The lady who gave me my food Presley bland was very friendly, out going and happy! She made my day better and put a smile on my face!
The staff is very friendly. I wanted a bacon ranch chicken gordita that is no longer on the menu and they gladly made it for me. About 30 minutes after leaving I noticed I didn't have my purse with me. I went back and they had my purse put up for me and nothing was missing. Thank you so much!
I went through the drive thru, the young lady at the window was so polite and courteous. The food was great too, this Taco Bell is what most of them need. Good employees that work well with customers, that's the way you keep them coming back.
Exellect Customer Service! The girl that waited on us actually seemed to enjoy her job, which makes the experience 100% better. We only ordered off of the cheap menu (since we had not been to TacoBell in some time), and the food was very good. They were also a decent portion size, and we ended up taking home half of our order since we were full. If I am in the area again, this will definitely be a stop on my way home. Great Job hiring happy people!
Best service I've ever received from any Taco Bell. They went above and beyond to get what I ordered through the app even after their fryer went down for a few minutes. Will recommend this Taco Bell to family and friends. Thank you to everyone who works at this Taco Bell.
The lady worker helped me with my order because I didn't know how to use and then she made my order just as I had ordered it. She was perfect and the food was awesome. I had a party pack of tacos.
There was an issue with my DoorDash order being picked up from here and delivered to my home, and after coming here to pick it up… was told by some people in line that they had the same issue. It had nothing to do with TacoBell in this case… but one of the negatives of it was that DD and TB both essentially claimed that one or the other is responsible for a refund. Confusing and frustrating overall… but that is something to consider when having DoorDash delivered from a Driver from here. My food was good… after that whole debacle, lol.
The staff had a mess with the orders going out to the point where people were coming back asking for the correct order. The teamwork this staff had during the mixup was awesome! I loved how they tossed out all the orders and started over. Normally, I see other places hand them back out to the correct people. Glad to know that this place noticed the contamination factor. Great work!
I was craving taco bell while going east on 175, Stopped at the Malloy location, upon arriving I didn't know what I wanted but I knew I wanted a box, Otis the Team member that took my order recommended me 2 box's which I ordered one of them and it was Delicious, He was extremely helping in giving me options to what all the boxes were and what he suggested based on what he likes and It was good, I appreciate his kindness and recommendation and wanted to recognize his Kindness and friendliness in a review and on the surveys, I will definitely be coming back to this location over the elam location if it's not after 2am! I look forward to having Otis take my order and any other staff that goes the Xtra mile like he did, Thanks taco bell and Otis for fixing my late night munchies 😌
I went through the drive-through and didn't quite know what I wanted to order. However, the associate, Amaya, was very patient and offered me great things. That matches my dietary restriction. Overall, great experience.
I just wanted to say that haylee had an amazing service, she was really sweet, with her service I didn’t pay much attention to the rest!!
I had the extreme pleasure of having Tiaka take my order today and she made sure that albsolutly everything was correct. They are so careful how they take your money, give you your food and return your change ( I was beyond impressed).. I got 4 beef and bean burritos and a wild strawberry slush and it was beyond good. The store is extremely clean and they take great pride in what they do and it definitely shows. I will definitely be back when I am in the area. It's easy on and easy off to hwy 175 so I highly RECOMMEND you give them a try as I know you wont be disappointed, so stay safe and happy travels to all!
The trouble with this specific Taco Bell is sad. The food tends to be solid, or at least as solid as Taco Bell can be. But, out of the dozens of orders over the past months, both in the drive through and on Door Dash... we have yet to get everything listed on the receipt first try. I truly wish I could give this store 5 stars. But the best you will get here is currently 4 stars. Should that change. I'll update my review.
Good food specially when you have a late night craving.
