The pizza was nice, service was good, but what impressed me most was the care the staff took with other customers. There was a gluten-free pizza making its way through the chain, and one of the servers stopped to ask if this was to avoid an allergy. When the answer was yes the server got a complete new set of utensils to handle that pizza to avoid any contact at all with gluten. I was so impressed!
My boyfriend and I came by and I was literally all over the place. I placed my order online and had several changes in store for the crew. They were so helpful and worked with me during the process. The manager ...lady with brown hair is excellent. She is a great leader. She was gently guiding one of the girls with how to handle food allergies etc for my order. I can’t wait to come again. I will be telling everyone I meet how awesome the service is! And the is awesome too!
I was born and raised in New York City and this pizza when it comes out of the fire oven is absolutely divine if you enjoy thin crust that is perfect thickness to Sauce ratio this is your place. They only do personal pizzas. It looks like Any other lower Middle Road option when you walk into the place it looks like a Subway that way everything is laid out and how you go through picking the items you want on the pizza they are making you exactly the process that uses Chipotle as well. But don't be fooled this pizza chain because you can fine-tune it in person before they throw it in the oven. First time eating here I made the mistake of taking it home to eat and I was not impressed but it was okay for the price. The Secret is eating these fire cooked personal pizzas at the restaurant itself. I for one normally like to take my take out home. But this is the one place where if you want the most Divine Pizza dare I say as good as some of the best New York pizza I've had come here and dine in you will not be disappointed.
Exceeds expectation. This is the best fast casual restaurant I’ve been to! They check all the boxes for me. You can get a endless topping pizza or half endless topping pizza and endless topping salad for under 12 dollars. Its prettymuch sidewall pizza quality at more than half the price! They also serve draft beer which is great! Keep it up blaze!
Our experience at Blaze Pizza was awesome! We appreciate that Ross took the time to make sure our special needs son had the best time for his 1st time here! The entire staff tonight was amazing as well with their kindness and patience.
The food here is delicious! I love the crispy, thin pizza that has a variety of topping choices and always comes out hot and fresh in a short time. I highly recommend Blaze Pizza for families, fun date night, or even just a lunch on your own enjoying downtown Greenville!
Good pizza with lots to choose from, along with fast and friendly staff. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Its much too hot to eat there in warmer weather, but quite pleasant on colder days. They also have great coupons and deals on the Blaze app. WOULD RECOMMEND
The 1st time I had a Blaze Pizza was in Knoxville TN 1 yr ago. At that time I had no clue Blaze was coming to Greenville, but boy I am glad I found out that they did!!!! Blaze is not the average pizza place where you order the 1 topper, or their already created specialty pizza. Nope at Blaze you create your very own 1 of a kind for a very decent price, then whoever is with you creates their own pizza. I took my family, 6 of us, ranging from 15 years old to my age 47 on Christmas Eve. Several ordered just a few toppings, I had the ultimate extreme Supreme my way choosing everything from crust, sauce, down to the dash of sea salt on top. We had 6 unique individual pizzas, ordered 6 amazing s'mores, they had sodas & I had a beer. Totaled $70 which is absolutely AMAZING because of 2 reasons..... 1st what we ordered with the amount of toppings at any other place would have been $200 bucks & absolutely no other place allows you to truly create your own masterpiece pie. The staff was extremely nice, each 1 had a small on their face & greeted everyone who walked in. I am glad to know Blaze is in my area now so I can tell everyone I know & hopefully they will tell everyone they know so more locations of this fantastic place will open up in the Upstate.
So impressed with this place! Their pizza is amazing and so is their service. They have something for everyone and any special diet...keto, gluten free, vegan, you name it. The selection of toppings including cheese varieties are impressive. Easy on the wallet too. Will definitely be back!
I have Celiac and am dairy intolerant. This chain has a gluten free vegan crust and vegan cheese. This location even took the extra measure to prep my pizza in the back with fresh ingredients so as not to cross contaminated my pizza. Very friendly
I haven’t been to too many Blaze locations, mainly south bend, IN (go irish) but My experience with the Blaze staff, especially the GM Cris, was unforgettable. The staff was responsive, hospitable and welcoming the GM visited our table to make sure our experience was up to par. Needless to say, it was and we will return to the location whenever we pass through again with the knowledge we were welcomed, appreciated and well taken care of!
FAST. FRESH. FIR’D Nothing to complain about here. This system works and it tastes great too. It’s like a “build your own burrito” shop, but it’s pizza. It’s hot, fresh, and leaves you making plans for your next visit. You can even order ahead so you can walk it, grab tour pie and walk out; skipping the line. Choose a signature pie or build your own. They have gluten free options as well. The managing partner is super friendly and interested in his customers. Also, the staff is well trained and eager to serve. Greenville needed you Blaze!

