There was a fairly short wait and our waitress was very attentive. I was a little upset that they no longer had what I wanted on the menu

From our initial greeting through our departure, the atmosphere was inviting and very welcoming! Our server, Shonna, was awesome! This restaurant could very well become my favorite during my travels on I-65 in Alabama!

Walked in today , store was very busy, but Khloe stopped and helped me, was very kind, and efficient with putting my order in, Robert was great too, Ty

I just wanted to say what a great waitress Khloe is. She “correctly” took my to-go order, but I found part of my food was missing when I got home. After returning to CB, she met me and apologized for the error and I told her it was not her fault. I had checked my bag before I left and had not noticed the food was left out initially. I was in and out in just a few minutes and just wanted to let someone know what a pleasure she was to work with. Thank you, Debbie

The staff sweet, the rainbow trout seriously excellent, the vegis are yummy...(Love the breads btw) (My kid does love their green beans lol). Overall we have a good experience and enjoy the atmosphere. We go because we want the experience 😊. *Take out has also been a great and I also like looking at the store (maybe buying a surprise here or there).

I always love Cracker Barrel! I took my sister there as she was leaving for home in Kentucky. My son and I eat there every Monday. Tammy is a great waitress and Shirley a wonderful hostess.

I paid using the barcode on the ticket and didn't notice a place for a tip. I also didnt think about it until I got home. I didn't leave a tip for our server, who was very attentive and feel bad about it. Cracker Barrel, thats on you and owe her! I hope to make it up to her.

Pancakes were done per request, bacon was crispy so we left with a happy tummies. Claire was very attentive and on time with refills and the fireplace was warm and cozy. We liked the new creamy white color on some of the walls, it made it a little brighter inside.

We have not been to cracker barrel for some time, the food was great and had enough left over for our lunch the next day. Glad we stopped. They are now offering military discounts 10 percent, we signed up. starting today 11/12/2025 (we were told)

25OCT24 - Grandpa's County Fried Breakfast. So good, though I must admit, I'm disappoint by the portion size shrinkflation. The V small chicken portion was laughable. Still years great, I was full and the service was great.

My nephew wanted to go for brunch! It wasn't too busy but it wasn't empty either. The food was great as always!! The service was really good. The cashier told me to sign up so I woiget points. That was a nice of her to do. I definitely recommend this Cracker Barrel!!

Me and my fiancé were served this morning by Leucetta, she was AMAZING!!!! constantly made sure we are good, if our food was okay, if she could get us refills or even Togo cups! I haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in a long time since the last time the service wasn’t the best, but this has definitely changed my mind! Thank you Leucetta!!

Always a good experience, food is fresh and service is always great. Lots of options as the menu always changes. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Neat decor for surrounding areas. Store side sells lots of neat items. Been going for many years as it’s near work, and always is a good choice.

I can't say enough about how delicious the fried chicken is. It may be cliché to love a national chain, but I'm going to admit this is my favorite fried chicken ever.

Had the new Shepard pie hash browns casserole yum. But the best thing about this Cracker Barrel are the wonderful helpful sales ladies and the sales manager not only kind but if she doesn't know for sure she'll check the back just in case the size you need hasn't been put out yet❣️

Our hostess was the first smiling face we saw and there was no hesitation when we asked for a particular server, Sarah. Sarah always makes our meal an enjoyable experience. We love Sonya’s biscuits and mashed potatoes! It’s our favorite place to eat in Greenville and we’re thankful to have it!

Waitress, Claire, turned an otherwise bad day into a much better one with her care and attentiveness. She deserves the max amount of stars on her apron and to be training / managing others on how to do the job properly.

I chose Cracker Barrel for Christmas Meal ready to bake and we had a great experience with the dinner for four people, with spiral ham. Extremely tasty and well made, as were all the sides. I chose the store pick-up method and as soon as I arrived my package was ready for collection. Inside the box comes a manual explaining how to heat each of the meals, very educational and easy to prepare. It's worth it and I'll definitely do it again next year.

