Used to be too cold in here, but lately it’s been good. The servers have been great and very responsive and the bottomless promise makes it well worth it. This family of 6 likes coming here.

Absolutely love Red Robin’s catering! They are always so accommodating. We use them to feed our hospital staff, and for sure on The 4th of July! They do a great job every time!!

I think some people sleep on this restaurant. We were sat immediately, and brought straight to a booth. Everything is very clean and they play great music. Hunter greeted us to take our drink and appetizer order. Sodas and an oreo milkshake, along with twisted mozzarella cheese sticks. So far no complaints, everything is going great. Next was time to order the entrées, BBQ burger, corn dogs, buffalo wings, and a double monster cheese burger. All the food came out very quickly and was amazing. There was 1 small problem with 1 entrée and it was addressed by both Hunter and the Manager. All I can say is the front of the house and back of the house did amazing. Thank you for making Father's Day special. See you again soon.

Every time I have been to this location I have had nothing but great experience with them. Service is always wonderful and the food is always delicious. Bottomless fries are always fresh and warm. The GM is so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed as well. Staff worked well as a team from what I saw.

Great place to eat with the family. They had little chalk boards with games on them to play if you had to wait for a table. Food came out quick and was delicious. The adult beverages were priced well. The kids even got a ballon on the way out.

At this particular Reb Robins, It was great! staff was friendly and our waitress was really nice! Even though we ordered the wrong thing (thinking it was the mac and cheese burger but that special no longer Exists and actually got a bowl or mac and cheese LOL) They kindly gave us the menus back and let us order what we wanted with no extra charge. Okay so I’d highly recommend the, I forgot what it’s called but it’s like the Nana moo moo shake? it’s a banana and chocolate milkshake and it was so good like, it’s not super sweet or not sweet enough but just the perfect amount for it to be. Now, this was our first time ordering the onion tower... 10/10. The Best onion rings i’ve ever had, they are to thick and so perfectly golden and the sauce, omg im not even sure what kind of sauce that was but once you dipped it in, wow. The onion tower is pricey! like $10 but worth it and about 3-4 people can finish that. When we got it, it was just me and my brother and that pretty much filled us up. Then the chilli there is pretty good. Finally, foremost, the burger was good. (I forgot which burger it was but it was the one for like 6.99)

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness. The general manager greeted us and was so pleasant and kind. Our waitress Jordan was a joy! The food was fresh and delicious! I'll definitely be going back!

First time eating here and I have to say the experience was so amazing. We had a sweet little waitress. She was the most humble person I have met in a very long time. Very helpful always smiling just all in all made the experience. Amazing. The food and the quality of the food was delicious. Definitely will be returning again soon.

I had the pleasure of dining at Red Robinson recently, and I have to say, the food was excellent—but what truly made the experience memorable was the waitress, Vanessa. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Vanessa struck the perfect balance between professional and personable. She knew the menu inside out, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. You could tell she really cared about our experience and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere at Red Robinson was relaxed and inviting, and the food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. But it's the exceptional service from people like Vanessa that sets this place apart. I’ll definitely be coming back—and when I do, I’ll be asking for Vanessa! Highly recommend!

Had a very good lunch. We had the Towering Onion appetizer, Fish and Chips, and the Southern Charm burger. All of the food was excellent. Our server was attentive. The interior was pleasant; I liked the deco, and it made for a laid-back and fun atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing. Food was addictive, sauce was the best, they gave me 8 ounces of campfire sauce for free after I asked what it was made of, It was my first time there so they gave me free fries and a coupon, and their Sunset lemonade is absolutely delicious. The service was amazing. The burger was very good and the chicken fingers were ok. The sauce taste like 2 different hot sauces combined. I think franks hot sauce and melted butter would be a wonderful combination. The fries were tasty, hot and delicious. And of course your strawberry lemonade is the best.

Ordered the burger special with bottomless side and drink. A nice sit down meal for the price close to what many fast food joints are charging for a meal now. Great value.

This location is close to our swim school so we have frequented this location three times this year, each time around five pm and on a Friday. Every visit has been better than the last. The service is always friendly and attentive. The food is served hot and quick.

Location was phenomenal from the moment we walked into the moment leaving. The manager JD was super knowledgeable and friendly. Logan, our sever and bartender was courteous and nonhovering. My sister requested Red Robin for her birthday. We had not been in a very long time and weren't sure what to expect, based on a few negative reviews. I'm so glad we went! The service was quick and friendly and the food was amazing. We all had different burgers and all were good. I only snapped a picture of my hubby's, the Scorpion gourmet burger (he added an egg). He said it was fantastic. I got the Black and Bleu burger which was also fantastic. Oh, we started with the onion ring tower. So crispy and good! There were 5 of us and everyone enjoyed their food. This is an amazing restaurant!! I love their kids Cluck-a-Doodles/steak fries/and a root beer! Me and my family ate here and had a pleasant experience. Will be coming back soon.

