now, my kids ate 2 pieces each and my boyfriend ate a piece. I'm just worried my kids are going to get food poisoning. I think this is the last time we come down there, we went maybe 4 or 5 months ago and got a big thing of chicken and it was legit! This was not it. The chicken skin was tasty but tasted like it had been made a WHILE ago and was sitting in a WARM box not a hotbox it was soft and falling off and ugh just not hot. Was not hot for sure and I drive right home after getting the food and we ate it right away. Was definitely not freshly made and I get it I got food an hour before close but I mean AN HOUR before close so like come on... idk I just feel like the place should be cleaner and the chicken should be fresher you're not trying to give someone food poisoning! I might of just come at the wrong day and time for sure (930pm Saturday Night)

This place is the absolute worse. Customer service stinkAfter placing my order, I encountered an unacceptable experience when I had to wait for my fries. As the girl finally approached, she was deeply engrossed in a phone conversation, using inappropriate language. Her demeanor was sluggish, resembling the walking dead. When she handed me my order, I picked up one bag, and inexplicably, she carelessly let the other bag fall directly onto my face inside the car. Shockingly, she did not bother to turn around and acknowledge her blunder. Clearly, the phone conversation took precedence over delivering proper customer service.

Just ordered from this place for my daughter's birthday on doordash. One of the sodas was the wrong one, no sauces, missing a whole meal sides and all and missing a side to a meal I recieved. Y'all dont know how to cook. Get new jobs.

When you go through the drive through they make you wait. Then you get a rude introduction to come inside. This place needs some management.

Disgusting- the food appeared to be days old. The corn is inedible and biscuits hard as rocks,I threw them away. I paid $33. + for some chicken and potatoes. I hope we don't get sick. Never again.

Asked to use restroom lady said I’ll buzz u in okay! As I go to walk in feces every where… My husband had already ordered and paid I asked if we could be reimbursed the women said no we don’t do refunds there used to be a sign on the counter….. “ I don’t know where it went! 5PM on a Sunday Evening----- Food-Food was not what it should have been, normal 3 piece order has a leg, a back and a breast. I received 1 leg, two backs. Very, very greasy, gelatin like texture between coating and chicken. Service, it was clear the staff is not trained, organized or provided leadership. Orders that were simple routine items on the menu were stumping the employees, they all had ear pods in and could not seem to hear what any customer requested. The floor space in the prep area was littered with bags, cup covers, napkins. The hand wash sink looked like it has 10 years accumulation of lime or mineral water buildup, not clean at all and in full view of customers. They allowed me initially to sit at the order board in drive through for nearly 10 minutes, I finally drove up to the window, the employee has his back to the window playing on a cell phone, the window was open, I said excuse me 3 times before he turned to tell me I had to come inside to place an order. This is the second time in 3 months drive through has been not functioning . There were 6 employees working no excuse! Ambiance is a JOKE! Filthy, floors covered in water and grease, unsafe walking surface in customer area. Looking at soda machine surfaces, counter serving surfaces, tables and chairs it is clear no sanitation or sanitizing is performed. NEVER AGAIN!!! I believe the Health Department needs to visit. "***HINT***" I would rate lower than one star if possible!

Not much about the atmosphere because I was driving through. The young lady at the drive-thru did tell me that there was no ice so the soda would be kind of warm. I had already paid her so, I kind of didn't have a choice. The chicken tenders were fine but the coleslaw was rancid. Very sour. When I tried to call and let them know so no one gets sick, no one would answer the phone. What a waste of $10.

Me and my family got food poisoning.my son got diarrhea and threw up.and on top of that myself got sick headache and also stomach cramps and diarrhea. I get it mad had to work on Easter Sunday. But shit this shit is nasty. Chicken was hard fries cold soggy biscuits.

The absolute worst KFC location that is in existence anywhere. It takes an absurd amount of time to receive your food, and then when you finally get it, the food isn’t even hot. You would have better luck driving to a KFC two hours out of the way to actually get your food, especially if you want the correct food that you ordered. The employees seem miserable and could not care less that you’ve paid to receive food. Avoid at all costs.