Cracker Barrel is always a great choice for a meal anytime of day, that’s is one thing that is nice about coming here. We got seated right away, no wait, our server was friendly and attentive. We always enjoy the scratch made biscuits here, they do offer a veggie plate where you can choose from several sides for a meal, would love to see more vegan options on the menu, the store is always a highlight of the visit, they always have the cutest seasonal decor and old fashioned candy! Definitely come here, you won’t be disappointed!

Omg this was a great stop after a trip. It's a cute store/shop with numerous random items with southern charm. Inside there is a restaurant with lots of seating and wonderful team members. I was greeted by wonderful ladies who led me to my table. Lots of condiments in the table for dining and a great menu with good eats. My server Katie was wonderful, very warm smile and recommended me the crispy southern chicken. I got that with three sides and a cherry lemonade. Boy the chicken was amazing, crispy, tender, juicy, I had no gravy but should've had it. Coleslaw was crispy and corn was yummy along with the Mac n cheese. The order came with biscuits that were warm and soft. Cherry lemonade was so refreshing and got a free refill! A gentlemen gave me a to go container for my chicken and Katie B and the team gave a wonderful experience that I will certainly return to.

Cracked barrel the services was very good and fast I had Jack he knew the menu very well which help us to make quicker decision they still serve breakfast all day which was great the biscuit basket they give you the biscuits was actually pretty good. My husband decided to get steak and eggs. Steaks were really juicy and really good. I decided to get grits and eggs with sausage what you found of the grits strawberry lemonade drink was very good very refreshing. Manager was walking around a surveillance for customer help and he steps in when you need help If your server is very busy I love that about this location there Is a strong team which they can get big groups in and out at a restaurant so they can accommodate others they have lunch menu which looked enticing alot of fried chicken, meatloaf, and etc., with mashed potatoes, green beans, and things of that nature. They even have cocktails 🍹 options on the menu breakfast on the Back love the shop with all the Christmas and fall stuff they had some very unique items

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This Cracker Barrel was kind enough to let me bring in my tea set and throw my daughter her 4th birthday!!! Needless to say they exceeded my expectations! Not only service was excellent! Management was so kind! And we had so many come and wish her a happy birthday, the staff even gave her a birthday card signed by all❤️ and the food was delicious as always! I’m very thankful for you guys for making my daughter’s birthday so special!

Went this morning after my 3 year old’s procedure where she wasn’t allowed to eat since midnight the night before. Our server was so sweet and attentive. Had a great time at this location. Staff was very friendly and on top of things. The only gripe I'd have about my experience was that I ordered a steak medium rare and it was more on the rare side, tough to cut and chew and a lot of fat. But management did offer to make me another steak, which I refused but it was still a kind offer. I will certainly come back to this one again.

This place has great food, excellent service and an awesome atmosphere, don’t miss out on this one. The food came out fast and hot, the waitress was friendly and helpful. I did the join waitlist on there app before leaving the house and I had only under a minute wait when I got there. The country store in the Cracker Barrel is interesting and nostalgic, don’t leave without walking around, it’s kinda cool. When you get your bill you have the option of paying on your phone through there app, saves time from waiting to pay…give them a try

Excellent place to grab a quick bite to eat!!! We really enjoyed going and getting a quick bite to eat and some dessert and coffee!!! The shop was really well stocked, and we enjoyed looking around at all of their Christmas decorations that they had!!! I was really surprised and impressed that they had as much in stock as they did at a high traffic location!!!

Cracker Barrel was absolutely amazing. I loved the entire experience from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and comforting in the best country style way. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The biscuits were soft and perfect with the little jams they give you. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The menu had so many choices and the dishes we ordered were flavorful and satisfying. The shrimp, the chicken dishes, and the sides all tasted great. The service was friendly and the restaurant felt clean and well run. I also loved walking through the store section. It felt nostalgic and charming. The rocking chairs outside added such a nice touch and the place had a unique character that you do not see in many restaurants anymore. Overall I had a wonderful time. Cracker Barrel was awesome and I would definitely come back again.