I give three stars for service because when you order extra you only get regular portions of the food you ordered extra but charged for the extra portions. They don't give you extra for your money...that's very disappointing to say the least
I placed an order through the app & the store didn't get, eventhough the app told me it was ready. Also, the fountain machine & frozen beverage machine was down, so the dining area was closed. On the upside, The young lady that helped me was very helpful in making sure I was accommodated for my order not being ready & to replace the drinks I had on my order. She was awesome.
BE PREPARED TO ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD. Even if you order ahead on the app. I've had multiple times where I order ahead and still wait like 30-45 min in the drive thru. Even attempted to walk inside to get it instead, no one greeted me I was left standing in the lobby for 20 before they just "assumed" I was there for a pick up order and tried to give me an order that I never placed nor even paid for
I was picking up what I thought would be a quick and easy DoorDash order. There was one car in the parking lot and two cars in the drive thru so I figured, no problem. There was one customer waiting on his food and I told them the name of my order, which of course they didn't know about it, and therefore hadn't started making it yet! 20 mins later they finally got me my order, after they had made food for the employees that were getting off work of course!
Despite our food being cold . I know that's crazy for taco bell! The cheese roll ups where shredded cheese rolled in a cold tortilla. Also everytime we would tell one thing that we wanted the lady ask "is that all".... after every 1 item we were ordering. And we had 7 items. Guess she didn't want us there. Lol
Food quality would rank higher if it was make correctly on a consistent basis. It had improved a few months ago but lately started bringing inconsistent again. It may be because of employee turnover and not being able to keep a trained staff.
Food was good service was not that great they asked me to order from the computer that way they didn't have to take my order but other than that it was ok
We ordered a chalupa cravings box, grilled nacho fries with steak an jalapeños and a Chipotle melt. The fries had 3 pieces of steak and about 8 fries with more jalapeños than anything. The cravings box chalupa had very little meat lettuce and cheese and they didn't give me my Chipotle melt. The fries alone were 5 dollars when it should have been about 2 dollars for what we got. It seems like the later you order (ordered around 9:30 after a long day of work) service and quality goes down alot. I'm a big fan of taco bell, but this was the worst experience I've had with them!
Came here to order me lunch. Ordered my food and noticed that I was given the wrong order before I drove off. So I went back around to get what I ordered. When I went back in there were people already waiting to be served and they seemed upset. But once it was my turn the young lady seemed irritated and had an attitude because they messed up my order.
Just ordered from there using DoorDash and they gave the driver the wrong drinks and had a missing drink. Usually, they're better about getting our order correct but we decided to splurge and have it delivered. And on top of missing and wrong items, the food is cold. Oh, and the phone number listed on google doesnt work and makes a fax machine noise when dialed. Get it together Taco Bell.
Food was very chinchi! The soft tacos were hardly filled with anything, I remember how they used to be, and these were like a wanna be soft taco. And so expensive! I spent 30$ today and what I ordered was a lg Pepsi, two 5 layer burritos,and a Mexican pizza,1 soft taco and cinnabons.That all.
Slow as molasses. When asked to see the breakfast menu on mid morning Friday the lady pointed to a sign and said this is the breakfast. Did not even bother turning the main menu until someone else said, "well don't those things turn?"

Too many new, younger people including the management. Disorganized and a lot of trash talk within earshot of the customers. I realize that I will typically have a larger than average order, like 20+ items. but with 4 people on the line making inside food, I would figure that it does not take 10 minutes. Plus it took about 10 minutes to even get a cashier to take the order.
Almost every time I come here, my order is wrong, or I am missing items when I get my food. I visited most recently on 1/12 and ordered a simple grilled cheese steak burrito. Service was friendly but the food was wrong. I got home and the burrito was made with the ground beef and was cold. I don't think that's even a menu item, meaning I got pawned off a reject by the kitchen. Dissatisfied that they don't check. There was 1 other car in the drive through, so I know they weren't busy. I am probably done coming here until improvements happen.
My boyfriend got us a couple quesadillas with nacho fries. Nacho fries were good but the quesadillas were so charred, they tasted like burnt bits off the bottom of the oven. That bitter taste lingered in my mouth the entire 15min drive home.