First time here! Loved it. Kind of like a Subway. Favorite topping is the roasted garlic!! They were fast. The salad & pizza were great. Definitely go back!
New place on Main Street . My husband and I ordered cauliflower crust pizza. Really good. The staff very friendly when you walk in. Great place to build your own pizza.
This is the fifth Blaze I have eaten at and never been disappointed. One price for all toppings you want. Friendly staff.
I’m in town & wanted a brick oven pizza. They were very friendly & paid close attention to detail. My pizzas were perfectly made and I was out the door quick. Definitely professionals.
Great pizza, good dining experience. Establishment was very clean & employees had excellent customer service.
Great pizza. Lots of toppings! Fast and good value.

We eat hear whenever I visit my daughter in college. I really like the pizza and the people there are great. The atmosphere is ok but it doesn't seem as busy as it could be. Hopefully it's just because of the times we have been there to eat. I look forward to eating there again on my next visit!
We ordered a 2-item medium pizza and watched as it was made. They allowed me to give the ok on each item - "enough sauce?" "More pepperoni?" "Enough cheese?" Then watched as they put it in the big, brick oven. It came out less than 5 minutes later, cooked to perfection. We took it with us but they had some tables for dining in. Friendly staff, place seemed clean and many customers at 8pm.
First time eating here & was pleasantly surprised. Was very tasty, thin crusted wood fire grilled pizza! Not as good as NY, but delish nonetheless. Friendly staff. You choose how you want to build your pizza, or order one of their specialty pizzas. My service dog had plenty of room under the table, and behaved great (he is in-training and only 6 months old though 80 lbs).
This place was pretty good. I went during the afternoon on a weekday and it wasn't very busy. With the location it can be tough to find parking. It's a thin crust pizza and you have plenty of options to select from. They make it in front of you and bake it in an open flame oven. Not sure if it's wood fired or not. The employees were very nice and explained options for me. I'd return again.

We stopped here for a quick meal. This was our first Blaze pizza, and the service was excellent. The pizza was baked very quickly. We'll definitely be back again.
Pizza was pretty good but a little greasy. Overall the flavor was good. I got the meat eater but you can create your own pizza of your liking. Service was okay as well.
Pizza is adequate, very light. Atmosphere is pretty good. Price was solid for a lunch.
Food is pretty good. Pesto cheese bread is awesome. My only complaint really is how miserable the staff was. If they were happy, I'm sure the experience would've been better.
Updated review Went back to try it again . Pizza was good, tea was still bad, tables all dirty, didn't understand why because all the employees were standing around talking, had to ask someone to come clean one for us the only one employee that was working was Jaden and she was stocking all the ingredients for the pizza. Pizza was amazing so we're the cheesy bread sticks. Could have done better with the sweet tea tasted rancid.
Pizza is great but night shift and day shift is different. Night shift was super nice understanding and didn't have a problem getting my order right. Day shift........well my mom is gluten-free not cause she wants to because have too. And the day shift didn't want to understand or didn't understand I don't know all I know is I won't bring her back bc of it. They way the boy kept trying to put gluten on the pizza like was yall trying to make her sick. Other then that food was fine. Just suggest nobody who has a gluten allergy to be very careful here
So, this was my first time experiencing Blaze Pizza. I would define my overall experience as “not too shabby.” Here’s my take! The pros: I liked the simplicity of the menu along with the cleaner, healthier options and the staff rocked. I personally thought my pineapple and chicken pizza tasted better the next day! The con: I felt the simplicity of the menu lended itself to “nickeling and diming” the consumer. I ordered a two topping pizza with a drink. With wanting a rising, thicker crust, it was +$3.50. My total was $15. Any consumer could get a specialty pie at their favorite Mom and Pop’s pizzeria that’s bigger and worth the price than something smaller and as commercialized as this establishment. Overall, it was good. Beware of the additional charges that can take this place from $ to $$.
Decent pizza, with decent service. It's a build your own little medium pizza. It's an expensive little place due to what it is, but the pizza isn't bad. However, if there is any type of a rush, this place backs up rather quickly, as there's only so fast you can prep, make, and bake a pizza. Overall the area is kept clean, and they do what they can, it's just expensive for a 12 dollar pizza to be underwhelming.

Came for the keto pizza. Wasn't worth the carbs or the cost. Kids didn't care for the regular pizza and they'll eat almost anything. Was dead at lunchtime.

