Behemoth Burger

My wife and I wanted to try a new burger spot in Simi. Behemoth Burgers is in Bomb Hoagie. Burgers were great!! Very fresh. High quality meat. The bun was perfect. I had a single. My wife had the little monster. Fries were hot and well prepared. Looking forward to coming back.

This place is consistently excellent! The cheese steak is the best around! Quality is what you get here and you get it with a great smile and a feeling like you are family!

Oh my goodness! This is quickly becoming my favorite burger spot in Simi. When we first walked in, we were a bit confused because the place is labeled as "Steak and Hoagie", but there was a little menu which had the Behemoth Burger menu. I was a little cautious at first, but I'm glad we stayed! It's a whopping HALF POUND ribeye burger with MORE RIBEYE added on top of it. They are not lying when they call it a Behemoth Burger! The staff was incredibly kind. They genuinely seemed happy to be have you here and were excited for you to try their food. I've been there twice, both times had different cashiers and both were very polite. Just a heads up, the food will take a little while to come out. But because everything is made fresh, I think it's 100% worth it!

First time ever eaten a burger here. It was absolutely One of the best burgers I have ever had. I asked the owner to suggest a burger, The problem is they sounded also good. So basically, I started at the top Of menu. Looks like I will be going back for more.

First time in Simi Valley, and they made me feel like a local. Also, it was the best philly I've had in CA. I live in NoHo and will drive here just for the customer service and food. Unbeatable!

They accidentally got my order wrong and it made up for it by letting me keep the hoagie they made first and making me won the right way these people are amazing and consistently have the best hoagie I've ever had

This is an updated review: Yesterday, I had put through an online order for my girlfriend and myself, which she drove to the restaurant to pick up after work. She found that the restaurant was closed despite the order. I was upset and left a 1-star review. However, today the owners reached out to me to let me know that it was a mistake and that they refunded me. A lot of businesses would’ve ignored it and moved on. They took the steps and care to make it right which shows great care for their business and their customers. I’ve had a burger here once before and loved it so I believe the combination of quality food, plus their ownership and response to a mistake makes this a 5-star business. Looking forward to eating here again!

Bomb Hoagie/Behemoth Burger is one of the shiniest gems of Simi Valley. I would HIGHLY recommend the Wild Hunter burger (a mushroom swiss burger). It is one of the best mushroom swiss burgers I have ever had.

First time here and I had such a great experience! The burger was huge, freshly made and really hit the spot. I was most surprised by how good the bun was, which I learned are baked daily in house with the best ingredients. ET, the owner, made myself and the other customers feel welcomed and appreciated with his friendly banter and smiles. I wish I could upload a photo of my burger, but it was so good, I ate it before I could snap a picture. I'll definitely be back!

Wow! These burgers are incredible. The blue cheese burger was so yummy. The Lone Ranger was amazing too. The ground ribeye was spot on. As well as the grilled mushrooms. Best burger I’ve had in Ventura county. Great service too. Very friendly and they love their product and are eager to have you try it. I can’t wait to go back.

I would have loved to have tried out your burgers and given you a review but your not open on a Monday at 6:00 pm. Came from Canoga Park because of the reviews but no one's here and no note explaining if you will ever be open again.
