I wanted to share some quick feedback about our recent experience with the Erik’s Deli Seaside team—specifically Ken. We had a unique order and called ahead with a few special requests. Ken was incredibly helpful and accommodating over the phone, and everything worked out perfectly. We were super happy with the service and truly appreciated the extra effort he made to ensure we got everything we needed. Exceptional customer service—thank you!

This location is excellent! My go-to place. Glad they have catering options. Awesome staff! Love their pasta salad.

Only problem was the long wait. But that’s what happens when you get a huge lunch rush and your food is actually fresh and delicious.

The staff here are what makes this restaurant a 5-star in my opinion. They are friendly, courteous, polite and accomodating. My ordered an Abbotts Habit Sandwich which normally consists of roast beef, swiss, sauce, and veggies. The veggies were mushrooms, sprouts, tomato, red onion. My son didn't realize the sandwich came with all the veggies when he ordered his sandwich. Originally he told the man at the counter not to put mushrooms in his sandwich. The guy who made the sandwich was happy to remake my son's sandwich without the veggies. Which was very kind sice it was our mistake.

Sure it's a chain, but the sandwiches I had here were the best I've had in years. On the East Coast I've missed that crunch you get from sprouts, and sampled a couple of the options here. Delicious! Tyler is funny and attentive and cool; love the stage bows.

We ordered Erik's Deli for a last minute staff lunch, it was a large catering order- and they made it work. They were friendly, helped me to the car, had my order ready quick and on time. We will order from them again! The sandwiches and salads were fresh and delicious!

Very good sandwiches, good chili and okay soup. Great service, food arrived quickly, reasonable prices, plenty of parking.

Decided to stop in yesterday with my sister sit down & I had a nice lunch after my number was put in. I was told I could get a free piece of carrot cake oh it was to moist tasty and delicious. I'll be frequently going to this sandwich shop again. Everything on the menu is delicious there is not a complaint about anything.

Update: down to 4 stars. Have returned multiple times. Since, food is still great, but the kids who work there definitely need some customer service training. First review: 5 star: The employees were young and gossiping, but the place was completely empty and it was clean so I guess I would have been doing the same thing. The sandwich was fresh and amazing. They forgot our soup but quickly served it once we brought it to their attention. I like the Mason jars for in house fountain drinks. Perfect lunch spot. Will return.

I love Erik's but this location has gone down hill. Half the time they’re out of and ingredient or two for a sandwich and the other half the time the ingredients aren't fresh! See the picture of old wilted lettuce from my most recent salad.

Just charged $1.95 for a water cup! I was told that is what they charge! BS! Pilgrims progress served with hardly any turkey! Horrible. First time walking out of Erik's. Left the sandwich. Employee has a major bad attitude. 😡 I eat here all the time---- not anymore!

My husband went into this location today at 4:30p. He understood that they closing at 5pm. Two employees were there cleaning up presumably preparing to close. My husband stood in there about 8 minutes before he walked out. Neither employee greeted him so he left. Terrible service! My husband is pretty easy-going so if they had said they were preparing to close, he would've been OK and left ( we got pizza at Mt. Mike's). Basically, they completely ignored a potential customer. Never acceptable.

My husband stood in there about 8 minutes before he walked out. Neither employee greeted him so he left. Terrible service! My husband is pretty easy-going so if they had said they were preparing to close, he would've been OK and left ( we got pizza at Mt. Mike's). Basically, they completely ignored a potential customer. $16 dollars for a quart of chicken flavored water, 2 grains of rice and a shaving of carrot.. That's what I got for my "chicken vegetable rice soup" it was also very bland like it had been watered down. Sandwiches were dry even with the "goo" sauce. Definitely not worth the $46 I paid for my 6 year old and I. 0/10 recommended and will NOT be returning. Worst Erik's experience ever..