Not the service you would expect from downtown Greenville. The pizza itself is comparable to any chain pizza place at best. The service is... well abysmal. Lots of staff that stands around. When I asked for a large pizza, the hostess originally said she wasn't allowed to make that? They ultimately made it, but acted as if ruined their night to make "large pizzas". If you're looking for a nice downtown experience, might I suggest Sidewall?
I've been to blaze several times and had very speedy service, and never really interacted with the staff. But when I went today & the manager was ringing up my food, he walked away and forgot my cups. I had to ask a differentstaff memberif she would hand them to me. Then when they called my name to pick up my order, they forgot to give me the smore that I bought. So when I went back to to ask if it was ready, the manager threw it across the counter at me. I was pretty socked because I wasn't being rude or anything, so I didn't move. Then he says, "That's yours." In a very rude way. 🫤
I can't believe I didn't read the reviews, a normal habit, before choosing Blaze. My counterparts had 2 empty boxes of Blaze on the counter. Being late, my Team and I needed food and thought hey why not. Ordering online was sweet. Delivery guy awesome. Look and taste of pizza, thumbs down. I thought at minimum i was getting a pizza hut. I had know ideal i was instead getting cardboard with light sauce, mild cheese, couple of pineapples and pep. So disappointed 😞
Very disappointed in the pizza that I ordered from here on Monday. I have had many Blaze pizzas in the past but this was BY FAR the worst and it makes me not want to return. First of all, we waited FOREVER for our pizza. By the time we got the second one, the first one wasn’t warm anymore. They missed an important topping on my pizza, the sauce and cheese were not spread out properly, so it ended up just tasting like cardboard because the crust was too crispy.
Placed my order online at 8:48pm 8/20 app indicated pick-up was 9:05 PM. Arrived to find the pizza had not even began to be prepared. As you see in the attachment, I waited 32 minutes for my pizza. This is the second time I visited this location, the first experience was the same; however, my mistake for returning. None of the staff seem remotely interested in their job, acknowledge you, nor offer any kind of assistance. I won’t make the same mistake a third time and ever return again. I live in downtown Greenville, I’ll be sure to share my experience when someone asks me where’s a good place to get pizza. It is most definitely not blaze! Pathetic service!
I came here on Friday June 11 around 9 pm, there was about 5 employees working, and the store was slow, but they were taking too long to take customers orders. They messed up many orders including mine. I sat there for 20 minutes without being asked what I wanted. They then screwed up my order, and when I told one of the girls they need to communicate better with each other, she stared giving me nasty looks and talking to another employee about me. That was the last straw, I had to leave. This place is not worth my money, unqualified and rude customer service.
DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT EAT HERE! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT HERE! I used to eat here once a week, but after today I will NEVER return. I went into today to get my usual pizza and the place was SWARMING with flies. There were flies on the walls, on the tables, on and in the parmesan and crushed pepper shakers, and swarming around all the dough and pizza ingredients. There were so many that I even made a comment about it to the manager and he said that it was because the beer tap was broken and when he opened it up they flew out. They should have closed down for the day and tried to tend to the matter because the number of flies in there was absolutely disturbing and disgusting. Even if they were to resolve the issue I could never eat here again because the image of all those flies is burned in my consciousness. It was also really disturbing that I had to ask the worker who was making my pizza to change her gloves because I watched her handle all types of instruments and touch everything in there and then attempt to make my pizza. I was so grossed out that I asked for my money back and left. Hear me when I say that no matter how hungry you are DO NOT EAT HERE. IT'S DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in downtown Greenville. I have lived in Greenville for 28 years and I’ve never been treated so awfully at any establishment. The girl working up front was so rude. She took our order, walked away for 10 minutes, came back and just said nothing. We sat there for 25 minutes while this girl with the butterfly tattoo just looked at her phone avoiding eye contact. So we placed our order, tried to say something and just had to leave because she was ignoring us.
The staff are children. They don’t seem to know what’s going on at all. Had to repeatedly explain I was ordering two pizzas. Two. Pizzas. They wander aimlessly, don’t communicate with customers or each other. Run very haphazardly like no one is really employed there but just volunteer help. One employee was on his phone the whole twenty minutes I was there.
I like the concept overall. The service is terrible. The gentle….wait…definitely isn’t one of those…the guy pictured was rude af🤬 straight A*hole! My coworker asked for spinach on her pizza…the young lady that made it gave her two leaves of spinach which she didn’t see b/c she was paying for the order. So when her pizza came out she politely asked for some more spinach. His response: “Didn’t she make the pizza in front of you?” My coworker explained that she didn’t see that part b/c she was paying. So he grabs this massive handful of spinach and begins to spread it around. My coworker was saying that’ll be enough. He grabs another handful🙄 but the attempt to recook it was pointless. Then he asked how were our pizzas with major attitude. At this point she nor I wanted to talk to the guy. So in turn, it appeared we had attitudes🙄 He wasn’t very tactful with his fellow coworkers either. On a positive note the fountain drinks are good and if you build your own pizza , it’s good.
This place has been closed down for over a year now. That's more than "temporarily closed" as stated. It's a shame. I wonder what happened. Blaze Pizza is such an amazing franchise. For YEARSSS, I had to drive to Asheville to eat blaze. I begged them to open one here in Greenville. Not understanding why you would close down a profital company sitting on MAIN STREET. smh guess I'll be driving back up to Asheville to their franchise

Probably the worst pizza we ordered ever. The pizza was cool and burnt on the bottom. Not a good pizza. We would not recommend.
