We stopped here on a trip and the employees, Matthew, Jed, and Seth, greeted us when we walked in, and were so helpful and attentive. We got our food quickly and were checked on multiple times while we were there. Overall, great service!
The crew was lit a NASCAR pit crew fast and efficient. Sandwich was great and worth the value compared to their competition.
My last couple Visits haven’t been great due to some issues. But today it was A Great way to start my lunch brake. “Janine” thank you for Changing the food Quality and Service Quality. I Paid Attention to how you Heard my allergies to food. And made sure the team didn’t cross contaminate anything? And by the way you hand made my Food. And I’m very Appreciative your Leadership skins show through your employees. Today very clean. No mistakes a happy customer. Thank you once again for the Hospitality you shown on these two days of lunch.
Got a Hunters club “Seth and Matthew Special” I asked them to make a sandwich so big they couldn’t fold it together and the challenge was met with a smile and and good conversation with both guys!! It made my day and these guys are the nicest people you could hope to meet when going out to get a good bite to eat!!! Much love and wish both of you the best in life with love happiness and success!!!
This is the best Jimmy John's location I have been to... The place was so clean and the staff was inviting and welcomed us as soon as we walked in... they were very friendly and Seth the new manager was pleasant to talk to and made it a nice stop on our road trip... He seemed like he is a great manager and his team seems happy to work there and the joyful environment.
The manager Seth hatcher greeted us, made sure our food was prepared correctly and even checked on us to see how we enjoyed our meal. You don’t see that much anymore these days. Our quick visit passing through was the best!
First time at this location and the service was great. We had an issue with our app completing the order, but JJ’s team was so nice and patient with us. The food is great as always!! We’ll be back to this location.
First time there. Staff very friendly and helpful. incredibly fresh bread, meat and vegetables. Above the rest when comes to a sandwich shoppe.
My lettuce wrap with less shredded lettuce doesn’t quite look like I thought it would. We were the only customers at the time. Upon looking at my receipt, I see where my order was not as I ordered. Apparently the Order Taker did not hear me say lettuce wrap. Only that I wanted less shredded lettuce. Never was asked what kind of bread which would have taken care of the misunderstanding. If I had known I was getting bread, I would have requested hollowed out and less mayo to keep the inside from being squeezed out of the bread. It was an okay sandwich.☹️
To summarize: this Jimmy John’s is “Freaky Slow”. We ordered through DoorDash and it took them an hour to make and have our food delivered, even though we were less than half a mile from the store. We called about thirty minutes in to check what the heck was happening and the dude just answers with “hello”. We didn’t even know if we had reached Jimmy John’s or not. Bad customer service and or training. Our food was accurate at least. Unfortunately they put about half less ingredients on my sandwich than any other store ever has so I mostly just tasted bread. I really hope this store can make some improvements and that DoorDash will take them off their list.
Going through the drive thru, the only customer in line. The guy on the intercom sounded annoyed with me as if he couldn't believe I had the audacity to order food at a food place. I ordered one sandwich for my daughter. That's it. As I'm waiting at the window to pay, my daughter and I can hear him through the window getting an attitude with the car behind me, and then when his mic was off (no customers inside...wonder why...) he starts yelling F bombs because someone ordered food so loud that my daughter could hear him through the closed window. This is not okay. I'm genuinely curious what the vetting process is for managers these days when it comes to hiring people or even monitoring their behaviors while on the clock, because service at nearly any place around here has gone straight down the toilet. This dude HATES his job and is not afraid to very explicitly express it. I blame the owners and managers more than anyone. Owners need to employ better managers, and managers need to oh, I don't know...perhaps manage once in a while? Silly idea I know, but maybe do the job you're paid to do and don't put people with short tempers and nasty mouths behind a register so small children can hear them cussing out customers for....ordering more food than he felt like making. Unreal...
Came in around 3pm today, the store was empty. The front counter person took my order after I stood there for a few minutes. I wasn’t greeted or said hello to… my order was made, average quality at best. While eating, the employees in the kitchen were bickering about prep work, cursing, yelling, and complaining to each other- not a good look. This place has gone down hill fast. I sat at the counter and looked out the window to see the railing to the walkway covered in bird droppings and an over flowing trash can with no lid. This is basic restaurant cleanliness but was missing. The men’s bathroom had a cracked sink and looked like hell…. $14 sandwiches should at least buy better maintenance. I think there was a manager at the store but obviously not setting the right expectations. Last time I visit this place.
Just sad how far this place has fallen. Went in for lunch and was talking to employees, they pay their GM about the same as the kids starting at McDonald’s. Geez no wonder it took 20 mins to get my order made. At the same time I noticed about a dozen health code violations just on my visit. And the woman in charge was literally babysitting. I ate maybe 1/4 of the sandwich because of the hair, maybe hats exist for a reason.
Eat at Jimmy John’s every day. I don’t want my sandwich toasted. These people wouldn’t sell me a sandwich that wasn’t toasted. When you charge $20 for a sandwich, you should be able to have it made the way you want. I don’t get this flack from other Jimmy John locations. I won’t be back. Just because the corporate people want to toast this sandwich, doesn’t make them right. This is BS. I want freedom of choice for my sandwich Jimmy John Corporate people!!!! I’ll just go to subway and will get it made my way.
We ordered 4 sandwiches today around 4pm. Nobody there it 30 minutes the sandwich maker was chewing air biscuits and licking the ceiling, the order taker seems to be following her footsteps. Food was terrible 2 pieces of meat on each sandwich for the same money save yourself and go to Jersey Mikes or Firehouse.
