McDonald's

The food, service, and atmosphere were great. The only annoyance was the refusal to accommodate a request for swapping one type of noodle for another in one of the dishes even though both were on the menu.

McDonald's is pretty consistent in quality. If you're looking for a quick bite, it is reasonably priced. It is quintessential fast food, so not great quality...but if you are okay with that, McDonald's is a pretty safe bet. 1$ McChickens are my go-to favorite!

McDonald's is okay but I don't think it's fair how they get paid when others work just as hard and our minimum wage is a lot less I think they do deserve it but I think everyone deserves it and to me that is discrimination

Did drive thru, didn't dine in. Food was hot & fries were fresh. My Arnold Palmer tasted like super watered down grassy tea which was disappointing bc there was an upcharge for that drink. Next time up just stick to Tea or Coke.

To be honest...I like McDonald's...but every time I get my daughter burgers, plain, its like they don't understand. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger plain. Not only did they not give us our hamburger, they gave us a total of 4 burgers. All were cheeseburgers, 2 were plain and the other ones with all the fixings. This is not the first time, nor second time our local McDonald's has screwed up our order...last week we had the order for the car behind us! My boyfriend had to go inside in order to correct it. But seriously, I've worked at this McDonald's before...not sure what the problem is but they seriously need to fix it!!!

Went during busy time. Two employees at the counter, only one taking orders. Wait time was short, but so was my order. Other than a negative encounter w another customer, experience was fine. Nothing extraordinary. McDonald's just isn't what it use to be. Neither is this towne.

Just have to say, the new guy that was there today😁 I really appreciated his weird friendliness. you don't see it that often!!! and he made my day! He said" I made this coffee just for you, have an amazing day! okay? "

Very nice going through the drive through. Did not like that my fries were luke warm. I drove through around 1:30pm. They should always be hot.

It's McDonald's so the food is always average. But this McDonald's they keep icy cold inside. I guess they're trying to save money by not running the heater in winter time. Which I like the cold but literally your food gets cold as you're eating it. So all I can say is they need to turn the heater on.

Prices are way too high and service is just ok. The fries are sometimes way too salty as well as the burgers, and the burgers are a bit on the greasy side sometimes. The bathrooms have a weird smell all the time.

People - it's a freaking McDonald's. You're not seriously expecting a review, are you? Really? Fine. Clean, not greasy (except for the homeless guy in the men's room), mostly clean tables except for the one in the corner where a 6 year old turned 7. Staff is kind and courteous, but don't EVEN THINK ABOUT using the McDonald's app for a coupon if you don't have your CC loaded. Oh, starting Tuesday, you get buy 1 get another for $1. There ya go.

I’m not mad, just disappointed! I order French fries and sweet and sour sauce ( and other stuff ) and I got none! They teased me, TEASED ME! 😭😭 how could they! HOW????????? A perfect day just got ruined! Anyway the food was great! 👍

Usually as expected. Don't like that when you go through the drive through they almost always ask you to go park and wait so that in their system it looks like they have completed the order. All the McDonalds now have a screen showing how efficient they are to neighboring McDonalds.

This place is filthy and nobody seems to care. Nearly all McDonald's I've been to have had remodels with nice seating and ordering kiosks. One in California central valley even delivered your meals. This place is just sliding into oblivion.

It would be great if the management would pay to have the ice cream machine working. No sundaes, mcflurries, or milkshakes for the last month. The employees are usually nice, but it's not uncommon for a part of the order to be missing from the bag.

Gormet dining experience, 10 stars... No its a McDonalds, 2 stars is a great review considering. Sadly costs about $10 a person these days, so better off buying raw ingredients and cooking your own. Not to be too ratchet here, but a loaf of Dollar Tree bread, a few patties, some cheese, ketchup, and a 2 liter of Shasta, and you could feed 2 or 3 people for half the cost of a diabetus combo...

Well, love the food. But they always forget to give me what i ordered!! I always double check my bag but once im home a different burger is always wrapped. Ive gone back about 3 times now since then to tell them my order was wrong..not cool. Still doesn't stop me from going but they ALWAYS mess up

McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves for serving these flimsy, soggy paper straws. Not only do they fall apart before you’re halfway through a drink, but the material breaks down into the liquid — and you expect people to consume that? It’s disgusting, borderline toxic, and an insult to your customers. I said what I said.......

With sewer gas smell in the lobby / dining room, & a lot of weird little oddities. I got a funny feeling this place is hanging on by a borrowed thread. In that they do not have a thread that is if their own they have to borrow it from someone. Quite a bit of a crying shame.... But in any case I will not be coming here ever again.

The women's restroom was hideous and smelled like a sewage treatment facility. The cleanliness was unsanitary and lacking proper attention to detail. I ordered two Mcgriddles with cheese and did not receive my cheese on either. When I brought it to the managers attention. I was brushed off and told they don't come with cheese. I politely reminded him that I was aware of that, when he had taken my order less than 10 minutes prior, and that I had specifically requested it. He rolled his eyes as if I was at fault and glaringly requested that the order be corrected. This caused another customer to assume it had been my mistake and to make a joke about it to him. So embarrassing and all for some cheese. Lol I will never return to this facility. I would think that being as they are located in the Napa Valley the facilities would be updated and the management would be courteous ad professional. Not rude and disrespectful.

