There was 6 of isand for some reason tables couldn't be put together and we were shoved in a booth. Our waiter didn't really seem like he wanted to be there.... until the end, he ended up being really nice. Had a lavender lemonade and it was super good

stopped quick for a bite with mom. bartender took great care of us. we had a house salad that was large and their French onion soup. salad was fresh and tasty offering a number of dressing options. the soup was hot and tasty. only thing I would have do different is having only one slice of bread on top. two slices soaked up alot of the soup. cheese on top was just right. food came out fast as we had a place to be. beer was cold and there are tv everywhere if you are a sports fan. seats all look in good shape other part of the restaurant does show some wear.

Had to have my sandwich remade since the first was burnt. Otherwise I love the Cabot cheese Vermont maple sauce grilled chicken.

It was ok. The food wasn't bad, but not great either. The server was nice but we asked for a refill on popcorn and didn't get one. We also asked for steak sauce that we didn't get and had to ask another staff member for. There were no refills offered on drinks and the kids meal was supposed to come with an ice cream sandwich, which we also didn't get. Also, as a family of 4, we should have been placed in a larger booth for comfort and arm space. The bathroom was fine and the booth was clean.

Felt just a little understaffed - one sweet, but overwhelmed waitress seemed to have the bulk of a Friday night shift to herself and was barely able to interact with us as a result. Some of the ingredients were skimpy, the chicken was a touch on the overcooked side and the rice was under-seasoned. That said we were seated and served promptly, enjoyed our meal well enough and were happy to have some place to go left in the Rotterdam mall. Very reasonable prices, too! A nice enough lunch or dinner spot when visiting the VIA aquarium.

We stopped in to the 99 Restaurant for a quick bite before a show. We were seated almost immediately and a server showed up right away to take our drink orders. We had a very small toddler with us and the staff seeing this came over right away with a child booster seat which was very very helpful. Their Margarita's where large, colorful, delicious and full of flavor. Our meals took a little bit of time to come from the kitchen but they were at good temperature and very appetizing in appearance. The food was delicious and the portions were just right. Our server was a little unattentive and we did have to wait a while after we finished our meals for a check,but overall a very good experience that I wouldn't mind having again.

Food is average. Staff is friendly. Place is dirty. On my recent and very last visit, the restroom was dirty with no paper towels and no soap. And the staff kept vacuuming the carpet in the dining room while we at. And, later that nightI had what I believe was for poisoning. I was very sick all night.

Rats! This is a huge problem. We will not support this establishment again until they address this issue publicly and with the proper care and consideration. Rats in any restaurant is absolutely wild and unacceptable!

Get an exterminator in that place. I will never be back upon sitting down before even getting our drinks they were at least six or seven mice running around underneath the tables and across the floors even the waitress seen that and said she did not blame us for leaving there was zero chance I was staying for food with mice running across your feet.. Absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely terrible service! Sat at the bar 5 mins before being asked if I wanted a drink, then was given a menu and another 15-20 minutes went by before bartender came to ask what I wanted. Food came out fast I ate then waited another 20 minutes before bartender came back. Bartenders only care about regulars and having conversations between themselves. Also they overserved some guy and he fell down outside and bartender disappeared to deal with that. Her name was Kelly. Other bartender couldn’t be bothered to help me with anything. Will not be back

This restaurant seems lazy. I have eaten at other locations numerous times. They were unwilling to accommodate allergies. If you have food allergies, don’t go to this location.

Food Poisoning! We walked in and stood for about 5 minutes for someone to come up and ask “are you guys waiting to be seated?”. We got seated and after placing our order we saw a mouse 🐭running around. We shouldve just canceled the order right after but we were already there and this place was the only place we had time to sit and eat on a Saturday night. I ordered stuffed scallops, description says “plenty” but only two came on the plate for about $12. Ordered cheeseburger as the meal (dry burger, left basically everything on the plate. Woke up in the middle of the night to extreme stomach pains and vomitting. Regretted coming here.

Decided to try the restaurant after watching a movie last night at the Rotterdam mall. We observed 3 mice running around the bar and the kitchen. Needless to say we cancelled our order and left. If we saw 3, the place is infested. Staff seemed very pleasant.
