Schlotzkys used to be a great place to eat, with a clean resturant and fast service. Know for there tea. Now their tea is watered down or so strong it shoukd be illegal. If slighly busy their tables are stacked with dishes or it has food from the last people left on it.. It really depends on the location you eat on the star rating of the food quality, service and restaurant overall. All I can say is choose wisely.

I gave this 2 stars because I believe the quality of the food you are given is a direct relation to service. I was excited to see a Schlotzky's in the area. My order seemed like it was made with old dried up meat. It was a mix of hot and cold which I wasn't happy with but since I was going through the drive thru, and did not want to drive back to the store I had to accept it as it was. Quality of food isn't that hard just give people what you would want given to you when you order and spend your money.

Well, I do not see this place doing well if they keep up current practices. First red flag: watching an associate on her cell phone and then touching our cups and food. Second, the prices are ridiculously overpriced…especially since the portion and quality of the food is way below standards. Third, the restaurant was filthy…dirty and limited in choices drink station, dirty tables, old tea. Fourth, we were there for 30 minutes and hardly anyone came out to the front of the restaurant which is a major security concern. Overall, the business in this location is suffering and unless you get some people in here who care I do not see this location lasting. We will not be coming here ever again…The crappy service from San Antonio has reached out here and it shows. Hire some adults so these kids have structure. Care Damn it! Plus, your broccoli soup is bad…no broccoli…all cream and a little cheese. Old sandwich buns and the au jous was terrible…no flavor at all.

Drive thru, ordered a chicken bacon smoke cheesy, got home (45 minutes drive) opened bag, removed sandwich, and it was a roast beef. Hardly any meat. I hate roast beef sandwiches, if I wanted a roast beef, I'd have gone to Arby's. Very disappointing indeed. Cognizant workers are getting harder and harder to find I guess. This sandwich sucks. I should have driven to New Braunfels, they've never gotten my order wrong!!!! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A CHICKEN BACON SMOKECHEESEY. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Clean and attentive staff however... Price!!!! $10.47 for a SMALL sandwich, small drink, and a plain bag of chips. **Update***. Worst one ever Try going through the drive-thru and sat in line for 10 minutes before somebody addressed and said please wait. Another 10 minutes later nobody answered so I drove through. How is 20 minutes acceptable?

I got a Chicken Avocado salad … funny it had no avocado and the lettuce on it was rotten and old it cost me $9.99 In my opinion the quality of the salad was not worth the $9.99. It took them a long time to bring my food. The tables are dirty and I had to look around for a clean table! 😫 sad I like eating in Schotzsky’s but won’t be eating in Spring Branch, TX location anymore!!

We had to wait for someone to acknowledge that we walked in. Went to get our drinks and the soda machine had a lot of ice in the tray which made it hard to get your drinks. Then trying to find a clean table was hard. Out of the whole place only two were clean and no one inside. I also saw about 4-6 employees which someone could have kept the table clean. When our food arrived which was fast,was cold. They were suppose to be hot sandwich’s. Will not return.

Our experience here was the worst. Not only did they forget our friends bacon, but they also put the wrong sauce on my husbands and put meat on the salad that I made clear “no meat.” So, all 3 orders had to be sent back. When everything came back, our friend and my husbands sandwiches both looked totally disheveled, and my salad was extremely thin. The apples they put on my salad also had brown spots. This was the worst experience, especially at $15.00 a sandwich and almost $10.00 a salad. We certainly will not be going back.

My daughter went through the drive thru & ordered me a cinnamon roll & this is what they gave her. Of course her being a teenager did not check the order before she left or got a receipt but this is beyond ridiculous that they really thought it was ok serving this to anyone.

We went through the drive thru and someone told us they would be right with us. 5 minutes later we decided to get out of the car and go inside, since no one came back on the mic to take our order. Then my boyfriend had downloaded the app where you get a free sandwich. They spent about 10 min trying to figure it out, after they said they couldn't find a way, I tried to explained to them that they needed to figure it out or else the app makes it dissappear. Once they fixed issue number 2, I'm assuming they must have been irritated because they drenched my sandwich with mustard and put no dressing on the other one. We didnt notice until we got home. I didn't bother eating my sandwich, unfortunately. It is quite upsetting given the fact that we were quite nice and was had more than enough patience. I'm really dissatisfied with the service tonight. Spent $7 on a sandwich I didn't eat....