You guys need to tear down your drive thru and make it passable for large pick ups and SUV I would advise to stay away from this place unless you want to damage your vehicle. Absolutely terrible design, spend some money. Stay away

There was a super huge long lines and for a 15 minute break it took me 13 of 15 minutes to get my food. When I got to the window to pick up my food the window operator tried giving me an ice coffee. After reminding I ordered a soda sheI took the lid off of my cup and stuck her nose into my cup as if she were smelling something. I decided to speak up tell her how I didnt find that tactful...she offered a new one. In A hurry I said no thank you. Well it reaked of something distasteful so I raced into 7 -11 replaced with my brand soda and dumped the one I just paid for! Skip this McDonalds not worth value of time cents to save a few bucks.

The floor was not clean, and when I walked into the men's room, it was even worse. The smell in the men's room because of old plumbing was enough to curl the hair on your toes!

DO NOT stop here!!! The guy at the window never spoke to me, or faced me. He kept talking and laughing with the other workers. He just turned a little and stuck his hand out for my money, wordlessly shoved my change back out for me to finally reach. He acted like I asked him for one of his kidneys when I requested a drink holder. My order looked like it was thrown into the bag. French fries upside-down, spilled all over. Drink lids weren't on tight. I've talked to management before and always been assured that they're "very sorry " and it will be looked into. I won't go back! Jack in the box is just down the road. Taco Bell is across the street. So is Subway. Happy Dog is the best, just not open late.

I went here today and the rude woman at the register first over charged me after arguing with me, she told me that I had to ask if I wanted sausage with my pancakes and I said I did when I ordered it! She said I must do it again! Then she made sure to not give me ANY butter or syrup, or anything else! Order #52 at 7:42 am. It doesn't give a name on my receipt which she also didn't want to give to me after I asked for it but it does say KS# 15. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF THE STORE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK! NOW LET'S HOPE I HAVE SYRUP AT HOME! JERKS!

Unfortunately, the golden arches are in the business of pushing burgers, so Good Service isn't on the menu.. The food is rarely hot, and always sitting awaiting it's turn to be sold and consumed by some suspecting hungry individuals. Their Seattle's Best coffee on the other hand is the BEST thing they hot going out those doors.

Night shift and morning shift is great but the afternoon shift they just don’t give a damn they just need a job food missing lotta things going on Jeff. You need to step your game up buddy especially at this brand new McDonald’s.

This location is okay, I'm not a fan of the lackadaisical demeanor and tone. Just because you work at McDonald's doesn't mean you have to live up to the fast food employee stereotype. Aside from that my order was wrong and missing food as well. My husband and I got home and then he told me it was my fault however it is not my job, so now my marriage is suffering worse than it was. Thank you for a not so wonderful experience.

Not open 24 hrs, not even drive thru. Dont let that fool you. Update *August 22, 2021* In the drive thru, only me and one other car in front. Ordered a burger by itself and nuggets and was still told to park and wait for my food. I guess this is the new normal now but it shouldn't be, this bothers me but maybe it wont for others. Also, its been a long while since I ordered here. *update, January 1, 2021* Okay, first new bad review for me. So I decided to give it a shot for large french fries this time, and just that. So I ordered large fries no salt, took a couple of minutes to drive to the first window, pay, and get to the second window to pick it up. They told me to park because it will take a while, only a minute or two to finish, I agree and park to wait. 4 minutes pass by and I get out to go ask for a refund and the guy is rushing out with my fries, I told him no thank you, Im getting a refund. So, because they have to know why Im getting a refund, by their logic it only takes close to 3 minutes to make fries with no salt. If that is true, then why did I wait a total of 6 minutes? I know it sounds like I am complaining but this was just one order of french fries. Maybe I have bad luck but I do have my own reasons to stop going to a place. *update, November 26, 2020* They have no reason to ask you to park for just ordering two burgers and a drink in the drive thru, also they still get orders wrong, example? Okay, my friend and I went to get two drink and two large fries, they give us our drinks and asked us to park, why?? Its only two large fries! With no changes to it! So my friend parks, we wait, they bring it out to us and they only gave us one large fries, really???? Luckily we had a receipt and asked for our second fries, they argued that we only ordered one, we show the receipt, they check their order and yes, we did order two, then they finally give us our fries. What a hassle! -- Remember to always ask for a receipt and to always check your order from the drive thru, no matter how simple the order is, they can still mess it up big time! Update* They lost a star becasue they refused to give me change back for something I paid for but didnt get. Cheesy bacon fries cost 3.79 (that i paid for) and large fries cost 3.19 (which they gave me) and they refused to give me the difference back. Not bad but the prices have gone up and it can get expensive pretty quickly if you dont look at the actual prices. Drinks are still $1 so that's good. The service has indeed gotten worse, if you ever order in the drive thru than I recommend parking and looking into your bag to make sure your food is correct. It seems as if they always mess something up. Ask for no salt on medium fries? Oh look there is salt on the order of small fries. Always check your food.
