Shows how dedicated she is to providing optimal customer service. The Chef Jason was nice to visit our tables, food was great and we made sure to let him know. Would recommend this location!

Had to try the new boil bag as soon as possible and glad I did. I got the Mariner's bag, Cajun style. I asked for a little more Cajun butter and that made it perfect. It's less expensive than other restaurants and I think it's just as good. I think it's temporary, but if possible, I would get it again if it's still available on my next visit.

My husband and I decided to have a staycation in Lewisville for our 16th anniversary. When choosing where to go to celebrate, we chose one of our all time favorite restaurants, Red Lobster, and this location did not disappoint! From the music to the food to our server, Alex Morrison (Harrison with an M), we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and had a wonderful time. Alex made it extra special by treating us to a huge cheesecake for two drizzled with strawberry sauce and real strawberries. Thanks, Alex!

Alex M waited on us again, and once more his service was consistently excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and he truly enhances the dining experience. We always appreciate being seated in his section and look forward to the next time he serves us.

Maria Dominguez welcomed me at the entrance, she showed me to my booth. She was friendly and gave me a menu. Our server Janet was nice too, busy and attentive. Food was far from impressive for the amount of money I paid for it. If my bill would have been half then I would probably have given 5 stars. It's a rip-off. Sausage, shrimp and potatoes dish shouldn't cost in the $40 range... Appetizer was a lackluster in terms of flavor. Great and friendly service. I gave it a try but won't be back

Mother's day 2025! We came to celebrate mother's day, first we needed to change tables, then staff had no idea who was going to serve us. When all was settled my food arrived undercooked. Steak was raw I asked for medium. I've been here twice. Won't be returning. We work hard for our money and want to feel like we chose where to spend it wisely. Again, won't be returning.

This was my family’s first visit to Red Lobster in nearly 10 years, and the food truly did not disappoint. The executive chef even came out to greet us and apologize for the slow service since the bartender had called out. He was personable, professional, and clearly doing everything he could. Our waitress was fantastic too and handled things as well as anyone could with how short-staffed they were. However… and this is the reason for the low star rating; Red Lobster seriously needs to work on staffing or management coverage. I’m not sure if the chef was also acting as manager, but I saw someone who I think was the manager and he seemed to disappear rather than step in and help when the team was clearly struggling. The staff that was there worked hard and did a great job, but they shouldn’t have been put in that situation in the first place. TL;DR: Food was great, service was great considering the circumstances, chef and waitress were awesome; but the restaurant was severely understaffed and it showed. Red Lobster, please support your team better.