First of all the Woodlands establishment is my favorite Red Robin. Good food, Great service, reasonably priced and has some things to entertain the kids just in case you forget to bring something. They have balloons and chalkboards with games on them as well as kids menus have crayons. A wide selection of different eats burgers, salads and sandwiches and can I say finally a place that gives you enough fish when you order fish and chips. 4 pieces of fish for $13.99 is great compared to other restaurants in the area who give you 2 or 3 for $12.99 and it comes with bottomless fries. It also has a kids night on Wednesday! $1.99 kids meals with purchase of adult entrees. THEY ALSO HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM. They send you coupons to your email every so often and give you a free meal on your birthday month! For the beer lovers you have a standard selection on draft and bottles as well as having the privilege of choosing a 32oz glass on certain beers for $8.99 . A wide array of cocktails and mixed drinks if you want to go that route and a few bartenders who have been with the company for a while. So all in all a wonderful place to just dine in and bring your family or lunch! Try it out.

This place is really awesome and perfect for friends and family gathering. It is located in perfect location and they have many options for food and drinks. There food is the best and they have really impressive customers service. I went there with my wife and I really enjoyed the food and the environment. Despite entering 30 minutes prior to closing, Amanda, the server, demonstrated exceptional kindness and friendliness. Her attentiveness was evident as we placed our order. The ambiance was ideal for an evening out. Although we were the sole patrons in our section, Amanda would approach us when necessary while maintaining a respectful distance. This balance ensured that we did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this location for a great dining experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is impeccable. The food here was A1. I have zero complaints about the service or the food. As you see my food came out picture perfect and tasted amazing. I had their Royal Red Robin burger with a medium egg, and my significant other ordered their hot wings with fries. I would happily come back here again, Red Robin definitely knows what they're doing.

This, in my opinion, is the best burger You can get anyplace now at least anyplace near us, it actually tastes like it's real beef. Now I'm not saying it is, so don't "quote me", Because who knows what it is with what they're making this stuff out of nowadays. But this place takes the time to make it taste like it's real beef when others dont care anymore. & they have i think 6 all the time specials, that are as cheap or cheaper than fast food plus you get bottomless fries & bottomless drink. & even the regular menu items ain't much more than fast food, but it tastes way better we also had mozzarella twists? I like a mozzarella stick, but longer and twisty. They were slamming, they were good.. did have to wait a while for a seat even tho no line & the "stud, i think thats what they/themselves call them." seemed like she had a problem/kinda attitude because she asked if we cared about the high tables & wife said can we get a booth if you have one please. once we were sat down everything was perfect. went to bathroom & it was clean no bad smell everything worked & was stocked. & on our way out even won the wife's some stuff out of the claw machines. all the other places I knew that had good burgers have either folded or gave in to the serving Soy tasting burgers. Thank you for being a place you can still have a good burger.

In fact I went today for dinner and Darius, my waiter… was very attentive, nice and friendly. He was on the ball with my refills without me having to ask nor get his attention. Ya’ll need more waiters and waitress like Darius! He went above and beyond today with his customer service.

I love RR and have been a regular for years. The greeters and wait staff are wonderful and accommodating. Their specials last for a few months, so you're not that disappointed when they move on to the next one. The only complaint that I can come up with is that they're not cheap. I buy gift cards for myself (at holiday times, you can get bonuses). That makes the prices much easier on the wallet.

Joe the waiter was outstanding. The bacon and bleu burger was as good as the one at Fat Tuesday in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Cool stuff on the walls, and ceilings, and countertops, and over the door leading to the bathrooms. Take it all in, very offbeat and upbeat atmosphere here. And make sure to join the birthday club!

As others have said, McKenzie is a very good server. This was my first visit to any Red Robin. The manager found that out, thanked us for coming, and provided a coupon for a free appetizer or shake. The food was very tasty, and when they say bottomless, they mean it! We thoroughly enjoyed Red Robin of Shenandoah and plan to go again soon! It may be helpful to note that kids meals are only 50% off on Wednesdays with the purchase of an adult entree.

This is the very first time I've ever been to a Red Robin. I was super early for an doctor's appointment. So I decided to treat myself and I've always been curious about this place. So if you have never been before, Like myself. It's more of a sit down style restaurant. I always thought it was a fast food joint, nope. The menu is full of gourmet burgers, I'm not quite sure what the burger was called, but I remember it was on the spicy side and actual I plan on coming back to try all of they're burgers!! Yes, I will come back!