I had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — just like a good home-cooked meal. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything was clean and well organized. Our waitress, Laucetta, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She kept a positive attitude the whole time and really made our visit special. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and she truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

To start off, I’m only giving 5 stars because of the person who took care of my husband and I when we came in. I don’t live in Greenville but was here for work. It was a few minutes before closing and a kind gentleman took out to go order(I think it may have been the manager) which we were very appreciative for. While we were waiting on the food, I bought a few things but the cashier was not very kind. She just asked “Can I help you?” No smile or anything. I pretty much felt unwelcome but whatever I’m a tough cookie. The people she took care of before me got a different level of service…let’s just leave it at that 🤷🏽‍♀️. I work in the entertainment business and my job is literally to make people laugh and have a great time as guests at my job. I get sometimes people could have bad days but there is no excuse when you are selective on who you would be nice to. Just sayin…. Anywho…when our order came we were blessed by extra by the man who took the order and that just made our night. The food was hot and so doggone good! I didn’t catch the name of the person who gave us the food but I pray you are blessed for blessing us! Thank You!

We come here almost every week, and it never disappoints. This is our go-to place for breakfast and brunch. The food is always fresh, delicious, and truly feels homemade. The service is outstanding. Ms.Tammy, our waitress, are super friendly, attentive, and always check in with a smile to make sure everything is perfect. Portions are generous, and if you don’t finish, you can easily take the rest home. Coffee, water, and Coke are always refilled, which is a big plus. You leave the tip on the table and pay at the cashier in the second room, where there’s also a nice gift shop with lots of souvenirs. You can even sign up as a regular customer and get discounts. Since this restaurant is located in many states, it’s great knowing you can rely on it when traveling. The interior and decorations are lovely, the place is always busy, and although parking can be limited at times, it’s absolutely worth it. We are very happy with this restaurant and always recommend it!

Good food, excellent service. Alicia was outstanding. Efficient and nice, with a good sense of humor. I will ask for her every time. My order was nuanced and she made sure the little things were done. Bacon crispy, scrambled eggs were dry (that is how I like them), milk with my meal, and extra butter with my grits. Perfect!

Biscuits and gravy are always a hit here rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting. Their sweet tea is some of the best around, consistently refreshing and just the right level of sweet. The cozy fireplace added such a warm, peaceful atmosphere that made lunch feel extra relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely come back again.

Went during vacation and was pleasantly surprised by how fast tge food came out. There was a 15 minute wait but was seated within 5, our waitress was wondering, it was super busy so it took a few mins to be greeted (understable) but when she did greet us she was lovely, received drinks, placed order and was passed off to another waiter, received food, asked for a spoon because our order required a spoon and never received it, asked again and it was like we were talking to the pictures on the wall, he would say be right back and never came back. I finally asked a random server and finally got it (after 15-20 mins) but by then it was cold. Im not sure why we were handed off ( im assuming because it was busy) but sad we were. Our original waitress was fantastic despite being busy she was composed, nice beyond belief, truly wonderful. On another note it was nice to see the decor still there.

The experience is incredible, and the staff is warm and always pending of the table. I had a great dinner also, the food was amazing, I ordered a hashbrown shepherd pie and the meat was soft and delicious, the pure was on point and the vegetables were just great. The dessert didn't stay behind. It was absolutely amazing the right amount of sweetness and (Hershey's) chocolate. The establishment is nice, transmits warm and comfort. A must to visit place if you are a tourist (as i am)

Simply, I like this restaurant. They have their own unique charms that you can’t not like about. The retail shop before you dine in has a lot of cute items with reasonable prices. Food, of course, is great! I go here occasionally and I will go again in the near future again!

While visiting my parents, we stopped by Cracker Barrel for breakfast—and it did not disappoint! It’s been years since my last visit, but the experience was just as charming as I remembered. The shop was super cute, we were seated right away, and the food was fantastic. I had the Biscuit Benny with fruit and hashbrowns—superb and very filling! I was also pleasantly surprised to see they now serve mimosas. The peach mimosa was a fun addition. Highly recommend stopping in!

