I took my Mother to this location on Valentines Day for lunch and let me say the food was great and our waiter Andres was so nice, sweet, a very pleasant, and he checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok which we loved! He had me and my mom lol and smiling the entire meal everything was great! I also got my Dad a to go steak dinner since he couldn't join us due to work. He told me later everything was tasted great as well. Thanks for making my Valentines Day special for me and my parents Andres and Red Lobster we will be back soon!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to red lobster. But after hearing so much mixed reviews on things lately, I wanted to check it out! Xavier was my server and did excellent, from the drinks, appetizers, entree, I was pleased with the service and the food. Everything was hit and fresh. I can never get enough of the biscuits, will definitely be coming back.

We had a great experience at Red Lobster! The pasta we ordered was delicious, and the strawberry cheesecake was extremely yummy. Their platters always have a good variety, and the taste never disappoints. Definitely a place we enjoy and recommend!

Our waiter was excellent. He made sure our food was cooked well. He checked on my family and I several times to make sure everything was good. Also, make sure we had refills on bread and drinks. He didn't wait to be asked about items, it was just done. Very polite and patient when we ordered.

What a surprise. I had gone to a different Red Lobster location about a month or so ago and wondered if it would be the same quality of food and service at another location so I deliberately set out to find out and am so glad I did. This Red Lobster out off Hwy. 6 close to Westheimer Rd excelled in all aspects tonight. The difference in the taste of the food and service was night and day compared to that other location off Hwy. 290. They were busy but the host sat us right away and had a great attitude. The server approached the table immediately and was extremely attentive, fantastic attitude, prompt in all aspects and you could tell she was customer oriented and loved her job. The kitchen was great as well getting food out fast, hot, tasty and plated nicely (which was very, very disappointing at the 290 restaurant). Overall I think the server "YOLANDA" is what made the main difference because of her energy and welcoming demeanor, it really does make me want to come back to that particular location again and again... which from the Museum district, it's a good 30 minute trip but worth it.

Our dining experience with Tammy was sensational. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Made for a great memory. Food was good. Stuffing for seafood mushrooms were a tad fishy. Shrimp was well cooked and tasty. Portions were also pretty well portioned for the price.

When my server came, I had informed her that I was allergic to Lobster (crazy I know😭) automatically, she went to go talk to her manager, and her and her manager got me a book of allergens to show me what had lobster in it, so I could figure out what I could eat, and even double checked for me to make sure it was 100% safe. We had such a wonderful experience at Red Lobster during Lobsterfest! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly. The manager, Bianca, greeted us right away and made us feel so taken care of, which really set the tone for the evening. Our waiter, Jason, was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating especially with our family and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. The GM, Brandon, also checked in on us and was so thoughtful and attentive, which made the night feel extra special. And the food… absolutely phenomenal! Lobsterfest did not disappoint. everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back again. Ive eaten here several times and it's always been a good experience. The seafood tastes fresh and the portions are generous. The cheddar bay biscuits are honestly my favorite part of the meal. The staff has always been friendly and the service is pretty quick.

We keep coming back even though it’s a 30 minute drive for us, and that says a lot.

We recently visited Red Lobster on Highway 6 and had an amazing experience. We tried the Coconut Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp, and Grilled Shrimp, along with Alfredo Chicken and the complimentary biscuits. Every dish was absolutely delicious! The Alfredo Chicken was simply outstanding – creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Coconut Shrimp had a delightful crunch, while the Garlic Shrimp and Grilled Shrimp were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The complimentary biscuits were warm, soft, and a perfect addition to the meal. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Their friendly service made the experience even better. Overall, this is a fantastic place to enjoy a seafood meal, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!

I opted for takeout this time around. I've dined-in before at this location & didn't have any bad experiences at all. Pretty much everything was correct & handled with care. Also they don't do curbside, you have to go to the To Go area on the side of the restaurant to pick up your food. The food was excellent, everything was on par even though it was takeout the food was still warm when I got home.

Gigi was the absolute BEST!! My last experience had me swearing off Red Lobster for life. But it was my husband's birthday and we both wanted the biscuits. I'm so glad I went back. The food was great. They took the time to make my husband a dessert and they sang happy birthday to him. Great service as well! Thank Gigi and team!!

I ordered the make your own combo with coconut shrimp and scallops. The coconut shrimp was excellent, but the scallops left little to be desired, so the waitress kindly let me pick another option which I got the shrimp scampi was not able to eat all of it because the portions are large, so I took the shrimp scampi home and at least it looked and smells good.

Perfect for the Graduation 🎓 Celebration. The server was so attentive. He took the time to explain the specials and suggested drinks. Cheddar Biscuits were warm and delicious. The food and the atmosphere was good.

I have come here about 3 times in the past 2 weeks and that says a lot. Each time I have received pretty good service and the food has been good. The only exception is the surf and turf as the steak that comes with it is not tender at all no matter how you get it cooked. The drinks are always the star of the show for me.

