Best experience at a Wingstop ever. The attendant/host, Mia, was incredibly friendly and kind. While I was waiting to order a rude person came in and cut the line to complain about an online order, and the staff handled the situation with integrity and tact. After ordering, the food came out shockingly quick, and completely accurate to the order. Everything tasted great and held up to Wingstop’s great quality standards. 10/10

I had the Garlic Parmesan Tenders 3-piece combo and it was excellent! The tenders came out hot and fresh, just the way Wing Stop always delivers. What really stood out about this location, though, was the speed of service—it was one of the fastest Wing Stops I’ve ever been to. Great food, great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m on South Padre Island!

Friendly staff! Wings were juicy and delicious and on time. I waited 18 minutes and the young lady told me on ordering 18-20 minutes. It wasn’t real busy inside but they had orders for pickup to deal with. I hesitated coming here because of some bad reviews but it worked great for me! I ordered 15 bone in for takeout.

Wings were delicious and all our food was served nice and hot. Wings were large and perfectly sauced. The gentlemen working were quick to make our large order and were attentive to our needs with awesome customer service. Great service is always appreciated and sometimes hard to find.

Located on PADRE Boulevard and E Ling Street. It was posted incorrectly and we had to drive an extra 5-10 minutes to get to this location. I posted an edit on google maps and it hopefully goes through to updated location. Ordered online and wings were ready to go when we arrived. Quality wings for what you can get on the island. Only one person at the counter when we arrived but we had immediate service. Place to go if you are craving wings

Poor food quality. I'm editing my previous review. 10-20-22 There was 3 guys working the night shift my food came out really quick and they were so nice I didn't catched their name but good customer service as well. I did not took pictures of my food cause I was quick to eat it lol. Thank you guys!

Always enjoy wingstop. The seasoned fries are the best and the way they prepare the wings in my opinion are the best. This location has a full bar which surprised me cause they don't have that in San Antonio. Service was great and food came out quick. I would certainly recommend this location.

Out of all the wing-stops I've been to this is the biggest and the most cleanest one ever. No lines fast service, tv's everywhere so you don't don't mess any games and they have a bar, sad to say but they only serve beer but hey this place would be awesome to come watch some games. If you on the island and want to drink a beer and watch a game this is the place to be.

The food was good. That I won't complain about. They need to hire more staff for weekends. The workers said what you can clearly tell. They're understaffed. The wingstop at the island is always packed. Why not make it more efficient.

It would’ve been a lot better if a family let their kids run around like it’s a McDonald’s playground. Was my first time at this location (I eat wingstop a lot) and it will definitely be my last. But the food was delicious!

I had some hope for ordering by phone since there were plenty of bad reviews on the online/app ordering. Unfortunately after 3 calls and being placed on hold 4 times just to be hung up on I would rather have attempted to get in contact with my ex-girlfriend. No food rating since I couldn’t even order.

Wings were so dry and over cooked. Literally crunchy like chicharrón. They’re double dipping in oil and not being cooked to order which ruins the quality and taste. Not good for the money you pay for.

We ordered food (2 of us) and they said it would be 25-27 minutes after we paid. 30 minutes later we still hadn’t received our order so I inquired at the counter. No one knew where the order went. I asked for a refund and left. That’s another 40 minutes of my life I’ll never get back (waited in line for 10 minutes to order).

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FOR CARRYOUT. THEY WILL FORGET YOUR ITEMS. Ordered for family while vacationing. They forgot items in our order such as large shareable fries. Tried calling the restaurant and they did not answer. There is no way to make a report via the app or online of an incorrect order. Don’t waste your time ordering food from this location.

Well my wings were burned, took them back, waited there for an hour because they said they would make me fresh ones and bamm they jst took the skin off like wow lol.. never again. The burned ones look actually way less burned in the pic.

Burned fries and minature dried out wings. Coke needed syrup or was flat. Told the manager manager said it tasted just fine. Been to many wingstop and this one was among my favorites. Not anymore they must have changed management. Not to forget dirty restrooms.