Great service, and you have to try the new shrimp in the zesty creole sauce. It's a light Cajun sauce, the shrimp was the star of this show. Despite the tough completion with the loaded baked potatoes coming in second always a fantastic side. The wait staff was young and lacked experience but did there best to make everything fantastic. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Pros: the biscuits were ON POINT. So fluffy. The eggs and sausage were good. The boys loved their grilled catfish, fried okra, and pintos. Cons: One of the jellies was fermented and was so gross, she had to slit her bite out. The bacon was like chewy jerky. The pancakes weren't warm enough to even melt the butter on them, so that was interesting. The server was fine, but a bit over the top with the plethora of pet names when she asked if we need anything (love, sweetheart, darling, lovely.... There were more), esp since she was younger than most of us sitting there.

We ate at the Woodruff Road location mid Sept 2021 and went on a weekday around 9 am. There was no wait. They do suggest face masks coming into the store. The hubby had the old timers breakfast. Eggs were ordered over medium with whites done. They needed to be sent back (we hate sending food back because of all the bad videos out now) as the whites were so runny they wouldn't stay on the fork. The grits were dry and hard. The rest of his meal was cooked well and tasted good. I had the eggs in a basket. The only negative is the bread dries out completely. Cracker Barrel is always a good choice because of options.

Even though it was a Wednesday night the restaurant was very busy. All of the customers and staff were very friendly. I placed a to go order for a family meal pack and a couple of dinner entrees. The food was food, but my Chicken Fried Chicken was under cooked. The worst I've ever had.

It was me and my lady’s first time here, we ordered the mamas breakfast with Pancakes and the country boy. Most of the food was great, but they gave us French toast instead of the pancakes which was fine we still ate it… but the French toast wasn’t that delicious, it didn’t have much flavor and a lot of syrup was needed. We also did get charged for the French toast even though we ordered the pancakes.

I'm just not really sure how I feel about this last visit. For some reason, I feel bad bashing the place. I think I was just that confused with the food. I couldn't tell if it was food quality or preparation. My son was like, "You gotta try the dumplings they are good." I think that is where it went wrong for me. I shouldn't have listened to him (smh). Never again. You can get them as a side, In which I did but regret. It was kinda like a bowl of thick, dry, but somehow sticky gravity pasta. I tell you what, lest leave it at that ( just no words). Cracker Barrel, why do you have so many items that are almost the same. I was confused by the 3 fried chicken dishes, so I asked my son to get one, and I would get one so I had a chance of getting the right thing. It was not the crispy buttery famous crust covering a juicy breast like I remember oh so well. It was terrible, but something was off badly. Samething with the okra. Maybe, not fresh...not sure. But I almost never have a bad experience at any Cracker Barrel when it comes to the food. Perhaps the Love was missing in the ingredients or something because I left needing a hug. The service and staff was good...maybe I should've gotten the Mama's pancake breakfast...sorry my mind is wandering trying to figure out what happened or what should I have done. The burger seemed to be good, according to one of my other sons, and the trout was a hit for the wife! So all and all, I think I got the short end of the stick this time out. I guess everyone deserves a pass sometimes...maybe bc it was new years Day, and the cook was hung over...yeah...all the regular cooks were off, so the rookies had to hold it down...sorry I'm doing it again. Anyway, since it was only my meal that was a bust I gave them more stars than I wanted to.

M
Martha McWhorter

Food was not as good as usual. The grilled chicken was almost solid black on one side. It was a bit dry. I will not get it again. I saved it and made sliders with it the next day.