It has been over twenty years since I visited this very location. My friend and I each ordered the gourmet cheeseburger with steak fries, one of the best hamburgers ever! I will be back! Our server was a delight, she said she had worked at this location since 2017, but everyone was friendly and we felt genuinely welcomed, stop in and try everything!

I had the Impossible cheeseburger. The meat looked real and it almost tasted like a real meat burger. Had a little too much mayo for my liking but the burger was good otherwise. The peach tea here is also very delicious and refreshing. I'm looking forward to coming back here again.

The food was YUMMM! Giving 4 stars because we were seated in a small booth for 2..... the tile floor under our feet was a hazard when were done ready to leave. Must have cleaned the floor with greasy water because it was slippery, definitely had to walk with caution. My boyfriend said the drinks weren't strong enough either. Like they were low on alcohol and were rationing it.

Stopped here on our way out of town and it doesn't disappoint. Endless fries. I got the scorpion burger and it was good! Kids ate all of their cheeseburger as well. Onion tower is always a must and their signature sauce is addicting.

Food was on point! Fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. My kids enjoyed their sundae and our server made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great night out. Only downside was our table was still a bit dirty when we sat down, but nothing too crazy to cause a fuss over. We will always return to our local Red Robin!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Managers always check by to ensure quality service. Food is decent for a sit down burger joint. Portion size is unpredictable... some items are enough for multiple people and other items seem small for the price. Loud inside no matter how busy or not it is.

Red Robin is always great. This time, was weird with the service. We ordered togo and had to call in our order because we were hoping to get the Burning Love Burger. The first woman who answered took all of the rest of the order then told us it wasn't possible to get the Love burger. When we ordered a different burger but asked for the non-sesame seed bun, we got put on hold while she "asked the kitchen" Someone else came back on the line and answered the phone with "Hello". Didn't introduce themselves or ask how they could help or say why they were picking up instead of the other lady. So we were confused with the whole experience. Turns out she didn't know what the order was we had placed so we had to start over. We finally got the order placed but she hung up and didn't tell us how long or a price or anything. She said I'll have a total for you when you get here. Now this was 10 minutes after they had opened. I doubt they were busy nor was this standard procedure for taking a togo order.

I usually really enjoy coming to this place and have had a lot of great experiences here in the past. The food is consistently good, and the employees are always friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. However, on my most recent visit there was a very noticeable off smell throughout the area that made the atmosphere less enjoyable than usual. It didn’t ruin the visit completely, but it did stand out compared to my other experiences here. Overall, I still like this place a lot and will be back, as it’s normally a reliable and enjoyable spot.

Food was exactly as expected, service was very good. However, I got hit with a $2.99 „entertainment fee“ that I didn’t see in the footlong receipt until after getting home. My kid did absolutely explore the games on the on-table kiosk. Long story short, those predatory $3 without adult authorization will discourage me from returning to RR, it’s as simple as that.

Burger was really good. But online ordering definitely needs work. Ordered online and it didn't get sent to restaurant for over 20 minutes. I arrived to pick up and they didn't even have the order yet.

It was pretty good, love the unlimited fries and sauce and sitting outside was so fun for the kids. Good food and good service.... It was once again just okay, don't think we are going to go back at this point. Unfortunately the fries are just undercooked and greasy. The burger was good but not worth 15$.

Basic burger place. The drinks are canned-ie there are about 7 to choose from. They’re fare. The campfire sauce is their Chick-fil-A sauce. The sauce is actually the best thing going at this restaurant. The hamburger was actually pretty good also. You definitely pay for it though!

It's hit or miss at this location, I work next door, so I walk over time to time, today was no different, sat down waited 5 minutes (exact) no service so I left. There were days I had good service, but mostly poor and inconsistent service, poorly managed...

we had stuff floating in our beer and hair on our chicken sandwich. the manager took off the chicken sandwich and one of our beers, but two beers had stuff floating in it.

When we got there they seated us in the back of the restaurant. The floors were sticky all the way to the back of the restaurant. the waiter was nice but the food wasn't good and it wasn't bad. the mixed drinks were terrible I asked for a Long Island iced tea it seemed like they didn't have enough to make it so they just substituted for soda to use for filler. all around the place wasn't good but it wasn't bad but I most likely will never go back again being that was my first time coming to this restaurant or any Red Robin.