The food wasn’t too bad. I got two tacos and asked for jalapeños on them, and one had ONE jalapeño, while the second o e had TEN, but there was only one clean table, they gave us cups that had had water in them, the bathrooms were terribly nasty, and there were only two other people in there, so they were not busy at all! I will not go back to the one in Seagoville!
I cannot believe they gave me a supreme beef burrito WITH NO MEAT!!! I AM PISSED!!! I cant take it back cause I had to drive back to Crandall for work smh. THIS IS CRAZY
Ordered food for 5 my chalupa shell was hard and cold had them remake it. taco was cracked completely had to remake that chicken strips were old and soggy had to get that remade finally talked to manager about having to return so many items he was just like a trained robot they need to have better food preps cuz the teenagers don't care about how they are sending food out and trash cans full to the top in dinning area.. didn't complain last trip I went thru drive thru and food was made sloppy with sauces on outside of burritos sad to say but guess nomore tacobell for me ... atleast this location
I was so excited to order the cantina chicken tacos. I tried them at another TB location, and they were AMAZING, so I assumed all TBs would make them the same. NOT the case!! I went into the restaurant to place my order. The completely empty, but messy dining area and drink station should've been my clue that this trip to the bell would be problematic. The gal at the register had ZERO personality. She didn't welcome us or say much of anything except "yes" when I asked if I could customize my mexican pizza with extra meat, sauce, cheese, and onions. I got the order to go and once my daughter and I got home, I went to dig into the cantina tacos; however, when I pulled them out of the bag, it felt like I was lifting air. There were 3 pieces of chicken in one taco and 4 in the other. The shells were cracked in half. I didn't even eat the tacos at that point because they were put together so poorly. The Seagoville location needs to do better!!
My family and I have recently moved near this location and Taco Bell is usually one of our favorite restaurants for fast food, but this location has let us down multiple times. They can't ever seem to get our order right. We are ALWAYS missing items or items are made incorrectly or both! It's very frustrating and has made it where we will stop going to this location. They should really look into hiring new management or something.
Slow and wrong. Why is there a 10 minute wait for Taco Bell? Most places are done by the time you reach the end of the counter. Every order I saw picked up was wrong with at least one item missing, including mine. *** Update *** The above review was for the old place. Since then, the whole building was torn down and a new one put in its place. Hopefully with new management and staff, too. But I haven't been to the rebuilt one. I go to Wendy's on the other side of the highway instead.
I've waited inside the lobby for 10 min before someone attended to me and told me to wait more, because they were handling the drive thru which was more important than the lobby. And when i did get my food there were items missing. So much for customer service .
After ordering on kiosk and waiting at least 20 minutes without talking to anyone, the girl came out and told us there was no beef. They were out! Spent $50 and was told it would be 2 days to get $$ back on card.
Apparently this Taco bell stopped serving breakfast. I'm ok with that HOWEVER on the drive thru the menu still list breakfast items and there's no posting of NOT SERVING BREAKFAST.
There is a very unprofessional manager with a ponytail, who is disrespectful. I was just trying to order some tacos, and he was being very sarcastic and rude. He was rushing me to hurry up, and it wasn’t even busy. I will try to find who that manager is , because he doesn’t need to be doing any kind of customer service. Please send this man back to training, because he is running off the customers. I will no longer be coming back to this location. I will try to find out how to go higher up to to expose this lunatic!
This location is just AWFUL! They are constantly messing up orders and not giving us our full order that we pay for. They are basically stealing our money. Absolutely requires better managment of their completely indifferent and often rude employees .Good luck trying to call for a refund because they keep the phone off of the hook so they don't have to pick up, and all you will hear is a busy signal. Same with the corporate number. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We got there at 10 pm no one was inside we ordered and it literally took them 20 minutes to get our food to us and there was may 1 car in the drive thru... as we were waiting my husband then went to the counter to ask about our order and he said the floor in the kitchen was extremely dirty and food all over the place.. as we were eating I looked around and saw a roach crawling on the floor at my foot. Never will go back!
