Me lo recomendaron. Y realmente es muy bueno, el servicio es estelar todo el personal ha sido muy amable, la comida espectacular las pállelas buenisimas. Los quesos realmente son deliciosos y hay demasiada variedad. Precios estan correctos. Fue tan bueno que vinimos los dos dias que nos quedamos para comer. Repetiria y recomiendo a 100%

El mejor sitio para comer del casco histórico de Sevilla, atención excelente por parte de sus empleados. En 15 minutos nos prepararon una mesa sin haber reservado previamente y todos los platos estaban espectaculares Cuando vuelva a Sevilla repito sin dudarlo

Hoy salimos del Alcázar con hambre, busqué por reseñas y encontré este lugar maravilloso. Nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad y simpatía. Pedimos una tabla de quesos y vino de naranja y oloroso que nunca habíamos probado, no se los pierdan! Los quesos, uno más rico que el otro y no solo nos explicaron sobre cada uno de ellos, sino que nos sugirieron en que orden comerlos. Pedimos paella mixta y de pollo. Deliciosos, a punto, excelente sazón. Mi hijo decia que quiere comer allí todos los días. De postre, cheesecake de turrón, individual y yogur con tocinillo del cielo. Todo, todo, todo imperdible. Para terminar, nos invitaron con un licor de anís increíble. Ojalá tuviera más estrellas para ponerles! Volvería mil veces!

Fuimos 5 personas para comer, fue la mejor decisión. No teníamos reserva y tenían bastante gente pero no tuvimos que esperar mucho. Los camareros súper atentos y simpáticos. La carrillera de cerdo buenísima, pedimos también distintas tapas y paella de marisco y otra de boletus. Todo rico y ademas nos lo fueron trayendo rápido. Nos quedo por probar la tabla de quesos pero repetiremos esta misma semana seguro!

Visitamos esta tapería y la experiencia fue muy buena. El equipo es muy profesional, tanto en sala como en cocina, y se nota en el trato y en cómo salen los platos. La comida nos gustó mucho, pero queremos destacar especialmente las carrilleras, que estaban espectaculares: tiernas, jugosas y con una salsa muy sabrosa. El pollo al curry también nos sorprendió para bien, cremoso, con el equilibrio perfecto de especias y un sabor delicioso. Salimos contentísimos. Un sitio muy recomendable para disfrutar de buena comida y un servicio de calidad. ¡Volveremos!

Una gran sorpresa esta tapería. La carta es un gran acierto, con platos típicos y que gustan a todos. La comida espectacular, como se suele decir: el personal de cocina tiene buena mano, ya que podría ser perfectamente un guiso de madre o de abuela, que huele genial y sabe mejor todavía. Y los camareros...unos grandes profesionales, simpáticos y atentos.

Es un sitio con mucho encanto y muchos encantos(los chicos que lo llevan son majisimos) La atención es buenísima y el ambiente muy agradable. Me ha encantado la tapa d garbanzos con espinacas. Muy recomendable

Santacruz Restaurant in Seville is a great place for tapas and wine. We drank wine and ate tapas – everything was truly delicious, fresh, and very well presented. The flavors were refined, and the portions were perfect for sharing. The fantastic atmosphere and excellent location – the perfect place to relax while exploring the city. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and pleasant, exactly what you'd expect from a good restaurant in Seville. I definitely recommend it – a great place, great food, and a fantastic atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I do not understand the bad reviews at all, these guys deserve far higher. We arrived on a busy day and all the tables in the picture perfect square were full but we asked for a table inside and as soon a an outside table became free they moved us back out. You couldn't ask for a better location. The service was great, very friendly and happy to speak English (I wish my Spanish was better), the wine was fantastic and we really enjoyed the food. Lots of excellent veggie options. Have saved as a must go back. Perhaps reviewers here don't understand the tapas concept. Or how to use a QR code. Or just need to chill out.