It was late when we arrived. They were ready to go home.And it showed. The service was slow. The food wasn't good. Felt like it was prepared in a hurry. The service was also slow. Endless fries that red robin is famous for none existed on that night. They gave us one water fries while the rest of our food took forever.Once the food was delivered, they kindly asked us to leave because they were closing. We had to take our food to go after just a few bites. Worst experience ever for a red robin.

This place has went waaaaaay down hill. Frys are not the same they were nasty and soggy. Table smelt like old wash rag. The server was good but the food was just awful. We haven't been here in a long time but decided to show our kids how awesome the endless fries are and the burgers were so good. Today yea completely different. Frys were soggy and apparently you have to ask for endless frys these days or they charge you extra. My rewards discount was transferred to the table beside us for some reason even though we were there like 40 min before these people even sat down next to us. I was told my rewards of 10$ off would ve given back to me but it never was. I was also told our reds robin double burgers were discontinued so they wouldnt honor the reward. Bunch of BS basically. 140$+ bill for crap food and will not be back again. Again the waitor was a good guy nice n all but our bill was rediculous and i didnt get my rewards of 10$ back because it got spent on the table beside us. I really hope they enjoyed the free 10$ off their bill. Red Robins has turned to shisa. Will not go again.

First time and last time to go here. Sat for a few minutes without acknowledgment, then the server walked past to get an order for people that came in after us. Ordered burger not well done with some red in it and it was burnt and all I could say was "where's the beef" that was the tiniest thin want to be burger I have ever seen. What a waste of time and money. Find somewhere else to eat a burger, the only thing good about Red Robin is their jingle!

Update 10/08/24 The impossible patty was dry and about 1/2 as thick as I had last time but cost 19.50 (includes 3.50 upcharge) vs 16ish previously. I can't say I'll be back anytime soon. The quality of the food has gone down over the years and not really worth the money anymore.

I get it that you are slow, but EVERY staff member i passed was on their cellphone. The young man Adam I encountered upon arrival was very rude and based off that, I should've turned around and walked out the door. I watched as he greeted the other guests like he was happy to see them.The save came from the young lady who took my order Ella. She was patient and welcoming. She is the only reason I decided to eat here. The food was ok, but not worth me returning.

Must of been an off nite for the kitchen as my burger was not cooked as ordered & my onion rings were served barely warm. My server offered to have a new order made but since it seemed like an off night I declined but appreciate that she did offer. Chocolate shake was good as always. Usually the burgers are great here although service is hit & miss. Got lucky this time!

We were sat in the bar, which was kind of weird since we had our daughter with us. The table next to ours was dirty when we arrived and there was a napkin on the floor in front of our table. That napkin was still there and the table was still dirty when we left. We needed refills and a box, but just left after waiting and then just paying through the tabletop checkout. Food was OK, definitely not worth almost $90 for three people to eat burgers and no cocktails. We will not return.

I’ve been to numerous Red Robin restaurants. This one was probably the worst. I will start by saying it took the waitress 8min to come get our drink orders after the host sat us down. It took forever for our food to come out. Once the food came out, my burger was burnt and omg it was dry. And to add, it wasn’t even fresh. The bun was cool as if it sat 10min before it was brought out. All of the burgers were over cooked and dry. The fries weren’t fresh at all. I mentioned everything to the waitress and she starred she would take all of them back and bring back fresh burgers. But after looking in the kitchen at some of the people in the back, I thought that was a bad idea. I didn’t want my food tampered with for sending it back. She never brought us fries back out. I had to ask her to bring fresh fries. I will never come back to the restaraunt. I can admit, I’ve been to a lot of Red Robin’s and I was never disappointed. This is my go to restaraunt for a good gourmet burger. This establishment is not it. I will not recommend this restaraunt at all. Management, can you please do your job and make sure your checking the food. Not one time did I see a manger walking around checking on the patrons or the food. THE FOOD WAS A WASTE OF CALORIES!!!!!!!!!! ZOOM IN ON THE BURGERS AND SEE HOW BURNT AND DRY THEY WERE SMH!!!!!!!

