Highly recommend. The food is absolutely delicious and set-up is perfect for a relaxed lunch. They sell frozen dumplings and bao to go, so I like to dine-in for lunch and then snag some frozen goodies to cook at home later. My kids love the bao and they rotate through traditional flavors and some more creative sweet offerings.
As long-time fans of Two Little Dumplings from their presence at the Delmar Farmer’s Market, I couldn’t be happier to see them growing in this space with expanded hours and menu offerings. Our first trip here was a delight!! Our party of two each got the dumpling meal, which was a fabulous way to try their creative sides. I enjoyed the house kimchi, but the kabocha salad was a knockout. My husband raved about the soy marinated egg. And, of course, the dumplings cannot be topped. They have a curated selection of goods and treats - don’t miss the chocolate bars and desserts. We ❤️ Two Little Dumplings and can’t wait to return!
A dreamy little shop that has some of the most delightful staff, with the most delicious dumplings I've ever had. Every dish shared their dedication to seasonal, delicate flavors. This place is an absolute recommendation! Drive over as soon as possible!! You will not regret it!!!
Delicious food, great service, and cute space. Dumplings were excellent and one of the best cookies Ive ever had.
Went to The New store and it is Awesome! Had a great lunch and picked up some frozen Dumplings. #recommend
I’ve bought from Two Little Dumplings multiple times; from start up to present! While I’ve stuck with most of the original dumpling types; it’s great that there’s such a variety! The chili crunch oil is fragrant and sweet yet just the right hit of spicy! The dipping sauce is a delicious classic! A few years ago we bought some delicious specialty 年糕 Nìan gaō for the lunar new year and this week the silk skin mooncakes! TLD never disappoints and always makes me proud to be Taiwanese!
In an effort to support more small businesses, since we all know that’s where it’s at, my boyfriend and I tried Two Little Dumplings. I am a dumpling enthusiast- I have tried every dumpling from downstate to upstate and I have to say, I’m impressed!!! I have yet to find good dumplings upstate (that aren’t pork), but these definitely hit the spot. They’re almost as good as the dumplings from home downstate, but that’s probably because I don’t know how to entirely cook them as well. We got two bags of the beef dumplings and I’ve been eating them for three days straight! The beef filling is so delicious, it has the perfect ratio of meat/cabbage/scallion. But what really takes the cake is the Original Dumpling Dipping sauce. It is phenomenal, SO GOOD. A lot of dumpling dipping sauces are too salty, but this is just right. Not only is their story moving, but their dumplings are quality. Everyone go try them out, they even have vegan dumplings!