I wouldn't recommend going here. If you really want chicken then go to CFC or Popeyes. Their drive thru is always closed which fine but they don't place cones or anything so you have to drive all the way around the block to get back to the parking lot to go indoors. From the other reviews it seems like the owner only has 1 manager and 1 crew member there at a time even during after work/ dinner time which I'm sorry that's horrible business. I'm not surprised that this place doesn't have good business and I will not be surprised if it finally goes out of business soon.

I went with my family to eat and the employee were rude. The food was nasty chicken was raw the fries were mad greasy I would not be going to that KFC ever agian I came out with stomach pain.

Did an online order, got to the store to pickup was told they were working on it. A half hour later I ask again and I'm told it's not in there system and there's nothing they can do. Even though they took the money. While there almost 3 fights broke out and the staff is very unprofessional. I recommend one of the higher ups go in there and take control before that store gets shut down 👎👎 definitely wouldn't recommend

We pulled into the drive thru and they said the drive thru is down. So we came inside and they took our order after being walked past three times. And the person who took our order was the one making it, while the other two people working were talking and playing on their phones. And!! Cars were pulling through the drive thru as we were waiting and we counted four cars that got their food before we did. We will not be coming back here ever. Horrible experience. The only saving grace was that the food was still decent. But it doesn't make up for everything else

Went inside a few weeks back to get 8 pieces of chicken, no sides. First , I was shocked that it cost me $24 and not even a biscuit ! When I got home , the chicken was dry and tasteless. Nothing like what I remembered KFC being like. Very disappointed.

Tues 6/17 approx 1:10pm: Ordered a 2 breast and 1 wing original big box meal. Checked my order and they gave me 1 breast and 2 wings. When confronted I was told they were out of breasts. I told her she can give me an extra crispy breast instead of original and was told they don't have that either. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't check my order before I left but my past experience here told me to do so. The least they could have done was let me know so we could rectify. Also my extra side of Gravy was one third filled. The manager seemed apathetic to the situation. No wonder Popeye's has been closing the gap. Guess I'll go back there, at least they get my order right and don't try to short me for what I paid for.

I waited for months to be able to afford a Tuesday $10 bucket. I am on disability and im in college. I've been fasting for prayer, and decided to finally eat some meat. BEFORE I PAID I was told that it would be a while. I left and came back to have another worker inform me they have NO CHICKEN. I could see the guy making chicken in the back. Instead of entertaining the idea, I asked for a refund. They told me they don't give refunds and I'd have to get something else. Someone came in to pick up an order from online and they said they'd have to ask for refund online. I mentioned why I could not get a refund too. AFTER belittling me, telling me to read an employee plastic sign on the counter, saying "can you read the sign", she then says they don't have the power , not even the manager to give a refund. That id have to come back tomorrow. I asked why she didn't say that in the first place. I pointed out that I noticed they have chicken and she said they were tenders. I would have been happy if they would have offered chicken in the first place instead of saying they have NO chicken and suggested to come back if I didn't want anything else. But they argued with me and were aggressive after I asked for a refund. I would not recommend this particular KFC as it is managed now. I pray they stop intimidating people any ripping people off. They basically said they could steal from me, and there's nothing I can do about it. It was scary , because I was in the lobby by myself.

I waited for fifteen minutes at the takeout after I said I was there for my pickup.... the food was ready and waiting on the counter at the takeout spot (customers can not grab their own takeout) the whole time.... half the drinks were out of corn syrup... this location is always terrible, always have to wait for the cooking of chicken when it is 5pm (maybe have some ready for the dinner rush?) . They should retrain and rehire here but it will probably never change. Malta is always a million times better tasting with better service, 0/10

Ordered online approx 1010, 11 pm closing. 1020, attempted to pick up my order; doors locked and advised through the window the fryers go off at 10! Why are you open until 11? Staff very rude. Spoke to the manager.. That was a joke. That's what happens when individually owned.. No Corporate

This place needs to be reconstructed. It smells terrible outside by the drive thru. The employees have horrible attitudes, they always close down the drive thru. I called corporate and doesn't seem like they have done anything! I refuse to go here anymore. They also have wait times to order chicken because they claim they have none cooked. This place sucks, I'm sure you can get sick from eating here. I sacrifice and drive to Colonie, they are so much better. Please revise this place.....it's disgusting 🤢 I'm back with a new review 12/12/25 and I must say I am pleasantly surprised!! It was so much cleaner and the staff was absolutely wonderful, very nice and present. I definitely will be back, looks like they got rid of the bad group of employees there, they were horrible!!!!