Cracker Barrel is an established family restaurant cum farm souvenir and general store. Most people go for the hearty food and stop to shop the souvenir store which takes up quite a bot of real estate on its own. Seating and parking (free) is aplenty and staff attend to you quckly as does the every if the food. On this trip for breakfast I ordered the NY sirloin steak with eggs, biscuit and gravy, and fried apples and a vanilla latte to make sure the culinary set digested well. The sirloin steak was as requested, medium well, and it had a balanced seasoning not over powering the natural taste of the steak. Eggs are eggs so nothing to say 😋 Biscuit were not as fluffy as I remembered them last time I visited and also the gravy which tended to cool down fast and thickened. The fried apples were a delight as they balanced the taste effect of the meal. Overall it was an enjoyable breakfast. Did not enjoy the latte, too sweet, and not enough of espresso to feel that caffeine kick. They could do better with a double shot espresso, and less sugar. Based on my server's description it seems the latte was a premix ...so not derived from making it starting with pure espresso as a base. Overall good value for the money and that's why I guess people keep coming back. Yet to try CB for dinner but sure it will be a different experience. Enjoy!

The food here is very good but the last two times we’ve had issues with my dad’s order either the sausage was burnt or it didn’t look like a full piece of ham however, the servers staff are very gracious. We had an excellent server today the food overall is delicious.

I have never been a fan, but my mother likes the place because the food is not spicy; I would call it plain. However, on my last trip, I had their grilled catfish, and I loved it. Now, my mother and I can both enjoy a meal over the Barrel.

During our vacation, stopped in at Cracker Barrel in Greenville. The sides and back were being remodeled but Cracker Barrel was open. Inside was the same Cracker Barrel we love. The food was excellent and our server was very courteous and helpful. But the noise, banging and drilling, was distracting. At least it will be a temporary thing. Great food and service was still there.

I recently visited the Cracker Barrel at 85 and Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The cozy, rustic atmosphere made me feel right at home. The food was delicious and comforting, just like a home-cooked meal. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the wait staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find such dedicated and personable service these days. I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel location for anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was fine… normally very good, it wasn’t even very busy yet our waitress wasn’t very attentive and the “fresh fruit” they served was so fresh it wasn’t even ripe yet… not sure how they justify serving while pineapple.

Our group of near 20 meet here monthly Had new wait staff but she worked hard to serve us professionally My issue occurred at register when first level supervisor tried to ring my and my wife's tickets together as one credit card. Took close to 8 or 9 minutes of not working before a manager got involved. Her attitude was not very helpful and she told him to ring up two separate charges on the card. Her comments about not being able to combine two receipts on one charge sale were incorrect since we do it regularly. You might focus more on training and service and less on repainting and logo changes

Our oldest son saw nostalgic toys being sold at cracker barrel and wanted to look for his birthday. We took him to shop so we went in to eat as well. I kept looking over the menu, which I had not seen in some time, and couldn't figure out why a piece of French toast is now $15. As I thought about it, it's probably because they've introduced alcohol, when everybody just wants the giant lemonades in frosty mugs. The electric car chargers going up in the parking lot, which are charged by fossil fuels, are a nice political statement. Our only solace in all of this, is that it will likely give smaller restaurants a chance. 🤔

The original plan was to eat breakfast at Another Broken Egg with some of my family. Their fryer went out, and there were a lot of items that could not be prepared. The decision was made to dine at Cracker Barrel. It was VERY crowded with people waiting inside and outside. It was a 20 minute wait. Once seated I ordered the Mama’s pancakes with bacon, scrambled eggs and a side of loaded tatter tots. My third pancake, the one on the bottom was burnt, and in all fairness the waitress did get me another order of pancakes and the third pancake, the one on the bottom was still almost the at the point of being burned, but not quite there. The breakfast was only ok to me, and I wish we had dined some where else, and felt like I wasted $15.00 and some change. The best part of dining at Cracker Barrel was spending time with my family, and it’s always good to spend time with family.

My family and I visited here yesterday, Friday, January 9, 2026 around 2 pm. Although I enjoyed the fresh biscuits and the country fried steak meal with the broccoli casserole and fried apples, the waitress failed short of our expectations. My party of 5 must had overwhelmed her because we ordered 2 extra items (fried okra and chocolate cake eith Coke Cola) that we didn't receive. My husband also had to get up from our table and stop her at another table to ask her for some biscuits. When we made a request for more biscuits, she brought 4 and dropped them off a plate into the previous basket that was on the table?!!🫣 I feel that the service needs improvement. The food was very good and Lord willing, we hope to return again.