Well they're open but ignore you. They never have breakfast but also aren't serving regular menu because they're always out. I've gone through the drive through twice and no one answers. Just say your closed. No wonder they're hiring, the ones there seem to be over it. Honestly we all are, but I'd still like to order a taco sometime 😅
Me, my husband and my 4 year old daughter went to eat and they forgot our order there weren't no other people there just us, i am really patient so i waited but when i saw that 20 minutes hade past i ask them for my refund and they still was taking long ass time never will go there the staff was just playing around there where getting in and out ob the restaurant and never went and asked us if we was ok or if we hade our food and the tables were all wet didn't clean them well!!! Don't recommend this at all😡
My whole order was wrong and the service was horrible. I just feel that if some other customer made you upset thats no reason to be that way to the next person. When I called to let them know about my order the so called manager had a whatever type attitude! And hung up on me twice. I would not choose this taco bell to go to i would go to another place instead. Bottom line the staff stinks period.
The past few times that I’ve been to this location, I’ve been disappointed. Typically teenagers at the window and when I ask a question they’re looking lost. Today, I specifically ask for beef chalupas. I received chicken…and it’s hard. I will not be returning to this location.
Terrible service very dissatisfied of this place. Taco Bell should be my favorite fast food restaurant but at least not this location. They take forever to take your order and very impatient white male . Which made me feel in a rush to order . After looking at my food I noticed that my nacho bell grande had a good amount of chips with a little food . I told the guy if I can please get food because I really don’t want to just eat chips . Now I’m still waiting after 15 minutes for them to give me either more food on the side or a new order of nachos. Plus now they have about 10 people waiting in line and there’s no one in the front to take the orders.. upset. Shame on you Taco Bell it is important to hire nice people and are willing to work .
Never have fresh food. The people in the drive threw always have an attitude and they can't even remember to give you something as simple as straws or forks. I'd prefer the taco bell in mesquite. Honestly don't waste your time or money on the one in seagoville... your better off eating out of a trash can.
This Taco Bell has ALWAYS done something to almost EVERY order I’ve gotten from them. So today I pick up a taco out the bag and it was wrapped wrong all my toppings come off. Then I order a Large and Regular Dragonfruit slush on the Kiosk then she tells me they don’t have the syrup for it. COME ON TACO BELL
I went there yesterday morning around 8 am only to find out they open at 9am. Went back this morning at 9:10am no one would answer the drive thru. I go knock on the door and a girl approaches the door to tell me they open at 9:30 am. I'm like well it 9am on the door and drive thru so I just wondering. I hate when companies don't update their hours, so unprofessional, it says a lot about management and owners, and I shouldn't have to look it up on the internet when I'm at the location. On top of that the girls in the building never changed the menu, another unprofessional deed. Then had the nerve to be rude because I was asking questions. Should have went to TACO CABANA. Gave the food to nature..Will never go to that location again. They don't practice good business ethics. And no I was never rude to her, I was patient.

Placed a to go order and got home and one of nacho fries wasn't even half full. What a waste of money. I have a picture but couldn't figure out how to load it.and you can tell management doesn't care at all because none of these bad reviews have a apology or comment.
They never add the sauce or cheese when I order from door dash. The telephone number does work or they never answer. I do not recommend doordash or any takeout delivery services
I got food today from this location for THE LAST TIME. I ordered the new chicken tortilla with Chipotle because I got one the other day at a different location that was delicious. If you are thinking of ordering one, don't do it at this location. Never mind the incompetent, personality of a rock teenage female working the cashier register. When I received my order, I checked the bags. I couldn't find my chicken tortillas. "Their in there, " she said. I said no they are not. She took the bag and ruffled thru the bag disturbing the cheese roll ups leaving them all undone. I got the bag and looked and asked her where they were. Without looking again, she handed me a small bag and said they made me new ones. I opened one of them up and a verysmall chunk of chicken slid out of the tortilla with a mountain of sauce right down on the front of my clothes. There was no salad at all in it. Just an over amount of sauce and a tiny piece of chicken. In addition, they say they carry the ba ha blast but not one time has my son been able to get one. They never work. Whoever owns Taco Bell needs to either shut it down or hire new management. The kids working there are CINS. Aka children in need of supervision. BTW, when I got home, not only were the chicken tortillas NOT IN THE BAG, we were short by one cheese roll up.

