Although it's been awhile since I've last ate here, nothing beats other fast food restaurants more than quality. Despite the nearby In-N-Out, Blaze Pizza, TGI Fridays, or Wing Stop serve more customers, this food stop is perhaps one of the most underrated of them all. I particularly enjoy their fries since it doesn't have an exaggerated amount of sodium in contrast to their Mr. Pete's or McDonald's counterparts. In addition to healthier foods, they also include delicious iced unsweented teas from a variety of flavors. It might be somewhat costly, the price tags doesn't increase no more than $20 for two people. Quite affordable, especially for a first date!

I’ve been here multiple times to this location and they stand up for there work the first thing that cached my attention that the bathrooms are super clean all the time the food is great wait time is reasonable friendly people and when it comes to there food it’s tasty and it’s not over cocked thanks I will be back

Food here is good and affordable,service is not too slow and is kinda clean,just feel uncomfortable that they allow vendors and panhandlers inside and ruined my dining experience

I stopped by The Habit because I wanted a place where I could actually sit down and eat for a few minutes. I was on my own and needed a moment to unwind. I passed right by an In-N-Out, but chose The Habit because they have a veggie patty option, whereas at In-N-Out I usually just get a grilled cheese. I appreciated having a different option beyond fries, plus they offer unsweetened iced tea with a variety of sweeteners (Splenda, Sweet’N Low, and regular sugar). The food itself was fine and the service was fine too. They have a lot of quick kiosks to order and pay by card, though you can ask to pay with cash at the counter — they just didn’t offer that upfront even though I was the only one in line. What I didn’t love: • The restroom was locked, which was a little inconvenient. • The atmosphere felt too quiet and almost empty — not as lively as I’d hoped. • The veggie burger itself wasn’t much better than a grilled cheese from In-N-Out. It’s not bad (I think it’s a MorningStar patty), but nothing to rave about either. In the future, I’ll probably just bring my own Splenda over to In-N-Out (since they only have Stevia) because the burger here didn’t feel worth the switch. Still, The Habit is a decent choice if you’re looking for a sit-down spot with a veggie option and self-serve iced tea.

This my first time at a Habit burger grill. I was told by others to try it because I like burgers. I am a hard critic when it comes to it. Because I live in Cali I judge it to the best burger in town so far, that being In-N-Out burgers. Customer service was great. I was given options in the burger. That was great. I ordered the #2 which is like a double double. Unfortunately the taste was a meh! Like any burger joint you consider but end up not picking because it has the same taste of many other places that don't make the cut. I'll be back to try others to give 2nd Chance to other options they have.

Get to the restaurant for my online order for pickup. They give me a bag named Michelle, when I'm a full grown male. Use your eyes! They gave my order to someone else again, twice this has happened to me. Get your act together. So unprofessional of this location.

Bought meals and was not told prior hand they had ran out of tomatoes then another time bought 2 kid’s meals and they didn’t even tell me they ran out of candy was not compensated on either occasion

I visited The Habit recently and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I waited about 30 minutes for my order before noticing that guests who ordered after me were receiving their food. I went up to the counter to ask for an update, and that’s when I was told my order had never been entered into the system. The staff apologized, which I appreciated, but I was surprised that there was no offer of a refund, a remake with priority, or even a small complimentary item to make up for the inconvenience. I’ve always enjoyed The Habit, but this experience left me feeling overlooked as a customer. I hope management can address situations like this more proactively, because I’d really like to continue being a loyal guest.

I have not been to this location in years but coming back I see why. Upon ordering my food and paying the machine automatically added a tip that was not approved. The girl at the register said next time I should be careful because it could happen. I am the customer i should not be the one to fix the issue. She was very rude about giving me my money back and slamming the register. Plus a service charge was added. Never coming here again.

No one is cleaning at this location. I had to wipe down my table. They didn't have the straws out. You have to ask for them. The "order here" touch screens are filthy. I wouldn't touch them. I would understand if it was busy, but it is not. What a shame; I liked coming to this location. Maybe it is under new management.