Our server, Brenda, was fantastic! She was very friendly and took great care of us! We have always been huge CB fans! We came today for the turkey and dressing. The turkey was fine! Unfortunately, the dressing was extremely mushy! I have noticed over time that the dressing is very inconsistent! The last time we were there (late afternoon)we both ordered coleslaw as one of our sides. We were not able to eat it and sent it back. I really hope there is more of a focus on the quality of the food and training the employees that prepare the food so there is more consistency!! The service is the BEST!!

Not ready for prime time; big disappointment. place was clean. Pancakes were fine. Waiter was maybe new. Parking difficult and busy but adequate. My guest liked it. Customers shouldn't have wait to pay. I like the logo (glad that they changed it back to original).

Our waitress only boasted 3 stars on her uniform but as I told the manager (who had hired her) she deserved an array of stars. She was the very highlight of our lunch meal. She was most attentive and in no way intrusive. She constantly wore a smile and was most accommodating and charming. I congratulated the manager for hiring her and for any part she had played in training her!

Ordered the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and collard greens and all were served warm. Looked like the food was sitting for awhile, although served very shortly after ordering. Butter was strange in that it was hard and did not melt into biscuit. Out server, Austin was very attentive. The only thing new about cracker barrel are the prices. Although CB has been one of my favorite places, I will not return.

We are approaching the final days of this once grand chain. We visited at 8pm on a Saturday night, and it was almost empty. The menu was so consolidated that it didn't even feel like the Cracker Barrel we once knew. I used to always get the club sandwich, and now it is gone. Also, we did not recieve a breakfast menu; we assumed they stopped serving all day breakfast. I called the next day to confirm where the coorporate website stated that there was an all day breakfast menu, to which the hostess let me know that indeed they are. So why didn't we get a breakfast menu? The food was good. Not great. It has declined in quality. The chicken was dry. We were told that we got the last fried chicken, which was astounding due to the fact that it was the daily special and the restaurant was practically empty. By telling us that it was the last of it, we knew that we got the bottom-of-the-barrel chicken. The biscuits were not the same, instead they were also dry. I usually eat 2. I couldn't even eat half of one it was so unedible. The collards looked nasty and were also unedible. The service was good at first. Our server had a lively presence and polished appearance. However, after the 2 minute 2 bite check back, we didn't see our server for about 20 minutes. My husband's drink was empty. We had no napkins. We only recieved a few napkins for what was clearly a messy item. My husband had to get up from the table, go into the kitchen, and request more napkins. I could also tell that when taking our order, our server was writing out every word. They need to be taught abbreviations. No prebussing, whatsoever. We were given boxes and our empty plates that we weren't boxing up were left on the table. A table near ours sat dirty after the guests left for the entirety of our stay. Several servers passed the dirty table and walked straight into the kitchen without grabbing a single item (ever heard of "full hands in, full hands out"?) One younger server reset the same clean table 3 times to look busy, but never once touched the dirty table. All of the servers were walking around fast like they were doing things, but never actually --did-- anything. And again, the restaurant was practically empty, with plenty of staff, so it was perplexing as to why they all looked so stressed. My husband had a view into the kitchen during our dinner. He watched a server pour new ranch on top of old ranch in their pouring bottles. No one dated any newly opened items. He watched a server open a new gallon of dressing when there was another gallon still open and useable. No one could find the BBQ sauce, showing the clear lack of basic organization. Looking into the visible part of the kitchen, we both witnessed a server wipe down the dressing bottles with a kitchen towel, then wipe the top of the station down, then toss the soiled towel on the surface of the station next to it (instead of discarding the towel or putting it into a sanitation bucket as required by DHEC). There were several pieces of debris on the kitchen floor near the entrance to the kitchen, including a menu card. Everyone walked over the debris, no one even thought about picking anything up (debris awarness is taught Day 1 at any decent establishment, and the idea is typically enforced). As I was leaving, I overheard 2 employees arguing (quite loudly at a table near the host stand) about a server not greeting a table for 15 minutes after they sat down. Those conversations need to be carried out in the back, not where they can be heard by guests. The manager wandered into the center part of the dining room a few times, looking clueless. He never once came over to our section (we were seated on the far end). We heard yelling in the kitchen, several times. It sounded like a manager getting onto the servers and/or kitchen staff. If you're going to have an open kitchen, be mindful of the volume. Clearly this Cracker Barrel suffers from a lack of competent management, etiquette and food safety training, and organization across the board. Sad. Just sad.

