I think that when people order from a restaurant, they want the same food that they had last time, especially if they order the same dish. Mings has the most consistent quality of any restaurant I know. The food is always great and always cooked the way you like it. Their ribs are especially delicious and the fried rice has no peas (which I hate). I have been ordering from Mings for at least 15 years, and I still order from them at least 3 times a month because I just love the food. The staff is very nice and friendly and their service is very quick and top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

Of all the items I have ordered, I have not been disappointed in one. I especially like the pork egg foo young mainly because of the gravy that is used. Update: Just ordered House Special Wonton Soup as I have Many times before -- No vegetables, 1 piece of meat, no shrimp, just wontons. I specifically said to the young man I wanted the "House Special Wonton Soup" three times and he spoke english. I guess I got the regular wonton soup and PAID for the House Special!!! Lousy!!

I ordered the shrimp with garlic sauce lunch special and they used 20 count per pound shrimp I believe, they were huge! They were very friendly and the food was delicious, I really enjoyed it.

The food is what you expect from a Chinese rest. They have their own style which makes me enjoy ordering from them. (They could answer the phone faster though)

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered the boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice and pork egg roll ($0.50 extra)... Wait time was about 5-10 minutes... Food was alright tasting ... not the best but not the worst... Spare ribs was hard and did not taste as delicious as from other local takeout spots. Rice was delicious. Pork egg roll was meh.

The rice was dry the price was the same as our regular place we usually get we gave it a second chance taste was ok but rice was dry not like our normal Chinese.

First and last time there. Way too much lobster sauce, basically a soup. The dumplings were also terrible, half fried.

Yesterday I went in here and placed an order for fried wontons and a roast pork egg roll. While waiting for my food to cook I observed the employee preparing the food walk toward the back of the kitchen (but still in a very visible area) and blow his nose then return to the front and package up my food without washing his hands. I do not like to write poor reviews but that was so disgusting I figured the public has a right to know so that it does not happen to anyone else. Needless to say I will not be ordering food here again in the future.

The reason for the one star is I had caught some sort of stomach bug from this food and had the worst diarrhea I have ever had for an entire day. I learned my lesson and will stick to my normal Chinese spot.

They also only accept cash, yet you cannot put in an order without a card and they will still charge you a processing fee. They marked up my order +$10 when I got there versus what it was supposed to come out to. Extremely shady, I will not be returning here again.