For the money you pay to eat it is not worth the service and quality of food you get reminds me of a fast food commercial looks good till you get it. I took the family there to eat around 6pm and thwn was told a 25 minute wait when there were more than 50% of tge tables available the hostess then switched and the new hostess just started seating other people that arrived after us. Update I decided to give this location a second chance to see if there was any improvement since my last visit 11 months ago and they still recieved 1 star. However the server you could tell was new she was struggling you could tell but left her a good tip still. I dont blame her I blame there management I noticed manager was just standing around with everyone else . Not once did I see him walk by our section. A couple of things that caught my attention were the food quality and presentation , chipped drinking glass. Along with i wiped our 3 serving plates off with the napkin its hard to see but there was a stain on the napkin after i finished wipeing the 3 saucers off. Shrimp scamy was sitting in a bath of oil. However the dragon brocolli was a disgrace should have just sent it back to the kitchen only 4 florets were served on the plate. Refer to photos. The pictures speak for themselves 100 dollars wasted at this restaurant 15 was tip because i dont blame the server who was still learning. TAYLOR WAS THE MANGER SO I HOLD HIM RESPONSIBLE.!!

Our experience was very disappointing, there was no wait place wasn’t busy at all our server was Nancy she got our drink order and appetizers they weren’t bad in taste, then she disappeared for a while never really checked up on us til our food was brought out to us, Food was good only thing was the service, I had to ask for refills on our drinks because we finished them right as we were finishing our appetizers, she only picked up the empty cups and didn’t offer to refill. Brought us our refill as we were already finishing our dinner, and the refill taste more like juice than Margaritas. Again I would have understood if the place was busy but it wasn’t at all. I would probably order to go in the future, but won’t be dining in again. We were a family of 3 by the way.

Shalom, I’ve been putting this review off but I have time today. This was me and my friends second time visiting red lobster this week. Our experience was so amazing at another location on the 14th of December , after a relaxing spa day on 16th of December, we decided to go back to red lobster again. When I say location matter, location matters. The service we received at 2760 S Hwy 6, Houston, Tx 77082 Server Nancy O was bad, and I’m being kind by saying that. We were not checked on, were not offered refills and when I had to pull a piece of hair out of my mouth, the server was just as nonchalant as her manager. The manager did come over and apologize. I let her know I do understand because I have worked food service myself. My understanding of the situation made her feel like everything was ok. It was not I had just pulled a long piece of hair out of mouth. I was not offered any compensation. Instead when I mentioned compensation for my lobster dip, I was told if you feel that serious about it. My reply was “you don’t”. She then said (the manager) I can take something off the biscuits, I’m confused at this point because I thought the biscuits were free. I told the manager to do whatever you feel in your heart because at this point I’m ready to go home and rinse my mouth out. I’m not giving up on red lobster but I definitely will not be back to this location as long as they have a manager with that type of mindset. GOD bless whoever reads this. Happy Holidays

I wanted to give a fair and thorough review based on our experience. **Food (3/5):** The food was underwhelming overall. The pastas were not good, and the fried food was especially disappointing. The shrimp, lobster, and the cheddar biscuits, however, were **good**. Based on what we tried, those are the only items I would recommend. **Drinks (1/5):** The drinks were not good at all. They lacked balance and flavor, which added to the overall disappointment—especially when drinks are a big part of the dining experience. **Service (1/5):** Unfortunately, the service was the biggest issue. Our waiter, Jose (an older gentleman who mentioned he was around 70), became visibly frustrated when we politely shared that the food wasn’t good. After that, pleasantries were minimal and the interaction felt tense and uncomfortable. Constructive feedback shouldn’t result in hostility, especially with a large group. **Management:** The manager, Bianca, came over and was polite, smiled, and maintained professionalism. On pleasantries alone, I’d rate that a 10. However, her ability or willingness to actually help showed **minimal flexibility** (1/10). Every request was politely declined, and there was little effort to improve the situation. **Atmosphere:** During the daytime, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and flat. Maybe it comes alive later in the evening, but during our visit it lacked warmth and energy. Overall This was especially disappointing because we had a large group and were prepared to spend a significant amount of money. Instead, the experience made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. With better service, accountability, and consistency in the food and drinks, this place could improve—but as it stands, it fell short.

This is the 3rd trip to this location, 2 times they had no servers and were told 1 hr wait time only 3 or 4 customers. This time our hostesses never treated us never said a word just walked off to a dark corner. When we asked to be seated near a window walked past us put menus on a table by the window and walked off with out a word. Our server however was very pleasant. We will never return to red lobster again.

Our family ate lunch on Saturday Feb.21,2026.Some of us had Lobsterfest and others just shrimp. The waitress had my order all screwed up.I only received one lobster and 1/2 a side.I asked about the other side and she corrected that .The food was partially cold. The meal was around $140 I believe.This is when I noticed that I was charged for the one side that was supposed to included in the meal.I also noticed that the baked potatoe was also charged to my meal.It had a few(3) little pieces of lobster on top of it. The bad part is coming up.The vent directly above our table was covered in what looked like black mold.I took several pictures of the surrounding vents and all were covered.I contacted the manager and showed him and he offered to move us.That picture alone made everyone at the table nauseated.I told him no thanks we are leaving.We didn’t even finish the meal. I contacted the Red Lobster corporations and informed them that I had a serious complaint. I let them know that I was going to the Health Department and the news media about this issue if I didn’t hear back from them within 24 hours.I received a blanket statement from someone that someone else would contact me by the 27th.Still haven’t heard nor will I. The health department did do an investigation but failed to test the substance on the vents.Issued Red Lobster a citation of sort. I will never go back there.This stuff on the vents looked like it had been there for months if not years. If I could post pictures I would.People need to think twice about eating here.I suggest you look up at the exposed ceiling and make your own decision about eating there. My families health means more than a full stomach. I feel like Red Lobster should refund the price of the meal considering what we went through.
