1st time to order “To Go” here and likely the last. Food portion size is skimpy. Ordered the Chopped Cobb Salad ($12.99). Disappointing portion for the price charged. Also redeemed a birthday promo of 6 free wings ($9.49) which were “meh”. The staff was friendly and working hard but appeared to be overwhelmed. Atmosphere was average. For the total cost of this meal, I would’ve been better off going to Subway or Cracker Barrel. Maybe you’ll have a better experience, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

This is usually our go-to spot when it comes to Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately today missed the mark. We were seated pretty quickly and drink orders were taken right away. Drinks came out in a few minutes, but then we waited about 9 to 12 minutes without our server coming back to take our order. We understand it was 12:30 on a college football Saturday and the place was fairly busy, but the delay made us more aware of everything going on around us. There was a big sports team group on a time crunch and that seemed to throw the whole staff into stress mode. At one point, about six people from that group had just walked in and seated themselves without waiting, which created some tension. The “coach” of the group was pretty abrasive and you could tell he was stressed and questioning why They were at BWW . When our server finally came by to take our order, I guess I unintentionally gave off a bad vibe when she asked if we were ready to order, i responded with saying, “We’d love to order.” It wasn’t meant to be rude, just eager. Now the food… when it arrived, it was warm, but the kind of warm that makes you think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit too long. We ate it anyway. We’re not the type to send food back. Not that we thought anything would happen, but we just don’t take that chance. We’ll probably give it another shot sometime, just with better timing and a less hectic day

I’ve visited this location several times and it’s always hit or miss, I’ve received decent service and terrible service. The staff mostly seem disinterested in serving but not all are like this, like they just need the money and you are there for them. The busy times during game day are a mixed bag of customers from arrogant loud or smart mouths and some that seem to know how to act in public.

The french fries were horrible. It was like they had been fried three times and in bad oil the sandwich was a mess almost an edible and the burger was totally overcooked so much for a ghost kitchen would I have gotten better if I had just ordered from wild wings come to find out it’s the same place. I would also requested no cheese and I got cheese and whatever. What a bummer.

I can't wait to see what they replace this place when they finally and well deserved go out of business. The carpet sticky dirty, tables dirty, service is horrible, hostess penalty if you don't want to sit in the bar instead of one of 20 open tables in the dining room. Chicken isn't always cooked thoroughly, 1 or 2 wings out of a batch will still be undercooked.

The queso came out wrong. Asked for no pico no chili. Came with both. The wings were awful. Asian Zing and Spicy Garlic. The sauce is my favorite but the wings themselves were burnt and tasted as if they were sat out, left to get cold, and then reheated. Everything about this experience was bad. Wasted $60 Immediately got table. Waited about 30 minutes for my food and then another 10 minutes for my daughters.

BBW has changed their menu OR just their food. I ordered a chicken sandwich it was literally a kid size sandwich! It was like a frozen patty warmed up on a bun and super small. Worst sandwich ever! At a restaurant dine in you expect a decent size fresh sandwich. This one was the size of a McDonalds spicy chicken value menu and honestly McDonalds spicy chicken tastes better. So disappointed! Service was great, atmosphere good, but for what I spent in that sandwich there are a lot of other restaurants that will give me more for my money with flavor and freshness!

Came to buffalo wild WINGS for chicken wings. Funny I have to write that down. The menu does not have a single picture of chicken wings and almost hides the selection for wings. Waited 45 mins for 10 wings, food came out all separately and cold. When we finally got our burger, it looked like it was made with anger, bun was crushed and the meet looked like it sat for hours. We decided to cancel the order. I don’t know what is going on in the kitchen but it is in acceptable. Our waitress was trying her best with what she had but you can tell she was frustrated, I would be too.

We recently dined at the Sherman, TX location for lunch. We were swiftly sat, and had drinks ordered. 20 minutes later, or appetizer arrived, it was brought to our table by their front of house manager. We had noticed our waitress being very friendly and talkative with a table behind us. She stayed and talked to them for almost 15 minutes. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, we finally were able to flag her down successfully. My husband had no drink, our appetizer was eaten and we asked if she had forgotten about us. She said "no there's a ton of people in here" which to me and my husband is not a valid reason to ignore people. Especially whenever she was able to just casually talk to another table. We spoke with the manager and just left. What an awful representation of customers service. I would hope that he, ( the manager) takes care of her horrible, clearly overwhelmed demeanor. Don't work at a busy bar during football season and make excuses.

I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings hints the reason we drove an hour to this location 2 different occasions. The 1st time they left my beer at the tap for over 15 minutes "to let the foam settle) the 2nd time they have a 30 minute wait with 12 open tables in the front. I'll drive an hour in the opposite direction next time.

Ordered take out yesterday, the food was NOT EDIBLE. It was ALL dried out, old and cold. One of my wings even looked like a foot! $60 worth of food wasted! I contacted yesterday and this was my response... Dear Adam Hansen, Thank you for contacting us at Buffalo Wild Wings. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the food that you received at our location and thank you for taking the time to alert us of your concerns. We plan on having the best bar food in the world and we take pride in providing great food to all our guests. We are sorry we missed the mark with you. Haven't eaten here in a couple years because of the service and the food quality. Tried it again today. And nothing has changed. My wife ordered boneless wings. Got bone in wings with the wrong sauce. We also ordered a chicken sandwich to go. We even showed the waitress the exact chicken sandwich we wanted and what we got is not even close.

UPDATE Tried again and the food was still horrible. A large fry had about the same amount as a small fry from sonic. They also tasted like they were from the previous week. The wings had little to no seasoning/sauce and were overcooked. I want my $30 back. Usually there wings are good but tonight they just looked pathetic. 20 bucks for these tiny little wings. Barely any seasoning. Fries taste old. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because there food is normally good.
