We were staying at the hotel across the road and despite some mixed reviews we decided to give it a go. We are so pleased we did, the atmosphere was great, a live musician was playing. Staff were great, food arrived way faster than we expected and I loved every mouthful. Food was exceptional and I left thoroughly satisfied. If we’re ever in the area again I’d eat here again without hesitation. Ok I returned again when I was in the area, it was even better the second time around. Loved both meals and would absolutely return

So good! Cocktails and food were amazing and we eat at a lot of TexMex and Mexican Food places. I found this food to be way better than our Pappasitas outing last week. The queso was spot on! The Baby Maker cocktail was delicious, too delicious if you get what I mean. Tortilla soup was good, the queso burrito, excellent! Service really good too!

I love the new guacamole cart that they bring to your table and make fresh guacamole table side! Another amazing lunch at Iguana Ranas! The food was delicious as usual but the service? Spectacular. You can tell they weren’t staffed enough for the rush they had by looking around but it didn’t slow them down. If my waitress wasn’t checking on us the owner/manager was at our table. Great people! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good little Mexican place🥰🥰 — eating lunch at Iguanas Ranas Seabrook.

They give you huge portions!! We ordered caso for an appetizer for 2 of us, and 4 adults could easily eat this size caso. Also, my husband ordered 2 tamales, and they were big around as an eckridge sausage!! They were flavored so good, too!! My husbands soft tacos were as long as his hand from palm to the tip of his finger tip, and they were stuffed too, unlike taco bells whimpey tacos. The mixed drinks were good too!

I went tonight for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I will admit that I initially had an issue with my order, but the waitress I had was amazing and would not let me take no for an answer. She fixed everything and actually had me try something else. It was shrimp and it was great. She was very kind and had such a positive attitude about everything. They also had live music and great margaritas.

Stopped here by chance. Never heard of it, never seen it, and just happen to be passing by while looking for a quick bite for dinner. Pork ribs were really good. Hot plate came with a melted steak knife....maybe they should switch to wooden handled knives?? The rice was good. Charro beans weren't as spicy as I like but had good flavor. The cheese enchiladas were also very good. Flour tortillas were homemade...ehh, hand-made? Chips and salsa came with two salsas, one green avocado blend and one classic red sauce. I really liked both. A good red sauce is hard to find these days. Chips were thin and crispy, just right. The server, "Layna", was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kept checking on us without being overbearing. Very refreshing to have a server that clearly enjoys her job. I will definitely be back sooner rather than later to see what other menu item I will try next. Until next time...

Great service and great Mexican style food. The question dip was fantastic! The Pablano Chicken was very creamy and Chicken cooked right yet still juicy! Ownership would be wise to keep those cooks 🍳on board!

First time here. Got seated and asked for a kids menu. She said yes, but I never received one. I later found a kids menu in the regular menu, but I was expecting a coloring sheet or something for my little one. Took me a bit to get a drink and for someone to take my order. For being maybe only having two/three tables occupied, the service was not good at all. Food took forever it seemed. I got the cheese enchiladas. They were good, but nothing special. Will I be back? I might give them another try.

We dined here several times, and they never disappoint. The food is always piping hot, chips (thin and crispy, the way I like them), and salsas are delish. The southwest egg rolls have plenty of chicken inside. I always get their enchiladas, sometime I get the spinach and chicken enchiladas, but tonight I got the combo, chicken fajitas enchiladas, beef enchiladas, and chicken with sour cream sauce. All three were tasty. My husband enjoyed his street tacos. They have live music as well. I think it's every Saturday night.

So, after a Dr’s appointment today I decided to try this restaurant out; Iguanas Ranas Cantina in Seabrook. Ordered one of their combination plates and asked if they put cheese on their refried beans. They said they did. I stated I did not want cheese on the beans. They said no cheese on anything. I said no. Just no cheese on the beans. Well, the plate came out and there was no cheese on the enchilada, no cheese on the nachos, and no cheese on anything. Of course I sent the plate back. What was so confusing?! Uggghhhhh!

I order out from here quite often. Food is pretty good. Issue is when you are in the restruant. It is too loud with a Peter Paul and Mary cover band blasting your ears. After being there for 30 minutes you just want to twist the head off a bunny and leave.

Food was alright, they brought out half the meal before the other half was ready which was a little odd. After asking for a dairy free meal we were laughed at which didn’t feel good at all, legit heard them cackling in the back for a good 20 mins…our waitress was lovely it was a second girl who kept coming back with an odd attitude…idk just felt super unwelcomed and the food did not compensate. Very mediocre.

We used to love coming here for years but something changed, maybe the manager. Instead of the great food and service of the recent past, we had mediocre food and service. For example the taco, burrito and tamale I had were all filled with the same weird nonmeat that they use at Taco Bell so not going here anymore either. The meal wasn't even complete and really bad service actually so adios and vaya con Dios to the Iguana.
