From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little gestures like checking in to see if I needed anything they made me feel truly cared for, not just like another customer. The burgers are legendary, the staff (@ this location anyway) is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is light and airy with indoor and outdoor seating. What's not to like?

Casually came in with my elderly father today since I’m normally out of town and he insisted in coming here… now I know why. He’s created a beautiful connection with the manager Karla and Carolyn ! Made me happy to see he’s being taken care of even if it’s once a week by the people and staff in Simi valley! Good food and great service! I’ll be checking out my local Habit when I get back home.

Visited Habit Burger & Grill in Simi Valley a couple of times and have always had a great experience. The Ahi Sandwich on Sourdough was surprisingly fresh and flavorful, offering a lighter yet satisfying alternative to traditional burgers. Also really enjoyed the green beans—served warm with a tasty ranch dip, and I appreciated being able to request no salt on the fries. On another visit, tried the Grilled Chicken Salad with ranch and no sauce, which was crisp, fresh, and filling without feeling heavy. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality is consistently good. Definitely a solid spot for a quick but satisfying meal!

First time visit. I've been wanting to check one out but never made the time. Very easy menu to navigate. I assume this business has history in Santa Barbara. There was a sign on the wall mentioning the area. Also, a burger is named the same. I chose that one. Two patties of meat, avocado. The patties were a little thinner than I like, making it more equivalent to maybe a McDonald's quarter pounder as far as the meat comparison. Not the whole sandwich. The bread is a brioche style. Buttered, so it makes it seem greasy. Overall, quality and flavor were better than expected. Fries were fresh and hot. I would like to try their sweet potato fries and onion rings next time. Probably get a regular cheese burger to get a comparison. They offer two lemonade versions, which I thought were good. I like the strawberry- lime better than the mango-orange. Clean and comfortable restaurant It's worth another visit.

We were so pleased with the service here. We arrived at opening and the manager took our order. He gave suggestions on some menu items and was very helpful. The food was great and the wait was short. By far my favorite menu item is the Santa Barbara char and the tropical iced tea to drink. First time trying the fried green beans and they were great with ranch on the side! Grab a seat outside. The seating and scenery is very enjoyable. The shopping plaza is well maintained and has some beautiful water features to sit by as you enjoy your food.