Great service, a wonderful spot, and an outstanding lunch. The Thai beef noodles are hands down the best noodle dish in the Capital Region — bar none. Rich flavor, perfectly cooked, and absolutely worth going back for. The dumplings were great as always, and the homemade kimchi was spot on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that delivers both quality food and a great experience.
A True Community Treasure! Two Little Dumplings is hands down my favorite local spot. Every dish is absolutely delicious, but the dumplings, soup, and cheesecake are out of this world! Their Thanksgiving meal was perfect and made for a truly memorable holiday. The quality, flavor, and care in every bite show how much they value their customers and community. If you’re looking for incredible food and warm hospitality, this is the place to go!
What a great local business! Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The dumpling dipping sauce is amazing and you should absolutely buy a bottle to take home, the bao buns were the best I've had in a very long time, and the pork dumpling soup was comforting and delicious. I can't wait to go back.
A hidden gem in the New Scotland / Slingerlands area. Two Little Dumplings has an understated, calm atmosphere, a cozy clean dining room and soothing music that sets the vibe nicely. The staff were very friendly at the counter and the Pork Bao buns I got were maybe the most delicious I've had, certainly in the capital region. I was also interested in recommendations on some frozen dumplings to bring home as I live a bit up north and the woman working the front was very friendly and eager to give me recommendations between the variety of offerings (which all sounded delicious) and about the sauce. It was a really pleasant experience and I'll absolutely be back when I'm in the area.
I just picked up an order of food from this place. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The 5 spice ice cream was excellent and reminds me of a cinnamon apple flavor. The chicken Thai basil dumplings didn’t make it out of the parking lot by the time I was done. They were so delicious and addicting. If I didn’t live so far away I would visit weekly. I am racing home to dig into the lu rou fan. I am confident saying that would be 6 stars before trying it. Please support their amazing food.
If you enjoy, delicious food made from local fresh ingredients served by the kindest people who actively support their community, then Two Little Dumplings is the place for you. We are so lucky to have these talented entrepreneurs set up shop in our neighborhood. 100 out of 5 stars in my opinion
10/10. I’ve never left a Google review before but this place was so good that I had to write a review on the spot. I’m literally still sitting at my table. My friend is currently ordering a second meal to bring home. The food is so good and everyone’s so nice. The kimchi arancini was unreal. Can’t recommend it enough.
Amazing dumplings and bao buns! I have really enjoyed everything I've gotten from them, and the owners seem very nice! They have a really simple pickup system (order online, text when you're there, and they'll bring your order right out to you). I could not recommend them more! Updating this to add that the new storefront is great! Definitely try the ice cream, too!
Food was delicious. Had the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and Dan Dan Noodles, both were great. Definitely will come again!
August 2025 - This week is the first week the storefront for Two Little Dumplings opened in Slingerlands, NY. It's a family-owned business that made its name at local farmers' markets. In this transition period, they are splitting time between the storefront and the markets. I went to the Delmar Farmers' Market to try them out. It wasn't hard to find their stall because it easily had the longest line. Dumplings and bao buns are the mainstays of their menu. I tried both to-go and added a soy marinated egg to complete the sample tasting. I didn't do any favors to the meal by traveling back to my place but it held up well even after a 20 minute drive. By "held up well", I mean, damn, that stuff is tasty! To me, there was a similarity to both the dumplings and the bao - well seasoned protein surrounded by satisfying carby goodness. The dumplings had the distinct crunch (fry) and chew (steam) combo that I adore. The steamed bao was still warm and soft. The proteins within either one, mixed with vegetables or other seasonings might have been a bit salty on their own but, mixed together with the carb "wrapper", they were near perfect. Soy marinated egg - I could eat about a half dozen in one sitting. I'll need to get to their storefront soon.

Loved seeing them at farmers market and so glad they have a store front. A very welcoming atmosphere and you can tell they love their customers, great food as well!

So happy that TLD finally has their store! I picked up some pork and chicken dumplings during the lunch hour and was so happy to see how crowded it was! The staff was super friendly and helpful, can’t wait to go back!

Two Little Dumplings, Maple Road, Slingerlands N.Y. quaint little bistro style, wish seats were more comfortable. Ordered beef soup, light beef broth hits the spot on cold days, (broth should have more of a presence which is what makes soup tasty) char siu bao had nice flavor but the dough was dry and seem under steamed, wasn't as fluffy and moist as traditional bao's are made to satisfy the senses. The Dan Dan noodles originating from Sichuan cuisine, dish was delicious but missing the pickled vegetables such as zha cai and scallions (wish it was more moist instead of dry) otherwise it had nice flavor. The pork dumplings had a light faint flavor profile should have more flavor profile ,I didn't taste the fragrant spices such as (ginger ,peppercorn) ,the dough didn't have the chewy texture as traditionally made.that is why with one bite the dough fell apart and filling separated from dough. With a little more adjustment this would be fantastic. Otherwise this is worth trying if your in the neighborhood.
The staff was kind and the space was clean and cozy, which I appreciated. The food was very fresh and everything looked great, but unfortunately the flavor just wasn’t there overall. We ordered several items, including the beef noodle soup and pepper steak dumplings, and everything was extremely under-seasoned. The dishes only became somewhat enjoyable after adding a lot of chili oil and soy sauce, which shouldn’t be necessary for core menu items that are meant to stand on their own. The Taiwanese fried chicken was decent, but not enough to balance out the rest of the meal. Fresh ingredients are important, but so is built-in flavor. For the price, I expected more balance and depth.
the staff was very friendly and kind. the place is also clean and very cosy to eat in. and the food seems to be fresh. we ordered the beef noodles and the steak dumplings, everything is BLAND. no flavor the only flavor is the texture of the food which is disappointing because everything looks great. we had to overuse chili oil and soy sauce to get things down and add flavor. truly a shame so much potential only if they invested in salt and ICE.
