The food was amazing—we ordered the shrimp pasta and the surf and turf, and everything tasted fantastic. And of course, we couldn’t get enough of their famous biscuits… we had two baskets! Dining at the Red Lobser today was quite a pleasant experience (though this was not my first time, it's just that I haven't been there in a while) The atmosphere was clean and serene. The Servers were very nice, courteous and professional. The food was very good and delicious, no complaints at all about the food. It was nice. The price may not be the cheapest in town, but it was reasonable and affordable for the quality of the food they served. Overall, I enjoyed dinning there. It was Excellent Service all the way. I used to come here all the time with my family when i was younger and i loved it every time, even brought my friends once to let them try it out. I loved everything, the servers were really nice, the environment was very nice and quiet at the time which was something i really appreciated. This time i have to give 4 stars for the food because i feel like it wasn't as juicy as i remember it being. But other than that the place is great and I cant wait to have endless biscuits again!

Mack Made My Day! It was my first time eating at Red Lobster. I am a seafood boil fanatic. The food was okay it looked delicious and was presented well but I was very disappointed in the taste and quality. If I have to go back it will be for Mack at the bar. Best bartender ever. He helped everyone customers and coworkers.

This was our first time dining at a Red Lobster and it was a 10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in the hostess was so warm and welcoming! Our server, Mahalia (apologies if that's spelled incorrectly), was so attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and had great energy. The food was delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, nothing felt like it was sitting in the window. The margarita flights were fabulous! We will definitely be back.

My waiter, Shawn, was the absolute best waiter I have ever had the pleasure to meet and serve me. He was very polite, offered an appetizer, brought lemon wedges for my water, and my margarita was excellent. He came by periodically to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The food presentation was delightful and pleasing to the eye. I am so grateful my entree was fresh, hot, and delicious. The shrimp scampi, garlic shrimp , and shrimp linguini were absolutely amazing. I don’t dine out much because of being disappointed with my food, rude service, or loud and obnoxious atmospheres. This Red Lobster should be the signature location for demonstrating how dining customers should be treated. Thank you so much, Shawn, for your outstanding and exceptional service with a smile. We recently visited Red Lobster on Highway 6 and had an amazing experience. We tried the Coconut Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp, and Grilled Shrimp, along with Alfredo Chicken and the complimentary biscuits. Every dish was absolutely delicious! The Alfredo Chicken was simply outstanding – creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Coconut Shrimp had a delightful crunch, while the Garlic Shrimp and Grilled Shrimp were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The complimentary biscuits were warm, soft, and a perfect addition to the meal. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Their friendly service made the experience even better. Overall, this is a fantastic place to enjoy a seafood meal, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!

I opted for takeout this time around. I've dined-in before at this location & didn't have any bad experiences at all. Pretty much everything was correct & handled with care. Also they don't do curbside, you have to go to the To Go area on the side of the restaurant to pick up your food. The food was excellent, everything was on par even though it was takeout the food was still warm when I got home.

I was so excited to find a location that wasn't closed down and took my mother here for an early mother's day lunch. While the food was good, our waiter didn't seem to like us and hid nearly the entire time we were there. (We were his only customers!) I had to go to the hostess to tell her we were ready to order, then again when we needed drink refills, then again when we were ready for a to-go box and a slice of key-lime pie mom wanted to go. (later she discovered it was a strawberry pie slice they sent home with her. Our family ate lunch on Saturday Feb.21,2026.Some of us had Lobsterfest and others just shrimp. The waitress had my order all screwed up.I only received one lobster and 1/2 a side.I asked about the other side and she corrected that .The food was partially cold. The meal was around $140 I believe.This is when I noticed that I was charged for the one side that was supposed to included in the meal.I also noticed that the baked potatoe was also charged to my meal.It had a few(3) little pieces of lobster on top of it. The bad part is coming up.The vent directly above our table was covered in what looked like black mold.I took several pictures of the surrounding vents and all were covered.I contacted the manager and showed him and he offered to move us.That picture alone made everyone at the table nauseated.I told him no thanks we are leaving.We didn’t even finish the meal. I contacted the Red Lobster corporations and informed them that I had a serious complaint. I let them know that I was going to the Health Department and the news media about this issue if I didn’t hear back from them within 24 hours.I received a blanket statement from someone that someone else would contact me by the 27th.Still haven’t heard nor will I. The health department did do an investigation but failed to test the substance on the vents.Issued Red Lobster a citation of sort. I will never go back there.This stuff on the vents looked like it had been there for months if not years. If I could post pictures I would.People need to think twice about eating here.I suggest you look up at the exposed ceiling and make your own decision about eating there. My families health means more than a full stomach. I feel like Red Lobster should refund the price of the meal considering what we went through.
