Tip: Don't be discouraged by a full parking lot, there's often seating inside. The Volcano dish is huge and great for sharing.

The food was so good and I liked it and I had a quesadilla with wings
I was tired from a long day and didn't want to cook. Every restaurant in Fountain Inn was packed, so I made the drive just down the road to Garcia's. I had carne asada and it was delicious. A couple of margaritas to go along with it. The staff were all very friendly and patient with my poor Spanish. I am looking forward to going back again soon.
What a nice place!! We were traveling inside alongside the road stopped and had a fabulous lunch. Great prices, great service, great atmosphere
The food is delicious and Hector, the manager, is warm and friendly to all guests. We love the food and the staff here.
We really enjoyed the food here. I got the camaronea ala diabla which was very tasty. I said make it spicy and they delivered. Our table also ordered the burro calzoneto. This was enough food for two people alone. Overall the food was very tasty and did not disappoint. Tell them you want it spicy and they will make it that way. The margaritas were also very good. We will definitely be back!
Went to this place when I first moved up here. Me and the wife fell in love. The food is absolutely amazing. Service is great. Food comes out fast and hot.
We just moved here recently and my uncle went in to see if they had any openings for a job. They didn’t have any jobs available but whoever spoke to my uncle was such a professional he said. He offered my uncle a meal and not only him but he sent him out the door with two meals with salsa and chips on the house. This was definitely an expression of welcoming with Southern hospitality. Never have we ever seen this where we are from. This says a lot about this family owned business and the the gentleman he spoke with, so much so my uncle said the atmosphere of this restaurant not only was a perfect setting but a place he would be proud to work for. Therefore we will definitely patronize this restaurant. The food was good and authentic. May God always bless this family in all their endeavors.
We hold our biweekly networking team lunches here and it's a perfect spot for a group lunch. It's in a very convenient location right off I-385 in Fountain Inn, and they have an economical lunch menu with a variety of options, top-notch service, and flavorful dishes. There is ample seating too, with a spacious dining room, a semi private sunroom with fans (this is where our group meets), and a scenic back patio. They start each table off with a healthy portion of crispy chips and house made salsa too...a staple for authentic Mexican restaurants.
I can't remember the name of this dish, but I remember how utterly delicious it was. I got home and it put me to sleep for 3hrs. Paired beautifully with my modelo in a chilled mug. Complementary chips and salsa with hot and mild salsa. Hot isn't that hot unless you eat like all of it (still wasn't that hot, for those of you chasing big heat), but the mild is very good. Very friendly staff and nice little place. Definitely going to come back.
We were met at the door with a friendly host. Our server was very courteous and helped us receive an amazing meal. We had 3 dishes one monster steak burrito with salad and rice. One regular steak burrito covered in the queso cheese beautiful guac salad and beans. The other dinner was fajitas with chicken, steak and shrimp, Fabulous meal, were going back next week for more. Very normal, very reasonable prices, highly recommend. Enjoy💕
Great little Mexican place on south side of Fountain Inn. Service is always good and food is your typical Mexican menu. Would suggest that when they bring chips and salsa that they put mild and spicy in different bowls. This would help to minimize the wrong selection.
We got our drinks and then all of a sudden there was no one around. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for waitress to come take our order. They were not busy at all.
Parking lot was full but there was still seating inside! (So don’t let a full lot turn you around. Reasonable prices. Food came in timely manner. And it was tasty. Although the ground beef was not to die for. Could work on that. I must say the chips and salsa was even good and fresh tasting. Might be the best tasting chips I’ve had! Everyone was nice. It was Cinco Di Mayo (don’t know if I spelled that correctly) and folks at the bar was pretty entertaining lol. Waitresses was nice and attentive but not overly aggressive. (Some people might like it but I don’t prefer someone coming by every 5 mins asking if everything is OK lol) I sat at the booth where I could see the inside and outside TV Couldn’t connect to wifi. Don’t know if it was me or them but I was ready to leave so didn’t press it. (Poor phone signal inside for Verizon. Outside fluctuates decent to good [2 bars] and 5G to LTE) Happy snacking! Truck parking!
When you first walk in the front and inside are nice, clean, and puts off a friendly vibe. The hostest was friendly enough and seemed like it would be pretty pleasant dining experience. That is were I was wrong! I was shown to me seat, given chips and salsa, and for the next hour I was left to my own devices. A waiter came in 20 minutes to me waiting, bruskly took my order, and was gone before could even finish. I pretty much got my aforementioned chips and appetizer of shrimp. Had to flag the waitress down three times just to get sweetener for my drinks. I was never checked on during my whole "meal" and never once was even offered a refill on my drink. Down right horrible service! The food was one part with a local Mexican restaurant and prices a little over average. I would say three stars is being overly generous, but hey at least the bathrooms were clean. Want my honest opinion, keep driving and spend your money elsewhere.
We've been here 3 times. I get the same thing each time, but all 3 times, it's never been what it says it is on the menu. This is supposed to be carnitas with onions and cilantro. Nowhere on the menus listing for this does it say it comes with jalapenos and avocado. The onions are grilled and mixed with the jalapenos, and touching the avocados... which I cannot eat because I'm allergic. :/ I really really wanted to like this place. Now I get to sit at home and eat rice and beans.
Went to Garcias with my mom for supper. I love their soup, so I ordered a bowl. It is a very large bowl and I asked for a to go bowl. The waiter insisted on taking my soup and putting it in a to go container himself. He came out with a small cup of my $13.00 for the bowl soup!! I asked him, where’s the rest of it? I only ate a very small amount and the bowl was huge! So, I wasted $13.00 on a bowl of soup and only got a cup full… Very disappointing.
Can't seem to get my orders right Everytime I go there. Won't be going back. These are my shrimp tacos. Just tortillas and shrimp. No sauce , no cabbage, nothing as described in the menu. Been there twice ordered the same thing thinking they wouldn't mess it up again. I was wrong. My friend ordered fajitas. He got no tortillas to put it in
I ordered takeout and it was one of the worst Mexican takeout meals I’ve ever had. The Garcia’s bowl was basically all lettuce and a sprinkle of cold unseasoned streak. The tacos were missing onions and the birria sauce it comes with. It’s insulting that they thought it was a great idea to serve the bowl with how it looks.