We DoorDashed breakfast this morning and the only thing good about my Sunrise breakfast was the eggs, biscuits, and cold hash brown casserole. The sausage, bacon, and country ham were all disgusting. Sausage tasted old and not thoroughly cooked. Bacon and country ham was super hard and dry—way overcooked like it was cooked then microwaved. Gravy had no flavor, but was at least hot. Apples were mush and gross. Didn’t even touch the rubbery grits. Worst meal I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Very disappointed. Get a new cook.

Ordered catering for 80 for office Christmas breakfast. Delivery was late and missing part of the order. Called and manager LAUGHED at our predicament. They sent the rest of the food, but I had a lot of people standing around waiting for food. Corporate was no help either. Recent visits to dine in with family have been terrible as well. Done with Cracker Barrel. And now you’re telling me to reach out through a link I’ve already used and have been told it will be 3-5 days before I receive a response. Ridiculous. Why don’t you try using a phone instead of chat and email???

Arrived one hour and fifteen minutes before close. Service was ok. Food came out fast. Food was fine. Employees started sweeping and loudly moving the chairs around at forty five minutes before close, right next to us. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. Should wait until the area is empty or the restaurant is closed. Very disappointed.

We eat breakfast at CB often they have always had best pancakes ever except this CB Pancakes were so cold butter didnt even melt they were dry and stiff not light and fluffy! Eggs were cold as well my husbands was room temp and his grits usually come out too hot to handle. Very disappointed not up to CB standards!

Two stars is too generous on my part. So they get one star. Our waitress was flakey but nice and did her best to make us happy. I wanted a window seat bc I like sunlight she had to ask the manager or whatever he was he gasped but said ok. So we got some very dry hard lukewarm biscuits that had probably been out this morning, I ordered the sirloin steak dinner, I wanted it well done not scorched to where I couldn’t cut into or chew it they whisked that one away before I could take a photo, the manager I handed it to same one as earlier…he wasn’t too nice. the replacement had juice outside but was still over cooked dry and hard and greasy dry as the devil inside horrible. The pintos looked like they’d been yesterdays and were watery no taste had hard ham, greens were gross no taste ham in them tasted like old ham. Greasy green beans so greasy my guest couldn’t eat them. The okra was fry and terrible no seasoning like it used to have. They used to be good and my favorite place to go but now they barely have anything on the menu & the food is horrible, just horrible I’ll think twice before coming here ever again.

Kids are supposed to eat free for a short period of time. The waitress did not mark it and husband did not notice until after he paid online. He asked the cashier at the front and was told because he paid online (at the table) there was nothing they would do. If you’re doing promotions, would highly recommend training the staff

We was there on Saturday Feb 21,2026 and he got the chicken with gravy, pinto beans, something else and diet drink. It was all nasty and not even warm. Sunday morning at 2:30 am my husband ended up with food poisoning. 3 days later he is still sick and I’ve tried to call the place 3 times and no answer. Poor service. 👎🏻

Got charged $3 for a couple shreds of cheese on two small bowls of grits when realistically you can get a bag of cheese at the grocery store for that price or less. The waiter was really nice about the situation and had brought it to the managers attention which then resulted in us waiting 10 minutes and having to find the manger ourselves. Tiffany the manger, didn't show any sense of understanding or even had the correct costumer service skills to fix the situation instead told us "if you ate cheese we're going to charge you for cheese even though it's a couple shreds." As a manager of a restaurant I strongly believe it is huge to assist your customers in any way and satisfy them, and to give them the best service possible which was not given to me and my wife. $3 for shreds of cheese is absolutely outrageous.