Dinning room was very dirty and restrooms dirty to. Drink station looked like they haven't clean it in days. How can the managers allow this . I should of called the Health Department. I can imagine how the kitchen looks. 3-17-2025 @ 1:00pm....
Got home and my order was wrong, should've checked. But instead of playing the staff should have paid closer attention to what they were doing. I don't mind people enjoying their job but pause for minute when taking and fulfilling orders.
Absolutely the Worst Place to Get Food—Every. Single. Time. I have never seen a place so consistently incompetent. It's almost impressive how they manage to mess up every order, no matter how simple it is. A single item? Nope, they'll forget it. A full meal? Good luck getting all of it. It's like a game to them—how badly can they screw up today? The drive-through is especially awful. You’d think putting food in a bag wouldn’t be rocket science, but apparently, it's an insurmountable challenge for this crew. It doesn’t matter if you check your order before leaving because something will always be missing, and by the time you realize it, you’re already too far away to deal with the headache of going back. The employee turnover here is unreal, which makes sense considering they clearly don’t train anyone properly. Every visit is like playing fast-food roulette—who’s working today, and will they have even the faintest idea what they’re doing? (Spoiler: they won’t.) It’s a never-ending cycle of underqualified, untrained workers who are just there to collect a paycheck while giving the bare minimum effort. At this point, I have no idea how this place is still in business. Maybe management just enjoys watching customers leave frustrated. Or maybe they’re running some kind of social experiment to see how much incompetence people are willing to tolerate before they snap. Either way, avoid this place unless you like disappointment served with a side of missing items.
Will not be returning. We love Taco Bell and will be going to any other location but every single time with out fail we go to the seagoville location something is wrong with the order. And we don’t even get anything crazy, and they offer little to no compensation. It’s really not that hard to double check orders. I do it everyday.
This location is the worst I've been to. Slow, slow, slow! If you're in a hurry, don't eat here! A bunch of young teens work here, they have no customer service skills, no common sense to see the dining area is dirty, don't bother even to fill the straws and napkins. They see you standing there waiting to order and don't even acknowledge you. We had to yell out "Hello!?" for a girl to walk around the corner to take our order. I hope management makes some serious changes.
These people never get our DoorDash order right, much less our in store orders. They just throw whatever they have in a bag and call it done. Chicken instead of beef? Nah, can’t handle it. No sour cream? Throw the entire tub on that mf, actually. A quesadilla along with their burritos we made wrong? Don’t even include it. Check your employees when they go on break, they are cheifing the pen TOO hard.

They never have breakfast, they are always out of ingredients by 10. Management should take notice and order the sufficient amount of ingredients. The TB in Kaufman is always good tho
Really need better workers at this location. Came up here to this location and before going in saw two employees out by their car moving boxes. Tried to go in to notice the doors were locked. Looked at the sign that says OPEN 9am til 2am Monday through Friday. Then looked at my phone to notice that time was 9:15 am. Walking back to my car while both workers watched and didn’t think to say (“sorry we’re closed because……and will be open soon”.) Yet stare and then unlock the doors when I decide to leave. I would normally say fire employees like this, but no just take the time to retrain them on how to handle situations as such for better service to the public. Definitely will not be visiting this location again.