This is easily the worst KFC around. It always takes way too long to get your food. They never give you the correct pieces of chicken. Also, the restaurant is freezing cold I don’t even understand why people eat here. This place is not even clean.

Horrible costumer service, took like 15 minutes to get the food. When it was ready the girl came out and threw the bags at us and my father even said thank you and no reply from them at all. Went inside and slammed the door in the way back inside. Seriously is it that hard to treat people with respect ? Food is good but the people working there need to keep their problems at home.

I recently visited this establishment to refill my beverage, and the lady attempted to make an unnecessary issue out of it on 11-2-25. The following day, 11-3-25, I returned at opening time to utilize the restroom, only to discover feces on the seat and the back of the toilet at 10 a.m. This suggests that the previous night's closing staff neglected to clean the area, and the opening staff also failed to address the issue. Moreover, it appears that employees are able to use the restroom for personal activities, such as rolling marijuana, but are unable to maintain cleanliness. Later that day, I experienced a significant delay in ordering food, despite the absence of customers in the drive-thru. Upon receiving my order, I found the fries to be stale and the chicken tasted old, as if it had been reheated by re-frying it. I have documented evidence of these incidents, including photographs and audio recordings, which I intend to share publicly upon completion of my work on their roof. This location is undoubtedly the worst KFC I have visited and worked on.

first of all it is so dirty inside. second, the workers and the night time workers are very disrespectful. I bought some chicken and it was the $10.00 bucket which I should have gotten 8 pieces I only gotten 6 pieces. im guessing they don't expect you to check the bucket. then I go back in there to let them know and it seems like they had an attitude. they made the mistake not me. but I have gone through the drive thru and the attitude I get all the time and I know its other customers also because I know people who has gone there and said the same thing. PLEASE do something about their attitudes and clean the inside you have a lot of workers who just stand there and don't do anything. Or I will be contacting code enforcement

Single worst KFC experience I've ever had. After a 45 minute wait I FINALLY got my food and wouldn't you know it, it was cold by time I got it. Despite being out of food, they continued to take order after order. I will never go to another KFC again due to how bad this experience was.

I'm standing in line and they haven't even looked at me for about 12 or 13 minutes not to mention I walk in there the front door is broken and taped up which is a damn hazard and the dining room is dirty and when I'm looking at the menu I see nothing but flies crawling all over it Update: so I walk to Burger King and got my food much faster and that is including the walk Anybody orders from that KFC had better have a strong stomach because I don't know what the hell they're doing they don't seem like they care

Stopped at 4:40pm to pick up something for dinner. I was told they needed to make my chicken which was a 15min wait because they make to order now. Why the heck would anyone go here. I do know the inside is extremely dirty and always filled with flies in the summer. The gas station chicken up the road on Erie call Krunchy Chicken is better than this place.

I could understand if I came an hour before Close Come two hours prior and still get shitty food and shitty. Service is crazy chicken tenders so hard can’t even eat them chicken disgusting not one drumstick gravy cold had to re-warm when I got home Mac & cheese old everything basically just old and nasty. Called to complain. What do you know? The girl don’t answer the phone. She was a trash customer representative about the window nothing else or nothing more Expected. This place is dirty. The dining area has garbage all over the floor and the soda machine is sticky and has discarded lids all over. The drive thru is never open and don’t even think about going after 7p. Your kitchen will be dry and half the meal missing.

The place is dirty, soda machine squirted out mystery liquids when you tried to get a drink. The same girl who was taking orders (with absolutely no personality) was making the food too. No one said anything to a couple that had a been waiting to order for at least 5 minutes. The best part was watching someone put on gloves, cook, then text while having the same gloves on that she was cooking with. How hygienic.

Horrible customer service! I ordered the tenders and asked for a refund since I paid $18 and this is what they gave me. They all watched me wait at the window and thought I was going to drive off with this .. lady at the drive up said they don’t do refunds. Instead gave me a breast to replace the tenders…. $18 for this yikes