I came in today after work to have a late lunch/early dinner. The gentleman at the host stand sat me promptly as there was not a wait. I glanced at the menu but had already decided what I wanted before arrival…. no one came to wait on me. Lots of people walking around but no one stopped. According to the ticket that the host left on the table I was sat at 3:09 and now it was 3:20. I finally walked back to front to the same guy and two ladies now at the stand and asked if I had a server and he told one of them “that’s your table”, she rolled her eyes and asked how was she supposed to know that. Not a word was spoken to me as she huffed off to the kitchen so I went back to the table . She finally started walking toward the table but I was already leaving and told the gentleman “never mind “ and he asked if I was sure. She was already unhappy so I didn’t want to bother her any further. Love the food but the service was not it today.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I guess I need to stop trying to come here. This is the second time this week I have been told that items are not available because they ran out and I get that happens I've worked in restaurants before but whoever is managing inventory needs to reevaluate. Tonight, I ordered the turkey dinner with the rice and broccoli and cheese casserole and somehow literally nothing out of that order was in stock. Again this is the second time this has happened in a week at this location. Third time in the last month this has happened. To further explain my annoyance, it's one thing to just have one item out of stock, but if I have to keep verbally going down a list of items to be told each item is out of stock, is an even bigger concern. Apparently, the turkey was out. Okay, fine. I proceed to adjust my already-paid-for order. There was no mention that the sides were also out of stock....until of course I asked for the sides again, starting with the rice. Out of stock. So I asked for the broccoli and cheese casserole. Out of stock. At this point, maybe just tell me what IS in stock! Also, it'd be great if their online portal were updated to reflect out of stock items so you didn't pay for things they don't have and drive to their location to pick up said items! Response: You could start by giving me my refund!

I’ve always loved Cracker Barrel, but this experience was far from good. First and foremost, Isabella O. was a terrible server.. I was greeted with a not so good attitude, and there was no smiling or positive energy. The food came out on time and was pretty good, but I never got checked up on or even acknowledged by Isabella, the server. I got handed the check not even halfway through my meal and then was completely ignored by her. Meanwhile, she was taking care of her other tables.. discrimination much?? Who does that?? It’s wrong to have preconceived notions about someone tipping you as a server. Because I would’ve left a great tip for good service but unfortunately I had to leave a well deserved $0 in this case. AND to make things worse, I had to sit the entire time without a refill. Finally was able to get the managers attention for a refill, who was super nice and apologetic. Other than that, terrible, terrible experience. I understand serving is not a great job, but if you hate it THAT much, please do us all a favor and do something else!! I definitely don’t recommend this location due to the awful service, the food will be the same at another location, so AVOID this one!!!

I placed it to go order and was told it would take ten to fifteen minutes, thirty five forty minutes later, I received my food. It was barely warm and even though they were aware of how long it took. No one apologized when they handed it to me. Once again, I keep asking myself what happened to hospitality.

Savanna H. was terrible. Asked 3 times for a refill on our drinks. Asked for lemon in my water she rolled her eyes and never put a lemon in it. But someone else ordered fish and got lemon wedges. Didn't bring any condiments with food even after being Asked. No tartar sauce, no ketchup even though we all had fries. Fries were burnt and rock hard. We ordered an appetizer it came out after our food. We ordered medium rare burgers all of us got well done, 2 ordered over easy eggs, got sunny side up very runny eggs. Had to stop another waitress to ask for boxes because we waited so long for her to come back and she didn't. Just an overall terrible experience.

Have always loved Cracker Barrel but last night was a huge disappointment. Country fried steak was nasty, burnt, wonky taste. My friend asked for vinegar twice for his greens, the server brought it with the check at the end of the meal with a sheepish sorry I want to give them another chance but this one was the worst.
