This is my absolute favorite boba place in all of the Bay. While I tend to stick to my personal favorites, (Wintermelon Milk Tea & Jasmine Milk Tea) I truly believe that their selection of drinks will always be of high quality. The menu options aren’t as widespread as other milk tea lab locations, so that is something to keep note of but still a very good selection to choose from. It is rare that I take time to rate a restaurant/business but I can’t not share my opinion on this store!!! It is my favorite boba place and I’m always looking forward to my next boba drink from here + the owner of this location is always so sweet, personable, friendly and attentive.

The tea is very refreshing. I mainly get the mango teas, in my opinion they taste really good. The place in itself feels relaxing. I would say that the teas and the atmosphere make for a great experience. Overall, the teas are amazing. Great hang out place.

This place is the best for your boba cravings. My favorite is Mango Lovers with xtra toppings of Lychee and Aloe vera. Absolute bliss. Have you tried it?

I love them they were suuuuper nice she made sure we liked our drink! And they had dairy free milk and the boba is so soft and chewy

Wow this place is way better than I expected!!! Stopped by j planned after a soccer game and the menu is very cute. Love the “lab” chemistry theme. I got the number 1, which was honey oolong tea w grass jelly. And classic milk tea and passion fruit tea as well. All delicious! Love the atmosphere!

This particular location in S. San Francisco is by far THE BEST of all places we have tried! The taste of their teas are incredible!!! And toppings are always soooo fresh and great quality that even after 3+ days in the fridge still taste like the drink was just made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Milk Tea Lab!!! Please! DO NOT confuse it with San Francisco location, which is pretty bad, frankly.

Came here late in the evening and got a caffeine free Tiger Milk tea. It was delicious, service was friendky and prompt. Got lucky with parking but I imagine it may be tricky in the daytime

The bubble tea here is amazing—full of flavor, and the tapioca pearls are just right. Also ordered mala fishball very delicious. But the shop feels a bit disorganized. If they cleaned up those boxes on the floor, it’d be perfect. Still worth it for the drinks and the food.

Love this place. Honestly have worked my way through the menu! Mango lovers frozen drink is a go to! They are generous with their toppings & the prices are super fair for these huge boba teas. Smoothies to tea to tonics, all very satisfying. The green tea isn’t too strong on the tea flavor. Go here at least twice a week. Amazing efficient, fast, and friendly staff! Super clean place. Joanne is great! (I don’t recommend the Thai tea is my only negative.) More flavors in store than the online menu too. Definitely recommend!

This location is nice with pleasant staff. We were in the area, and so this place is our go-to location when south of the City. We ordered 4 drinks and had no issues with quality or service. We like it here.

Hiked at San Bruno State Park and wanted to get some boba for the return drive. This place came in clutch for the craving lol. The concept is ingenious. They have set the shop up as an actual laboratory. Complete with a huge periodic table and test tubes! I assumed the flavors and toppings listed on the periodic table are up for offerings at the shop, but unfortunately that's not the case, yet. One of the employees told me they are relatively new establishment and would expand their selections over time. Still they do have a decent menu. We got the honey roasted milk tea(w blue heart jelly and mango boba), mango green tea(w mango popping boba) and the classic milk tea(w coffee jelly). The drinks were textbook boba with nothing remarkable to point out. Although the honey roasted tea was flavorful and felt richer than a regular milk tea. I did not order it with whole milk so not really sure how they got it so good.

I had a honey roasted milk tea with boba that was pretty good. Mild flavors, boba was soft and chewy and sweet. Wife's peach mango tonic was pretty amazing, nice flavor, not too sweet, and plenty of carbonation, great soda. I would say their prices are on the pricier side, but I do feel their portions are a little bigger than other places. Just wish that they had a much broader menu and some dine in tables. Some slushies or smoothies for non tea drinkers, and a few of the usual boba snacks like popcorn chicken would be great.

Nice place. The milke tea taste good and not too sweet like the other places I've been. The honey boba needs more honey flavor. The store is set up nicely. I met the owner today and she's very friendly as well.

Owner super sweet and conversational. They have a ramen machine, which was fun to see. They also have board games and claw machines. Lots of tables and space to hang out. Super clean too. Would visit again.

Ordered a regular sized Boba Crush (Milk Tea w/ boba and agar) & Matchacha (Matcha slushy with red beans). Both had good flavoring. We got the normal sweetness, no reduction. It wasn't overly sweet which was nice and still able to taste a strong tea flavor. Unfortunately there were very little toppings on either drinks. The pix I took of the Boba Crush & Matchacha... that's without us eating the toppings yet. And when I got some toppings, the boba was slightly undercooked. Good friendly service at the front. As it was our 1st time, we asked a bunch of questions as they have funny drink names without any menu with descriptions on their wall. I'd go back to try other drinks. No loyalty card/ program set up yet.

When I asked why she was laughing at my order, she replied, “Because what you’re ordering isn’t going to make your drink cheaper.” I found that comment odd and inappropriate since I was simply ordering the drink to my liking. I even expressed that her response was unusual. After drinking the Jasmine milk tea I ordered, I began feeling unwell and became concerned that something might have been wrong with my drink! My gut tells me that the girl put something in my drink. I had diyarea all night. I believe this incident should be taken seriously and reviewed by management. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and scared for my health!! This has unfortunately changed my perception of this establishment. God sees everything.