We stopped by this café in Seville on a very hot day to cool down and enjoy some drinks — and we were pleasantly surprised. 🥤☀️ While some of us just had drinks, others ordered snacks and small plates like fries, breaded chicken bites, salads, and more — and everything was genuinely tasty. 🍟🥗🍗 We also tried a few desserts, which were just as delicious. 🍰😋 The decoration, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the café were excellent. The service quality, the flavor of the food, and the friendly, helpful energy of the staff really made the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. 😊🌿 One small issue we encountered was the language barrier — the staff's English level was quite limited, which made ordering a bit challenging. This is something we experienced frequently across Spain. Still, improving English communication at this café could definitely be a plus for international visitors. 💬📉 Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it. 5 out of 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful location for a meal. The card is also accessible my QR code which really impressed me, because every dish had a picture and the card is translated into several languages. They have a mixed bathroom to relieve yourself and a big indoor and outdoor room for many tables.

We ended up in this place for dinner after a long day. The location is amazing and probably makes up for anything else. That said, we enjoyed the caprese salad (the creamy burrata cut through the sweet and tart tomatoes with olive oil was sort on). The rissotto was delicious (the toddler enjoyed it too). The jamon and cheese platter was a bit too salty for my taste. The streak was okay but could have been seasoned a little better. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us choose from the menu despite the language barrier. I believe the ratings don't do justice to the service and food.

Nice ambience in the dining area with a good variety of food and drinks. The servers very all courteous and efficient. Everyone in my group were happy with their food(I don't have photos of every dish). I ordered the salt baked sea bass and to my surprise, it was being deboned for me table side. I appreciate that. The sangria was yummy as well. But what stood out for me were the grilled side vegetables, DELECTABLE! I think it's worth a visit.

Service more than terse. Waiter had rather a poor attitude. Service was not that fast. Failed to deliver the drinks at the same time.

Great location - outside the palace. Great place to stop and people watch. Food and drink was good. Service not the sharpish but ah when in Spain, kick back and enjoy the vino.

I had dinner at Café Santa Cruz during my visit to Seville and enjoyed the experience overall. The Mac and cheese was delicious — creamy and flavorful — and the white sangria was refreshing and well-balanced. The café offers lovely outdoor seating, set along the charming cobbled streets of Seville, surrounded by beautiful historic architecture. The ambiance was elevated by the soft music playing in the background, creating a relaxed and pleasant dining atmosphere. That said, the portion sizes were on the smaller side considering the price, which might be something to keep in mind. Still, the setting and vibe made it a nice spot to unwind and soak in the local atmosphere.

We were walking around the restaurant and we really liked the menu. So we went for dinner. We chose fish and chips and pork steak. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite small. That wouldn't have mattered, we could have had a dessert or a starter. But the staff pretty much ignored us and we didn't have the opportunity to order anything else. We waited at least a quarter of an hour to pay. When I got up and went to pay directly at the bar, where I wasn't even told the cost. The visit was in March 2025.

Super slow and non attentive service. But by far the biggest concern is not being able to use the disabled bathroom - it was full of equipment - high chairs for children, tables, cleaning equipment and gas cannisters. I am reporting them for the storage of gas cannisters as this illegal under the Royal Decree 227/2014. The Ayuntamiento regulate them and should know this is why their disabled facilities are not available. Plus - given what happened in Switzerland recently, I cannot imagine how dangerous the storage of so many gas cannisters within a building like this could be - especially if there was a fire. You can see from my picture that one cannister is stored on top of another and applying pressure to the valve. If that valve fails then the restaurant could have an explosion. If you read this review and visit in the next few days, please leave a review to report if they have cleared the disabled bathroom. Management - get it sorted - you are risking lives.

We were seated quickly, the order was taken and served fast — that part was fine. However, the portions were tiny: the paella was absolutely microscopic, and the pork dish was just a few small pieces. After the food arrived, the service completely disappeared. It was impossible to order more drinks or ask for anything else, and no one came to clear the plates or bring the bill. The dirty dishes just sat on the table the entire time we were there. To make things worse, they also added bread to the bill for €7.50, which we didn’t order. Very disappointing experience overall.