I placed an order through the app, but when it arrived, it was incorrect. I requested a refund, but the cashier informed me that it had to be done through the app. I submitted the refund request right away in the app, but it's been over a week, and I still haven't received my refund. Sorry service
3 strikes in 1 order...how does that happen. Ordered a grilled steak burrito and received some kind of ground beef burrito, ordered a Baja blast and received a cup of carbonated water, ordered cinnamon twists and they must still be sitting in the restaurant because they were not in my bag. I hate throwing money away like this. Don't waste your time with this location.
This location is a joke!! How they managed to mess up a simple order is beyond me. They forgot to include a taco, then all of the tacos/ chicken quesadilla we did have, had hardly ANY meat at all just like a couple of the other reviews. All of the shells were also cracked in half. It's absolutely ridiculous!!
Worst taco bell I’ve gone too tall black Hair lady was talking crap under her breath because she gave us soggy nacho fries I was nice and never said anything mean besides I wanted fresh nacho fries and my large drink that they forgot I quit coming here for this exact reason rude workers
We haven't visited this location in a while because of the lacking customer service and food. It was recently remodeled so my husband and I decided to give it another try today. My food was cold and the nachos were made with scraps of chips. They might have gotten a new look but food and service remains unchanged.
The ceiling tiles around every hvac vent have mold growing, the men's bathroom ceiling has a 4'x4' area of black mold and the urinal was broken off the wall and on the ground
The worst customer service. Had a computer problem and when I needed help neither a manager or a General manger couldn't help and told me to call the help line but refused to give me a phone # (which is 1-800-Tacobell BTW and they wernt even open, something they should have known). Refused to help in anyway and then wanted to laugh at me when I got upset. I paid for food and I didn't even get to take it home, I cant contact any one cause its the weekend. DO NOT USE THE APP OR WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Definitely need to improve on their quality. if you buy three beef Chalupa‘s for $15, then they should taste good. I’ve been to multiple Taco Bell locations who's Chalupa‘s are worth the five dollars a pop. But seagoville Taco Bell gets it wrong 9 times out of 10. I love Taco Bell’s food but when they put a tiny bit of beef and a tiny bit of cheese and load it with lettuc, and your chalupa shell is stale , it doesn’t feel like $5 worth. I don’t blame the workers…. ITS THE FRANCHISE OWNER WHO NEEDS TO DO BETTER !! seagoville is growing at a fast rate…you don’t want to be the crappiest fast food chain on the block!!!!
I’ve given this location chance after chance after chance and they keep messing up. Either my order is made wrong, they forget an item, or I’m met with the rudest people. I have had employees laugh at me and make my food poorly. The manager has her two young children sit in the lobby, her entire shift. They take drinks without even asking and yes, I have seen this with my own eyes. I have even reported this incident twice. Apparently, the district manager, Joe, knows of this situation and won’t do anything about it. I ordered to go, three separate meals. I am one person. They knew this, as I was the only person in the lobby other than the two children, and still put it on a tray. When I asked if I could have it bagged up, she looked at me and said “but it said dine in” Like??? Stop talking back like an eight-year-old and just say ‘Okay let’s fix it.’ It’s not hard to put food in a bag. I swear these people are the most incompetent I’ve ever met in my life. I will never go back.
Ordered grilled cheese& ground beef burrito, chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and chicken strips. Was given the wrong burrito at first and was missing the quesadilla so I went back through the line to receive the correct things. They gave me my things but the burrito was poorly put together, the outside cheese portion had melted onto the wrapper and caused the tortilla to become one with the wrapper. This caused the whole thing to basically be torn apart when I opened the wrapper. My order always gets messed up one way or another when I stop here…
kathleen was very rude and gave me attitude she was on her phone at the of taking and making my order with her hair down which i don't believe was right and the continued to pack my order with the same gloves that were used on her phone. when i checked my order i found that i was missing 2 of my items and politely asked her for those items I was missing she didn't continue to say that they were in there now she packed it herself when I showed her the bag she proceeded to say that they were in there and shoved the bag back in my hand which I find is very rude. I just went for a simple meal and then when I got home and checked my food, I found a couple of hairs in my food and what i believe was mold. I don't believe this is acceptable for this establishment, especially when I was so polite to her and did nothing wrong.