Man, what a frustrating mess at Red Robin in Shenandoah the other day. We walked in and literally nobody else was waiting to be seated, but we still stood there for a full 10 minutes with no one up front. The dining room was basically empty. Finally someone shows up and starts to seat us in this nasty booth—crumbs everywhere, old food stuck to the seats, dirty plates still sitting there. She realized it was gross and moved us to another one (which wasn't much better, but whatever). We ordered drinks, and then... nothing. Another 10 minutes go by, still no drinks, no server checking on us, nada. At that point we were like screw this, it's gonna take forever, so we just got up and left. I even tried twice to find somebody at the host stand to get us seated faster because there was nobody there both times. On our way out, we saw the family that had come in right behind us—two little kids and everything—heading back to their car because they still hadn't even gotten a table. It's honestly ridiculous. The place wasn't even busy and everything felt completely ignored. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This place irritates me so much. No chicken finger kids meal available today. Fine. I don't get to use the 50% Wednesday kids special. I bought my little guy the adult Clucks for $15 because he loves the chicken fingers here. Why the kids chicken finger meals are not available, but the adult dinner is? No clue. Or maybe they didn't want to pass off nuggets on a kid because they will call them on it, just like mine did. $15 for 3 nuggets and a funky strip. What a rip off. The 3-piece strip kids’ meal is $6.99 and that comes with a drink. Explain that pricing. I could get 2 kid’s meals, that’s 6 strips, fries and 2 drinks for $13.98. On Wednesday, it would be half that price if they let you buy it. He ate the nuggets, but the strip was tough, so he only nibbled on it. He was starving still after the $15 adult meal. He is a light eater. Had to make him a sandwich. No on to my burger. It was good, but they didn't listen. Pink inside - I ordered well. Tomatoes and steak sauce - I removed them on the app. No side sauce as requested. My other kid was very happy with his $7 mac. He says it tastes just like Kraft. Very poor experience tonight at this Red Robin. We will give them some time to sort out their stuff.

I’ve been here twice and the experience was horrible both times. The first time, service was ok and food was disappointing. The second time, the not so friendly hostess sat us and we waited roughly 10 minutes while waitresses walked by several times as we sat there until we decided to just leave and go elsewhere. I won’t be going back to this location again.

BEWARE OF THE GIFT CARD DISCOUNT!!! We attempted to purchase their gift card on line and it was a total disaster. Not only did we not receive the gift card, but Red Robin Corporate Customer Serviced only ADDED to the problem. They blamed the problem on their third party service that issues the gift cards. We got the run around from the third party issuer. We continued to follow up with Customer Service, but they were absolutely NO help. They only said, "sorry for the inconvenience." !!!!

OMG!! I will never be back to this location ever again. It was the worst experience. First I didn't get served until about 10 minutes into being seated. They were relatively busy for a Saturday I get that but the people who were set after I, were served immediately. I have zero expectations of a good experience from the get-go. Hamburger was not cooked fully and when I asked for a manager with my eyes by the way, I had say it out loud so the manager can hear me and the whole restaurant. And it wasn't because I was being rude it was because the manager couldn't hear me say it three other times. I am not that soft spoken. I never got a refill on my water. And it took another 10 minutes from me to ask for them to add my burger back to the grill. The fries were good. No service is absolutely lousy. I've never had this bad of experience before at this company. I wouldn't recommend this location if this was the only food in town. Also the prices have gone up by like five dollars. There was no Burger on that menu under $15

Was very disappointed at our visit today at Ref Robin. We went there for my granddaughter's 10th birthday because she loves Red Robin. We ordered the two children's burgers with Caesar salad, and an appetizer of pretzel bites with the cheese sauce. The restaurant was not busy. We waited a very long time. No one came by the table to tell us that our food was gonna be out shortly or if we needed anything if we needed more drinks, etc. the girls are getting impatient and asked when the food is going come, and I said I don't know, after waiting all the food came at the same time including the appetizer and there was hardly any cheese sauce with the pretzel bites and we asked for more , but by the time it was delivered to us, all of the bites were gone and they still charged us $2.50 for a 1 ounce sized cup of cheese sauce. They also charge us for entertainment fee which we did not play any games or anything . I asked for my receipt to be printed and it never arrived. We ended up leaving without my receipt. Extremely disappointed I don't know what is going on with this location, but it seems to have gone way down. Not sure we'll be going back to this location.

Lowsy service! Our table was a big top but we were seated in the bar. Our server was also the bar tender for the whole restaurant. He had another big top outside. And his own bar was full. He was clearly oversat. To boot, none of his coworkers were openly willing to help him. It took me about an hour to get my drink refilled and as such I was not about to even think of asking for more fries. Worst yet, our food must have sat in the window for a while because our fries were cool and sad before they got to us. Lastly, my wife got the wrong sandwich for her order. It's worth saying, this location always has an issue or two every time my wife and I have eaten here. I personally blame management. My wife has worked as a server before and we have both been in customer service. Issues like these are the result of incompetent management. It looks to me like this location doesn't really care about its staff and there is a hostile work environment. Based on all that I have seen over the past several times. I can't recommend this RR location. They would do well to either just close and transfer their people or have a surprise corporate audit and replace management so these hard-working, under-appreciated staff can keep feeding their families.