I ordered online about 10 minutes before I went inside to pick up & still had to wait about 15/20 minutes before receiving my order. I ordered the $7 box which I didnt receive my chips or the taco. I wanted to cancel as soon as I walked in because this place was FILTHYYYY!!! Like come on now do we not care about keeping the place clean? There was trash everywhere and the floors were sticky. As soon as I walked in, the first table to the left there was a bunch of bags and suitcases that I believe may have belonged to a homeless person because there was such bad stench. I walked over to the other side by the drink fountain and you could still smell that bad stench. The staff isnt the type of staff id want to represent my company. The girls seem to just be there but not really there. It took about 10 minutes of me being there for them to ask to take my order after the girl looked at me a few times but didnt say anything. Remind you there was only 1 person in line. The restrooms were disgustingly filthy. I walked in and once I seen the filth i washed my hands and walked right back out. Now I usually take pictures, but my phone went dead so I didn’t get a chance to. Once I received my order, I just took the bag and left. I didn’t bother checking because it was so filthy and stunk so bad. I wish I would have because I was missing half of my order if I wanted to order two burritos, I would’ve just done that. Also, the food that I did get was so cold. The Chalupa was so hard. I took one bite and didn’t want anymore because it’s just was not satisfying at all. I actually got disgusted afterwards and didn’t even eat anything . I will never step foot in this door again. This place needs some major cleaning. There is no way you guys can run a business and such filth. When my husband went to the men’s restroom, there was a homeless guy in there showering in the sink.. I understand that there are less fortunate people, but there should also be some type of Rules or regulations because this place is just unacceptable and as soon as I get a chance, I’m also going to report this to corporate.
I always tend to leave positive reviews, but this was truly the exception!!!! Extremely disappointing experience! If i could give 0 stars I definitely would.!!!! The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. There were several employees in the lobby having what I assumed was a "meeting", yet they were discussing nonsense. The food was horrible!! I paid for a Chicken quesadilla with extra chicken. When I received my order, the quesadilla was cold. It seemed like they threw the chicken and cheese on the tortilla balled it up and threw it in the bag. The cheese was not melted at all. This location definitely downgraded!!!! Paid $31 for fast food and the meal was unacceptable!!
A year ago this was my favorite location! But within the past few months, it has degraded substantially. I know they are not paying enough for an actual adult to work there. it’s really showing in their management and their team in general. If you look at the reviews from the past few months alone, you’ll see it’s an ongoing trend. Terrible attitude, terrible food. Specifically on October 16, 2022 at about 8:05 PM. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, a fiesta burrito, a Mexican pizza, and nacho fries. The quesadilla was straight up, made with the wrong tortilla. It was so small and even the tortilla had a different texture than usual. Fast food cost way too much for y’all to be playing like this. If you really hate servicing customers, go dig ditches instead. Maybe you’ll get a better attitude.
I know Taco Bell has a bad reputation but oh my goodness they really outdid themselves this time. I had ordered a combo #6 with no tomatoes (drink, 2 Chalupas, and a taco) and a beef Gordita (also no tomatoes) and 3 layer nachos on the side. I get home and I’m missing a chalupa and on a side note they did not leave out the tomatoes. And my nachos were so lacking. So I called to tell em about my missing order. The line is busy. I kept trying for the rest of the evenings But the line was always busy. I finally get through the next day!! The manager apologized and wanted to replace my order. So I go later in around 5pm. I was asked what my order was, told them. And they handed it right away. Which I was surprised. No wait time at all. I get home and see why it was handed over immediately. As you can see by the pics, the Gordita and chalupa tortilla are not cooked. They just slabbed on the ingredients and handed them over. Food was cold and not properly cooked. Seriously?
